A truly awful place!!!! We waited three hours for our food, called twice to ask where it was. The first time we called, they said it was coming. Then they called us back and said our order was lost. After that, we waited another hour, called to see if we'd get a refund, and the girl on the phone said we would. Then we went to the restaurant and they told us we wouldn't get a refund. This isn't the first time an order has taken this long, by the way. NEVER AGAIN! This is simply unacceptable and unacceptable! Ordered here for 50 euros. Three hours of waiting!

I've been eating several times, hoping the previous order was a mistake. The food is very good, but you get incredibly little meat. If you order a large dish, you get just enough for a pita bread, and then there's no meat left. The same goes for sandwiches and kapsalon. I noticed there was extremely little meat. It's really not worth the money, because again, there was extremely little meat. This was also the last time for me. It's a shame, but I'm not going to pay that much for 2 snacks, 3 fries, and 20 salads.

Ordered for the first time last Sunday. Quite a few things went wrong on our side, which must be said, which is why the delivery person had to return. When we contacted them again, the owner was of course not at all happy, but he decided to bring the order again. That was very nice. The food was delicious and thanks again for the good service.

Ordered several times in the past and had very little to complain about. Ordered today and it was so bad! Very few fries and it seemed to have been fried again. The shoarma was barely cooked. Ordered two pita breads, one of which could not even be filled because it fell apart. Previously we got the sauce in a container and now we got 2 very meager sachets of Remia sauce. Ordered almost 40 euros worth of food! This was really the last time for us. Spent so much money on food that was simply not good... It was delivered within half an hour, but I would have preferred to wait an extra half hour if that would mean the food would be good.

Not okay, 23 euros for a "large dish". Small fries, bland salad and just enough shawarma for 1 pita.

Last Sunday I got my first order of fries here and that was the last time! For a normal portion of fries you almost get a child's portion of fries, there were so few fries in it and the satay sauce was as thin as water and that for almost 5 euros. A frikandel without for almost 3 euros, everything was considerably priced. But if it was still tasty, but not even that. But also the young lady with dark hair who was at the cash register and took the orders, she really should go to a customer service course. Man, man, what a cheeky girl, the way she talks to you, it sounds like I had played marbles with her. No, she was not at the front when the standards of decency were handed out. They will never see me again!! Reply to your comment on Thursday: What a lame excuse about your employee! If you know that it is a very busy time on Sunday and that in combination with the funfair and the festival on the square, then you should use an experienced employee at the cash register who can handle this and can be friendly. The person who takes the orders is the first person your customers experience when they visit your business and just like me for the first time, then this employee is just anti-advertising for your own business! So all that nonsense how you reacted, it would have been a good thing if you had put your hand in your own bosom instead of going on the counterattack. You still have a lot to learn as an entrepreneur, you should see it through the eyes of your visitors. How would you feel if you were snapped at by an 18 year old and with a tone that is not normal. Would you go back there then?! Your customers also come to bring her salary, so respect and the right standards of decency are not too much to ask I think. But no, now it is public on Google and you are immediately irritated by my reaction.

Everything was delivered cold, I should be able to order for free next time, but now they want to give a discount on the order and suddenly very rude on the phone. Last time we order something there...

It's a bit of a shame that the calzone comes with ingredients that you can't leave out. So a waste of money if you don't like it. Only without onions, but it contains peppers, mushrooms and all that kind of stuff. For the rest, I have previously eaten other dishes that were good. Only now because of this I prefer to go after others that are clearer with ingredients. You might just have an allergy.

What poor service, I have ordered here 3 times before and each time the order was incomplete. It also takes them an average of 2 hours for the order to arrive. And never received an apology. The second time they come they still haven't completed the order. We will never order from here again. The food was also often cold and not tasty.

We wanted to order food because we enjoyed eating there last time. Unfortunately, they could not answer the question of whether the feta cheese made from pasteurized milk was suitable for pregnant women and refused to inquire. The customer service is poor, we will order elsewhere.

