McDonald's in Bedrijventerrein Vossenberg

I want to file a complaint. I went to the McDonald's Drive (in Reeshof) today (December 18, 2025). I ordered by car, and the employee we had was extremely rude and had no manners. She was the one who took our order and paid for us. This was at 9:19:50 PM (the time of the receipt). She was rude when taking our order, and again when we paid. When my mother raised the issue, the girl said it wasn't like that and that she always talks like that. Before anyone could even respond, she simply slammed the window in our faces. So incredibly rude and had no manners. And if she talks like that every time, I feel sorry for the other customers before or after who have to listen to this behavior. Unfortunately, I don't have her name, but she had brown curly hair. The order number is 183. I've never experienced this at McDonald's before, that the employees are so unfriendly to customers. I assume that something is being done about this or that she is being addressed about her behavior.

The space is too small and it's always too crowded! They often run out of ice cream on Sunday evenings! I think it's an excuse :). It's very annoying for the people who come for a McFlurry.

What a ridiculous McDonald's this is... a brief moment at the post. Otherwise, it's very quiet at the post. Worthless! And very rude!

I ordered a burger without bacon at the drive-thru, but I got one with bacon anyway. Politely rang the doorbell and asked if I could get a new burger. Yes, I'll get it for you. I waited outside in the cold for 15 to 20 meters. I'm not exactly a picky eater, but this made no sense. They'd simply forgotten about me. Jokers

Every time I order from McDrive, I miss products or get the wrong order! Terrible McDonald's, only young people don't care! McDonald's gets worse and worse every year!

A good fast food restaurant, due to the crowds it can sometimes take a little longer before you get your food.

Considering how many people can fit inside and how small the parking lot is, you might spend your entire break searching for a parking spot. It's better to order and pick up in advance.

I was there at 12 midnight and it was closed even though the opening hours are until 1.

You pay extra for the large one, but you get a small cup in return

McDonald's is comparable with other "restaurants". Same food, same atmosphere, same dirty tables, same full waste baskets, same flocks of annoying kids pestering the place. Only IKEA restaurants are worse.

A tasteless, weightless strawberry milkshake. Absolutely disgusting! It felt like I was slurping down a bucket of thick foam. It's impossible to get a brain freeze from this.

The fries were inedible!!! The burgers were absolutely cold, as if they had just come straight from the refrigerator. I waited 30 minutes for a menu, which was outrageous! I'll never come back here again!

Ordered a delivery through Thuisbezorgd. The delivery driver doesn't acknowledge my existence while cheerfully talking on the phone; he doesn't even look at me. The bag, which is normally sealed for safety, appears to be unsealed. The food is lukewarm, even though it's only a 10-minute drive. It also looks like there are significantly fewer fries in one of my containers. Did the delivery driver eat it, or did something go wrong with the order? We'll never know. I called this location to confirm. Even when I asked if I could still trust the order, I received a half-hearted answer: "Yes, I have in the past." Then they shrugged and casually referred me to Thuisbezorgd. Thuisbezorgd, in turn, is unreachable, except through an AI chatbot that responds very poorly. So yes, this is the last time I'll order anything from this location!

Today got Big Mac. Now with recyclable cups when dining in.

Friendly MC, no long waits and almost always a seat and plenty of parking spaces

The food was returned cold and different fries were given but without any communication and the face on it said enough.

I have a lot of respect for McDonald's employees. They always work hard and do their best. If something's wrong, they fix it without any problems. Excellent service and friendly staff!

An MC as it should be. In the new setup, the MC drive has truly become a push-pull race with two entrances. The one with the most expensive car thinks they get to go first, while the other gets there first.

A really great place! Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and fast service. The food was fresh and flavorful, with excellent value. The coffee is excellent, and the homemade cake is highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Quite a large Mac, the ordering stations are a bit awkwardly placed. When it's busy, it gets quite crowded near the entrance. I see this at several locations. There's plenty of seating outside.

Look, if you're coming from Spain, the burger menu isn't exactly extensive, which is where my problem lies. The food is good, it's what you'd expect from McDonald's, and for a euro you can buy good plastic cups of all sizes to take home, and that's a plus for me, since I still have some from a few years ago.

I eat very often at this MCDonalds and we speak only English. This was first time here when the person who takes orders on McDrive was extremely polite and I really give him 10 of 10 for the customer service and politeness!

Only staff is ok but food tasted was ugly

Second time in a short time here to grab something quick. The first time, I waited over 20 minutes for the ice cream to be served. I ended up confronting the staff myself to tell them our ice cream had been melting for 20 minutes... The next time, I tried the MC drive-thru to see if that would be any better. But after paying, I had to wait another 25 minutes. And then, when you get a drink with a cup three-quarters full of ice and only a little bit of drink, my pants drop.

The food is good to eat and the service is fast

Drove past the McDrive. The service was friendly and fast. The food was excellent.

The food was delicious but there are quite a lot of people. I don't recommend it around noon because there is a lot of traffic

Sufficient parking spaces, clean tables and quick service. But lukewarm fries and a strawberry milkshake with almost no taste. Asked if it was correct, if the element could be empty? That was not possible: there is 1 device...we could make do with that.

