3 mini burgers, 4 customers in the room, 19 minutes passed… still no order. P.S. - 23 minutes… the bottom has been reached.

How long does it take to make a bigmak? 10 minutes. It was cold. I also got exrta salt once. Do not recommend

I'm sorry, but the building looks cold and bleak now. Almost as cold as the food. The tables weren't clean, and the trash cans were overflowing. I won't be going back again.

The atmosphere has become very nice since the renovation, and the staff is excellent. If the food takes a while to arrive, it's fresh. The service is good. I ran out of sauce once, but that can happen today. The Big Mac for €1 was very fresh, nothing burnt. Definitely recommended.

Always busy, always a pleasant employee who speaks to you

They were doing some renovations, so the two of us in the car had to place an order with our phones. However, we couldn't do this separately, and they simply told us we'd have to walk around for the second order. I drove on and didn't order anything. I used to come here regularly, but never again!

Two "large" fries... very special. This isn't even a small fry. Better go to another McDonald's; this one is rubbish.

Friendly, helpful, and fast staff. The location is clean, and everything is well-maintained (trash cans/toilets).

Unfortunately, it took 45 minutes before I got my coffee, so I walked to the counter myself and didn't even get an apology. Terrible.

Waiting 40 minutes for 2 egg sandwiches and 1 coffee and 1 orange juice in an almost empty restaurant is actually unacceptable, but that being said, it was very nicely resolved by the manager who offered free drinks as a gesture of goodwill. Hopefully, a little faster next time.

Today I was helped at the MacDrive by a very unfriendly guy with curly hair and earrings, a real jerk!

My son has celiac disease and ordered gluten-free food here. Apparently, they're not aware of what gluten-free means. My son was vomiting all night. So, beware, people!!! You can't!!! eat gluten-free here.

Ordered breakfast at 10:29 a.m., and everyone was still friendly. Nice staff and very clean.

Always friendly staff, nice decorations for the holidays (Halloween, Christmas, etc.). Tonight, a rude customer received a good response from the manager. The customer was really bad, and the other customers even intervened. We (a mother and two teenagers) love coming here. I don't often write reviews, but after this rude customer, I really felt the need to let you know that we love coming here.

Took a long time and I was almost the only one.

We had bad expirience with Quater pounder spicy. It was really bad. First time it was too salty like they put salt 2 times. Then we complained and staff was really super give us again the same thing. But it was too much spicy. They put peper to be spicy. I was eating cheesburgers. It was ok. But not good quality like on other places of MC Donalds.

Half a small fries for €3.20 and old. The burgers weren't fresh.

At 11:15 PM, the MacDrive (open until 1:00 AM) was no longer offering coffee or tea due to cleaning the machine. Such a shame!

A very clean McDonald's. For a change, my food was actually hot! I'm not used to that at the McDonald's near us in Vlaardingen. And a lady was constantly cleaning... very friendly to an older couple who came in for a cup of coffee... that's how it's done! Many McDonald's could learn a thing or two from this.

The staff clearly have a good rapport and work well together. That's how it should be. Enjoy your work, but always put the customer first.

Medium-sized McDonald's on an industrial estate between Oosterhout and Made in. Food and service at the table are good. The food is the same standard worldwide and the staff are friendly. The layout of the interior makes it very busy.

It's just a neat clean McDonalds. In itself quite fast and actually always neat.

On the terrace the table was dirty, employees don't even look at customers anymore. Enjoy your meal couldn't really be said either. The columns where you can order your food make it all very impersonal. Employees walk past you without greeting you. That used to be different. Offering help at the columns would be an idea. Friendliness costs nothing.

Nice mac where your hat can charge your car

Never order from this mac via thuiszorg.nl because your food is cold, fries are soggy and you can throw everything away, a waste of money, and they do nothing to compensate for this in any way, very unfortunate

Fast service, restaurant looks clean.

How can it be that the MC innovation park is much better than MC Beneluxweg, everything is always right and it is always warm, but at the Beneluxweg 9 out of 10 times it is lukewarm or almost cold or they have forgotten something in the restaurant.

What a mess. So many people waiting inside. So many wrong orders. Being helped at the checkout...no! Just order at the column, because it is busy. I don't know why because the employees work very hard...

Girl with heavy black makeup eyes and heavy red lipstick, sorry but unhygienic appearance. Unfriendly and things go wrong with the screens every time, there is no excuse if they keep you waiting. Lots of staff who just stand around talking to each other and customers just waiting. Very bad service here!!

I just rode my bike through the drive-thru. There was no waiting time and the service was quick and friendly. There was something for the car unasked for with coffee...

