They don't consider your personal circumstances, simply assume you're lying about being intolerant to something because you don't like it, and then forbid you from bringing a suitable product. They hide behind the rules (my request was due to stomach problems (a complication after surgery)). In their eyes, it's the same product, and because they're the caregiver and I'm the client, they think they know better than the client. It would suit them if they took their clients seriously despite their disabilities, but perhaps this schoolteacher behavior is normal in intellectually disabled care. I live in a residential facility for people with physical disabilities, and thankfully, things are very different there!

I had a cappuccino and an espresso this morning. The cappuccino was nice, but the espresso was not well prepared, no crema, flat taste.

Edisonstraat 21Jungle is my favorite cafe in Eindhoven 😍 Even though I'm not vegan, I really enjoy a delicious Oatly cappuccino, barista-made cacao, or matcha latte 💚 Everything is made and served with care and love. I feel welcome and grateful for such a wonderful place so close to home.

Clausplein 4Served a flat white to stay in a massive paper cup. Too hot, sour coffee, double the size of a flat white with incorrect ratio of milk. The americano had no subtlety, tasted over roasted and served too hot.
