McDonald's in De Groote Wielen

Ik heb in de drive 6 vegetarische kipnuggets met bbq saus besteld. Bij het open maken zag ik dat dit normale kipnuggets waren in een bakje waar vegetarisch op stond. Vervolgens ben ik terug naar binnen gegaan om dit aan te geven en kreeg ik nieuwe mee. Ik vroeg ook om een nieuwe saus, omdat ik deze al open had gemaakt en in het bakje had gedaan wat ik teruggaf. Toen ik vervolgens in de auto het bakje open deed zag ik dat ik nogmaals normale kipnuggets had gekregen en dit keer met frietsaus ipv bbq saus.

Etna uit Brazilië heeft ons super goed geholpen en heeft echt plezier in haar werk. Het eten was alleen niet hoe we het hadden verwacht.

Ik kom er byna elke dag maar sinds kort gaat er alles fout ! Heb een uien allergie Ik dien klacht in met bon nr en klacht zou verwerkt worden 34€ bestelling weg kunnen goeien ! Precies dag later weer bellen weer klacht en bestel nr en bon en weer voor 17€ euro weg kunnen gooien 3 dagen later ga ik voor 2 broodjes hamburger zoals altijd zonder ui en augurk Klacht zou behandeld worden net zoals de klachten ervoor en zou tegoed worden opgestuurd Nu heb ik 5 weken gewacht meerdere keren gebelt steeds smoesjes dan die ziek dan geen postzegels ! Kom ik daar net aan krijg ik met veel moeite die bon en wat denk je krijg ik tegoed voor 2 hamburgers !! Hele slechte service !!

Wow! We ordered the Big Mac for 1.50 and I have never been out of the MC so quickly. Within 5 minutes we were outside again with 4 complete orders (3 of which were difficult (no pickle, cheese etc) Top!

Another incomplete order via McDrive. Not just a little but several products. Contacted via app, but received no response. I think it's really bad that you pay but don't receive it.

McDonald's Rosmalen, located at Burgemeester Burgerslaan 48, is a convenient stop, especially given its location near the A59/A2. However, I have mixed experiences with this branch. What I liked was the fast service and the fact that there was a lot of choice on the menu. Ordering yourself at the kiosks also went smoothly and saved a lot of time. In addition, the fast chargers for electric cars are a useful addition, especially when you are on the road. However, there were a few things that disappointed me. During my visit, the tables and ordering kiosks were not clean, and the fries were served cold. That did bring the experience down a bit. All in all, McDonald's Rosmalen is a great choice if you want to eat something quickly or are on the go, but I hope they pay more attention to hygiene and serving fresh products.

Cleanliness always leaves something to be desired...

If we really don't feel like cooking, we go to Mac. Luckily we often cook 😜 just drive through the drive, just wait and you can go home and bunker down on the couch.

Fries were luke warm, it took at least fifteen minutes to 20 minutes for me to receive my order when I ordered.

Stopped here after a long journey to have something to eat and take a break. It was known that we could not eat inside because of the QR code, but the fact that we could not quickly go to the toilet is RIDICULOUS. Update: We had dinner here 2 years later and received lukewarm food for which we waited 20 minutes due to the crowds. The English-speaking staff who brought orders to the tables did their best. Update: A few months later we ate here again on the way back from Toverland. Was fine this time.

Food was cold, fries still almost raw, no fries sauce and not for the nuggets, had deals scanned and still paid too much. A really dirty place!

Our food within 5 minutes. The manager walked around to ask if everything was OK and to wish you tasty food. Daughter wanted a different toy. She arrived with everything they had to choose from. Very sweet! Tables were clean, lots of staff were walking around constantly cleaning everything. Trays were taken to clear up. Good experience!

Very nice large McDonalds, with lots of seating and plenty of parking spaces. They also bring the food to the table here, which is very nice.

The food is very good as a fast-food for once a month, the fast food is top-notch, ice cream is delicious, especially the sundaes. It's very kid friendly and has vegan and gluten-free options.

