Cheeseburger was cold but it was no problem they brought a new one to the table

After years, I went to McDonald's again. McDonald's has gotten so expensive, and I can't really say it was value for money. It seems the quality has declined, or I just didn't care for it before. It's not fast food either when you have to wait almost 10 minutes.

Very friendly restaurant,even though its 15 minutes before closet food was still good. Service was very nice.

Had a lovely meal with my granddaughters at McDonald's in Capelle! A real treat!

It's McDonalds. Not going for the 5 star food haha however, this place is only decent if you collect yourself. Don't place delivery orders. They go wrong more often than they go well and it's not worth the money. Drive thru is efficient and well organised.

Taking and correctly placing orders has become a real challenge at McDonald's these days. The last four orders were all wrong, then another sauce was forgotten, then you order without onion, you get onion but no pickle, then you order without tomato, and yes, you guessed it... you get a tomato. It's actually too bizarre for words; it's literally reading what's on a screen and implementing it. Apparently, this bit of reading comprehension and implementation is already too much to ask of McDonald's staff these days... Now I can throw the nuggets away because without sauce, they're just too dry to eat. It's truly sad that something so simple can't even go right anymore. This is exactly why my friends and I now go to Burger King. It's much cheaper, at least it's actually filling, and you get exactly what you ordered and paid for. At least they show us how it's done right there.

The big arch was very tasty but the nuggets were a little bit dry. The personal was very friendly! The restaurant was clean. Good impression!

I hadn't been to this McDonald's since it was renovated. And it looks great, with nice chairs and a modern layout. My small dog used to be allowed in the restaurant, but I'm not sure if that's still the case. This visit was pleasant. I stopped by for a small snack, which was brought to my table: a fresh fish burger and McNuggets. I mentioned that the McNuggets were cold, and they gave me a new portion without any problem. Unfortunately, there's a lot of trash around here, and visitors don't always throw things in the trash.

The cleanest and tidiest McDonald's I've ever seen. Friendly staff too! Fries a bit salty, but oh well, it happens.

I received very friendly service with smiles from both employees at the drive-thru today (around 6:15 PM). Kudos, guys! The person who took my order was also very helpful when I asked if I had any coupons to redeem. And that even though it was very busy. Fantastic!

This McDonald's has already been renovated and looks much better. It's not much different from other McDonald's and has the standard offerings and occasional specials. The counter staff varies. Some are very helpful and work quickly, others less so. There's plenty of space to sit and eat, and there's ample parking.

It's getting more shameless every time I visit. Now almost all drinks cost another 15 cents. A bit of sauce 85 cents. Not buying the slob anymore.

Disgraceful. Half my orders are regularly forgotten. When you call and are promised a free Happy Meal, and supposedly, all your contact information is taken, suddenly no one knows about it when you come to pick it up. I've never experienced such a bad McDonald's. I've worked for a few of them myself. These kinds of pranks didn't happen there, and little children didn't leave crying, but with big smiles. You should be ashamed of yourselves; I'll drive a bit further from now on for the service that's so clearly lacking here!

It looked like a big bite had been taken out of the burger. I always open my bun first to see what it looks like. Luckily, I did too. The staff and manager looked at me as if I'd done it myself. For me, there was only one solution: fire the kitchen worker on the spot. A lame joke and very unsanitary.

As almost always, the fries were cold. When it's busy, the burger looks like it escaped from the kitchen. Only when it's quiet does your burger resemble what you see in the commercial.

Order two menus and two separate milkshakes. The order takes +10 min and the shakes are getting warm all that time. Ask for new shakes when they are delivered because they have become warm. Despite the fact that they say they will make new ones, they still give me made ones. Final conclusion. When I got home, two warm shakes and a disappointed child and parent. Very unfortunate and sad of McDonalds.

This morning, during my car ride, I suddenly felt like having an egg mcmuffin... so I checked which McDonald's was closest to me at that moment... This time it was in Capelle aan den IJssel Rhijnspoor. It was still early, there were a number of people enjoying breakfast. I placed my order at the column. My desired breakfast was delivered to the table quite quickly. Served with a smile and everything nice and fresh. What struck me was: a spotless restaurant, clean toilets and even the terrace was being cleaned at that moment by a friendly young man who was cleaning the tables outside. Some restaurants in this chain can follow this example. Because that is not the case at every McDonald's... Congratulations to this team... I will definitely come back again

This McDonald's is really so much better than my previous experience in Rotterdam. Ordered at the table via my order, food arrived quickly and was surprisingly warm and delicious. The toilet in this restaurant was also well maintained and clean. A super McDonald's restaurant.