Our order would take about 45 minutes to an hour, I understand, during the weekend around dinner time, we called after 1.5 hours ('No connection possible'). After more than 2 hours our order finally arrived, not complete, the drinks were missing and the food was lukewarm. ! Once an employee answered the line, she told them that they had pulled out the phone because they didn't have time to answer because everyone kept calling. Conclusion the drinks would still be delivered, but unfortunately no one was seen again.

The food was fast, but we can also judge the fries with stew as fries without, there was little to no stew in it and it really wasn't tasty.

Placed an order today including a special chicken fillet sandwich, I regularly order this from Lunes. Today, however, I found that there were more peppers, onions and mushrooms than chicken fillet. I contacted them by telephone and explained my story. Normally the food is always satisfactory. Just gave my opinion and no problem. To my surprise, the delivery person brought a new chicken fillet sandwich 20 minutes later at no extra cost. What a service, top business.

This fairly new business, they have been around for a year now. In my opinion it is really the best in Beuningen! The food is excellent and the hair salon is really great! The employees are really friendly, and the delivery is crazy fast! For us there is no other cafeteria in this village, this one really stands out.

The food is really delicious, by far the tastiest hair salon in the region and the pizzas are also very good, unfortunately not 5 stars due to the new minimum order value, on the one hand I understand it, but for the two of us (the two of us) do we have to order too much to reach those 30 euros (minus shipping costs too). So unfortunately we can't order anymore, which is a shame to have to order things you don't want. I would like to see a minimum order value of 22.50 so that you will at least have us back as a regular customer. Still 4 stars because the food and delivery are really great. EDIT: I'll give it 5 stars anyway. Lunes is undoubtedly the tastiest cafeteria in the area, even with the somewhat high minimum order value. Something went wrong once with one of the pizzas but it was resolved perfectly and super quickly. Best food and best service. Recommended!

I ordered a chicken doner pizza roll and my husband ordered a kapsalon pedal boat and we also ordered a chicken doner pizza. Food was fantastic for prices we got good size portions . My husband and I will order more often. We had it delivered to our home when it was delivered. It was still wonderfully warm.

You can certainly enjoy good food here, and it is definitely recommended! You will always be helped promptly. Friendly staff, fresh food, clean restaurant and top service. I will definitely come more often.

Al een aantal keer besteld bij Lunes en ik kan het zeker aanraden. Een aantal keer haalde ze de 45 minuten niet maar er wordt altijd netjes gebeld dat het wat vertraagd is. De vorige keer zelfs gratis drinken erbij gekregen. De pizza’s zijn ECHT een aanrader, vooral de pizza kapsalon!!! Al met al: Een hele goede zaak met vriendelijk personeel, echt een meerwaarde voor Beuningen💪🏽

Geef ze dan ook een kans als er iets niet goed is om het goed te maken! En brand ze niet meteen af als je geen korting meer krijgt. Het personeel van Lunes heeft zich maanden lang in het zweet gewerkt om 50% te bieden. Tegen iedereen die nu klaagt dat die weg is heb een beetje begrip en snap dat een succesvolle zaak niet kan blijven draaien met zo’n hoge korting. Ik ben verder mega fan van jullie eten, ga zo door! 😄

Heerlijke pizza's, goed en overal evenredig belegd. Ook wordt er niet te veel olie gebruikt waardoor de pizza niet te vet voelt en proeft. 10/10!

Top zaak. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. Ondertussen al 3x gegeten en toen er 1x iets niet klopte werd dit super netjes en snel opgelost. Nog nooit meegemaakt op deze manier. Op maandag nu de kortingsactie, geef ze dan wat ruimte in tijd. Deze mensen werken die dag gewoon gratis wat omzet betreft, je kunt jezelf ook wel bedenken dat het druk is als er een actie is van 50% korting op de hele kaart. Durven mensen te klagen als het niet op stel en sprong klaar is... Mijn zoon is een kapsalon fan en dit is zijn absolute nummer 1! Ik raad deze nieuwe, mooie en nette zaak iedereen aan!
