I arrived home and a few things were cold, but the service afterwards was perfect. I spoke to an Angel and she arranged everything very nicely. There is a lot of complaining, but that lady does a good job. Thanks Angel, we will definitely be back!!!

The best Mac Donald's from all of them. The bread is fresh, the food never gives me pain and the place is beautiful. I love to go with my family.

Food is made for you right there on the spot. Not cold, but nice and warm. The fries are just barely passable though. Otherwise, super friendly staff inside. Good for a quick meal with the kids.

This is by far the best McDonald's I have ever experienced. Good manager who guides his staff. Within 5 minutes they were at my table with the menu.. Hats off!!

Just a McDonald's like you'd expect, I think. The toilet was a bit dirty when we were there, but that was really the only thing I noticed. The tables weren't spotless, but I've certainly seen dirtier ones.

Went this afternoon. Very nice and neat restaurant. Very friendly gentleman with a beard. My kids got a free ice cream. A bit warm inside, though.

The waitress got my order wrong twice, and I waited a very long time for my food, even though the restaurant was almost empty. When I received my food, the waitress rudely threw the tray on my table and was very rude. Honestly, it put me off eating. I will never eat there again. I suspect the food was contaminated.

The drive trough is very small. Food service as usual.

A very neat and friendly young lady at the ordering station. It is true, however, that ordering is not done alternately at the two stations. But having one extra person in front of you isn't a problem if they only have ice cream.

Exactly what you expect from this type of restaurant. Plus point: free toilets. The restaurant is generally clean, but it's a shame the air conditioning doesn't work, especially on warmer days in the summer.

There was a significant delay due to the rush. The ice cream had already been made, though, so I saw it melting. I could have slurped it right down with a straw if I had been given one. Except for the M&M pieces, that is.

When I arrived home, I saw that I had received the wrong order. At 1:57 AM, I called the branch. The employee answered the phone, but as soon as he realized I had a complaint about the order, he hung up. After that, I called back several times, but no one answered. Next, I drove back to the branch in question. At 2:05 AM, I was standing at the pickup window. The employee claimed that he had not hung up the phone, even though he had. Then he said: "What do you want me to do for you now?" I indicated that I wanted to receive a new order because I had received the wrong one. The employee replied that he was not going to do that anymore and said that he "didn't work there for fun." He then closed the window in my face. Out of frustration, I knocked on the window, after which the employee called the police.

When I got home, part of the order was missing. I sent an email and you responded really well. So from 1 to 5 stars 🌟

Frequent incorrect orders at the MC Drive: fries with mayonnaise and a medium milkshake are 10.50.

Suddenly, delivery is no longer possible in postcode 2905. It is possible via either Thuisbezorgd or Uber, and it concerns all three McDonald's.

These people are super nice. I once got an extra drink from the manager because we didn't have enough money.

Perfect coffee, certainly for customers over 60. Welcoming, friendly staff and a clean establishment. Perfect spot for a stop and to briefly leave the Wild West behind at Kabouter Smulpaap. While sipping my delicious coffee, I noticed an older man who had come in for coffee with his wife secretly taking two newspapers from the Saturday edition under his arm and then quickly stuffing them into his bike bag to drink coffee with his partner at a table, fishing a sandwich out of a plastic bag. Thanks for being able to read a newspaper too, that smooth operator.🤷‍♂️ Anyway, today I went to McDonald's with Kwebbel again for ☕ a coffee and an ice cream🍦👍. I was helped extremely kindly by a young lady at the checkout and order counter. Due to the crowds, we parked briefly at the request of a nice young man, after which our snacks were brought to us. It doesn't happen often, but I was helped extremely well again. Remains a nice branch.👌🏆 Just grabbing a cup of coffee for Kabouter to get started. A warm welcome from the staff and incredibly nice service again.🏆👌

Ordered a McFlurry yesterday, got half of what it normally is. I asked the person if that was normal? First they acted nasty and then we were just ignored. Lately they really haven't been friendly there.

