It's worth a try. Ordering at the terminal is possible. It's totally straightforward. Food can be brought to your table. Ordering is also possible directly at the table using the app. Everything goes quite quickly. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. All in all, just your average McDonald's 🤷🏻‍♀️😎

I'm always amazed at how different things like McDonald's can be. In the Netherlands, everything is cheaper than in Germany, and the service is much faster. I pay €3 less for a 20-piece chicken nugget than I would in Germany. The burgers are all cheaper too, and there's a much wider selection of chicken. It's a real shame that Germany is lagging behind again in this regard.

Not a good place to prank call; they say they are going to call 112 and you can't call anonymously. Shame, and bad, angry people.

Service, well... We ordered multiple menus with a vanilla milkshake, and it wasn't the vanilla flavor. The first time we immediately got a new one; the second time, it wasn't the vanilla flavor again. We got another new one. EVEN that one wasn't good. We went to report it and said that we were consuming it now, but the taste wasn't right. The (manager) indicated that he had made it himself and couldn't do anything about it. So is that service?? The tables weren't clean, it wasn't busy, and the trash can was full too.

The food was fine; I have no complaints about that. However, what I find truly disgusting, unhygienic, and also unsafe is that dogs are simply allowed to sit inside the restaurant. Not everyone likes dogs, and furthermore, there are people with dog allergies who may experience symptoms because of this. From a hygienic point of view as well, a restaurant should be a clean and safe environment where food takes center stage. I understand that service dogs are an exception, but in my opinion, regular pets do not belong inside a restaurant. What I find particularly strange is that this is actually prohibited at the McDonald's in Goes. Pets are not allowed inside there, which I consider a much better and clearer rule. Hopefully, the policy here will be adjusted as well, so that everyone can enjoy their meal in a pleasant, hygienic, and safe manner.

The tables were all dirty, and it was noisy even though there were hardly any visitors inside.

The bald, short manager is not customer-friendly at all and is not nice to the staff either. The food is often just reheated but not crispy. At the McDrive, the food is practically thrown into the car. Tip for senior management at McDonald’s headquarters: give the manager additional training on customer service, etc. You would make many customers happy.

Tasty fast food and clean toilets

The woman who brought my order to the table was the friendliest and most cheerful person I've met in the Netherlands.

The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean and looked very good. There is also a 'fast charger' for the car, but it has a maximum of 40kW and only one connection.

The food was good. They have wings and they are freaking delicious. The only thing I didnt like was the chocolate sauce in the Oreo mcflurry, its better without it. Oh and that spicy orange mc flurry is absolutely terrible everyone in the car agreed😆🤣😂. Its really really busy because its the only one for a long time. Service was good and fast. Overall I didnt take away stars for the mc flurries because in general the place is good.

McDonald's is still McDonald's. I'm more likely to go there for a quick coffee McFlurry or milkshake. But otherwise, I'm not really a fan of easy options for a quick bite.

I put that music on, it's taking too long, I've been standing here for a while. 3 cars in front of me at the drive-thru. Something goes wrong in front of us, but the employee walks at a slow jog to a parked car. By the time we're 3 windows down, the ice cream has turned into a milkshake.

It was very disappointing. The McFlurries were already melted when delivered to the table, and the amount of ice cream was disappointingly small. The price-quality ratio was very poor. We won't be going here again; fortunately, there are plenty of good alternatives.

Great servers. I thought it was very kind of her to bring food to the table. The only downside is that there's nothing for children to do indoors at this time of year.

I ordered an Oreo McFlurry. This was taken down incorrectly. When I didn't receive my McFlurry and pointed this out, they didn't understand me at the cashier, so I didn't get the right order. Very unfortunate, because I was really looking forward to it.

Well, just a perfectly normal McDonald's. I came here in the evening to get some tasty chicken nuggets, and in the end I got 9. When I opened my box in the car, there were only 7 nuggets in it!!!!! This shouldn't be possible if you can just count normally, but apparently that's difficult for some employees. How stupid can you be not to be able to count? Very poor. Don't order anything here!!!!!

Too bad. No or poor management. At 10:00 in the morning. No toilet paper in the accessible toilet. There you are. So, not checked in the morning. Coffee, no milk, sugar, or stirrer. No nougat or anything like that. No stand at the counter to get anything myself, and I grabbed the last tissues. Plenty of staff. Today, February 8th. Ordered fries. It was still early, around 10:30. The top fries were warm. More than half of the bottom fries were cold. Probably mixed with old and new. The coffee wasn't hot either. Poured before the order was ready. Quality has declined since Vlissingen opened.

