My Burgers in De Korte Akkeren

The food was cold and greasy when it arrived and we had to wait way too long.

I always enjoy ordering here, but I've already been waiting for 2 hours today... I've already had a call from a street down saying they received the order, but Myburgers was unreachable for at least half an hour to resolve this with them... Then I finally managed to get hold of them, but the lady on the phone was blaming the delivery person instead of finding a solution. It eventually came down to "we can pick up the order from the neighbor and bring it to you," even though it's been there for almost 40 minutes already... after asking about it, she said she would make new burgers right away. Still, within ten minutes I received the cold, tough, already opened order that had been delivered to the wrong address an hour earlier... terrible, never coming back. Very disappointing.

I got no idea what you guys experienced but anytime i order they are fast and on point. And i love their burgers especially the Royal Crunchy Chicken Burger 😋😋. I made a difference between them and The Brothers and Ollies’s Burgers & Fries and it doesn’t even come CLOSE 10/10 That ice cold banana milkshake saved my life on this hot weather 🍌💛

Ordered a halal burger WITHOUT BACON, but they put it on anyway! How can you mix something halal with a pork product? I pointed this out and was laughed at on the phone; very unprofessional. She indicated that if you remove the bacon, you can just eat it. Unfortunately, that was no solution, and the burgers ended up in the trash. Sadly, never again for us.

Storm took a bite in front of my apartment door and grabbed a few fries from my food. I had a doorbell with a camera, so I could see this.

What can I say!!! If you order €75 worth of menus and burgers, you add a small tip. You don't get the food until an hour and fifteen minutes later. The burgers and fries are almost stone cold. The children's menus are cold and the kids are awful. Just a disgrace!!!

(2024) Did not visit in person but ordered online. For me, *the* best burger joint in Gouda. Everything still arrives fresh, warm, and crispy. Fast delivery; they always resolve forgotten items quickly and neatly. 2025 update: In terms of (meat) quality, things have deteriorated somewhat. The burgers are no longer fresh and juicy, but frozen and dry. The price is also a bit high for what you get; My Burgers also has too many “ghost kitchens,” such as Genki Burgers and Vegan Brothers. Because they have so much variety to serve a larger audience, the quality is declining.

Ordered online through Thuisbezorgd. Really delicious food. The burgers and chicken strips were great. The burgers were also huge.

Ordered fries with stew without vegetables, and it had all sorts of vegetables mixed in. I could have just thrown it away. Call me if it's mixed in and I can't live without it... never again.

Fast delivery and a friendly guy. Only the food, never again! The price-quality ratio is terrible; ridiculous prices for what you get! Loaded Fries with chicken: the fries were limp, cold, and undercooked. There were a few stray chicken schnitzel pieces on them with some cheddar cheese. The chicken burger was actually a crispy chicken schnitzel from the supermarket on a soggy bun. A real waste of money!

Really really good burgers. Ingredients are fresh, well prepared, good meat.

The food is delicious arrived warm but there is this but.... The order was made for 26e and did not arrive in full. There was no fanta or sauces that I paid extra for so that it was definitely there and here is such a shock. Not cool that you guys are doing this.

Normaal prima tent en erg lekker. Helaas vanavond besteld en niet alles is juist geleverd. Saus ontbreekt en op de bestelde burger ontbreken de extra jalapenos en uien. Wel respect voor de bezorger in de regen💪

Quick detour to Gouda for dinner on the way back from Antwerp. Very good vegan burger with all fresh veggies. Super quick service for take out. Very reasonable priced. Enjoyed it immensely in the car!

Beste burgerzaak waar ik tot nu toe ben geweest. Prijs, kwaliteit en service. Heerlijke burgers dat te vergelijken is met die van five guys maar voor minder de prijs. Meerdere soorten toppings die je kunt hebben zijn specialer dan de norm. Je kan niet verkeerd zijn met het eten van de burgers hier bij My Burgers.

Goede burgers, was altijd top. Helaas tegenwoordig niet meer open op vrijdagmiddag.

Zojuist besteld via thuisbezorgd en echt heerlijk gegeten. De vegan burger is een echte aanrader 🍔

Hier al twee keer besteld. Beide keren zeer goeie burgers gehad. Hamburgers zijn van goeie kwaliteit en zijn gelukkig niet nat van het vet. 1 klein dingetje was dat bij het leveren de zak kapot was en de saus eruit druipte.

Heerlijke burgers. Aanwinst voor Gouda!
