There are always a lot of customers. The service is fast.

Nice staff, especially the Polish girl who was taking a break in the parking lot with colleagues. Had a very nice conversation and hope to see her again :)

I arrived here on a really rough morning. I was really craving an Oreo Frappe. Unfortunately, they weren't available. So, a vanilla milkshake it was, fine. After the first sip, I came to the shocking conclusion that it was a BANANA (I really hate bananas) milkshake. A huge disappointment. The chicken nuggets, however, went down well.

After 11 p.m. they close the restaurant, even tho it says it's open until 1 a.m. McDrive has open until 2 a.m. , but I was disappointed when they told me I couldn't pay by card after waiting.

Good and tasty coffee, good tea, hamburger and cheeseburger sandwiches, delicious breakfast with a fried egg and bacon roll. A lovely place with an outdoor terrace. Friendly staff and good service.

I got a milkshake here and the only option was a cup with a deposit. Once you've finished that cup, you have to go return it at the checkout, but the staff behind the counter have to get the manager to give you your money back... So that costs you an extra 5 minutes. I guess McDonald's assumes people won't come to ask for the deposit back. Why can't this just be done with a machine and a QR code, like at the competitor?

Poison made me sick for 1.5 weeks I don't recommend buying from here go to the near burgerking instead

A bizarre story today... I was sitting quietly eating at the McDonald's in Maasdijk after an RC Meeting with my son Tobin. I heard a lot of screaming behind me: help, help, help!! I turned around and saw a father and mother with their child, I think 6 or 7 years old, in their arms, who was choking on a piece of pickle from his hamburger. I saw that no one was doing anything!! The manager and staff were standing at a distance watching and doing nothing!!!!!! The people did nothing!!! One man helped but couldn't get it loose. When I saw it, I ran over and took the child! I laid him over my arm with his head down and hit him on the back a few times. After which he started throwing up and it came out!! Normally I wouldn't share this story, but I found it so ridiculously bizarre that no one took action!!! Certainly not the staff, and not even the manager of the McDonald's in Maasdijk!! People, if you see something like this, take action!!! Help each other!!! Ik ben dankbaar en blij dat ik EHBO en reanimatie cursus heb gedaan het kost even tijd maar je kan er zo veel mee .... raar was ook de bedeijfsleider kwam zelfs er na wat er gebeurt was niet naar de ouders en het kind en personeel ook niet !!! Of niet naar mij terwijl ze zagem wat er gebeurde !!!Rare mensen !!! Bizar gewoon !!dat stak me nog het meest en nee voel me geen HELD ik deed wat iedereen zou moeten doen !!! Came there on 22-Dec-2025 in the morning with the whole family after ferry crossing, the restaurant was not accepting any payments by card with no cash machine available nearby, hence we were unable to eat. Disappointing.

There was just a big, greasy hair in my Big Mac, and therefore in my mouth. Damn it, we're never coming back here!!!!

Just a good McDonald's, as you'd expect. Friendly service, not cheap, and otherwise lacking atmosphere.

Food often cools down, and when it's busy, the place is a mess. Staff can't seem to keep things tidy. Trash cans overflowing, tables are dirty, or staff are cleaning while you're eating next to them... Staff are doing their best, but they can't handle the antisocial behavior of customers.

I often have to go back because the (drive-thru) order isn't correct. Dine-in is okay, fast service. However, there are a lot of "fellow Dutch people," so you're forced to speak English.

A fish fillet or McFish is always delicious... And the spicy McChicken is also delicious! Especially the lady in charge on Sunday mornings is a good one!

My milkshake cup was only a little over half full, 2 cm below the 0.25L mark. Of course, I discovered this along the way and can't go back for it. Very disappointing.

The dog calmly entered the kitchen, everyone petted it and then took orders, waited for more than 20 minutes even though there were no orders at all, and besides, it hadn't been cleaned.

Ordered food at the McDrive. Instead of the lady calmly taking the order, it seemed her colleagues were more interested in shouting and playing in the background. After three attempts, the final score was still not the correct options on the menu. McDonald's' freshness guarantee doesn't apply here either. All the sandwiches were old and bone dry.

Yesterday I ordered from the McDonald's, including 20 Chicken McNuggets for my child. When we got home, I noticed my child was vomiting. The nuggets turned out to be spicy instead of regular. I didn't get a receipt, so I couldn't exchange it. So I drove back and had to pay €7.60 again for regular nuggets. I discussed this with the manager, but all I got was, "That's annoying." We consider this a very bad experience, and therefore we have decided not to go to the McDonald's in Maasdijk anymore.

I recently picked up two menus at McDonald's, but what a disappointment. The wrap was simply cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were limp, soft, and not fresh at all—more sad than tasty. McDonald's is no longer the quick, cheap meal it used to be. Prices have gone up considerably, but the quality is lagging far behind. For what you pay these days, you should at least expect a hot, fresh meal. It now feels more like "expensive fast food" without the service or quality to match. For this price, I'll eat somewhere from now on where the food is at least prepared with care.

Salads were gone again. A large order was incomplete for the umpteenth time. Dirty tables and chairs.

