Exactly what you would expect from a McDonald's

The Quarter Pounders and cheeseburgers were served fresh from the fridge, even though the order had already been on its way for 12 minutes. Next, we had to wait 14 minutes for two McFlurries. It was around 4:00 PM, so it was absolutely not busy. Additionally, I am having trouble getting used to the new interior: it looks very cheap, uninviting, and above all, 'vandalism-proof'.

Yesterday, I made a quick 'pit stop' here, so to speak. Ordered 9 chicken nuggets and an iced coffee at the takeaway counter, went to the restroom, and then stood waiting for another fifteen minutes. So, in total, it took them about 20 minutes to get it ready. The priority was clearly on something else, which I suspect included training new employees. I have never seen so much direction from a supervisor at a McDonald's directed at employees wandering around lost, so I do have respect for that girl, but good heavens. I would avoid this Mac between 4 and 7; this was ridiculous.

Sometimes there is no place to sit

Order a double Big Tasty and get a regular one. I say just add a milkshake for the trouble and for fooling customers, and I get laughed at by those scammers. Check what you ordered

Bad service, soggy fries, runny milkshake, milkshake doesn't taste like the flavor you ordered, manager totally uninterested just stands by and watches.

Not really very healthy. Sparkling water is the healthiest thing on the menu.

Fine and clean. You don't always see that at MCD.

I tried the chicken teriyaki yesterday, what an absolute flop, a mini bun with nothing on it and damn it, they dared to charge 7.70 for it, too ridiculous for words, I left hungrier than when I arrived 🙈

Waited 50 minutes; it wasn't even busy (around 11 a.m.). The card machines don't print receipts, then all the numbered signs are at the cash register and you have to tell the staff that that isn't very convenient (because then no one knows where you are). While waiting, we also saw several trays sitting on the counter for well over 10 minutes; that isn't exactly conducive to the temperature of the food/drinks either. Then the order is partly cold; you order a burger without lettuce, but you get one with lettuce and without sauce. Perhaps it would be a good idea to actually train the staff; this came across as very clumsy.

When we were there, the order screens were only partially working. The McDonald's was also very dirty. I was glad when we left the building.

It's fine if staff are having an off day and woke up on the wrong side of the bed. But taking it out on the customer?... Just popped in for an Ice Frappe. They say they don't have a lid, don't offer a solution, and slam the drive-in window shut right in front of your nose. So much for customer-friendliness over there.

It was tasty, friendly staff and good service. Very quiet at this time (10:30 PM).

Ordering at the kiosk was easy. However, the scan to collect points kept refusing to work. The option to enter manually was missing... a shame. The food arrived quickly, the fries were nice and hot, but the hamburgers, on the other hand, were lukewarm. The trash cans were overflowing; everyone subsequently placed their trays of rubbish on top of the collection bins. Strangely enough, the staff just kept walking past.

It seems very logical and smart to me to only scoop two soft ice creams when it's our turn at the McDrive. No, they were already ready two cars ahead of us; we were just sitting there watching. And when I say, "Not smart, is it? The ice creams are already dripping," the manager says, "That's because it's hot weather." NO, that's because you scoop them when two waiting cars are still ahead. They aren't exactly bright there, and I didn't get any other ice creams either.

It was a great experience. They have friendly staff and the order is prepared quickly.

It took 40 minutes before we got our food, and I think there were only two of them in the kitchen or something; it was ridiculous.

The fries were soggy; the third batch of fries that was supposed to be brought never arrived. The burger was delivered incorrectly. When we pointed it out, they weren't happy about it. After that, the burger wasn't brought. Chicken buggies were too short in the tray, and there was no straw with the milkshake. To make matters worse, we were sitting in the covered area where people were vaping, which was not being done with. Never again this McDonald's. Total disappointment here!

Uninterested staff, an incredibly long wait for your order even though it wasn't even busy. Then an incomplete order, and you get the comment: "Yeah, I don't work in the kitchen..." So much for 'fast' food... Is rushing to another McDonald's a better plan?

I had been here with my sister and my parents. We hadn't ordered a huge amount or anything super complicated. Still, half of it was forgotten. And the employee we told this to responded with: 'Yeah, I don't work in the kitchen,' in such a very arrogant tone. Many others who were in the restaurant at that moment were also complaining about the service. There was a couple who waited half an hour for their drinks. Two cups of cola with ice. This is just pathetic. Very bad.

After waiting half an hour for the order, I went inside myself. It was almost ready, In the end, I had to wait another 20 minutes.

It used to be fine, but it is deteriorating more and more. Now they have completely renovated everything inside themselves; it is really idiotic and totally illogical.