Too bad it's often cold, even if you eat it in the car in the parking lot

This appears to be one of the busiest McDonalds restaurants in the Netherlands

People, well, people just leave their stuff and go away. Really scandalous and shameless, typical people and a good example for the future.

I dropped a cup of strawberry milkshake full on the floor... Greetings.... but a very nice boy quickly brought a new one and started cleaning it up without complaint. He always said: no problem... Really very nice and customer friendly. What a winner

No one speaks Dutch there! Because of the mcdrive I had a Polish person on the phone asking if it could be in English or German because she didn't speak Dutch...and when taking your order she didn't make eye contact once! Really those people of today, decency and service are hard to find... even for a McDonalds Edit: Anyway, I tried the McDrive again. And it was even ruder than last time. A girl who spoke very poor Dutch kept insisting that she didn't have a double quarter pounder, just some...a matter of 2x quarter pounders in the same way, I think? And she kept insisting that she only had 8 cheese snacks and not 4... again a simple calculation of 8-4=4 and in the end I was cursed at half Moroccan and Dutch and I was called a dirty bastard. *** p*d* because she said I just said quarter pounder. While I just read the list of what I always order. Then I drove to the window to pay, I hear one girl say to the other, there you have that c***** mon****, says the girl with a Moroccan accent who strangely enough was wearing sunglasses at 0.30 am . Only cash pin broken, only fitted because I'm bad at math. So I give 30 euros and say leave the rest alone, I arrive at the next window where an older lady says to me in English with a Polish accent. Next window! You order too much. Then I waited more than 40 minutes for my order, which was also cold. When I get home I want to eat the cheeseburger and open the whole thing to get the pickle out and there is a piece of chewed-off chewing gum on my cheeseburger. So I just threw the whole mess away. What a terrible mess McDonalds Rosmalen is. And what a deeply sad people work there. And it's a shame that nothing changes at all when you post a negative review. Really such a shame...

After a quick bite to eat, I accidentally threw my ring in the trash can outside. I spoke to an employee, she immediately offered her help. Edna searched the trash with me and finally found my ring. Many thanks to Edna, what an incredibly sweet woman!

Great location, as you would expect from a McDonalds. Spacious parking spaces, fast electric charging stations (only a few stations).

Just after eleven o'clock I was able to order a Mcmuffin. So the service is excellent.

As usual all food is tasty. We had breakfast, mac egg sausage muffin and a large coffee. Was really delicious. It was a puzzle to get there. So pay close attention and navigate with Google maps. Enjoy your meal

Nice and busy and perhaps that is why the fries taste fresher than at other McDonalds locations. The rest is pretty standard, as you might expect. The atmosphere is meh, but that is more than compensated by the hardworking people who are smooth and friendly.

Cups cost E0.10 cents while you return them, and the toilets were hopeless, it was not due to the staff, the blonde lady was really a great service (had accidentally spilled coffee) of the rest, always sweet staff outside A'dam branches. Ate in best grade +10.. and in Rosmalen 8+..

Unfortunately, they speak and understand Dutch poorly and you don't need to contact @filiaalmanager. Yesterday I happened to have a quick bite to eat in the area. Another incomprehensibly speaking employee at the post. Menu is completely wrong. They don't know the difference in drinking. Not enough for this franchise @rosmalen @McDonald's

They cannot handle large orders that usually go wrong and you have to wait a long time for your order. Ordered chili chicken, among other things, there was more chili sauce on it than anything else, the sandwich was soaking wet (not tasty)

The service is until 3 am but it is only for driving thru. Please! Set the correct schedule.

McDonald's Rosmalen is a standard McDonald's. The food is as you expect, fast and exactly what you need when you are in a hurry. The restaurant is clean and the service friendly. Nothing special, but fine for on the go.

The parking lot is littered with trash in the morning. So dirty I don't even want to go in.

Food was hot, tasty and despite it being very busy, the food arrived quickly. Enough parking spaces too.

Great place to take a pee. However, the tap was broken to wash your hands afterwards.

Another incomplete order, how difficult can it be. The fact that you are still looked at so arrogantly at the counter is bad, just like the lukewarm fries.

