McDonald's in Wijk 00 Limbrichterveld

Just went through the McDonald's drive-thru. I ordered 6 spicy nuggets. I got a box of 6 with only 4 nuggets in it. Sorry, but I'm not paying for that.

First of all, I don't understand the many negative reviews here. Equipment can break down, and where people work, mistakes are made, so even after checking, mistakes can happen. I went through the drive-through last week and experienced this myself. A burger from the menu was missing from my order. That can happen, and we didn't check before leaving and only discovered it when we got home. Frustrating, but everyone makes mistakes sometimes. I then filed a complaint about it on their website. I received a very polite response and apology from management. I was also offered a voucher as compensation, which I find very thoughtful. That's why I'm giving the review 5 stars because, they were polite, and even though the burger was forgotten, so be it, we didn't starve. Sincerely, Thom Hansen

The food is fine and the time it takes is okay although it could be improved as well but the really annoying thing js, that the printing machine in the self service food order is always(!!!) empty. Please run it properly or allow a QR-App interface so that it’s send to my McDonald’s app…

Great, paying €3.80 for a McFlurry that's not even half full. Back to the cash register, three employees say: "This is protocol from above, we can't do this anymore." Absolutely scandalous; this is criminal behavior.

My first review ever, and I hope it will be the last. I ordered from this McDonald’s three times, once with delivery. The first time was delivery, and we didn’t get the Minecraft meal, only the burger. The second time, when I ordered takeaway, I didn’t get two burgers — unfortunately, I only checked the order once I got home. The third time, I checked the order right away, went home, opened the tortilla, and this time McDonald’s tricked me again — there was no chicken in the tortilla. I’m starting to feel like it’s personal.

I got emotional so the boy who owned the scooter walked by frustrated. We explained to him that he could leave the scooter at home because we were already inside and we were concerned about the manager's disrespectful response. At least 4 times in a row that the order via Uber Eats is incomplete and cold. Is there no one checking whether an order is complete? I strongly advise against ordering via Uber Eats.

Honestly, this McDonald’s was disappointing. The service was super slow, even though it wasn’t busy, and my order still came out wrong. The fries were cold and soggy, and the burger looked like it had been thrown together in a rush. The dining area wasn’t very clean either—tables were sticky, and there was trash left around. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or interested in helping, which didn’t make the experience any better. I get that it’s fast food, but this was below even basic expectations. Definitely not in a hurry to come back here anytime soon.

I missed the most things of my order in drive in, after I called them to see how we can fix it and her colleagues I heard from phone they were laughing with her as well . Is not normal this behavior from people who work in a place. Remember more circus 🤡 and not a place to eat

The food was fine. My sprite was nice and full, but the fries were a bit on the cold side. It's also a shame that there are only 2 chicken tenders in a box, I would have liked more. The service was nice. My food was ready fairly quickly, and when I asked where I can find an electrical outlet here, the manager came and pointed it out nicely. Some tables were still a bit greasy and had some stains, but otherwise it was clean and well decorated. The toilet was quite clean for a McDonalds, so that was also a plus. Will definitely come back here again.

Restaurant extremely clean and quiet. All meals with table service. No annoying beeping and tooting from the kitchen. Staff speak to each other in an appropriate tone. I would like to go there again.

The crappiest McDonald's I know. We go there for lunch every Thursday and, with one small exception, the order is never correct. With a bit of luck the fries and nuggets will be good and with a lot of luck you will get what you ordered. After the last disillusionment we decided to have Thursday lunch somewhere else.

I have often ordered from McDonalds Sittard via Uber Eats lately, I have to say that the food has improved considerably. Always delivered neatly and warmly.

Good manager. After digitally ordering for 5 people, I discovered that I had not received a printout of the order when I had been waiting for a while. The manager managed to solve that very well, because that receipt is proof that you have paid.

The order is placed within an order column. That was easy and fast. It was a clear menu with photos to help you make your choice. As I have experienced at several McDonalds, no receipt came out of the machine. So you still had to wait in line with people who wanted to order at the regular cash register. Strange system is used here. The food was good and surprisingly warm in temperature. It was quite noisy, although it was not super busy. What struck me most was the poor hygiene. The trash cans were full and the restaurant dirty. An employee suddenly walked through the restaurant to pick up the reusable drinking cups, but he didn't see it either because nothing changed about the dirty tables or full trash cans. Don't forget... the food was good, so if you go through Mac Drive this is a great place to eat and this was a snapshot. Judge for yourself and enjoy your meal.

We were expected there at 1 p.m., but unfortunately they were unable to offer a package with food due to corona measures. That's why we arrived at McDonalds in Sittard at 12.25 pm. Fortunately there was no line, so I immediately ordered 9 Happy Meals on one of those screens. It would be very nice if we could finish eating at 12.55, after all we were at a fast food restaurant. The film would start at 1:30 PM, but the party would start at 1:00 PM with photo opportunities, colors, etc... When we had not yet received any food at 12:45 PM and everyone on the terrace who came after us had been eating Happy Meals all the time. received, I reported to the counter.