Just completely left customers sitting. We spent half an hour in the drive-thru and were almost there, and it was closing time, and they simply said, "We're not taking any more orders." At the very least, they should have finished the line. Such a shame.

You arrive there on a Friday at 1:15 AM from work!! They're not helping you anymore, have they closed the shop? What's the point?

Worst experience at McDonald's ever. Half of the items were missing from my order: 2 McMuffins, 1 cappuccino, nuggets in the Happy Meal, mayo, and jam on the croissant. And then there was a wait of over 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn't full. Visited from 9:30-10:15

My order was delivered incompletely (by a rather clueless-looking guy). Mistakes are human. I walked back to the counter to ask for my undelivered item, and they looked at me suspiciously, as if I was trying to cheat them! I'm done with McDonald's for a while. It's seriously always something!

I ordered a McCrispy and only got a bun. The bun was worth €6.80. I didn't get the sauces I ordered for the nuggets. I ordered from McDrive. The service was awful. Is this some kind of unfunny joke??? Drama!!! I don't recommend it!!!

Here too, staff will speak to you in foreign languages. Orders are often incomplete. Otherwise, just like all the others. Kids are happy with it.

The food was great, but it could be a bit cleaner. We had to ask for a cloth ourselves. There were enough staff around to clean the tables as well. The staff was very impersonal. The manager really has some work to do!

McDonald's is the same all over the world, but in the Netherlands, the fries are cut thinner and generally tastier. The burgers are always delicious. I recommend it.

McDonald's Maasdijk via Thuisbezorgd? Only do it if you're nervous about guessing what's missing this time. The delivery time is always a good hour, probably because they're taking a "how to screw up an order" course along the way. Three orders, three misery. You order two menus, but get a half-baked experience. No fries, no sauce, no burgers. A napkin, though. Always that one, lonely napkin. As if they're saying, "Good luck with that." If you call to resolve the issue, you get a cheerful reply: "We don't deliver later. You can fill out a complaint form." Great. I wanted dinner, not a paperwork scavenger hunt. Meanwhile, you're sitting there, foodless, with only your frustration to chew on. And then the Coke. Instead of a cup holder, they simply put it in the bag. Among the leftovers of your meal. Result: a soggy bag, a sticky mess, and fries that taste like sadness. You'd think someone packed this order with their eyes closed. Or maybe they actually did. It feels like the entire kitchen is run by interns who just learned what a hamburger is today. Quality control? Never heard of it. Receiving food complete and in good order? Apparently too much to ask. In short: an expensive surprise bag full of missing parts and soggy cola. Hunger guaranteed. Service impossible to find. But hey, that one napkin? You do get it. Thanks, McDonald's Maasdijk. For free.

The iced coffees are always good and the food is also always good, compared to the MC in Vlaardingen this one is much better

The staff is difficult to understand unless you speak Polish or Afrikaans. Some things are forgotten when ordering, but it's fine to sit and eat.

I don't find it cozy because of the renovations in the neighborhood. But the food and service are good. I don't eat at McDonald's often, so when I say it's good, it is good 😀

What a disgusting restaurant! We entered and could not really sit at a table anywhere, neither outside nor inside. All tables were dirty and had to be cleared by the customers themselves from other customers so that they could sit down and eat, food was lying all over the place, trash cans were overflowing and the staff just walked past as if it was normal. I would think twice before eating here. Since this also attracts vermin. We sat there for at least an hour and in that hour everything remained as it was. We threw our food away after that.

Everything went wrong because I ordered a breakfast of which I did not get half (the day before exactly the same with a breakfast) also a number of staff members do not speak Dutch or do not speak enough Dutch which causes communication problems and everything goes wrong. I hope that something will be done about this in the future

Went this morning, had to wait a while for the croissants. Because they were still in the oven. The children were offered an ice cream. Really great.

The whole family has stomach aches and diarrhea because we ate here. I went to take a look in the kitchen. Meat is made and it sits in the warming container for half an hour. People don't wash their hands, maybe that's why. This is a shame. Well, it's McDonald's, what do you expect? You get a frozen burger on the grill and then let it warm up. Yes, then all kinds of bacteria can emerge. And then you get sick. Thank you! We don't eat here anymore.

I am often referred to the drive to wait in a waiting area and then only receive the food after 15 minutes. The chicken nuggets are also tough and I get the feeling that they have been there for a day.

Saturday 7:00 PM. okay I understand that it is busy and that you have to wait. the staff is doing their best. so far nothing to complain about, but if you order an ice cream after dinner and you have to wait a while again, then I really think you should look at the division of labor. just make 1 staff chef dessert. seems logical to me instead of saying that people who have ordered an ice cream have to wait until 798 happy meals have been prepared. Finally after 70 minutes YES 70 minutes but we asked for our money back and had an ice cream at home.

Hello 3 minutes ago I was supposed to get my order and now it shows 45 minutes again...

Today my takeaway order worth 95€ was delivered incomplete, missing products worth 32€. after arrive at McDonald's the service was unable to help us, we did not get any help.

I go every week, even though it is crowded on the weekends, the service is good, I have never had any problems with the food, the employees have been very sweet and helpful so far, the parking lot could be a little bigger, and being close to the factories is good for the workers, but the location is a bit bad for me.