Nice McDonalds, not too busy. Easy MC drive with double ordering option. Also within multiple ordering kiosks. Delicious fresh fries and burgers.

This McDonalds, yes, likes to scam. If you order food 1.5 hours later everything will be cancelled, so say it immediately instead of 1.5 hours later. So be careful what you spend your money on.

Often the order is incorrect, always check if you are still on site and they will solve the problem, but you have to follow up again

What can I say. For the 4th time in a row you get the wrong food. If I order something without sauce or without tomato, I want to get it without. But apparently they can't read very well here. A few weeks ago an order went wrong 3 times. Unprecedented.

This is slow food not fast food

This is my experience and opinion: I have been to this branch three times. One time sauce was added to the order that was not ordered. I think that is by accident or to be able to make a little margin on the McSmart menu. Still yields an extra 15%. I had to go back again to return the sauce and get my money back. The exact same thing as above happened again. Then I made this a point more clearly because this does not seem to have happened by accident. I'm sure it will often work because who would go back for 0.60? But look at the percentage and it becomes substantial. Matter of principle: back with that trade. Other times the portions of fries were only half full. This in combination with the new lower priced Big Mac menu. If you lower the price and halve the portions, the margin will still increase. So yes, then I wonder again: by accident or...? I get the feeling that this McDonald's franchisee is trying everything to line his own pockets at the expense of his customers. I see this as bad entrepreneurship. McDonald's in general is not doing well: increased costs and consumers coming less and spending less. You cannot solve this with this kind of behavior, Mr./Ms. Franchisee. I am boycotting this branch. Just out of principle. There are plenty of other branches with McDonald's franchisees who act normally. I wish that for my business.

Went to order some food at 23:30. The girl behind the counter was not nice. She only had the food we got was cold, the fries and quarter-pounter. We kept everything away between. While waiting, a friend or something came in where they had to have a chat.

The McDonald's with the second worst service I've ever been to. Whether it is extremely busy or super quiet, it always takes a long time here. The 'fast' of fast food is hard to find here, really not a place to stop if you are in a hurry. There is one plus point: inside it is mostly quite tidy.

The same as any other McDonald's, only the staff was quite friendly tonight and I was happy that I had the chance to order. Hopefully will be an exception.

Check your order carefully in the parking lot. Something is missing EVERY time. Also, the containers of fries are always not even half full. We are not big eaters, but it seems like shrinkflation. Really very poor.

Relatively small McDonalds. Traffic situation somewhat typical. Fast and friendly service. A bit messy (Cleaning products not cleared away and were on the cupboard with the napkins and straws. A roll of rubbish bags was on top of one of the cupboards where the trays had to be put back. Etc.). Of course, we may have experienced an exception. For the rest, what you can expect from McDonalds

McDrive: Fries sauce arrived without being ordered, but delivered. Large fries were not full.

Staff was unfriendly. They forgot my coke. While I only ordered 2 things? When I commented this I had to get it myself. And then I was told not to look so arrogant.

Neat McDonalds. Food and service were good. Ordering was easy with easy order. Parking lot has many spots.

Unfriendly staff. Mcflurry half filled. The old ice looked as if it had frozen. Staff did not feel like refilling the machine because they had to clean it differently the next day. Never go here again.

Half a MC fluffy and Sunday ice without nuts. We don't have any more and the machine is set up in no time. McDonalds is becoming more and more expensive and the food is becoming less and less. Not just in this branch

This is the best McDonald's in the Oosterhout area. Food is always freshly prepared and warm. Staff are friendly and restaurants are generally clean

Only had an ice cream at the drive-in. So I can't judge inside. The ice cream was fine. Although it is a shame that McDonald's has replaced all plastic with paper and cardboard. These become very weak and limp due to the ice and give an aftertaste. We are not changing the world by patronizing the Netherlands like this. So I would like to think of better methods that do not come at the expense of eating and drinking pleasure.

Today was special, besides the fact that McDonald's is actually becoming too expensive for the product that is delivered, at the drive-in you first get the wrong order, not the ordered fries sauce and also no napkins. You also have to ask for a voucher.

Manager himself was actively working. Instead of directing, the rest just walked at their leisure. And it didn't go smoothly. My Mac spicy was not as spicy as the mac in Waalwijk, but the fries were tough there and not here.

This is the only McDonald's I've seen that's clean and tidy, even cleaner than the ones I've seen in Italy... The lady who brings the trays is very kind and has a chat with the guests. There is a boy who continually cleans the place. They are very organised.. very nice!! See you soon
