ik weet niet wat er met deze mc donalds is. t eten is echt vies klef en smakeloos. ik bestel hier niet meer. en t is mega duur geworden ook nog

Meer dan een uur bestelling wordt bereid, vervolgens na anderhalf uur wordt de bestelling geannuleerd. Fijn net een kind die erop wacht. Dat het druk kan zijn oké maar zelfs de telefoon opnemen kan niet en bericht veel te laat.

I found it very striking that, unlike many other McDonalds branches, you still receive a friendly and enthusiastic welcome at the McDrive. Dirtiest McDonalds. There has been no improvement in this for years. Burgers often cold. Missing products.

McFlurry with a wooden spoon is really a decline (among other things for the taste). While you also pay a plastic surcharge, because the paper cup contains some plastic. Then add a plastic spoon... Soft ice cream also has a disadvantage: upside down in a container, so you cannot lick the ice cream, but you can also eat it with a wooden spoon. Very unfortunate. Affects the taste and makes eating less pleasant.

A bit of a shame that my entire order was wrong and cold as if it had been there for a few hours. When I go back to the employee I get a big mouth! Discounts that were supposed to be removed were not removed and therefore the wrong items were received. Too bad I won't be coming back here again

As you would expect from a McDonalds. Order conveniently and take your food quickly. Atmosphere and hygiene almost always look good. Beautiful location that is well managed and maintained.

Had lunch with daughter (5). My food has often cooled down considerably when I eat at the mac, which is nice and warm here. Very (child) friendly staff and plenty of space outside with a playground compared to the few McDonalds I know. Daughter had fun... and so did I.

Food was delicious and will definitely go back again

Unintelligible teenager babbling under his breath at the cash register. Spicy McCrispi was quite crispy, just not burnt. The fries were lukewarm, limp and chewy. The only plus point, instead of a cardboard cup, it was in a plastic cup, which is tastier than cardboard.

Nice restaurant with vegetarian products. The sanitary facilities in the men's toilet are poor: loose taps and no toilet seat.

I went today to this Mcdonald and one lady working there didn’t let me make an order. I was trying to do my order when I notice all the extra-cost of the code and I ask for erase this order because it was turning to much expensive, when this lady next to us said if is to expensive for me I should go home and cook. I tried to ignore her but she kept trying to disturb me and didn’t let me make a new order.

Overflowing trash cans, every table you saw was dirty, you had to ask if they wanted to clean the table and the floor was full of remains of drinks and food, no one would sweep a broom or anything through it. Cold fries, wrong products and missing products... never again this mac!

Mc drive took longer than rush hour to Rotterdam and it was not explained why. It was excruciating. Stood in the MC drive for 20 minutes.

There were 3 items missing from our order that we did pay for: tomatoes and fristi from the happy meal and apple juice. Furthermore, there was no onion on the hamburger, even though it was ordered with onion.

You are not allowed to take photos or videos there

Very dirty place. Needs a deep clean and renovation of the building. Toilets just smelly, not cleaned for long, no soap, no toilet rolls, smelly nappies. Impossible. The playground closes on Saturday afternoon. Chaos, mess.

Ordered food, NEVER GOT IT. You can explore further with delivery service. Very customer friendly. Money gone and no food.

Typical McDonalds quality. The food was therefore as expected and completely ok. It was really very crowded (Saturday early evening). The parking lot is quite small. Considering there was so much going on, the order was completed fairly quickly.

Unfortunately... So bad I avoid this m as much as possible. But sometimes just a quick snack. Now ordered a double chili chicken and fries. Simple ordering seems to me. No one has an overview of my order, so the ordered cappuccino is kept under a warming lamp and no one takes action, resulting in a lukewarm coffee. When I say something about it, people look confused.

This time by McDrive, an extremely friendly, cheerful lady. Fast order and fast delivery.

Just got 2 fish fillets, I didn't think I would eat 2 fish o'lets, damn, that bread was so dry and the fishburger was so hard, it immediately gave me a headache as if the fish had been in the bin for 1 hour, well, too bad I didn't have time to go back to come for new ones, I hope to get a sandwich on the procedure next time 🤔🤦‍♀️

Thank you very much for the cold, lukewarm food and the limp fries that you couldn't even fry anymore. For 18 euros you just expect hot food. And if you want to call to report it, the connection is disconnected.

Dirty, unsanitary, dirty tables, dirty floor, unfriendly employees. And there was no staff shortage during our visit. About 8 people in the kitchen, 5 of whom did nothing. Almost everything can be improved here.