First just ordered dinner, it came very quickly, nice! Then we ordered an ice cream, left the plate at the end of the table the whole time, 2 servers walked around with our order and didn't bring it, when it finally came they claimed that we had hidden the plate or something. They work very sloppily at the Mc drive, every time they forget to give something, so check everything carefully. The MC Flurry is also always a quarter full, when I once asked if they could fill the cups normally, they said that their boss was not allowed to do so.

Title: Disappointing McFlurry experience – savings at customer's expense I've been a fan of the McFlurry for years, but lately it's really gone downhill. The portions seem to be getting smaller and the toppings? These are almost impossible to find nowadays. Where you used to get a generous amount of M&Ms, Oreos or other toppings, it is now as if the employee reluctantly sprinkles a teaspoon over it. And what's even worse: it's not mixed well at all. A McFlurry should be a creamy, well-mixed treat, with the toppings and sauce distributed throughout the ice cream. But these days you just get a dollop of soft serve ice cream with a few stray bits thrown on top. If you're lucky, there will be some leftovers at the bottom, but that's more a coincidence than policy. I understand that companies want to save money, but this is simply no longer the quality you pay for. In addition, the portions also seem to be getting smaller. For the same price you get less ice cream and fewer toppings – a double disappointment. If this continues, you would be better off getting an ice cream somewhere else where they do pay attention to taste and experience. McDonald's, if you're following along: bring back the old McFlurry experience! Give customers value for their money and stop with these frugal savings. A McFlurry should be a moment of enjoyment, not a disappointment in a paper cup.

Terrible service after the renovation. It had the best service so far but seems it changed. Missing a french fries and waited 10 mins and then I had to go and ask them and they gave a cold cold fry and also the manager was very rude.. hope the service get better, otherwise this will be a place I will not visit again..

The McDrive did not function optimally on Sunday evening, December 8. We had to wait in the parking lane and what we got next: a Swiss Crispy and a Maestro Swiss Cheese burger varied quite a bit. The Swiss Crispy was of great quality, the Maestro beef burger was not well done and did not smell good, while on Sunday a week earlier I got perfect Maestro Swiss Cheese burgers at McDonalds Moordrecht.

Good atmosphere, food okay. Went here for the first time after recent renovations. Why are women's toilets (Explanation in a moment!) larger than men's toilets?? After a long visit to the toilet it turns out that the soap has run out... I find that really amateurish!!* - then washed hands with the ladies. Customer visit ratio seems to me to be 60-40% (m/f), .. women's toilets always have 2 cubicles and in square meters it also seems larger; workers are mainly men, and it bothers me that in the entire market (except IKEA & Van der Valk) gentlemen are given barely 1 cubicle with 2, sometimes 3 urinals next to it, especially when men make up 60-70 of the clientele ! * Toilets are an indispensable item in your store .. .. (just like dining tables) and they must be clean! And in addition: a toilet without soap / toilet paper is the same as a restaurant / kitchen without staff / chef. To conclude, a more concise summary: - recently renovated: guests are back: and how did it turn out: benches at the tables are comfortable!! However, upon arrival at my table, the seat was not spotless. Quite pleasant: a type of hostess is very cordial, .. I also reported to her that soap had run out. [Review a day later:] - I drive all over South Holland for my work * ... I happened to be there again today. So a good toilet along the way is important. Soap was replenished. Tables were now visibly cleared repeatedly. Newspapers were in good condition.. in the men's toilet there were still remains of renovation.. sealant or rubbish on the floor.. After the renovation in October 2024, the place has really been renovated. Both in terms of restaurant and parking space. Breakfast is as expected and just fine.

Ordered a takeaway, the order did not include the selected items like apples, drinks in the happy meal. Drinks also mixed up, no drinking straws and napkins... Bad luck...or normal service?
