Soft as soft, always interesting for children. What makes it different is that there are guys who deliver your order to your table.

Completely full, not enough space, and difficult to get upstairs with a stroller.

The surroundings would be quite nice if it didn't look like a garbage dump; there's trash everywhere, the tables aren't clean, and fries are flying all over the ground – really unhygienic.

No atmosphere, no friendly service, all grumpy, the food was cold and disgusting. They were grumpy. I mentioned the food, and yes, the manager wasn't there, so I left. They didn't replace the food because it was old and cold. No new order, nothing, and it's more expensive than Hamstraat.

Christmas is beautiful and cozy. On Black Friday, we didn't think the discounts were that great!

Few self-service terminals for the crowds meant it was nice and relaxed to order at the checkout. Service was also good; the food arrived at the table quite quickly.

I had a very bad experience at this McDonald's in the Outlet Centre. When we tried to order, a few young employees (around 16 to 21 years old) were standing at the cash register laughing and messing around instead of working. One of them also made joking remarks to another customer, which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Employees should focus on their work and treat customers with respect, not making jokes during working hours. This gives a bad impression of the whole establishment. Hopefully, something will be done about this.

Friendly staff, the food looked well cared for and warm, I have experienced cold food at other McDonald's before, the place was kept clean.

The food was examined, and a drink was ordered over the burger and fries. It was only taken away after a discussion. The wait was about 20 minutes, during which only the fries were replaced.

Good McDonald's right in the Outlet. It's quite large, but on Saturdays and Sundays, it's impossible to eat there because of the crowds. It has vending machines—I think I remember four—and you can also order in person. There's always a line to order and sit down. It has an outdoor terrace.

The reusable plastic cup surprised me a little.

A typical McDonald's, but the service here is definitely very good. Your order is brought to your table fairly quickly, even with a large order. Definitely good. A little tip: if you order from the staff instead of at the tower, you'll be served a bit faster. The food served here actually looks very similar to the advertisements. Some other branches could learn a thing or two from this.

How can you serve cold food when it's so busy? Service without a smile, from people who are there for the paycheck, not for any trace of passion or experience. The atmosphere is terrible. Dirty tables and clutter everywhere.

Very slow compared to other McDonalds (what do you mean fast food?) I suspect the problem is too few staff. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ample opportunity to eat both indoors and outdoors. Everything is clean and well maintained.

While the selection is as large as ever, the wait times at the drive-thru feel longer than ever. Especially during rush hour, it drags on forever—making you wonder if that "quick bite" is even worth it anymore.

Ordered gluten free bread for my daughter as she has celiac. It was our first time trying the gluten free option and we were surprised that the bread is like gluten we asked the employee many times and she said it's gluten free. My daughter got some pain but we thought she got a cross contamination somewhere although we are completely gluten free at home. We tried another branch later and the gluten free bread really looks like gluten free so the one at Roermond was a gluten one!

Absolutely unfriendly staff. We certainly can't rate all of them, but three on one visit were enough to give it one star. 🤣

Despite the crowds everything went surprisingly smoothly. Very fast service, friendly staff and the restaurant was neat and clean. Well organized!

I ordered a Greek style burger, which was quite filling. The chicken chop is thick and crispy. Compared to Hong Kong, the burgers here are bigger and more filling. The ice cream is new, but it can be bigger or smaller.

On 6/5/25 we ordered 4 chicken menus, a few hours, all (nausea, vomiting, cramps, and diarrhea)😥

We were there on May 3rd, 2025. If you have celiac disease (gluten intolerance), I ask you not to go there. We specifically asked whether there were any gluten-free residents there and were told with 100% certainty that everything would be separated. When we got the tray, the normal citizens were placed next to each other with the gluten-free citizens. After a few hours the reaction.!!! THE CITIZENS THERE ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE. I think it's an outrage and a reason for the health department.

Today I went to McDonald's in Designer Outlet Roermond. An excellent experience in itself. The food was as you would expect from McDonald's – not special, but not bad either. The order was prepared fairly quickly even though it was quite busy. Staff were friendly enough and the location is convenient if you want to grab a quick bite to eat while shopping. Not exceptional, but nothing to complain about either. All in all just okay.

Did not receive napkins when delivered to the table. And when you're alone, you don't just get up and walk away from your table.

The tables are very dirty and it's stuffy inside. hamburgers were tasteless. Okay, this is a fast meal, but beer, you can be more careful.

It's relatively clean despite the large crowds, which sometimes lead to lines outside. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas, some of which are shaded. The quality and taste... You either love it or you don't. Prices have been skyrocketing for some time, which is getting unpleasant.

The worst MC I've ever been to! Disrespectful staff and customers. There were a lot of young people there in carnival clothes, making a lot of noise, shouting 'cancer whore' all the time. Treated the staff so badly. When some people behind the branch manager asked, she came to our table and said what should I do now. She was completely oblivious to the customers leaving the restaurant. We ourselves had to throw away our food because it was not pleasant to eat your hamburger with so much noise and shouting and dirty, ugly words! Worst of all, the restaurant was full of small children and I heard cancer whores all the time! This is the last time I enter that MC. A lot of customers had left. The branch manager just let those stupid people sit at the table. And let the posh customers leave. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!

Clean and decent McDonald’s, but the line moves slower than a sloth on a treadmill. Do yourself a favor—download the app and order ahead. Your future self will thank you when you’re munching on fries while everyone else is still stuck staring at the menu board.

Always good for a little snack. The kids always look forward to their burger when we are there. Depending on how busy the outlet is, employees will also be standing and asking how you would like to order and sorting things out.

Hot liquid was spilled on me without apology and without any commercial gesture! The prices are exorbitant €75 for 6 small, very skinny sandwiches! Simply unacceptable to flee!!!

I had a horrible experience at Mcdonald’s Roermond Outlet Center. i ordered 9 chicken nuggets but they gave me 6 ??? i came to the nearest staff but she didn’t care, and walked away when i asked. i had to come to the employee at the counter to ask. They gave me a new box of 9 nuggets and took back the old box like nothing happened and no official apology was given. This is not the first time this happened to me, the last time I ordered a takeout box of 20 nuggets and they only gave me 10 but I was on my way home so I didn’t have the chance to confront them.
