This is the most unfriendly Turkish bakery in Haarlem, and it's not exactly cool inside. They could use a good cleaning.

Super-duper friendly service and Turkish pastries, including spinach+feta, sucuk, and ayran drinks. Limited seating.

The pastries, pastries, and pita are delicious!! Baklava is just okay. The staff is polite and helpful.

I wanted to get a sandwich here this afternoon, but the owner was standing in the street, yelling and threatening a young man and a dog. I quickly walked away. I'll never go back.

I visited Magic Baguette in Haarlem expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude was far from welcoming. Instead of a friendly and helpful approach, I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. A simple smile or a bit of politeness would have made a big difference, but the interaction was cold and indifferent. The food might be good, but customer service is just as important, and this experience left a bad impression. I hope they improve their attitude toward customers because a little friendliness goes a long way.

Best baker in the Netherlands and wonderful, sweet people.

Today I went to the store, the baker of this store was shouting so loudly on the street and in the store, I have never seen/heard that before. Ridiculous what an antisocial guy.

The bread here is slightly different than elsewhere - in a POSITIVE sense. And not always the same! And always a nice chat with whoever is behind the counter. I no longer live in the area, but I like to drive around to get bread here every now and then. Really tasty, really cozy.

Bought two delicious and well-filled pizzas yesterday. Deliciously fresh and just out of the oven. While waiting I was offered a cup of coffee. And both the lady at the counter and the baker were very friendly. I live nearby so I will definitely come back!

I've been coming here since I lived in the area, always tasty sandwiches, good service and a nice chat. Always crispy fresh and plenty of choice.

The tastiest sandwiches in Haarlem, I walk here several times a week from the other side of the city to get them. The baklava is also delicious. The owner is incredibly friendly and so are the rest of the people there; heart for their business, love for their products and always customer friendly!

A person who you approve or disapprove of with one look. I come in, the gentleman is kneading dough. I wait politely until he sees me. When he sees me he asks, 'yes, just say so'. Before I have said 'do you have a borek of spinach/feta', he says 'No'. He then goes to help the woman behind me. I remain perplexed for a moment. Then he says, "I have nothing for you." I decide to stay calm and get something to eat from one of the neighbors. He no longer has to count on me as a customer. I've been here before, when he was overly nice. By the way, I also see in one of the recent reviews that another person was treated disrespectfully like me. Now I won't worry about it anymore, it is Saturday after all. Salute!

Sorry, but it is simply not possible to just give blackened products... When I got home I thought I would have a nice börek to eat, after it was completely burnt. Not edible and therefore in the trash. I think it's SO BAD that you see that you've let something burn and still sell it. No words for it.

I just ordered a loaf of bread. I only had a €50 euro bill (yes, my bad) and the baker didn’t have change, so he gave me the bread for free (I brought the €2.50 later). How good was the bread? Well, I was raised as a Catholic, and if there’s life after death and if I’m handed one of these breads the moment I die, I’ll know for sure I made it to Heaven.

Magic Baguette doet zijn naam eer! Nergens een baguette te vinden, de winkel kan wat meer orde en opgeruimde look gebruiken en zoals de naam van de tent suggereert was er veel op het menu op een magische wijze niet aanwezig. De eerste indruk van ver was niet per se aantrekkelijk, maar eerlijk is eerlijk: het ruikt er geweldig als je er staat/langs loopt. Het ruikt er veel beter dan de hippe tent tegenover dat vol zit. Wij besloten er lavas en een borek te halen. De prijs voor het brood is zeer aantrekkelijk en ik zou zelfs bereid zijn om meer voor te betalen. De Borek was goed! De twee kazen en peterselie combinatie was goed en het brood dat dit verpakt had was geurig en smakelijk. Mocht ik weer in Haarlem komen, zal ik weer eens aan jullie denken.

Dit is de allerbeste bakker in Haarlem. De böreks worden midden in de nacht met alle liefde gemaakt en staan elke dag vers in de etalage. Er zijn ontzettend veel smaken van kip tot linzen van vegetarisch tot gehakt voor ieder is er wel wat. En laat me niet beginnen over het brood. ( die ook midden in de nacht wordt gemaakt). Maar het beste van de hele bakkerij zijn de mensen die er werken. Zeker het proberen waard, maar pas op je kan verslaafd raken ! ;)

Schat van een eigenaar. Altijd aan het experimenteren met nieuwe ingrediënten en smaken. Werkt keihard en is altijd vriendelijk. De bagel (Turkse Simit) is een aanrader!

Heel lekkere brood maar er werkt een meid die totaal geen respect heeft voor klanten. Ze gaat gewoon live op haar telefoon terwijl er klanten zijn en belt ook als ze bij de kassa is. Zij is de enige reden waarom ik het 4 sterren geef

Er werkt hier een meid, die totaal geen oog heeft voor de klanten en met haar vriendinnen aan het bellen is terwijl ze klanten helpt en ook gewoon doorgaat met haar gesprek? Ik geef het 5 sterren omdat de broodjes lekker zijn maar hoe zij zich gedraagt kan niet!!!

Elke keer dat ik hier langsliep rook het zo ongelofelijk lekker dat ik het niet kon laten om even naar binnen te lopen. Resultaat? 3 goed gevulde börek die super smaken! Goede vulling, goed op smaak en lekker gekruid. Spijt dat ik niet eerder hier langs ben geweest! (Tip voor restaurant: maak een facebook pagina met foto's, contact met klanten en misschien wat extra info)
