Clean, tidy, and cheaper than in Germany

Great servers. I thought it was very kind of her to bring food to the table. The only downside is that there's nothing for children to do indoors at this time of year.

I ordered an Oreo McFlurry. This was taken down incorrectly. When I didn't receive my McFlurry and pointed this out, they didn't understand me at the cashier, so I didn't get the right order. Very unfortunate, because I was really looking forward to it.

They were fast and the food was fresh! Luckily I don't live nearby! Hahaha

Well, it's a McDonald's, you don't go there for fun....

Well, just a perfectly normal McDonald's. I came here in the evening to get some tasty chicken nuggets, and in the end I got 9. When I opened my box in the car, there were only 7 nuggets in it!!!!! This shouldn't be possible if you can just count normally, but apparently that's difficult for some employees. How stupid can you be not to be able to count? Very poor. Don't order anything here!!!!!

Too bad. No or poor management. At 10:00 in the morning. No toilet paper in the accessible toilet. There you are. So, not checked in the morning. Coffee, no milk, sugar, or stirrer. No nougat or anything like that. No stand at the counter to get anything myself, and I grabbed the last tissues. Plenty of staff. Today, February 8th. Ordered fries. It was still early, around 10:30. The top fries were warm. More than half of the bottom fries were cold. Probably mixed with old and new. The coffee wasn't hot either. Poured before the order was ready. Quality has declined since Vlissingen opened.

Since McDonald's opened in Vlissingen, things have gone downhill in Middelburg. The order hasn't been complete even once in the last five times we've been there. A cheeseburger without cheese... then it was inedible because of the salt. We received fries we didn't order. An incomplete order, and so on. The receipt was impossible to obtain, which is helpful when so much goes wrong. It's a shame. I hope you're aware of this and something will change.

Ate last night and now have food poisoning.

Cold hamburger, too much milk in the capillary, almost no coffee. Forget about a Coke.

The staff speaks very poor Dutch. The wait was long. (I was the only customer.) The coffee was hot, though.

Very young Staff, mixes up orders quite often. If you cant use the order screen, you have to wait for them to get one Staff to do the kassa.

In the first place, the service here is super fast. You won't even have time to sit down at the table before they bring you your order. Thank you guy's for this kind of job.

It's a bit of a shame that you pay a deposit for a reusable cup and only get a cardboard one

They have no respect for customers at all. I've had to wait over 20 minutes for 4 burgers and 2 coffees. I'm very dissatisfied. I asked for a book to leave my suggestions. They refused.

The filet-o-fish burger costs €6.05, which is ridiculous. In France, a Filet-o-Fish menu with fries and a drink costs €6! I don't understand why the Netherlands needs it so much.

Every time when I get food for take away, I see at home something is missing. If is not fries is sandwich. More attention wouldn' hurt!

The McDonald's concept is the same everywhere. Ordering is quick. Food delivery to the table is fast. The food is okay, but quickly leads to frustrations regarding decency. You bite into the burger on one side, and it then slides out the other, making a mess. Do I like going there? No! Is it fun for the kids? Yes! Will I come back? Once or twice a year is enough!

They always messed up your order. Been there more than 3 times and almost always got the wrong order or order isn’t complete. Especially through drive through.

They forget something with every order. First it was nuggets, then cheese croquettes, and now a hamburger. Always check if your order is complete before you leave! Never again will I go to McDonald's here.

The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's. The service is simply good. The atmosphere is personal.

Nice outdoor play area for the kids. The restaurant, however, wasn't exactly clean.

Really awful, disgusting food. Sour burgers, no lettuce, old buns. I'm going to contact the food inspection service and ask if the owner should respond to this review. If not, I'll take the food and have it tested, I'm sure they'll be forced to close!

Received something different than I ordered.

The moment we crossed the threshold, my one-and-a-half-year-old son threw up. So, mother and child quickly went to the changing room. A staff member immediately came to help with some wipes, and later we were given a garbage bag to put our dirty clothes in. We quickly ordered some to-go food. It was nice and hot and just plain good. Thanks, McDonald's Middelburg!

The fries on the menu were cold. After grumbling, the host managed to give us a new container. When we tried to order more at the cash register, the same host rudely replied, "We can't do that anymore. We've been closed for half an hour." This was strange, as we had spent that half hour waiting for our menu and eating it! And the McDrive was completely overflowing. Like many other reviewers, we had an unpleasant experience at McDonald's Middelburg!

Great service with a smile. I hadn't been to McDonald's in a long time, but service like this makes you want to come back.

I go to McDonald's every now and then. The burgers, in particular, are very tasty. The sauce used to come in small containers. These have been replaced by sachets. Without a skewer, you have to eat it with your hands. The result is a messy mess. The prices are quite high. Considering what you pay in a regular restaurant, that's a good thing. Otherwise, I find it a simple atmosphere, especially if you dine outside. I find it more about eating here than eating and then quickly leaving.