Enjoy sitting outside together, chilling in the sun, enjoying a sandwich and a view of the Gouwe. Delicious!

Fries were cold and too salty, toilets smelled of urine (both men's and women's), the floor was sticky and garbage was in the hallway of the toilets... Not recommended...

I don’t eat or drink coffee before. And then it became just McCoffe and I stopped drinking this drink. Now I go to coffee shops where there are coffee machines.

Drank coffee. Interesting and usable cups if you drink coffee on site. I wonder if that should be made of plastic. Especially with all those ridges, will it be clean? Previously, at MC Cafe you just got something made of glass or earthenware. Perhaps a bit more clumsy to process, but it does give a better feeling.

The restaurant's chairs were really dirty and the windows too, thick dust everywhere. I have allergy to dust... The manager was rude when i tried to ask help to finish our order, because the ordering numbers were not taken out, he had nothing to do, but act with me like im wasting his time and did not let me know how we should finish the order on the screens cuz that ask the number... The fries was not fresh.

Arrived a little too early at AkzoNobel. So had some coffee here. The coffee is fine at Mac.

Part of the order was incomplete, and the happy meals contained chili chicken nuggets instead of normal chicken nuggets. :(

After we had received the food, we wanted to hand it out to the children, at an angle in a parking lot so that we could drive away immediately. Staff with long hair and pimpled heads had a bad evening, I think, because they were gesticulating violently and pointing to their foreheads. After opening the window to ask what was going on, the most terrible curses came... I could get K... and my children who were in the back seat started fucking... Because the car was leaning to drive away. Even got a few pushes.... The manager would give a feedback but unfortunately. We will NEVER go here again.

I don't recommend it The restaurant has changed. In the beginning, their potatoes were some of the most delicious on the market, but now they come cold and hard or mushy I don't recommend it anymore

Unfortunately this time a lesser experience than before. The coffee and chocolate milk were lukewarm, they were prepared first and placed on the tray. It took a long time before breakfast was served. A decent McDonald's, food was good. Too bad the ice cream/cooling machines were not working, so no milkshakes with meals or ice cream for the grandchildren, grandpa and myself.

Gewoon een doorsnee Mc Donald s. Wel vaak schieten ze uit met de zout en peperbus bij de hamburgers.

Matige vestiging met McDrive en met McCafe-producten uit automaat. Het personeel kletst erg luid onderling, in het Arabisch. Het eten is goed hier en wordt geleverd met een glimlach.

Vuilnisbakken vol, viezevloer....en koud eten. De helft van de bestelling klopte ook niet ! Het personeel loopt t geine in de keuken en laten 1 jongen alles schoonmaken, die werkt zich de ........! Het management team staat erbij en kijkt ernaar vinden hun telefoons belangrijker als de hygiëne!

Prima mcdonalds. Niet erg groot voor een plaats als Gouda.

What can you say? It's McDonald's, so only visiting here in case I'm really hungry and not having other options available. Usually staff is friendly, but I tend to find staff who takes orders via the drive-in to be often very uninterested in their job.

Vanavond eten bestel bij macdrive de bestelling werd vlot opgenomen. Maar de bestelling werd niet goed gemaakt ik mis een volledig menu.

Goede Mac. Niets op aan te merken. De bestelling was heet en volledig.

Ff snel een heerlijke milkshake gedaan.

Was bij MC drive. Het eten was oke. De medewerkers ook. Alleen over sfeer in restaurant ,kan ik niets zeggen helaas.

Duurt heel lang en toch krijg je koud eten

We vroegen om een bonnetje en zagen een medewerker ons bonnetje uit de prullebak vissen, daarnaast miste we ook de helft van onze bestelling...

Even "snel" door de drive op een vrijdagavond. Het duurde erg lang voor we aan de beurt waren. Vervolgens was het voor de dame wie de bestelling op nam erg lastig (schijnbaar) te verstaan wat wij wilden hebben. Het eten was wel snel klaar, pluspuntje! Maar, helaas, bij thuiskomst bleek men 1 item vergeten te zijn bij te voegen

Enorm druk altijd. Komt mogelijk door de (commercieel gezien) perfecte locatie.

Beetje krappe bocht na ontvangst van je bestelling. Vooral als daar auto’s staan te wachten op nalevering.

Big tasty besteld aan de paal, bezorgen aan tafel behoort hier niet tot de service, overal scholieren die het nodig vinden om hun onwijze rugtassen in de looproutes te gooien, maar wordt niet iets van gezegd , big tasty was zompig en bacon rauw kost desondanks nog euro 6,30, verder ongeïnteresseerd personeel,