Since McDonald's opened in Vlissingen, things have gone downhill in Middelburg. The order hasn't been complete even once in the last five times we've been there. A cheeseburger without cheese... then it was inedible because of the salt. We received fries we didn't order. An incomplete order, and so on. The receipt was impossible to obtain, which is helpful when so much goes wrong. It's a shame. I hope you're aware of this and something will change.

The staff speaks very poor Dutch. The wait was long. (I was the only customer.) The coffee was hot, though.

Very young Staff, mixes up orders quite often. If you cant use the order screen, you have to wait for them to get one Staff to do the kassa.

In the first place, the service here is super fast. You won't even have time to sit down at the table before they bring you your order. Thank you guy's for this kind of job.

The filet-o-fish burger costs €6.05, which is ridiculous. In France, a Filet-o-Fish menu with fries and a drink costs €6! I don't understand why the Netherlands needs it so much.

Every time when I get food for take away, I see at home something is missing. If is not fries is sandwich. More attention wouldn' hurt!

The McDonald's concept is the same everywhere. Ordering is quick. Food delivery to the table is fast. The food is okay, but quickly leads to frustrations regarding decency. You bite into the burger on one side, and it then slides out the other, making a mess. Do I like going there? No! Is it fun for the kids? Yes! Will I come back? Once or twice a year is enough!

They forget something with every order. First it was nuggets, then cheese croquettes, and now a hamburger. Always check if your order is complete before you leave! Never again will I go to McDonald's here.

The moment we crossed the threshold, my one-and-a-half-year-old son threw up. So, mother and child quickly went to the changing room. A staff member immediately came to help with some wipes, and later we were given a garbage bag to put our dirty clothes in. We quickly ordered some to-go food. It was nice and hot and just plain good. Thanks, McDonald's Middelburg!

The fries on the menu were cold. After grumbling, the host managed to give us a new container. When we tried to order more at the cash register, the same host rudely replied, "We can't do that anymore. We've been closed for half an hour." This was strange, as we had spent that half hour waiting for our menu and eating it! And the McDrive was completely overflowing. Like many other reviewers, we had an unpleasant experience at McDonald's Middelburg!

Every now and then, you can do that.

I go to McDonald's every now and then. The burgers, in particular, are very tasty. The sauce used to come in small containers. These have been replaced by sachets. Without a skewer, you have to eat it with your hands. The result is a messy mess. The prices are quite high. Considering what you pay in a regular restaurant, that's a good thing. Otherwise, I find it a simple atmosphere, especially if you dine outside. I find it more about eating here than eating and then quickly leaving.

McDonald's like McDonald's but the food is good the coffee tastes like my latte and small mistakes (time of receiving the order) are forgiven especially if the service is nice and the food is tasty. But I received half an ice cream instead of a whole one (maybe because it was on sale) I gave it as a gift to the so-called crew and I wish them luck.

Very unpleasant experience at McDonald’s Vlissingen Today I experienced something that I still can’t quite understand. During my visit to McDonald’s Vlissingen I was confronted with very disrespectful behavior from the (presumed) manager – a woman with red, short hair (somewhat fuller figure). In the presence of customers she shouted at her staff, mainly young students, in an unprofessional and intimidating manner. You could see that they were scared and did not feel at all at ease, but clearly did not dare to say anything back. The atmosphere changed immediately – it was downright uncomfortable for a customer to witness such an outburst. I was so shocked by her behavior that I could not even eat my food. Everything remained on the table. I also spoke to the woman in question about her behavior and indicated that I find this completely unacceptable – and that I would definitely write a review about it. Employers should treat their staff with respect, especially when customers are present. This behavior has no place in a professional company. I hope action is taken because this is really unacceptable.

Average to bad. My fries were limp and overcooked on Wednesday evening. Ordered a large portion, but the container was half full, sad. While an employee was busy scooping large fresh portions with a neat 'cup' on them, strange. Vega crispy chicken not bad, but not worth repeating either. I've had a better one somewhere else. Milkshakes too thin and liquid in texture. High prices for some fast food carbohydrates, sugars and fats. No advertising for the Mac.

Nowadays it never goes right in the MC drive. It is correct on the receipt, but when you get your order, products are missing, or there are too many products in it (so someone else's are missing again), wrong drinks etc. The annoying thing is that they make you wait a long time before they correct their mistake.
