Had to wait two hours for an order. When I asked why, they said, "It's a bit busy."

The food was okay, the service was mediocre, and I didn't see any atmosphere. It's a shame, especially now that Golden House is gone, it's a missed opportunity.

Ordered for the first time yesterday. We even arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. The food was delicious, especially the babi pangang, satay, chicken in sweet and sour sauce, and noodles. The prawn crackers were very fresh.

Good food, unfortunately they get more expensive almost every time we go there.....

Order a €6.30 chicken spring roll and you'd expect it to contain chicken, not something that flew over it with its legs up. What I got was a spring roll with loads of bean sprouts and egg.

Ordered food at a quarter to six, and it was supposed to arrive within 45 minutes. At a quarter past seven, it still hadn't arrived. Last time I went there, I got food.

They serve chicken together with the beak and feathers… Just disguisting

Terrible. Ordered food on Sunday evening at 6:25 PM because I was hungry. Delivery time was supposed to be 35-45 minutes. After an hour and a half, I called because I was REALLY hungry. Initially, we got a generic "it'll be here shortly, within fifteen minutes," but after further questioning, it turned out the order hadn't even been passed on to the kitchen. Only order here if you're trying to lose weight.

Ordered by phone. Order arrived within 45 minutes.

We always receive prompt and friendly service and the food is delicious.

Ordered food online. After waiting an hour and a half I called. Then it was said that the order is on its way. Half an hour later, so 2 hours after ordering, I called again. Then they said that something went wrong and that they will correct the order as soon as possible. We finally received the order after about 3 hours!! to wait. Very bad experience, we received no compensation, nothing at all. I will NEVER order from Nieuw China Garden again!

It's been a long time since I got something here. Babi Ketjap with nasi. Don't! Dry hard lumps of meat. Even the nasi wasn't much. Tasteless.

Been coming here for 25 years but lately it's not what it used to be. For a combination dish, you pay extra for the nasi or noodles, even with a normal portion. Becoming more and more expensive and less. Not even a layer of bacon. Babi pang ketjap fried way too hard. Babi pang lean meat also a little bit. Normally we did this for 2 days. Now you can't do that anymore. Shame.

I order here quite often, it is always tasty, but the last time the nasi was disappointing. It was a bit on the greasy side. For the rest excellent price-quality ratio. We usually go for the half chicken with nasi.

My family and I regularly order food here. But the last few times things have gone very wrong, meals that are not quite right, I don't get any pepper or pickles with my food these days. I called and then I get a younger gentleman on the phone who cannot talk to customers. young man, which is all fine, but when you deal with customers, I expect a somewhat professional attitude. I get a prawn cracker with my food (worth over 80 euros) see photo, scandalous, don't send anything if necessary, I'll get it myself, I don't mind either, but I get the feeling that they don't feel like it anymore or they don't want to be a guest. good, which causes quality to deteriorate. I personally think it is a shame that the quality of the company is declining so much and that the people who answer the phone do not know how to talk to people (I don't blame them at all) there was 1 gentleman, I think maybe the older son he spoke in a friendly and helpful manner, but overall it's a shame and maybe I'm complaining about something trivial, but let's be honest, it's not rocket science either.

Have roasted Peking duck delivered. They said the delivery time was 45 max and it was there in 20 minutes. So lucky 👍 But the food... mehh. There was nothing toasty about it. Yes maybe 3 months ago and now heated in the microwave! Just looked like rubber. Drove there straight away and got my money back. First time and never again. And just insist that it is normal. Sorry Shanghai for cheating on me.

I had babi pangang in soy sauce but it was more like babi pangang in salty tar sauce, I tasted a little bit of it but immediately threw it in the trash. A waste of money but this was once and never again. It's actually a waste of stars.

After two hours the food finally arrived. Opened containers, it was the wrong order. Called the store again. They said they would deliver the correct order as soon as possible. Once again an HOUR later still no food. She did not want to give any compensation and she would prefer to have the other order returned as well. We refused to give it back because after waiting three hours in total we only took snacks from the other order. Outrageous service.

Quality is still good, but prices have increased a lot in a short time.

The Singapore noodles were richly filled with cha sieuw and shrimp. No expense was spared on the curry either. Big portion, value for money.

Voor het eerst online besteld. Uitzonderlijk goed en '(h)eerlijk' eten, voor herhaling vatbaar. Kip in zwarte bonensaus: (waar vaak niet de lekkerste stukjes kip in worden gestopt), hier wel!! De sfeer ken ik niet vanwege bezorging.

Leuke moederdag vandaag. Eten besteld om 19u, gaat ANDERHALF UUR duren. Gebeld na al dat wachten en was er iets misgegaan. Wat?!? Sorry, komt er zo snel mogelijk eraan. Uiteindelijk om 21:30u bezorgd!!! Geen korting niks, en eten ook niet goed...bijna geen kip en champignons. Ik bestel hier al jaren, nooit zo iets meegemaakt.

Afhalen. Eten was erg lekker en veel.

Ik snap die negative reacties totaal niet. Wij zitten hier te genieten. En het lijk wel of ze steeds vooruit gaan in hun kook kunsten. Wij bestellen hier altijd en nooit klachten. Altijd op tijd. Gewoon ruim van te voor bestellen. Het was echt heerlijk.

Eten is top en ruim voldoende. Bezorgen is altijd binnen de afgesproken tijd en meestal eerder. Bijzonder vriendelijke medewerkers.

Ik kreeg een bestelling van een ander en moest deze teruggeven. Uiteindelijk mijn bestelling gekregen. De soep was prima, maar de loempiaatjes waren niet zo lekker. De saus had ook een aparte smaak…

Vandaag weer eten laten bezorgen, maar de loempia was niet te eten. Vet en niet knapperig, leek wel een zemenlap. Hebben we dus weggegooid. We hebben wel eens beter gehad, echt jammer!

Ik wil niet zeggen dat het slecht is, maar het kan altijd beter. Of het zaakje is de laatste tijd veel van eigenaar gewisseld, of de eigenaar vind het zo prima. Hoeveelheid eten is ruim voldoende en lekker. Alleen een beetje sambal bij nasi is te veel gevraagd. Bezorging was snel en netjes. Maar met een kleine inspanning kan het totaal zoveel beter zijn.

Zeer goed eten, uitstekende service en goede bezorging, bestel hier al vele jaren naar volle tevredenheid.

Heerlijk eten en vriendelijk geholpen. 10 jaar geleden heb ik hier nog 2 jaar gewerkt en het eten is nog steeds erg lekker. Doordeweeks altijd snelle service en in het weekend behoorlijk hectisch.. Het kan dan iets langer duren maar dat is overal zo.

Voortreffelijke Chinees! Erg lekker.
