They messed up my order. I had double quarter pounder meniu and I got single quarter pounder. They were nice enough to change my burger but until I got the new burger the fires were cold. Would have been nicer to change the entire order.

The food was good, but because there were so many flies inside, it did spoil the dining experience a bit. Be very careful at the crossing near the entrance where cars are also allowed to drive!

It's already almost impossible to order online for this mcdonalds as they never are open for delivery, but when they do, expect at least 1 hour waiting time (which is absurd as it's supposed to be a fastfood) Quality is "okay" I guess for a mcdo but yeah, better not be hungry if you do manage to see them in Uber/Thuisbezorgd

Blue paper in a McKroket McDrive is really slow. Cold fries, and the tray is only half full. Milkshake warm and thinner than water. And the coupon code isn't processed. So completely a scam! Worth less than 1 star.

Today at 5:45 PM, we picked up a meal for two. We live in the Reeshof, so it's a 5-minute drive. However, everything was lukewarm, the burgers were a huge disappointment, and the fries were soggy. Someone was asleep at the wheel there.

Took more than 30min to get a single breakfast. When asked a couple times they just said "it's coming"

A very long wait of 30 minutes for two cheeseburgers and fries. This is the longest you can wait at a restaurant for a fresh lunch, not for a fast food sandwich.

Basically, the employee didn't understand the order and the food was missing.

Slowest employee that I had ever seen, only the drive working but In 10 minutes not even a car moved, only in Netherlands you can meet such ethics and services, not even a star worth.

It was reasonably busy, but there were still more flies at our table than there were customers in the building.

The food and service at the restaurant were good, but when I ordered a takeaway for my son, I couldn't find out if my order was ready and I waited unnecessarily for 20 minutes. When I asked the employee why I couldn't see my number on the screen, they said the screen was broken. I told them my burger was getting cold and asked for a replacement if possible, but they refused.

Worthless place, always check your order, because it remains quite difficult for them to complete your order. You pay a lot of money but the service is awful... I drive around them these days, they won't see me here again, it's the same old story every time with this place..

Let me tell you something. Been here many times regarding the strange service. Whenever I asked to clean the table they looked at me as I am asking them to do something strange. Whenever I have ordered an ice cream I saw it waiting there for 15 minutes and after I receive it as a milkshake. Once went back and the manager reacted well and gave a fresh ice cream. Later in I was eating it softer. Hamburgers were many times or to dry or swimming on sauce. Lettuce and vegetables are very little. The salad was many times in a bad shape, tomatoes were bad mist if the time. So stopped ordering. The coffee is good. I give the 2 star to open eyes that keeping a steady team in McDonald's is impossible. It's not the restaurant to blame but the improvement list: 1 clean toilet, provide desinfetion spray in the toilet. 2. Paper towel for hand drying. 3. making sure that the tables are clean 4. creating a solution for the proper order delivery 5. Provide more sales on the weekend by dropping the price to compensate the downsizing effect that is created in the customers. It's all possible. I've been in a few places with similar service and they can make it happen.

Just picked up a Filet-O-Fish, and as you can see, the kitchen staff decided to turn it into an abstract art piece. The fish patty and the bun are barely on speaking terms. I know it’s fast food, but I didn't expect to have to reassemble my own lunch in the car. To make the whole experience even better: the classic McDonald's disappearing act. Every single time I’m here, the manager and the staff delete the order numbers from the screen way before the food is actually ready. You’re just standing there in limbo, playing a guessing game of "Is that my burger or does it belong to the guy next to me?" Great for keeping you on your toes, terrible for customer service.

I have 2 incidents right after another in this mcdonalds. First one they scratched my car. I let it go. Then the second one car was scratched on the right and on the left. But on the right it was a family who got out of the car and was checking their car and ours and when we arrived they left. Me and my family realised after but it was too late. And the problem here is not only the people who scratched my car but the biggest problem is that there was no camera around. Change that!!

Usually quite good. Made some mistakes with my order a couple of times and forgot something, but other than that always top-notch. Very friendly staff!

They have a screen used to inform client if the order is ready, when i saw my order is done i went to pick up, but when I came to ask where is my order they told that "tv" is not working...

Very poor service at McDonald’s. Yesterday, I went to the McDrive with my daughter and ordered a Happy Meal and a McChicken menu with chicken nuggets. When I got home, it turned out that the chicken nuggets were missing and that even the tomato was missing from the Happy Meal. I called immediately and spoke to someone named Martin. At first, he said I had to come back, but after I explained that this was not possible, he promised that the missing order would be delivered to my home. Unfortunately, I waited until 10:00 PM without receiving anything. No delivery, no phone call, absolutely nothing. Truly a very bad experience. Inexperienced staff and absolutely no responsibility towards customers. I will not be coming back here and I absolutely do not recommend this branch.

McDonald's is the tastiest place in the Netherlands.