Normally great experiences here. Unfortunately, today was a bit less pleasant; I stood in the McDrive (at the front) for about 25 minutes this morning for a few McMuffins. I suspect it's understaffed, so I'm not going to complain about it any further like the car behind me. One bad experience doesn't make all the other experiences over the past 20 years bad. I did expect some kind of apology when I finally got the food. Anyway, I'll probably be back next week anyway, so see you then!

Apparently, it was too busy. The paper order machine was out of stock, so we didn't get a receipt. We didn't get the World Cup cups for the milkshake we ordered. They were sold out. We also had to ask for the sauces because they weren't included, even though we had ordered them, and we received a small portion of fries instead of the large fries we ordered, and that for 66 euros.

Just placed an order for €40. For the umpteenth time, products are forgotten. But to top it all off.... there are also some hairs on your sandwiches and fries, gross!!!

Second time the service forgot to put everything in takeaway order. This time 6 chicken wings missing. Seriously why do people have always to make sure that all is in order.

We were sitting in the conservatory and it could really use a good cleaning; it is very dirty in there (floor, between the benches and chairs, etc.).

We have been here a number of times. Usually the service is fine. Today, however, we ordered fries with fry sauce, but we didn't receive it at first. After asking for a long time, we eventually got a small portion of fries without it.

Cold food waiting 30 min for Simple order when restaurant was almost empty, they prepare it later was waiting 15 min until someone will give it too me hahah , loosers, its always like this here

A very good McDonald's experience

Very clean and, most importantly, the meal was served hot.

Worst service ever. We arrived at the drive-thru, then he sent us inside, where we were sent back to the drive-thru, and he refused to help us there. We had to wait half an hour in the Mac drive-thru, then he just left, so we left and went to another Mac where we were helped properly.

How slow do they work there? Nowhere else in the world does it take so long to get help. Please hire some better staff!

It is scandalous how filthy the parking lot looks every morning. You can just see the rats running around because they don't clean anything up in the evening.

Just stood in the drive-thru for a good 15 minutes for medium fries and 9 chicken nuggets. There were 3 cars in front of me. I don't know what they were doing, but the rest in the drive-thru clearly felt the same way.. got home (5 minutes later) the chicken nuggets were really inedible, super dry, like they heated them up again.. not what I'm normally used to from McDonald's.

The food was cold, and the atmosphere among the staff was unpleasant. A colleague was shouted at in front of customers (I do not think this is polite towards the colleague or the customers).

Fine McDonald's for a quick bite. Nothing special, but neat and clean.

Ordered a McSmart Menu with 2 cheeseburgers without onion and mustard. Received no ketchup or pickle with either, but did get onion and mustard. And on top of that, we also paid for fry sauce that we hadn't even ordered. The fries with the McSmart Menu were cold as well. The wait wasn't even that long. I think they just hand over old orders. Scandalous. And we weren't allowed to return it because we didn't have a receipt. Which we hadn't put in the bag with the order. Absolutely the most scandalous McDonald's I have ever seen.

We had to wait an hour for our food. Then they brought it, but afterwards they forgot our drinks and other things. If you want a quick meal, don't go here.

Super busy and dirty, the tables were all covered in crumbs, the staff was very distant and rude, it was not a pleasant experience, not coming back.

Unfortunately, for the third time in a row now, I received a caramel ice frappé that was not mixed properly. It contained large ice cubes, making it almost undrinkable, so I had to throw it away. I do not have this problem at other McDonald’s locations. Hopefully, this will be monitored more closely in the future.

The famous fast food place, great spot!

Fast service, nice and hot, and well packaged. The only downside is that the fries were quite salty and therefore a bit less crispy.

Food was served nice and hot at the table. This location has a modern interior. Tables were clean, the location looked clean and well-maintained. Toilets were clean.

Terrible place. Unfortunately, the staff can't count. For the umpteenth time, the order is incomplete when you arrive home. Unfortunately, when you call, they offer no solution.

You can't wash your hands in either the women's or men's restrooms. The food was also cold.

3 mini burgers, 4 customers in the room, 19 minutes passed… still no order. P.S. - 23 minutes… the bottom has been reached.

How long does it take to make a bigmak? 10 minutes. It was cold. I also got exrta salt once. Do not recommend

I'm sorry, but the building looks cold and bleak now. Almost as cold as the food. The tables weren't clean, and the trash cans were overflowing. I won't be going back again.