Had to wait 2x half an hour for an order. 1st order was a happy meal this food was already cold. 2nd order was an ice cream that had already melted completely…. I understand that it is busy but I still pay enough money here. The outside terrace also did not look good. Everywhere trash and full bins. In the 1.5 hours that we sat here no one came to clean the terrace

I wanted to go to the mc drive but there was something going on no idea what but there were boxes and a car. So I went inside for a happy meal vega for my daughters but that option is no longer there. The staff tried to help and think along but they could do little, I came up with my own idea more value of a vega burger pay extra and replace it for the meat version but that was not possible. The manager did not think along at all about a solution so I paid 22.40 for 2 happy meals with milkshake.. and I waited 20 to 25 minutes for it when I got home the milkshake was not strawberry but vanilla

I went there last Monday with my brother after working out. I was really craving a burger, and it was absolutely perfect—nice and juicy, not dry or chewy. Just how I like it.

We ordered a strawberry milkshake but it didn't taste like anything, we exchanged it with a nice employee but the new one wasn't tasty either and didn't taste like strawberries.

the woman who takes the order doesn't want to give a receipt, mixes up the orders and doesn't give what should be. in short they rob people because the orders are not complete. watch out at every step when you go there.

Sunday morning 25/5, 15 min waiting for mcmuffin and coffee. In total 3 people in the restaurant. 3-4 people of staff present.

MyOrder didn't work for the umpteenth time. Maybe arrange it sometime so that it works McDonalds.

Wait 5 minutes in McDrive. Nobody speaks to me. Pay at window 1 - nobody is at window 1. At window 2 I wait for 5-10 minutes and am asked to park. An employee comes limping to me to ask if I can drive back to pay for two mckroket. I politely declined because it was not my fault for the pick-up process

Personally, I don't think waiting 25 minutes for a breakfast menu is that fast Do you know that feeling when you come home and enjoy your order? Me neither because half of it was missing.

Today's prices are no longer relevant, and this is also visible at McDonalds in the form of overly expensive products. Plastic surcharge on top while all the rubbish is still spread across the parking lot. But we ate again!

Good Mac, but the music was really too loud

Except that it might be busy quite often and it is on the mall area, it is one of those I may recommend. Great and kind staff, always willing to help, especially when you're kid is not in the mood. Place is clean, and it is clean all the time, and they are working so hard that IMHO it is one of the fastest Mc with gr8 quality.

Nice simple service easy and fast through the drive though. They had some problems scanning my McDonald’s app but it worked out just fine in the end.

What can I say, it's everything you would expect for a McDonald's. I can say in all the times we go that every time we order a hot meal with ice cream using the drive thru is that they give you the ice cream before your food is ready and ask you to wait. I find this very stupid as you want to eat your meal first and by the time they bring it your ice cream is half melted already. Also on a plus side they did forget one time something and we called to let them know and they sent by post a voucher for a free MCmenu so that was nice.

Today we visited McDonald's Reeshof with a large group of 45 people after a day at Efteling. Had a nice contract last week to prepare the visit. Helped well and quickly today and therefore very satisfied with the service!

Food was good, Waiting time is often a bit longer, so we refer you to wait on the sidelines, which may take a while. Otherwise great business, nice employees.

Nice for a quick meal. We didn't want to stay long. Everything was on a good standard. I only was disappointed that they served drinks without straws and covers.

The quality of the food was less good than other McDonalds I have been to. In addition, the tables were very dirty and still full of remnants of packaging and food. Get started with napkins yourself to get the table somewhat clean.

Lovely large terrace, located outside the center of Tilburg near hardware stores and is a quick exit to the adjacent wooded area. Parking too small. Number plate system for orders does not work or there is no communication between the staff

The flurry here is more like a milkshake. Completely flat and melted before you even get it.

We were at this McDonald's on Saturday December 28th at 2:05 PM. We ordered mcnuggets 6, 2mcCrispy SC, fries Medium, Stg Kar lattemac, Lem red fruit me, 2x mayonnaise, coolatmackar0.3. The order was not on site, but for take away. We waited a short time and unfortunately didn't check if the order was done correctly because we were in a hurry to get to work. So when we opened the bag at home we saw that the staff had mixed up our order and we got 2 mcnuggets, spicy mcChicken, double cheeseburger, medium fries, Stg Kar lattemac, Lem red fruit me, 3x mayonnaise, coolatmackar. So I feel deprived.

Long wait, the employees lost count, home delivery got in the way. Lousy quality of the milkshakes. Ridiculously expensive. This isn't for normal people. I feel slightly ripped off.

Just received very poor help (12/19/25/ time 6:30 PM). All the food was served cold on one side which is understandable when it is busy. The inside of my burger was very cold, I spoke to an employee at the front, who helped me very kindly while I indicated that I did not want to repeat a new one, you can have a new one, to which I replied OK. Then the manager comes to me in front of everyone and responds; Next time ask earlier instead of eating half the burger. It's a shame that I am the first to be made a fool of and ridiculed alongside others. Finally, there was a bug in my mint tea, which the manager also saw. This time I offered him a composition with the burger and clearly indicated that I did not want a new one. Very unfortunate, I won't come here next time. The other managers were very nice and cooperative!

They are open until 1 a.m., but if you come half an hour before closing time they are cleaning the coffee maker.... No more coffee/cappuccino. Rode? There is little/no coffee sold at half past twelve at night. What nonsense, you're not going to turn off the chip shop half an hour before closing time. Very unfortunate. Plus... half the time you don't get nougat with your coffee. Very unfortunate again.

We get cold food, they don't give us everything what we ordered. But the worse thing was really cold fries, also long time to wait for food.

Normally a good restaurant, but now it was too busy. The Mc Drive line was so long on the road, and there were 20-30 people inside