My daughter ordered a cheeseburger this afternoon; it was completely soggy. She went back to the counter and reported it to the manager. He was willing to make a new one, but according to him, it would be the same, so he refused to do so. Very strange. Her friend had also ordered the same cheeseburger and hers was normal (dry, as it should be). Very poor service. You should have resolved this by offering a new cheeseburger or giving her a refund, dear Manager.

The employee held a performance review next to our table while he was cleaning trays. It might be useful to do this separately. The food was decent, but then again, it is McDonald's.

Everything was cold. Because of that, everything tastes like what it is. NOT REAL. WORTHLESS. Even the lettuce is fake.

Waiting 12 minutes for soft serve ice cream, which is then brought out half-melted without batting an eyelid. There used to be a meatball stand here. Not anymore, but they certainly live up to the name.

The burger was warm, the ice cream was cold. Service was quick and friendly. Fries weren't included in the order in the end, but we hadn't ordered them anyway. 5 stars.

I want to file a complaint. I went to the McDonald's Drive (in Reeshof) today (December 18, 2025). I ordered by car, and the employee we had was extremely rude and had no manners. She was the one who took our order and paid for us. This was at 9:19:50 PM (the time of the receipt). She was rude when taking our order, and again when we paid. When my mother raised the issue, the girl said it wasn't like that and that she always talks like that. Before anyone could even respond, she simply slammed the window in our faces. So incredibly rude and had no manners. And if she talks like that every time, I feel sorry for the other customers before or after who have to listen to this behavior. Unfortunately, I don't have her name, but she had brown curly hair. The order number is 183. I've never experienced this at McDonald's before, that the employees are so unfriendly to customers. I assume that something is being done about this or that she is being addressed about her behavior.

The space is too small and it's always too crowded! They often run out of ice cream on Sunday evenings! I think it's an excuse :). It's very annoying for the people who come for a McFlurry.

I ordered a burger without bacon at the drive-thru, but I got one with bacon anyway. Politely rang the doorbell and asked if I could get a new burger. Yes, I'll get it for you. Considering how many people can fit inside and how small the parking lot is, you might spend your entire break searching for a parking spot. It's better to order and pick up in advance.

Ordered a delivery through Thuisbezorgd. The delivery driver doesn't acknowledge my existence while cheerfully talking on the phone; he doesn't even look at me. The bag, which is normally sealed for safety, appears to be unsealed. The food is lukewarm, even though it's only a 10-minute drive. It also looks like there are significantly fewer fries in one of my containers. Did the delivery driver eat it, or did something go wrong with the order? We'll never know. I called this location to confirm. Even when I asked if I could still trust the order, I received a half-hearted answer: "Yes, I have in the past." Then they shrugged and casually referred me to Thuisbezorgd. Thuisbezorgd, in turn, is unreachable, except through an AI chatbot that responds very poorly. So yes, this is the last time I'll order anything from this location!

Today got Big Mac. Now with recyclable cups when dining in.

An MC as it should be. In the new setup, the MC drive has truly become a push-pull race with two entrances. The one with the most expensive car thinks they get to go first, while the other gets there first.

Quite a large Mac, the ordering stations are a bit awkwardly placed. When it's busy, it gets quite crowded near the entrance. I see this at several locations. There's plenty of seating outside.

Look, if you're coming from Spain, the burger menu isn't exactly extensive, which is where my problem lies. The food is good, it's what you'd expect from McDonald's, and for a euro you can buy good plastic cups of all sizes to take home, and that's a plus for me, since I still have some from a few years ago.

I eat very often at this MCDonalds and we speak only English. This was first time here when the person who takes orders on McDrive was extremely polite and I really give him 10 of 10 for the customer service and politeness!

Only staff is ok but food tasted was ugly

Second time in a short time here to grab something quick. The first time, I waited over 20 minutes for the ice cream to be served. I ended up confronting the staff myself to tell them our ice cream had been melting for 20 minutes... The next time, I tried the MC drive-thru to see if that would be any better. But after paying, I had to wait another 25 minutes. And then, when you get a drink with a cup three-quarters full of ice and only a little bit of drink, my pants drop.

Drove past the McDrive. The service was friendly and fast. The food was excellent.

Sufficient parking spaces, clean tables and quick service. But lukewarm fries and a strawberry milkshake with almost no taste. Asked if it was correct, if the element could be empty? That was not possible: there is 1 device...we could make do with that.

I wanted to go to the mc drive but there was something going on no idea what but there were boxes and a car. So I went inside for a happy meal vega for my daughters but that option is no longer there. The staff tried to help and think along but they could do little, I came up with my own idea more value of a vega burger pay extra and replace it for the meat version but that was not possible. The manager did not think along at all about a solution so I paid 22.40 for 2 happy meals with milkshake.. and I waited 20 to 25 minutes for it when I got home the milkshake was not strawberry but vanilla

An employee comes limping to me to ask if I can drive back to pay for two mckroket. I politely declined because it was not my fault for the pick-up process
