McDonald's in Wijk 12 Maarssenbroek

Got a huge soft serve ice cream with a straw, even. We were slightly ignored at the order kiosk in the McDonald's drive-thru, but we asked for 5 Whoppers, so that was understandable.

They gave me melted ice and I had to wait 20 minutes for it.

Just closing at 9:30 PM, it's ridiculous. Opening time 1:00 AM. It's a real shame this is happening. No sign on the door. There were still plenty of people waiting to order. Just a gesture to indicate it's closed. Shame on the manager.

Today we were in the mood for fast food, and when you think of fast food, you think of McDonald’s... you know, those burgers that are very famous at McDonald’s, always tasty. To our great surprise, we didn't get a burger but a sandwich with sauce; so much sauce on a bun can't be good, it was inedible, the bun fell apart because there was so much sauce in it, yuck. And those chicken wings were like chick wings, so small, and oh yes, I got a terrible stomach ache from them. Write this: never again McDonald’s Maarssen.

So it takes about 25 mins and counting to make 1 9 pack of chicken nuggets and a Mokka chocolade. We are still waiting. The people told us to wait and we are waiting.

Fastfood, you mean not so fast food....

And once again, for the umpteenth time, my order wasn't quite right or complete. I received one portion of fries with sauce, while I had asked for and paid for two portions of sweet and sour sauce. A strawberry shake instead of a banana shake, and a portion of small fries was included with my order even though I hadn't ordered them. The last time, the chicken nuggets were missing... unfortunately, I don't live around the corner to drive back quickly... things regularly go wrong at this McDonald's!

Cheeseburgers cold, old, and looked like they had been walked all over. Crumpled and thrown into a bag. Drove back a bit..... Manager offered new, fresh ones. It's a shame it has to be this way in the first place.

What a bad place it has become, fries raw, rolls cold, terrible

Literally the worst McDonald's in the Netherlands. There is always something wrong. - cold fries - half the order is missing - chicken nuggets instead of a cheeseburger with the Happy Meal - wrong drink I'm done with that place.

Ordered 3 menus via the McDrive. First, an indistinct, babbling employee took the order. Then at the counter, a girl who was just laughing (embarrassing) with a colleague and paying no attention to the customer. Then the order was incomplete, followed by cold fries and a hamburger that had probably been reheated 3 times (rock hard and dry). What a nightmare, and 40 euros too. Shut that place down.

Cozy atmosphere. A real classic McDonald's with a McDrive. Nice modern interior. Cozy lighting. A bit of an '80s vibe with the round shapes and pastel colors. It is strange, though, that the restaurant is only open until 10:00 PM while the McDrive stays open until 1:00 AM or 3:00 AM. It comes from the same kitchen... Same at McDonald's The Wall. Fortunately, no karaoke music in the background like at many other McDonald's locations. Put up a screen and you can sing along....

A truly kind and good manager (Turkish). He helped his staff when needed, encouraged his team when it was busy, and expressed his appreciation to them. The team worked incredibly hard. Because our order took a little longer, we even received free ice cream. The food was hot and delicious. Furthermore, it was clean and cozy.

Fries were lukewarm and a QP was forgotten. When I returned, I was promptly given a new one.

Grim place, staff spoke broken Dutch, and the food was cold. The fries were very greasy and had a lot of salt on them. Not recommended.

A complicated circuit to reach the MCdrive. Go counterclockwise and keep to the left. There are signs, so theoretically it could be done right the first time. I didn't have that the first time. Then I was glad I finally figured out the route. Today was the second time I went there, and it went right the first time, so I was still annoyed, which I've dealt with in this review. It wasn't the food or the people <3

They give wrong and incomplete orders

Damn! Wrong sauce on the burger. I don't know what was on it, but it tasted absolutely awful. I always order MC chicken, which has white sauce on it, but this one was slightly pink/brown. I don't know what was on it, but it was truly awful. I ordered a cheeseburger without ketchup due to an allergy, and it had ketchup on it too... it's happening again, and it's not going well. I'm getting so tired of it... Great, I just got food poisoning. I got it all night long. I was eating everything. I'm full, but I'm recovering from the mac!