It remains a cozy moment together with our little rascal.

They really get it here! What a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly friendly: they greet you, politely ask if they can clean your table or take anything away, wish you a good meal, and even politely say goodbye when you leave. That's McDonald's-level service. True hospitality and a top-notch guest experience. I'd definitely love to come back!

I received old fries and they forgot the fries sauce. I had to throw them away, as I don't have any sauce at home to get rid of the old fries.

Friendly staff, a nice atmosphere, and good service, but above all, excellent coffee from a barista machine. This MC truly deserves the McCafe label. The leather benches have become a bit worn over the years and could use an upgrade.

We were helped nicely, there were 8 children, the order came quickly and there was lemonade spilled which was cleaned up immediately, I also asked for a plaster and that was also brought right away.

We had dinner with our granddaughters. They always love it. And then a delicious ice cream afterward. The service was fantastic; they didn't mind going the extra mile. Hats off.

The left screen of the drive-thru is undisturbed. You can easily stand there for fifteen minutes, and everyone on the right is being helped.

This rating comes from the kids and the reason they give it a 3 is because there is no play area and the ice tea was gone.

We were here today around noon (during school holidays). The restaurant is very clean, everyone is friendly, the food is made quickly and is fresh. The restrooms are also clean.

Poor service from the dark-skinned woman who works in the mornings. Over and over again. They should fire her. It's obvious she doesn't feel like working, and she conveys that feeling to the customers.

I was here recently because I was sad. My FatBike had been stolen, so I wanted to get a Big Mac and some Chicken Nuggets to wash away my tears. Then I suddenly saw the culprit! The person who stole my FatBike was suddenly walking around McDonald's! But what should I do now? I gathered all my courage, and against my instincts, I called the police. I did this in the bathroom because I think he had a gun. A few minutes later, I heard the police, some rummaging, and some struggling. I didn't see the culprit again, but the police returned my FatBike and said the culprit would never do it again ☺️. Very happy with the fast service and the warranty on my FatBike 👍

The food was delivered quickly and this time the fries were nice and warm. The atmosphere was also good.

This location is managed quite tightly, and you can tell. Fast service and reasonably clean.

Inside the restaurant, there are a lot of flies flying around. This is unhygienic and dirty. These creatures are trying to get at your meal, which is disgusting. Please address this. For example, hang fly traps from the ceiling.

Thought I'd give it another try, but no. Ordered pistachio flurry, soft serve, and an ice cream frappe. The ice cream frappe was wrong. They asked if I could wait a minute!! "My ice cream is melting, isn't it!" Yeah, but my Mac drive is crashing now!!! So, this is a melted ice cream, man, delicious. And yes, I live close by, so the ice cream would have made it, but after waiting an extra 5 minutes, and suddenly, they didn't know about my new ice cream.

I sometimes can't get good service nice restaurants, but in this particular McDonald's, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by service and food, came so fast, also for late hour that we came it was really clean. I didn't see the name, but a bold waiter brought us our food. He was a very pleasant man.

We often visit this branch and usually are served fast.But this morning, it took over 20 mins for a simple breakfast order, croissants were sold out but we were offered an alternative, so no issue here. After my order, I still had to wait for my coffee, they eventually try to flog an old one from the back so I asked for a replacement. The coffee corner/counter were very dirty & disorganized, without any takeaway lids and with crates of milk on display. Employees were arguing with each other, there is clearly no system or accpuntability and it shows. For over 20 euro, I ll go somewhere else next time.

It was a delicious meal of 2 burgers 🍔 and I couldn't even finish my fries 🍟 plus I actually wanted an ice cream 🍦 but I didn't have it unfortunately I was full I didn't even feel like eating breakfast the next morning but I still had a cup of coffee ☕ and a cheese croissant 🥐

Mc drive too small with a large car

Good and tasty mac and cheese. The food is delivered quickly and hot, and they keep a close eye on specials. I never miss anything when I get home, and my daughter leaves with a smile.