It was always good here. Only in recent months it has been getting worse. Poor Dutch speaking staff when taking the order. Then we had to wait quite a long time at a window because someone told us so. Then we got our products. We drive home and the children notice that there are no fries included with the menus. Special! Called this branch 3 times and they didn't answer... even though it was only 4:20 PM and not even very busy. Of course we could have checked the order earlier, and we will certainly do so in the future: however, if you order quite expensive food for €35, you can expect that your order will be correct.... score insufficient this time!

We chose this McDonald as a stopover on our route from our holiday address. A bit atmospheric. It was quiet, but it took a very long time before the order was ready. Toilets were clean. Normally you always see an employee cleaning tables, etc., but there was no one to be seen here.

After stopping at McDonald's Rosmalen, I had the pleasant surprise to find a couple of pubes in my Big Mac. I confronted the staff and a particular employee named Kingley Voermans has the nerve to ask me if it tasted well (proceeds to suck his lips and wink at me) I admit I was rather flabbergasted by his charm. But nevertheless I don't appreciate pubes in my Big Mac ! I wouldn't never recommend coming here even to my worst enemy. But for curious woman looking for a charing man with curly pubes, then Kingley Voermans is the man to look for.

I'm not sure but is there still a McDonalds left that serves the food like they should.... warm and fresh? As Mc fan I get more and more dissapointed in them. C'mon McDonalds get your act together and motivate your staff.

This restaurant is a shithole! The taps in all the toilets have been broken for two weeks. The toilets are dirty and haven't been cleaned in ages. Ronald McDonald himself actually has to close the store...

Stopped here for something to eat. It was very busy, a lot of noise, and dirty toilets!! I know plenty of McDonald's that are clean and tidy! I will skip this in the future.

Last time. Only came there for ice cream. Not that anymore either. Waited 20 minutes for an ice cream and a coffee. 20 employees and they stand around doing nothing like zombies without any appearance.

No salt on fries, and the drink was all ice! Service was good and the burgers were ok put together, average McDonalds. Very loud and busy at dinner time.

After a weekend full of joy and fun at DTRH. We had to go back to Breda on Monday. Along the way we saw the big M from afar. And we quickly came to the conclusion that our hungry bellies needed to be filled. I ordered: gr cola, big Tasty, big Mac, mc Wrap and mc Flurry M&M's caramel. The burgers were really at the right temperature (which was often lacking). The sauce on it was delicious in abundance. The ice cream had melted a bit when I started it. But that was more my fault as I prioritized the hot snacks. Coke nice and cold. Just a great meal by McDonald's standards. By the way, I thought the toilets were a bit gross. Not properly maintained (believe me, I'm used to something).

Washing your hands is NOT POSSIBLE because the faucet is knowingly defective!!!!! No paper in the toilets!!!!!! Hand blower also defective!!! There's more ice in the limo than soda. Food tends to be cold and smaller portions than in Germany. Only reusable cups and no way to take them with you.

Looks a bit dingy. Toilet is not for tough. Light piece and smells so bad. Environment is messy. Staff friendly.

We don't go to Mac very often, but when we do we go to this one and it was certainly tasty, but not really hot when you get the burgers, some burgers are actually rather lukewarm. I also think it's great that there are varied staff working everywhere, but I find it strange that in the Netherlands you can only order in English, not everyone can speak or understand English. So it would be nice if Dutch and English could be spoken everywhere. I would like to be able to speak all languages, but we are in the Netherlands and it would be nice if you could just order in Dutch because not every generation here can speak English.

If you continue along the forest path from the parking lot you will have a lovely spot to sit at the Rosmalense Plas

Cozy...now in the summer but also on a rainy autumn day.

I came to McDonald's to get a nice banana milkshake but when I drank it I became deathly ill from the milkshake as it tasted quite different so 1 star for food

It says that it is open until 03:00, the door is closed while there are people inside, don't say that it is open until 03:00, it is not clearly indicated, it could be better, people really have bad service and admit that this has no chance!!!!!
