The food is definitely worth trying once. 3 stars for the food because it wasn't quite what I thought. My son did not like the hummus sandwich. It was too watery and it was mixed with something. The merguez sandwich there and then was very tasty. Then we come to the Tajine Ima, which was a bit too salty, while the Tajine with chicken and olives could have used a little more salt. I did miss the olives with the chicken with olives. There were only a few in there and the fries were fried a little too hard. My daughter thought the Tagine chicken with vegetables was too dry. I think the tagine was just in the oven a little too long. Still, I would recommend eating there once because the variety is there and it is worth a visit. All in all a good experience at this restaurant!

Very nice food, I had the tajine, falafal and mint tea. The taste is delicious and many vegetarian options possible. Great! Placer to go. The service however can be improved.

Always good food at the neighbor's

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately for us, the shop was busy. We made a reservation in advance and ordered the 3 course menu. Starter and main course were served quickly and were very tasty. Then the staff seemed to be busy with all kinds of things, including preparing food that was picked up, except for the people who were eating out in the restaurant. Staff members also regularly stood around doing nothing or cleaning the bar, but they did not look up to the people in the shop. After a while we got up to ask if we could order another drink. It was a bit difficult to get someone's attention, but ordering a drink was possible, but then it never came. 20 minutes later I politely stood at the bar again to ask if we could still get our drinks, but no one saw me there even though I tried to attract attention. Finally I gave up and grabbed two drinks from the shelf and opened them myself, with the idea of ​​later saying that they should be added to the bill. After sitting with empty plates in front of us for 45 minutes and no one seemed to even notice that we were there, we were still kind of having fun and wondering out loud whether anyone would even notice if we just were walking out of the shop, one of us got up to ask if they had perhaps forgotten that we were there? To which the owner looked back in amazement and seemed to have no idea what we were talking about, which actually confirmed that. We then clearly indicated that we had finished eating and therefore wanted to eat dessert. “Ah, dessert!” Then the gentleman understood again. Finally paid the bill, neatly added the drinks we had packed ourselves, and in the process of putting on the coat we looked around to see if we could say hello to anyone, but again no one was busy with the people in the shop. Too bad, because we really liked the food.

Had a good meal, it was my first time eating Moroccan food. Surprisingly good, tasty and spicy. Worth repeating.

I recently had dinner with a friend at this fantastic Moroccan restaurant. We started with Harira soup and a pickled Moroccan salad, both delicious and full of flavour. The couscous with chicken was perfectly prepared, and we finished with delicious Moroccan tea. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and created a warm atmosphere. The prices are also very good. The only downside is that we are not from the area, otherwise we would definitely eat here more often. Definitely recommended!

What a delicious meal we had here on Friday evening, 8/16! We weren't really familiar with Moroccan cuisine, except that we sometimes made couscous dishes at home. That's why we took the Ima menu, with a little bit of everything. But what we once ate at home pales completely in comparison to what we ate here. Delicious couscous, wonderfully tender meat (beef and chicken), with fine vegetables and beautiful salads. Tastes and smells that take you straight to the south, even if you've never been there before. We will be back!

Delicious food in this small, cozy restaurant. The menu with the tasting is delicious, all kinds of cold and warm dishes.

The food is excellent, the service a bit messy, it is an eatery, which in this case means that it is not a restaurant, but not a Moroccan cafeteria either. Friendly people.

I had no idea what I would have for dinner today until I walked past this friendly Moroccan eatery. I was quite late but asked if I could pick up some food and this was possible. I had a falafel sandwich and a merguez sandwich. And I can tell you one thing, these were delicious sandwiches. So if you are ever in the area, I highly recommend this. It's very friendly staff and the food taste is great!

Started with Moroccan mint tea and delicious harira from the friendly owner, steaming tagine as a main course and coffee/tea and sweets afterwards. Good price/quality, nice atmosphere and plenty of choice. Definitely worth another visit!

The falafel broodje was fantastic, very flavorful, with a large portion size. The Moroccan tea was so reminiscent of my time in Egypt and was delicious. Chicken was juicy, and the Tajine was hot and fresh. Overall, a great Moroccan restaurant in Ede!

I would even give this 10 stars. This is without a doubt the tastiest Moroccan restaurant in the Netherlands. Chicken tagine was delicious and authentic!! Owner is very friendly and great service.

After 2 years I finally made time to eat here. Best Tagine & couscous we have ever eaten. I've eaten at a number of places in other cities, but this is exactly how it should and should taste. Everything just fits. We took Beef and Chicken Tagine, then added couscous with chicken as an extra. And there are still portions to take away. I drove 2 hours to eat this again and we will definitely be back. Owner (Rachid) is an incredibly friendly person, does his work with passion and runs a top business. Customer friendly and great service for his customers in the business. Our weekend has been wonderfully filled again and we will continue to enjoy tomorrow. Have you never eaten Moroccan or are you looking for something different to taste? I definitely recommend this place to go sometime. You really won't regret it! Rachied has an option for everyone's needs, so a full stomach is guaranteed. Full portions always.

Incredibly delicious and affordable food, one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while for only €6! The staff was very kind and helped explain the menu and how the restaurant worked in English. Definitely coming back.

Last night we had dinner again with our very nice Moroccan "Neighbor Ima", boy, what great dishes with fantastic flavors his kitchen has! Affordable, healthy, tasty and honest food, highly recommended for anyone who wants something other than Dutch pot, etc. Thank you !!

Nice and informal, small children's play area, delicious, fresh and well-seasoned (vegetarian) food with a very good price-quality ratio! We had for lunch; bread with dip, soup, Taijine with vegetables and couscous with vegetables. It was all served quickly and portions were more than enough for the three of us (2 adults and a baby (who loved the couscous and baba ganoush sandwiches!). I would recommend it to anyone who wants to eat something different than you normally do!

The six of us had dinner at Ima as a group of friends, for two of us it was a foretaste of their trip to Morocco in a month's time. Very warm welcome, good explanation and advice, delicious food and enjoyed the vegetarian soup, tagine Ima, tagine vegetable with chicken and couscous with vegetables. Complete with ice cream, baklava and coffee and for a very affordable price! After two and a half hours, more than satisfied on the way home. Highly recommended!!

Very tasty food. We took a menu with harira, tagine and Moroccan cookies. It was delicious. The portions were also very generous, so you definitely got your money's worth.

Vandaag vanaf een camping in Lunteren hier afgehaald. Was erg lekker en met hele vriendelijke service aan de balie. De porties ervaarden we als zeer ruim.

Alles klopt hier. Heerlijk eten, vegetarisch en precies pittig genoeg, batbot ontdekt (aanrader, vega) couscous tajine en vooraf die soep…. Je buik is vol en gelukkig was de baklava op dus alleen thee toe. Gesmuld! Overigens zowat naast de lekkerste koffietent in Ede: koffie&koffie. Zou het gewoon de omgeving zijn?

Wij hebben 2 x genoten van de vriendelijke, gastvrije bediening bij IMA. Het was onze kennismaking met de Marokaanse eten. Het eten was verrassend en lekker. De salades en tajine zijn prima bevallen. Ook de zoete koek was voortreffelijk.

Het vegetarische 3 gangenmenu met soep, tajine en baklava was heerlijk en niet duur. Ze hebben zitplaatsen binnen, maar ook een terras. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Als je de Marokkaanse keuken wilt ervaren, ga je hier in de regio niets beters vinden. Het eten is zeer goed, goede hygiëne en vriendelijk personeel.
