We ordered a single pickle and didn't get it

Fast food, nothing more, nothing less, where the hamburgers are getting smaller and smaller, or the buns are getting bigger. Today, the hamburger was at least 10% smaller than the bun, which is a bit of a shame since it's already such a flat slice.

Very disappointed ! I came to Macdonald oosterhout at 09:00 (which supposed to be open) to drink coffee, unfortunately I was waiting for the staff to open the door for 15 minutes but they were looking to me from the windows and doesn't care! It was very cold outside! At least they can open the door on time so we can wait inside! So i leave and went to other place to get my coffee!

Got really really sick shortly after eating my food. Been vomiting and couldn’t sleep all night. Even the next day I still feel really sick, still vomiting and stomach pain. Don’t eat here.

Beautifully centrally located near the entrance and exit. Equipped with MC-Drive. Spacious layout. Ample seating both inside and outside.

An easy place to grab a quick bite. Unfortunately, when you use the Mac drive-thru, you have to double-check your order to make sure everything is included, as things are often forgotten. And the food gets cold very quickly. Unfortunately, this also happens in the restaurant when you place an order, and when you ask, the staff don't always understand what you mean.

We had a small order of two small fries, which came in a large delivery bag. The fries were scattered throughout the bag when we got home, so they were cold! The Big Mac sandwich was so dry and disgusting it was inedible. A truly disgusting meal for €18.

Cold fries, wrong drink. Burger wasn't very warm either, unfortunately. Ordered without tomato and received overflowing trash cans, and so on. Everything that could go wrong, basically, goes wrong at this branch.

I went to the mcdrive and I had a Christmas deal it was two burgers for 2.50 but I had to buy two more burgers while the Christmas deal was 2.50 that also says in the McDonald's app 2 burgers for 2.50 I don't think that's possible fix that please

Well, we arrived and went through the mcdrive. We wanted to order with a QR code for that Christmas deal, but the man who took our order couldn't hear us while we were talking loudly and sent us to the first window without any information. There was a woman there. We wanted to order via that QR code, and that was eventually possible, but the machine was acting strangely. In the end, she said it had worked, but she made us pay the full amount. The Christmas deal was 6 euros, but we had to pay for a normal one, about 10 euros. We also stood waiting for her to fix it. It was a 15-minute wait. We weren't happy with this and think we deserve an apology for the inconvenience. She was also very grumpy about it, and wasn't happy at all (and the fries weren't tasty). Normally, yes.

The staff are really mean they throw food and yell at you

I've been here the last few weeks. The quality is really going downhill. My burgers and fries are always cold. It just tastes like plastic. Disgusting! The staff aren't the friendliest either. I definitely won't be back!

Quiet atmosphere. Despite the crowds, we received our food quickly. Trash was cleaned up promptly. In short, perfect!

Mc flurry is full i am happy now

I ordered a McFlurry with caramel and got one with chocolate sauce. After I pointed this out, I immediately received a new one and could keep the other one! The McFlurries are always deliciously filling 👍

At 10:45, the drive-thru announces that the entire breakfast is sold out, while people are still ordering breakfast inside. They're simply lying to their customers.

I went there two weeks ago and after waiting 10 minutes, I got the wrong burger. Just like so many others. Everything was mixed up; you give it back, no apology, everything in the bin and a new one. I went back once more yesterday, having breakfast with the kids at 9 a.m. Well, first I have to use the restroom, because by then you've already eaten, it's so dirty and dirty. I ordered breakfast four times. I got the wrong coffee, but I reluctantly got the right one. The bacon wasn't on the egg, so they forgot again. When I go back, they open it and put half a piece of bacon on it. Dirty tables and especially dirty floor. The staff are all young people who would rather be lazy than tired. I had to give one star because 0 wasn't possible.

Ice cream is delicious. Mac muffins (also for breakfast), other sandwiches vary in flavor. I'm not a fan of McDonald's fries, which are often cold, and the few times they're warm, I'm pleasantly surprised.

Not a great location, lots of young people loitering around, whizzing past you on their fat bikes. The food was also only mediocre.

The lemonade machine is broken, and apparently that's the case at all McDonald's. When they ask you what you want—in this case, a cola—and you say, "Give me back the extra I paid," you don't get it back even though you're trying to eat it for nothing.

Top locations. Friendly and helpful staff and if something goes wrong it is solved in a friendly way.

I think it's a shame that the Oreo iced coffee is no longer available, it was really my favorite

I personally found it a rather dirty branch. The food was fine, and they got the order right the first time, and the milkshakes tasted exactly like the flavor you ordered. Normally, you always get bananas regardless of the flavor, so that's fine here.

