The food is good, but there are a lot of schoolchildren. The two toilets are actually insufficient and therefore not really clean.

We received good and fast service at McDonald's. Even after the meal, a friendly young man asked if we had enjoyed everything and if he could take our tray with him. My compliments! Definitely recommended.

We came for cappuccino and apple pie; a fine cappuccino and a tasty small cake with whipped cream.

Parking was a real disaster in June 2026

My order wasn't complete; that can happen. But the counter clerk's attitude made it worse. He acted smart and started an argument by suggesting I wanted two items instead of three. It was just about fries sauce. An apology or checking my receipt, which I placed in front of him, would have solved the problem immediately.... Missed opportunity - hopeless! #howhardcanitbe

Ordered a new drink, then the cup was only half filled. I politely asked if they could add a bit more, only to be told by the “manager” that it was completely full. So either the drink evaporates here, or there are mice secretly drinking your beverage. Poor service when “the customer is king.”

What I can't stand is that all McDonald's in the Netherlands no longer have pork on the breakfast menu, just for the sake of the Muslims; it's not normal. We are in the NETHERLANDS, not in Muslim country.

Fine McDonald's, you don't want to go to the rest.

Update: In the meantime, we have been contacted and received a voucher as compensation. We redeemed it yesterday and it was perfectly fine. The Big Arch is really tasty, by the way!!! 🍔🍟 Yesterday, just the two of us went through the drive-thru. We ordered 2 Spicy Chicken menus. We ordered these for the tasty spicy sauce, but there was very little of it on them. We were already quite a way off, so going back wouldn't have made sense. It's a real shame because we eat at McDonald's quite often, but whether we will do this again?

His sandwiches are more expensive than at another McDonald's.

The McFlurry was quite watery and the flow of traffic at the McDonald's drive-thru is poorly organized.

What amazing service! Our cola spilled by accident and within no time someone was there to clean it up, and we got a new cola for free. You're the best!

Lots of young staff who are poorly coached. Trash cans full, poorly cleaning up spilled cola, and being rude to guests.

It was a long night. I was tossing and turning from hunger and thirst. My boss and I drove into the McDrive and saw the lights go out. Closed. It was 1:54 AM; we had 6 minutes left according to your opening hours. We slaved away starving all night long😔

Helpful and polite staff; tables are clean and there's enough parking spaces there and around the area. They don't mind you bringing your dog inside while you eat and they will provide water for them and sometimes a few biscuits if you ask.

Busy McDonald's, a bit cramped, too few ordering terminals and little space around those terminals. Later I saw that you can also order at the table with your phone and the QR code. Parking outside was also tight and busy, although that was partly because many parking spaces were closed for unclear reasons.

Professional customer service. My first experience in a McDonald's where I was brought food to a table I sat on whilst waiting for a take away order only because a member of staff noticed my receipt on the table. Overall very pleasant experience. Not busy but I came in the evening.

Several times I have had food or drinks forgotten or no straws. Not such a disaster in the restaurant (which is nice) but if you take it with you in the car it is very bad. In addition, it sometimes happens that it seems as if they are trying to throw the burger into the container from 5 meters away. Staff is nice.

Unfortunately, it is not a party at the Mac in Kampen. Closed parking lot (for a long time), no clean tables and dirty waste bins. McKroket not tasty (I think) because of the strange sauce on it. But the worst are the new chip sauce bags. What should you put that sauce on? After all, you don't get a plate or anything like that. Not really convenient McDonald!

You won't even be helped there and you won't come there again, which is a bad thing.

McDonald's is a great place for us because we can eat gluten-free there without any problems. This MC is a bit small. Otherwise good. It's time for McD to make its milkshakes a little less sweet.

The service is really great! And the food is also brought to you quickly and there is even an upper floor with an outdoor play area for children and 150 seats!!! Really top 5 stars!

Saving on sauce, among other things, is really a problem with this mac. The food at this fast food restaurant in Kampen is not bad, you get what you expect!

Toilets filthy and diarrhea twice after one visit. They could take a little more care of hygiene.

You order something and don't get what you should get. Going back was not an option and I was already back on the fast track. From now on, people, look on the spot to see what is in your bag. You can expect, especially from the manager himself, that he has listened carefully to you. Apparently not and then a manager who is packing your order does not look at your receipt. You pay for a (DB) and you get a normal Happy meal, no toys, and so on. No chance, it's all expensive enough, so it shows what we pay for.

A ride on the racing bike and then a fancy coffee. I love the American Cooki but what a disappointment, it was limp and not fully cooked, which was a bit dirty. You pay 2 euros for that. I asked for another one, but according to the bored employee, this was completely normal and they are no longer baked. I didn't get another one and I didn't get my money back either. My husband had chicken nucets that were cold and limp. What a disappointment. A manager who is too busy being nice to her colleagues. No more macs for me in camping. What a shame they have deteriorated. Fortunately, there is now also a KFC, so we went there.

Fine as always, why the parking spaces are closed is a mystery to me. It's been like this for several weeks. Dogs are allowed to bark here and children are allowed to misbehave here. What a party🤪

Food was cold!! Fries and Burger Floor and table were very dirty Children who were working there were walking on their gums, especially the ones who brought the food. Trays that were way too big, at least 2 of them for someone who was having a lot of trouble. Really sad.

It's just a McDonald's. Compared to German McDonalds, it's clearly the winner. The fries were always fresh and crispy. In comparison, the operation forgot or mixed up a lot more. All in all a good visit.

Ordered via the ordering column but we did not receive our food. After waiting for a while I asked where it was. All the staff were hanging around a bit so not busy or anything. Turns out they didn't get our order. When I was given it, it was only some ice cream. I had to go back because they had not put the nuts on it, which was stated on the receipt and order. Got no apology. Tables and benches were not clean. There was a lot of waste in the waste bins. Dirty toilets. We heard other people say to each other that it is never clean there. That man had already picked up a dishcloth to clean the table himself. Staff not really friendly

There are two ordering stations in a row, but you have no idea whether you should go to the first or the second. Entrance to the drive is difficult due to the short turn, while there is an excellent road available to directly enter the drive, but it is closed for a reason that I cannot understand.
