McDonald's in Wijk 00 Centrum

Ordered on January 13, the sandwiches are not even cooked, really bad service, always Hamstraat specific

First of all, we had paid 47 euros for 2 menus, the coke was half empty and the sauces were not there, ridiculous!!!!!

I got what I expected in a McDonalds. I wish I could speak the local language better to avoid confusion and delay while ordering at the counter. To my fellow vegetarians: Cheese burger is not a vegetarian burger.

The McDonald’s branch in Holland surprised us positively. The food was fresh and tasty, the order was processed quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the cleanliness and the modern ambience. A small negative point: the toilets were a bit confusing.

I ate McDonald's on Friday, October 25, and I am very satisfied with the service. It had rained a bit but the man went to dry our table. Super friendly of him, in the end he even wanted to turn out the awning for us. The food was delicious

McDonald's in the Roermond Designer Outlet is a convenient stop if you need a quick snack or meal in between. The food is of the usual standard and there is a good selection of classic McDonald's dishes. However, there was a long queue during my visit which significantly increased the waiting time. It appears that the number of employees at peak times is not enough to cope with demand. This can be frustrating, especially when you want to get back to shopping quickly. Another drawback is that the seating options are very limited. It was difficult to find a place to eat in peace, which detracted a bit from the overall experience. Overall, McDonald's outlet is good for a quick snack, but the long wait times and scarce seating make it not an ideal place for a longer break. That's why I give it 3 stars.

Hamburger and milkshake, always tasty

This is an establishment that I find absolutely unsuccessful in terms of taste and service. I ate the same food with much more pleasure and quality in the Netherlands and Germany. I especially didn't like the plastic cups provided, they cause ice to directly touch your teeth and there are no straws. The view outside is absolutely magnificent, the atmosphere is in a very nice location.

🆘🆘🆘 there are MICE INSIDE here, DO NOT get your food here 🆘🆘🆘 The quality of the restaurant has deteriorated greatly in recent years (this used to be a nice and clean restaurant, quite an experience as a child). Currently they do not have friendly staff, quality of food is deteriorating, no clean restaurant (lots of dust on the floor, trash cans & tables dirty on and around, kitchen floor & workbenches not clean) When I told the manager that there were mice inside, there was no apology and no immediate action was taken. DO NOT EAT HERE THE CHANCE OF GETTING SICK IS VERY HIGH, THEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY!!!

The interior used to be nicer, with more character and life. Now tight and cold

In the past, in my opinion, this was always a very beautiful building with a certain atmosphere. It has now been renovated for the umpteenth time, but unfortunately it is not getting any better. It is also often not really clean. Staff does their best. But I don't think people clean up after themselves anymore.

Schockierend negative Erfahrung heute … nach einem wunderschönen Tag durch Roermond , überall freundlichen Personal begegnet - in jedem einzelnen Laden …bis auf in diese McDonald’s Filiale . Ich finde keine Worte um das zu beschreiben wie Unfreundlich und Aggressiv einige Crew Mitglieder sind , eine herablassende Arrognz …es passt nicht zu restliche Vollkommenheit die sie umgibt.

I came here 20 years ago and it was beautiful. Now that I moved back into my home town Roermond, and this McDonald's has become so depressing. It used to be so colorful and busy. Now it's gray and dark and sad. But that has been the trend with every McDonald's restaurant everywhere. Very sad.

NB; a medium coffee is already quite large, American sizes. The coffee tasted okay. Cups recyclable.

Although the food is fine like any other mac. Maybe even better compared to most. Due to the modernist turn, the comfort of the store was completely wiped out during the renovation a while ago. The wooden chairs and benches are not designed to support you comfortably for a long time while you donate tons of calories to the digestive system. To wait for your order you can sit on a bench where there is even less comfort, but there is an electrical socket. Harry Potter slept in a fancier stair cupboard. Best regards

Really worthless tent! If you order something to take home, they ALWAYS forget something. Today order was again incomplete and fries containers half filled. And it's not cheap. Staff is nice but incompetent!

I ordered! The food was tasty, but I only have a problem with the shaker fries. I find it a bit strange that I have to apply the paprika powder to my fries myself. I didn't mind this too much, but what I did mind is that there was a hole in the bag where you have to shake the fries. So suddenly paprika powder flew everywhere, and my desk is now completely covered. Maybe do something different?

Erg slecht. Hele bestelling klaar maar geen drankjes erbij nog. Minuten stond al het warme eten daar. Toen werd doorgegeven. Dat de aardbei Shake op was en dat moest bijgevuld worden. Hierdoor stond het eten weer minuten onverwarmd en daar zei ik wat van. Kreeg ik een arrogante houding van de medewerker die tegen me zei me er ons eten wordt niet snel koud. Ik zei wederom dat het eten al minutenlang koud stond en dat ik de houding van de medewerker niet prettig vond. Kreeg ik te horen dat hij echt geen energie had om ruzie te maken. Voel me niet gehoord en serieus genomen. Erg erg slecht. Lauw vreten voor een hoofdprijs goed zo Mac Donalds Roermond! Toen ik zelf bij Mac Donalds werkte werd de kwaliteit wat meer bewaakt. Sneue conclusie!

Das Essen an sich ist okay, aber Kaffee schmeckt sehr schlecht und bitter.

Wat een vieze boel is het in dit filiaal. Tafels vuil maar ook in het algemeen slecht onderhouden, spinnenwebben en veel vuil op de vloer wat duidelijk niet van deze dag was!

The fact that I wanted a takeaway and got served on a plate doesn’t concern me after I had the first bite of my cheeseburger. Either it’s the pickles or they make the best burgers in history of this franchise 😄 Highly recommended, the team gets along just great and I will surely come back for the classics. 🫡

Fastfood en heerlijke drankjes.Deze McDonald's zit vlakbij de Roermondse Kerk en is open tot 22.00 uur.

Ze zijn te duur in vergelijking met en snackbars bij hun heb waarde voor je geld en je bent gevuld

De enige manier dat je hier lekker en vooral warm eten krijgt is als je 5 min voor sluitingstijd binnen komt. Elke keer als je zo smiddags of tegen de avond komt is de friet sws koud.

Äußerst fix! Der Laden scheint (zu Recht) sehr gut zu laufen. Wir waren kurz vor 22 Uhr da.

Heel netjes verzorgd en het bestelde (Hamburger en Fishfilet met koffie) werd keurig op het terras aan tafel bezorgd.

Afhaal bestelling miste 1 milkshake, met de kinderen terug gegaan en beide eentje gekregen. Kijk fouten gebeuren, prima opgelost 👍🏻