Ordering through the drive-thru is quick and easy, even when it's busy. Your order is clearly taken and delivered correctly. A great location for easily grabbing something on the go. With fast service and easy access, this is a pleasant McDonald's you'll enjoy stopping by. 🍟🚗

A HAIR in our Big Tasty! Then you have to wait 18 minutes for your order, which is then incomplete. When you go to the counter to ask for your missing items, you're deliberately ignored. And the manager? He thinks frying fries is more important, even though a customer has tried to get in touch several times. We'll never go there again.

The order terminal wasn't working, and the manual checkout process wasn't working, meaning the voucher was about to expire. It all worked out in the end.

I drove through the drive-thru, ordered two large menus, and when I got home, I discovered they'd forgotten the fries. I had to come back or send an email. I couldn't be more pleased with this!

Don't choose delivery. Delivery took 85 minutes, the food was cold, and the drinks were missing. I called the location, but the problem wasn't resolved because it was the delivery driver's fault. Extremely poor service!

I was born in the Netherlands and learned Dutch from my parents. I speak Dutch in the Netherlands, not any other language, so make sure Dutch is spoken. I left without ordering, which more Dutch people should do. Teus van Beek

Only it's not clear that if you're joking, the staff doesn't understand Dutch. Then it's like you're making fun of them.

I ordered two double big tests and received two regular ones. Every day there are some mistakes in the order, it's horrible, do the people who work in the kitchen even know what they're cooking?

If I could give them 0 stars, they would have gotten 0. I ordered a veggie salad, fries, and chicken nuggets. The fries and chicken were cold. The veggie salad had a hair in it and didn't come with veggie chicken, but with regular chicken. There was also no cutlery for the salad. Everything else took a very long time.

We were served food quickly. Everything was delicious. The staff is friendly.

We order food and the delivery time was changing like 19 minutes on 21 od again 19 and again 23.After 40 minutes of waiting and strange time changes our delivery was cancelled.I am hungry and i am angry

Why do the McDrive employees look like they're being beaten? No greetings, no smiles, no hello.

Nine times out of ten, the fries are already cold by the time you receive your order. Too bad. Burgers are usually excellent.

The service is dull, you wait for a coffee for half an hour, you go to them and they still don't care about you

Truly the worst McDonald's ever. They manage to leave something missing in every order. Today. The man in front of me in line had to come back because the mayonnaise was "forgotten." My chicken tenders were missing, the food was lukewarm and had clearly been sitting there too long. Does McDonald's Netherlands do nothing about such a worthless item that negatively impacts the company's image? There's no improvement whatsoever, and it's been that way for a long time.

This time, on a somewhat later Saturday evening, it wasn't as busy at the drive-thru, which was nice. Unfortunately, Rabbit Big Mac only had one burger, so I wasn't satisfied. Had I been in the restaurant, I would have mentioned that; that's impossible to do while driving.

Ordered 2 Burger Menues and a happy meal to take away. At the car I realized that the lid of one drink was loose and then at home we realized the fries for both menues were missing(?!) So better check everything when you order there.

Delicious food, everything was freshly prepared

I ordered food, and my work is around the corner. First, my food was constantly delayed. When I received it, half the order was wrong, so I called them, but they told me to email customer service. Instead of taking a few steps to bring new food, the fries were also cold and hard.

Realize, you're driving to McDonald's after a long time. Hoping that maybe things would be different after months. But guess what? Once again, deeply disappointed. Medium fries with mayo, €5. I did count, as in the photo, not even a full container of fries 🤣 The moment you have leftover fries sauce after medium fries. You know, it's not right. Let alone the rest, lukewarm to cold junk food. One tip: definitely don't eat here. Let alone the rest of the Netherlands. What a mess it's become. You pay top dollar and get crap. Better to avoid it, because you can't do this!! That McDrek is such a sad mess.

All the hair in the food, and the wrong things and things added to the order—nothing is right. All the black hairs in the food (burgers, fries)—really not normal. I'll never come back.

I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd and waited for over an hour, but my food never arrived. After trying to call three times, I finally got through, only to be told that they never received my order and that I should contact Thuisbezorgd directly. Right after that, I received a message saying my order was cancelled. This was an awful experience—very disappointing and unprofessional.

