We had the spare ribs with fries and salad, and the Peruvian burger. Everything was delicious and plentiful. The spare ribs were divine. A small, charming restaurant with excellent service.

We ate at Zeeuwse Burgers in Middelburg and were absolutely thrilled! The burgers are a definite 5/5 in terms of taste – fresh, juicy, and perfectly balanced. We had the French burger and the Irish burger, both incredibly delicious and among the best burgers we've ever eaten. The service was also top-notch: friendly, attentive, and fast (5/5). The open kitchen, where the burgers are freshly prepared, is a real plus. A small note: This means you'll smell quite strongly of food after your visit – but for us, it's perfectly acceptable given the quality. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, which we really appreciate. A real highlight is the gluten-free burger buns they also offer. Ketchup and mayo are served in small tubes – a great idea and very attractively presented. Verdict: A clear 5/5 stars – one of the best burger joints! We'll definitely be back.

Spent the weekend in Renesse. After Middelburg too. We had a delicious, top-notch burger. There were six of us, and everyone was quiet throughout the meal. Haha, that says it all. So go there, it's fantastic.

We popped in on spec after our first choice was fully booked. And what a pleasant surprise! The five of us had a wonderful meal. Beautiful, tasty (and unique) burgers. Definitely recommended for everyone (reserve in advance) and definitely worth repeating.

Delicious burger and apple pie!

We walked into Zeeuwse Burgers on a rainy Friday evening without a reservation. There wasn't a table for two available, but they made us a spot at a larger table that was still empty. We immediately felt welcome. We ordered the Zeeland and Spanish burgers. Both came with a side of fries. The mayonnaise we ordered came in a small tube, a nice touch. The burgers were very tasty; we would have preferred the fries to be a bit more well-done. The two owners/employees seemed enthusiastic and happy, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. The open kitchen in the center of the restaurant is nice, but it's also our minor criticism. The greasy cooking smell that spreads through the room quickly adheres to clothing, skin, and hair, as well as to the coats hanging on the coat rack next to the open kitchen. After our visit, we drove home with our car window open. Perhaps something could be done about the ventilation and/or layout of the kitchen? Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Well, how can I write a review that does this fantastic restaurant justice? It's simply best to try and experience it for yourself. We come here regularly and simply love the food, and the friendly, warm owners truly make the whole experience complete! I even dared to try a vegetarian burger...unbelievable how close it is to a "regular" burger. We are and will remain fans of this fantastic burger restaurant! So...don't hesitate and discover it for yourself; you won't be disappointed!

The burgers are a bit pricey, but they're large and very tasty! The fries are fresh. Mayonnaise comes in small tubes.

Best burger experience in Middelburg – 10/10! We were traveling with our children in Middelburg and were simply hungry. A quick Google search showed a burger place with a full 5 stars – to be honest, at first we thought: This can't be right, right in the middle of a tourist hotspot? Despite our skepticism, we gave it a try. At first glance, the menu was in German – we were convinced: a sure-fire tourist trap. But oh no – far from it! The owners are super friendly, the ambiance is stylish and cozy, both inside and outside. You immediately feel at home. And then the food: We were simply thrilled. The fries? Perfect. The kids got some lovely chicken nuggets, which they loved. And the burgers? Absolutely amazing! Every bite was a delight – varied, fresh, juicy, simply fantastic. So good that we're replanning our next vacation just so we can eat here again. We arrived with absolutely no expectations – and found the best burger of our lives. Being able to order any burger vegetarian is fantastic! A real highlight that we can wholeheartedly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic, 10/10!

Very tasty and large selection of burgers—not just cheese and bacon burgers, but a real variety. Another great addition: homemade lemonade or iced tea. I'm sure those would be fantastic here, too.

We ate here on my birthday a few days ago and it was marvellous. The food was totally fresh, super succulent and our extra requests were totally catered for. We had a fabulous evening with good advice and good food and thank you so much for the experience! The burgers are highly recommended! I ordered the American burger with burger sauce instead of BBQ sauce (highly recommended) and my partner ordered the King Burger! We loved it!

I'm not much of a hamburger fan, but after eating a Peruvian burger here I'm convinced. Wonderfully tender meat of good quality and you can taste it. Nicely served in a cozy atmosphere. Never seen the "dame blanche" for desert served so beautifully. We will come back here again!

We ate here with our 3 children and received a very warm welcome. As a starter we shared spare ribs. They were incredibly good!! But the burgers and Chrispy Chicken salad were also incredible. The furnishings are very lovingly designed. Everything is super clean and you can watch the food being prepared. Our children particularly liked this. We will definitely come back. By the way, the menus are available in different languages. Super clear.

This burger joint is a must! We had the Spanish and New York burgers and loved them. The shop is small, but very comfortably furnished and you feel comfortable. The service is also outstanding. Thanks for the delicious food. We'd love to come back :)

A really great burger place! The Peruvian and Mexican burgers were delicious. Good combination of flavours and textures. For the vegetarians, the meat patty is swapped for a vegetarian one meaning all the burgers can be vegetarian which is amazing for choice. Definitely a must try!

We ate spareribs & burgers here today with them for the 6th time. I have honestly never eaten such delicious spareribs! Everything is homemade and that can be tasted in the food. Super nice people, highly recommended if you are in Middelburg.

Good and fast service. Nice staff, they do it with just the two of them... so when it's busy you can have a glass of beer of your choice. But all in all great, I'll be back again! Good luck and I'll be back soon.

In the romantic fair atmosphere (screams and smells), I “enjoyed” the second best burger in BeNeLux. If this title is justified, I sincerely feel sorry for all residents of these three “countries”. I think a Big Tasty Bacon or a simple Whopper or a shitty burger with mango sauce would easily make it to number 1 here. There is no food culture and no culinary choice here. Sucks and way too expensive. Staff was super nice❤️