It's still a McDonald's. Always good for a quick bite.

Always easy food. Unfortunately, they don't have coffee or chocolate for those over 65, but you have to pay full price. I thought this would be the case at all McDonald's.

Uncaring service, took a long time. Burger wasn't great, and not particularly hot either. Banana milkshake was disgusting. The tables were dirty and sticky.

McDonald's like McDonald's but the food is good the coffee tastes like my latte and small mistakes (time of receiving the order) are forgiven especially if the service is nice and the food is tasty. But I received half an ice cream instead of a whole one (maybe because it was on sale) I gave it as a gift to the so-called crew and I wish them luck.

Very unpleasant experience at McDonald’s Vlissingen Today I experienced something that I still can’t quite understand. During my visit to McDonald’s Vlissingen I was confronted with very disrespectful behavior from the (presumed) manager – a woman with red, short hair (somewhat fuller figure). In the presence of customers she shouted at her staff, mainly young students, in an unprofessional and intimidating manner. You could see that they were scared and did not feel at all at ease, but clearly did not dare to say anything back. The atmosphere changed immediately – it was downright uncomfortable for a customer to witness such an outburst. I was so shocked by her behavior that I could not even eat my food. Everything remained on the table. I also spoke to the woman in question about her behavior and indicated that I find this completely unacceptable – and that I would definitely write a review about it. Employers should treat their staff with respect, especially when customers are present. This behavior has no place in a professional company. I hope action is taken because this is really unacceptable.

Nice snack bar with tables. I always miss washing hands before eating with your hands. A fountain to wash hands while waiting would be great

Average to bad. My fries were limp and overcooked on Wednesday evening. Ordered a large portion, but the container was half full, sad. While an employee was busy scooping large fresh portions with a neat 'cup' on them, strange. Vega crispy chicken not bad, but not worth repeating either. I've had a better one somewhere else. Milkshakes too thin and liquid in texture. High prices for some fast food carbohydrates, sugars and fats. No advertising for the Mac.

We forgot to order drinks at the drive-in so I went in for a coke and a coffee. It took 20!!! minutes. The fries had become cardboard and the McKroket was limp. How fast!?

Nowadays it never goes right in the MC drive. It is correct on the receipt, but when you get your order, products are missing, or there are too many products in it (so someone else's are missing again), wrong drinks etc. The annoying thing is that they make you wait a long time before they correct their mistake.

Drive-thru is bad, gave wrong order, our order was just stuffed in another car and then brought to us.. drink wrong, still needed half an hour to bring 4 drinks (food cold by now). And they don't give a damn. This has happened several times now so not recommended...

Not to be compared with the branches in Germany! The food is neatly prepared in the packaging, is very tasty and most importantly, it is very clean!

Today I was at the McAllen Auto Center on intercom number 2 for 10 minutes and was not helped. 3 cars drove past me, I will definitely not come back.

Fries were way too salty, all the fries were thrown away, a waste of my money

McDonalds, more expensive in Holland and fewer fries in the bag. Restaurant was clean.

Don't get a straw with your milkshake. You order your food. Then they bring it to your table. You don't get a straw with your milkshake, you have to pick it up yourself at the counter.... You get the answer... We don't add it as standard anymore. What's next.?? Your fries placed on a tray? Things are deteriorating very quickly here. 10-04-2025: Again errors in order. Last week cold fries and cheeseburgers with pickles. Ordered without. Order errors again today. Deliver wrong milkshake. Of course they got new ones but they weren't talkative. Maybe it's time that they hire people who understand and speak Dutch. A lot of mistakes lately.

Ordered Mc Flurry pistachio. At 4.25 euros you expect your cup to be half full. This one isn't even half full. I asked if this was a mistake, the answer was, we are not allowed to fill them anymore. I did not want the ice cream and this could not be refunded or another product substituted. I have never experienced this service, neither in Belgium, nor in France or anywhere else in the Netherlands. Shame Shame Shame

There is literally no meat in my cheeseburger. -_- I've worked at Burger King and have never forgotten to physically put the patty in the burger buns...

Today I was in the drivethrough where only 1 of the 2 ordering poles was operated, even though the lights were on on both sides. Here I was standing at the post that was not being operated. After 10 to 15 minutes we finally drove to the payment window to order there. When I indicated that the ordering post was not working, I was told that this was not true and the lady became quite arrogant and grumpy. Not a pleasant experience. I'd be grumpy too if I worked at the Mac!!!!

It could all be cleaner, we come regularly, but unfortunately those tables have never been cleaned, there is always leftover food from the previous person, which is a shame, I think it could be better, people, hopefully you will do something about it.

I often order my favorite coffee frape caramel there, this time I asked for more caramel and they added it with pleasure, thank you I am pleasantly surprised, a small thing but tasty
