Lux Cafe in Wijk 01 Nijmegen-Centrum

Had bought 4 cinema tickets by accident for the next day. There was no flexibility to change that, despite the fact that there were still plenty of seats available. So had to pay for 2x 4 tickets. Very bad. Be nice people!!!

Slightly chic Film Café in the heart of Nijmegen, always room, inside or outside, top location and wide range of beers, wines and regional dishes. Nice place to relax.

Great spacious café near the cinema. Lots of things to eat and drink. Fairly modern appearance and great place to stay.

Very nice place with nice staff. But… because you cannot make a reservation for a table to eat and there is no 'queue' or other system, you can never wait quietly for a free table because some other people are already walking around looking for a vacant table. First of all, I don't want to walk around like that and claim a spot, but it is also very unsettling if you do have a spot and other people walk around that way. Very unpleasant and unpleasant because it is such a nice place with very nice staff (unfortunately they cannot help you with this problem).

Always very nice to have a bite to eat or a drink before or after the movie. In that respect, LUX is absolutely unique. The films that are shown there are often special and very good. Lots of Italian films lately, wonderful!

The atmosphere is special, you either like it or you don't. See if performances appeal to you and if so, take some time to sit downstairs.

Come there regularly, especially for a film that is not showing in the normal cinema, but is at the LUX Of course in Nijmegen 🙏🏼❤️

The special Christmas brasserie after a film was not as it should have been, which was expensive

Here you can sit, chat and have a drink. Wonderful if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, alone or with others.

Unfortunately, the disabled toilet is not well indicated.

Nice place, good films, theater and music. Good rooms, good drinks and food. Staff, although numerous and friendly, are not always quick and alert

As a borani banjan expert I can tell you that the Lux did very well! The only mini thing that doesn't make it completely authentic Afghan is the ratio between eggplant and tomato, because there is less eggplant than it should be.

Nice red wine. The Malbec. Poured from the bottle with a big grin from the colleague behind the bar at Lux. Atmosphere was relaxed. Wonderful to stay.

Nice cafe. Good coffee. There are various snacks and snacks. Get enough vegetarian food. The terrace enjoys the sun in the afternoon. The cinema above the café shows arthouse films. Recommended to experience culture...😉

Concept meer dan prima, café gedeelte minder (vooral bediening buiten)

Afgelopen zondag, een lekker lunch gehad! We begonnen met een super lekkere espresso en een koffie! De lunch was erg lekker. Ik en mijn moeder hadden allebei de club sandwich besteld, en daar hebben we van genoten Het personeel was erg attent en vrolijk! De service was top!

Ik rende zowat de zaak in,omdat mijn dochter bijna flauwviel .Ze werd meteen goed opgevangen. Kreeg een groot glas drinken met wat koekjes. Het drinken hebben ze niet eens verrekend 👍

Altijd gezellig. Beetje bruin cafe sfeer, maar dan in een grand café jasje. De filmzalen zijn prima.

Hele fijne plek om wat meer 'afgelegen' te zitten in plaats van met 5 mega terassen aan elkaar gekoppeld. Aan de prijzige kant, maar dat is de perfecte manier om dronken studenten te ontwijken;) Aardige bediening en goede service

Zeer fijne groep mensen in de bediening. Bedankt voor de heerlijke koffie.

Na een horecaonthouding van vier maanden heel fijn om in dit café weer af te spreken

Blijft relaxt zitten hier. Wel wat aan de dure kant en opvallend....elke keer weer is net dat gebak op dat ik als eerste wil bestellen.

Leuk om naar de film te gaan en lekker te eten.

Tasty food, I would even give a Michellin star to this place.

Krantje lezen met een blonde leffe en nacho's op een regenachtige zondag. Ondertussen even het arthouse filmassortiment bekijken. Helemaal goed. En als het zonnetje doorbreekt het terras op😎

Vijne plek om met vrienden koffie drinken en wat te eten. Goede verse producten geserveerd met een glimlach :)

I really like to drink coffee in Lux. First time when I came in Nijmegen I liked to seat there and just read book. It is nice, big place, with a good energy, good and simple Menu and really nice personnel. Love it :)

Altijd heerlijk om er een bakkie te doen! Ook als het er druk is, is dat niet storend!

Service en hygiëne ok. Goed voor hapje en een drankje.

Mooi groot café. Lekker terras.

Heerlijk om tussendoor koffie te drinken maar ook voor een avondmaaltijd zeer aan te raden! Ik kom hier vaak terug voor mijn favoriete maaltijdsalade met watermeloen. Een echte aanrader.