I had to wait 15 minutes for coffee in an empty restaurant. There are untrained people working there who have absolutely no idea what they're doing! Definitely not recommended!

The restaurant looks pretty clean. Ordering is easy. But the staff didn't know how to work. I got the wrong water, a toy, and no salad or napkins. The coffee cup was also dirty.

Just got home with our order. We ordered a double quarter pounder, two hamburgers, and two cheeseburgers. We received a single quarter pounder, two hamburgers with just sauce, and two cheeseburgers with nothing on them. The only thing that was correct was the chicken tenders.

Very bad McCrispy. Hard and chewy. Tastes like the burger has been fried multiple times. The mac croquette is the same. It tastes like old grease. Not tasty.

Dit is een hele vieze McDonald’s. Alle tafels waren vuil, er waren meerdere medewerkers vrij om iets te doen. Helaas nam niemand de moeite om de tafel schoon te maken of de vloer. Er waren twee managers aanwezig en zelfs zij zagen niet dat de tafels vies waren. Ze maakte geen gebruik van het bord met de nummers waardoor je niet kon zien of je bestelling al werd gemaakt. Er liepen mensen met koude bestellingen terug en je zag mensen zoeken naar een tafel die niet vies was. Met zoveel personeel kun je dat gewoon niet voorstellen. Het was ook nog na lunchtijd, dus heel rustig. Ze waren wel heel druk met hangjongeren die buiten stonden. Maar de klanten die ik kregen niet de service en de aandacht die je verwacht.

Good location, especially if you have to be at the garage or Carglass, it is an ideal location to wait at the Maccie.

Do people really read reviews of MC Donalds? I mean you know what to expect right? Tasty framse fries, everything lukewarm if not cold and an hour later you are hungry again.

Got my food really late. Pressed take away. By the time I finally get my food no ducking sauce. How handicapped are you mate. Where is my sauce????

All veggie options are out of stock and will not be returning, at least at this location. In the past, I have regularly had incomplete orders, lukewarm fries, etc.

Check your food carefully, especially when going through the drive through, because 9/10 times they get it wrong

Nice location if you are driving around Maarsen. You order at the kiosk and they bring the food to the table. It was not very crowded though we visited on a Sunday afternoon. Though the place looks neat and clean, several tables were not cleaned between the patron groups.

Good MC, easy to reach and good service

This used to be the best mac in the area but in the last few months the quality has really deteriorated. The quality of the food is sloppy, the restaurant is dirtier than ever. Even when it's quiet it takes forever for your order to be ready. this mac is now just as bad as the mac that was closed last year in overfighting. Complaints are not handled professionally. all you get are excuses and defenses and no apology. If you can't make a hamburger or add salt to your fries, go work somewhere else.

The food was fine, just some cold fries. Unfortunately it was dirty everywhere, I had ordered 3 burgers for my family, but the food did not arrive, so I had to intervene.

I was terribly mocked ... in the order there were no nuggets ... I asked for chips without paprika and there was paprika .... but the scary thing is that I asked for a foot with chicken and it arrived in a paper bag without the foot ... but only with the inside ... badly made after all ... I'm very angry and now I'm going there to get my money back .. change the staff because they do it on purpose to play pranks or there is something wrong with their mind ...

Scammers here get a fries that are half full and still cold

At this McDonald's you can eat off the floor, not because it is so clean, but because there is so much. It started upon arrival, the outside terrace was full of rubbish, overflowing waste bins, piles of trays and cups. Inside it was exactly the same, it seemed like it hadn't been tidied up/cleaned in ages. I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's. We left without ordering. 1st time and never again.

Plenty of space, nice serving to the table, order label stick on cup and burger... Better than most of other Mc branches.

Even though it is very quiet there. The staff works very quietly. The prices are slightly cheaper than average. It's a mess inside. It could be a little neater. There is no line at the cash registers. Very quiet for a Tuesday. At the cash register they always call the same number. I then think, there are no guests waiting after all. For the same convenience, walk around the lobby. The restaurant is not that big after all. Small effort, great service!

Sometimes smoother than others, order is often correct, but not always. Atmosphere is great, sometimes busy, sometimes not, depending on the time.