I wasn't allowed a plain burger with that McSmart menu because they wouldn't "change" it. So I had to pay twice as much for individual burgers that they could customize. This was the first time I'd heard of such a thing. And if you charge €0.85 for your fries sauce, it's only fair to give the customer the two sachets of sauce after they've paid for them. Two plain cheeseburgers, one fries, and one small Sprite is €12. I could have gotten two McSmart menus for that. Stupid staff, stupid policy, and therefore probably a stupid manager as well.

A McDonald's. I always give it 3 stars. At least, if there's nothing else to complain about. And, lol, there's nothing particularly good about it. It's still a concept I have a love-hate relationship with. Convenient because they're always open and you get served quickly. Parking and loading are often excellent. The coffee is good. But the food is unhealthy and not very tasty, very unsustainable, and the restrooms are decent, but never really clean.

I visited this McDonald's this afternoon and it was a fantastic experience. The location was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. What stood out most was the host—an older man with an incredibly warm and welcoming demeanor. He truly cared about his guests and exuded a calm and engaging atmosphere. You immediately felt welcome thanks to his genuine friendliness and pleasant demeanor. Furthermore, the food was delivered surprisingly quickly, which was a real plus. Will definitely be back! 👌🍟🍔

Someone was video calling and the whole restaurant was enjoying it, I expected something to be said about it, but this is a shame

First of all, the employee was lovely! Very friendly... and honestly, this McDonald's, and a few others I've seen, is one of the few fast-food restaurants with clean restrooms!

While I was waiting for my takeout menu and milkshake, a guy walked up to the counter and said, "I ordered iced tea and this is a milkshake" (they'd accidentally given him my milkshake). The employee swapped the lid and just wanted to give me the used milkshake! What a bunch of disgusting, unhygienic amateurs! And of course, they act so hypocritical when they get caught... they'll never see me again!

Food was almost cold again, fries certainly. After complaining, fresh fries did arrive. Straws, mayonnaise and napkins were forgotten, everything was resolved but, it happens more often lately that food is lukewarm to cold....

Best location in Rotterdam East to eat on site. I like to come here with my family. It is also not far from the shopping center so for quality I prefer here than Poolsterplein. Tables and toilets are clean. It is spacious and nicely decorated with different seating areas and the staff is friendly. And a large fries is really a large fries.

1 star is too many this store manages to screw up my order every time I don't know what kind of staff works there but really people use your MIND a bit it would be nice, if you have an order CHECK it so F it's not difficult but still every time with this mac it hits this was also the last time I ordered via thuiszorgd I just got a completely different order and what do you get as an answer yes you have to solve that with thuiszorgd oh yeah nice and easy you make a mistake and blame someone else and then find it strange that this company has gone to hell in the past you just got your order delivered and an extra one nowadays you can get the T, you can be happy that I'm not mobile I would have thrown that order straight in your face.

Stopped for a quick burger. Through the MC drive and on we went. Within 5 minutes we continued our journey

Friday evening after a visit to Ahoy on the way back, I stopped because you can still sit inside. Very neat and tidy. Too bad the burgers were too cold and people on the premises are looking for deposit bottles by people who are not customers. It gives you a bit of the feeling of having to pay extra attention to your car. Friendly staff and otherwise neat and tidy inside.

I just got home from this location. Ordered a double chicken. This is what was in the bag. This is the umpteenth time that an order has gone wrong.

I had only ordered a drink and then I was told to enjoy dinner.

Perfect McDonalds, branch quiet and beautifully maintained. Flowers on the table and special place for delivery staff. The employees pretty much have the best service I've ever received at McDonalds. The employee behind the counter quickly gave our order. Then another employee suggested that you could still get sugar and milk for your coffee. Now that's service.

Throw your 55 euros for order. 3 menus If you receive 1 menu, you can call Uber Who then gives the food to those delivery people? Money not refunded, food not received Easy money guys