Horrible!! Dirty tables, milkshake on the floor, 25-minute wait for our food (and no, it certainly wasn't busy). All the food was cold. I'll never come back here again.

The Ionity and Tesla charging stations are good. The parking lot is often littered. The McDonald's restaurant is standard.

Yes. Wrong tea. Wrong drink: Coke instead of iced tea. Wrong McChicken. Then you have to go back and everything was already cold, and then it's even colder. If you work there, you have one job. And that's already very complicated. Please train your staff to read the order slip properly!

I have been to this McDonald's several times and each time I have to wait a long time for my order. Then I go to the counter to ask, but the order has already been there for 10 minutes. Very poor service.

What you can expect from a McDonalds

Too salty, not edible. And way too expensive.

The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and polite way the young man emptying the bins asked if he could take my empty tray. He truly understands hospitality!

This week, the family went out to eat. The girl who answered the phone was unintelligible. We ordered two M&M ice creams. We received one with M&M and one with pistachio. The large Fanta was also missing. It was delivered later, but when we got home, it turned out to be iced tea. The cheeseburger was nothing more than a plain hamburger without cheese. More McDonald's for me.

Just ordered food at the mc drive, when you get home the tomatoes are suddenly apple and you miss a hamburger. A bit of a shame

We had ordered on the spot by phone but people who came after us who ordered by the pole and at the counter got their coffee a lot earlier. It was the same with food.

Unfortunately, the location of the drive-in is incredibly inconvenient, which causes a lot of delays, and the arrival of the KFC makes it even worse, making it virtually impossible to just pop in to McDonald's.

In itself a normal Mac, but if you order 7 items and therefore make 3 mistakes, that is quite an achievement.

Were there for a quick breakfast. They forgot our 3 Mac eggs again so I went back. You stand there waiting for 9 minutes while they all just walk right past you when you ask something. Luckily they do have time for each other!!

This was absolutely the dirtiest mc donalds I have ever been in, they couldn't handle the crowd, cold fries, and the people who worked there all had faces like thunder. I will never go here again

A very nice muslim staff helped me to choose the halal food, Fillet o'fish, salad and some potato fries. Suggest more halal food options by MCD in future as the halal food market/demand is increasing

Waiting 25 minutes for fries and coffee only to end up with a cold, crappy place

Stopped by this mac on the way. I'm not a fan of this type of food, except when it comes to fresh crispy hot French fries. Unfortunately a bowl of lukewarm weak fries. I don't understand how people dare to deliver it like that. Fortunately the bitterballen were hot and tasty.

Pay close attention when picking up, check your order carefully, because once you get home and you discover that something is missing in the order, you can waste your money at this MaC... let alone get a response to an email. Shame on you for this worthless service.

Tables are not clean. Staff is super slow. You don't see any montivation. When the food is brought there is no smile or anything. It also often takes an excessively long time. I have the feeling that McDonald's has gotten worse and worse over the last few years.

The whole McDrive thing is that you drive by and you take the food in your car that you get through the open window. ... in Oosterhout you have to pick up your order first by parking it after you have placed your order and then you are called up to get out of your car through the rain and wind and pick it up at the drive window in brown paper bags that tear completely apart due to a lot of rain and then your chef is told that it is your own fault! get rid of all the burgers and nuggets :(

Cold clammy burgers 🍔 Price is too high it is way too expensive.

As a retiree you can get coffee cheaper, and if you take a cookie with it you also get a discount. Now they have decided at the Mac in Oosterhout South that this is only possible until 11:00 in the morning. No other Mac does that. We will go to another Mac from now on.

Overall a good experience, but due to a lack of hospitality and a McFlurry that was half full, a relatively poor review. The micro croquettes were all equally delicious. Just like in every McDonald's, the beeps were also present here for a while and completely distracted you from your dining pleasure. The finishing of the building was also not complete, see photo.

Saturday 25-01-2025. Back from Austria with 11 people at 5.30 pm decided to have something to eat here. Not exactly cheap, but you know that in advance. Quite busy, but our food was brought to the table quite quickly by, among others. Muslim woman, no smile, no greeting or tasty food, downright rude. Order was complete but unfortunately several things were cold. We looked at each other to see if we should accept this, but we didn't get the impression that there was any point in complaining. We ate what was warm. Luckily we still had chips in the car. They won't see us here again.

It's OK, but it still just is a fastfood joint.
