Delicious food and fast delivery.

The delivery driver rang the doorbell twice, very rudely. Once upstairs, he said, "Can't you order from somewhere closer? I had to drive 20km to get here." He was really rude and angry, even making me feel intimidated. I ordered through Uber Eats.

Second day of feeling sick and all after your oh-so-delicious food. Thank you! I'm not even going to explain it because you're not worth it. Just don't order; it'll save you a lot of toilet paper, etc.

I was supposedly the first one you would deliver. 50 minutes later you tell me that the delivery person JUST left the door 😆 Waste of your time and hunger. Believe me. You wait 2 hours for your food that is delivered cold and wet while they keep telling you on the phone that it just left the door or some other excuse. Very bad service and clearly NOT customer-oriented. Childish on the phone and unfortunately everything was bad in my experience. Scroll down if you read this and thank me later.

I ordered spare ribs for the first time, and it was also the last time. It was an XL menu. The fries were cold. And for the XL menu, you get 4 small pieces.

Ordered XL veal spareribs, received a small size... called afterwards to get another portion of spareribs because I had ordered XL, ok great, I received them, it is 100% not veal and not sweet but dry... (can't eat it either because I'm not allowed to eat pork) never again.

I have had ribs from many places within the Hague (this includes some places from the top 5 ribs places in the Hague) and most of them are pretty similar. This one however stands out. Are their ribs top quality? no but they are above average and definitely better than other places. Are their ribs coated in bbq sauce? yes and honestly it isn't as bad as people make it out to be! They have a balance it is not overwhelming but just enough to make it tastier. Are their sides good? No, their fries warrant more attention but honestly they are still fries, and I couldn't care less. In terms of taste and consistency they always deliver, and that's why I always order from them. One thing for certain this place doesn't warrant a 3.1 review based on ribs. So giving it a 5 to bring more balance (even though it deserves a 4)

It takes 1 hour and 35 minutes on a Wednesday!!! The food arrives cold and with virtually no marinade—a waste of money.

I ordered spare ribs and had to wait two hours for them. After over an hour, I called and was treated very kindly. It was extremely busy (I can appreciate the excuse that it was Black Friday and therefore very busy as a joke). When I called, they told me our food was just being packaged for delivery. Then we waited another 50 minutes for delivery. A long wait is okay when it's very busy, which is understandable, but only if you maintain consistent quality. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. The packaging was such that our food was really cold; a little more insulation would easily solve this problem. The fries were also so hard they were practically impossible to eat. The meat was undercooked: impossible to pick or cut off the bone and incredibly tough (though it did taste good). This should not have left the kitchen, which is a real shame. A lot of missed opportunities, and I think it would be a good idea for the future to refuse orders for a few hours on an evening like this (when it's very busy) to allow more time for the meat to cook properly. This certainly doesn't create regular customers. The second star is therefore only for the pleasant way in which I was treated when I called.

First time ordering and was very disappointing. For 18.50 the quality was really bad. My fries were stiff and crispy I couldn't eat, and then ribs were dried out and just covered with a bbq sauce. Waste of money.

Voorheen een topzaak: vriendelijke bediening, goede porties, knapperige patat en de beste pindasaus van Den Haag! Maar sinds kort is de pindasaus niet meer wat ie is geweest en de porties patat karig en soms te kort gebakken. Erg jammer!
