Helpful and polite staff; tables are clean and there's enough parking spaces there and around the area. They don't mind you bringing your dog inside while you eat and they will provide water for them and sometimes a few biscuits if you ask.

Busy McDonald's, a bit cramped, too few ordering terminals and little space around those terminals. Later I saw that you can also order at the table with your phone and the QR code. Parking outside was also tight and busy, although that was partly because many parking spaces were closed for unclear reasons.

Several times I have had food or drinks forgotten or no straws. Not such a disaster in the restaurant (which is nice) but if you take it with you in the car it is very bad. In addition, it sometimes happens that it seems as if they are trying to throw the burger into the container from 5 meters away. Staff is nice.

Professional customer service. My first experience in a McDonald's where I was brought food to a table I sat on whilst waiting for a take away order only because a member of staff noticed my receipt on the table. Overall very pleasant experience. Not busy but I came in the evening.

Unfortunately, it is not a party at the Mac in Kampen. Closed parking lot (for a long time), no clean tables and dirty waste bins. McKroket not tasty (I think) because of the strange sauce on it. But the worst are the new chip sauce bags. What should you put that sauce on? After all, you don't get a plate or anything like that. Not really convenient McDonald!

You won't even be helped there and you won't come there again, which is a bad thing.

McDonald's is a great place for us because we can eat gluten-free there without any problems. This MC is a bit small. Otherwise good. It's time for McD to make its milkshakes a little less sweet.

De jonge medewerkster had eerst zelf een ander probleem.... ze moest vreselijk geeuwen . op zich geen punt , doe een stap opzij en doe een hand voor je mond !! NIET DUS . Walgelijk. Gelijk weggegaan. Toilets filthy and diarrhea twice after one visit. They could take a little more care of hygiene.

You order something and don't get what you should get. Going back was not an option and I was already back on the fast track. From now on, people, look on the spot to see what is in your bag. You can expect, especially from the manager himself, that he has listened carefully to you. Apparently not and then a manager who is packing your order does not look at your receipt. You pay for a (DB) and you get a normal Happy meal, no toys, and so on. No chance, it's all expensive enough, so it shows what we pay for.

A ride on the racing bike and then a fancy coffee. I love the American Cooki but what a disappointment, it was limp and not fully cooked, which was a bit dirty. You pay 2 euros for that. I asked for another one, but according to the bored employee, this was completely normal and they are no longer baked. I didn't get another one and I didn't get my money back either. My husband had chicken nucets that were cold and limp. What a disappointment. A manager who is too busy being nice to her colleagues. No more macs for me in camping. What a shame they have deteriorated. Fortunately, there is now also a KFC, so we went there.

Had 3 hamburgers, they were not very warm, but the warp went vegan, cold, no sauce and 1 piece of lettuce was thrown away very badly. Didn't feel like driving back, not used to the MD, do something with it. Rob

Food was cold!! Fries and Burger Floor and table were very dirty Children who were working there were walking on their gums, especially the ones who brought the food. Trays that were way too big, at least 2 of them for someone who was having a lot of trouble. Really sad.

Ordered via the ordering column but we did not receive our food. After waiting for a while I asked where it was. All the staff were hanging around a bit so not busy or anything. Turns out they didn't get our order. When I was given it, it was only some ice cream. I had to go back because they had not put the nuts on it, which was stated on the receipt and order. Got no apology. Tables and benches were not clean. There was a lot of waste in the waste bins. Dirty toilets. We heard other people say to each other that it is never clean there. There are two ordering stations in a row, but you have no idea whether you should go to the first or the second. Entrance to the drive is difficult due to the short turn, while there is an excellent road available to directly enter the drive, but it is closed for a reason that I cannot understand.

The food is as good as any McDonald's, but the portions are terribly small. A hamburger fits in the palm of your hand. The climate is quite pleasant for bird lovers because there are a lot of them. Minus point is the wheel nets protecting against these birds, they are terribly unsightly and the spikes look just as strange.

Excellent milkshake (new flavour: coconut). Useless paper straw, before your milkshake is even finished, you're left with a lump of paper mache. Busy. And an unprecedentedly dirty toilet. You should skip this McDonald's.

The chicken burger was not bad but when I felt the meat was not fried properly, I put it aside and stopped eating it. I showed them. I expected some kindness by giving something else for it, but this offer did not appear for them. It will be better for me to stay away all of these fast food restaurants.

Personeel stond te kletsen over collega die niets deed. Ondertussen kwam iemand binnen met de klacht dat hij al een half iur op het terras op zijn bestelling zat te wachten. Geen excuus, niks. De manager ziet er onappetijtelijk uit in zijn witte te strak zittend shirt. De keuken oogt rommelig. De frietjes waren niet te eten. Slap, vet en lauw. Geen excuus. De manager moest er om lachen. Hij vroeg mij of ik stond te wachten. Ik zei dat ik iets terug kwam brengen. Geen reactie. Personeel hangt wat rond. Toen de nieuwe friet klaar was:”geniet ervan”. Ik zei dat een excuus op zijn plaats wat. Geen reactie. Bestek ontbrak bij de bestelling. Bakken op de counter waren niet bijgevuld. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel, eten en bestelling niet in orde. Vermijd Mac in Kampen dus. Tip aan het personeel: Ga eens bij je collega’s in Hoorn kijken langs de snelweg A7. Daar is het altijd in orde.

The food has gotten worse lately. This time was the final straw for me. The fries were as limp as boiled spaghetti, the burger was not properly packaged, causing it to take on a life of its own in the bag and the tuned McDonald's and hamburger were drier than Jochem Myjer's sense of humor. You won't see me here again for a while

How bad. We ordered 2 mcflurries. They were half milled and there was only a bottom of less than 2cm in them. Went back and they refused to make normal ice cream. Ultimately got money back. It's a shame I didn't take a photo. It was too ridiculous for words. I will never go to this McDonalds again!

I am helped by an illegal asylum seeker who cannot speak Dutch, hello, live in the Netherlands, only go to work if you know the language and when you finally have your order, half of it is missing, but they do make you pay. Poor staff. Dutch course would be useful.

I find it less cozy here than others, but I recently came in with my puppy and he immediately got cookies, which I thought was really nice and dog-friendly. I think there are too many ice cubes in the iced coffee, which is why the lower score.