The atmosphere has become very nice since the renovation, and the staff is excellent. If the food takes a while to arrive, it's fresh. The service is good. I ran out of sauce once, but that can happen today. The Big Mac for €1 was very fresh, nothing burnt. Definitely recommended.

Always busy, always a pleasant employee who speaks to you

They were doing some renovations, so the two of us in the car had to place an order with our phones. However, we couldn't do this separately, and they simply told us we'd have to walk around for the second order. I drove on and didn't order anything. I used to come here regularly, but never again!

Two "large" fries... very special. This isn't even a small fry. Better go to another McDonald's; this one is rubbish.

Why 1 star they were closed and was so hungry

Friendly, helpful, and fast staff. The location is clean, and everything is well-maintained (trash cans/toilets).

Unfortunately, it took 45 minutes before I got my coffee, so I walked to the counter myself and didn't even get an apology. Terrible.

Unfortunately, something went wrong with the order again. Things are so often forgotten here when picking up. This time I only had three items, and I still can't manage to bring them all.

The worst Mc donald’s branch in the world Never have i ever visited, and they did serve what I want. Always toooo late, always wrong order Always something missing. Food is never fresh. If you live in around Oosterhout, visit the other branch.

Waiting 40 minutes for 2 egg sandwiches and 1 coffee and 1 orange juice in an almost empty restaurant is actually unacceptable, but that being said, it was very nicely resolved by the manager who offered free drinks as a gesture of goodwill. Hopefully, a little faster next time.

Today I was helped at the MacDrive by a very unfriendly guy with curly hair and earrings, a real jerk!

Not good. The buns are getting smaller and the burgers are getting thinner. Virtually no toppings.

My son has celiac disease and ordered gluten-free food here. Apparently, they're not aware of what gluten-free means. My son was vomiting all night. So, beware, people!!! You can't!!! eat gluten-free here.

Ordered breakfast at 10:29 a.m., and everyone was still friendly. Nice staff and very clean.

Always friendly staff, nice decorations for the holidays (Halloween, Christmas, etc.). Tonight, a rude customer received a good response from the manager. The customer was really bad, and the other customers even intervened. We (a mother and two teenagers) love coming here. I don't often write reviews, but after this rude customer, I really felt the need to let you know that we love coming here.

Enjoyed a delicious peach milkshake

We had bad expirience with Quater pounder spicy. It was really bad. First time it was too salty like they put salt 2 times. Then we complained and staff was really super give us again the same thing. But it was too much spicy. They put peper to be spicy. I was eating cheesburgers. It was ok. But not good quality like on other places of MC Donalds.

Took a long time and I was almost the only one.

Actually got ill after eating here.

Besides the fact that half of my order was incorrect, I now also feel like I need to take a shower.

At 11:15 PM, the MacDrive (open until 1:00 AM) was no longer offering coffee or tea due to cleaning the machine. Such a shame!

A very clean McDonald's. For a change, my food was actually hot! I'm not used to that at the McDonald's near us in Vlaardingen. And a lady was constantly cleaning... very friendly to an older couple who came in for a cup of coffee... that's how it's done! Many McDonald's could learn a thing or two from this.

The staff clearly have a good rapport and work well together. That's how it should be. Enjoy your work, but always put the customer first.

Medium-sized McDonald's on an industrial estate between Oosterhout and Made in. Food and service at the table are good. The food is the same standard worldwide and the staff are friendly. The layout of the interior makes it very busy.

Nice place. Food is delivered quickly.

It's just a neat clean McDonalds. In itself quite fast and actually always neat.

On the terrace the table was dirty, employees don't even look at customers anymore. Enjoy your meal couldn't really be said either. The columns where you can order your food make it all very impersonal. Employees walk past you without greeting you. That used to be different. Offering help at the columns would be an idea. Friendliness costs nothing.

Nice mac where your hat can charge your car

Never order from this mac via thuiszorg.nl because your food is cold, fries are soggy and you can throw everything away, a waste of money, and they do nothing to compensate for this in any way, very unfortunate

Fast service, restaurant looks clean.

How can it be that the MC innovation park is much better than MC Beneluxweg, everything is always right and it is always warm, but at the Beneluxweg 9 out of 10 times it is lukewarm or almost cold or they have forgotten something in the restaurant.

What a mess. So many people waiting inside. So many wrong orders. Being helped at the checkout...no! Just order at the column, because it is busy. I don't know why because the employees work very hard...

Girl with heavy black makeup eyes and heavy red lipstick, sorry but unhygienic appearance. Unfriendly and things go wrong with the screens every time, there is no excuse if they keep you waiting. Lots of staff who just stand around talking to each other and customers just waiting. Very bad service here!!
