Pizza was only delivered an hour and a half after ordering and was almost cold upon arrival. Not the fault of the delivery person, who was friendly. An hour after ordering, an employee calls to say that unfortunately everything is taking a bit longer due to the crowds. The employee indicates that he cannot indicate when the pizza will be delivered, because the employee is too busy to call everyone. Then get on a scooter, bike or in the car yourself...

Just ordered 2 4 cheese pizzas, never had such crappy pizzas before! Rock hard and not even covered!! This is a complete rip off!! Barely any sauce and cheese?? Whoever made these pizzas, and whoever taught this person how to make pizza...shame on you!!

For the umpteenth time you have to wait almost 2 hours... after 10:00 PM they are no longer available by phone so it's a gamble whether your pizza will still arrive... almost 11:15 PM and you get a lukewarm pizza. If it is not feasible, simply call or close the home delivery option.

Waiting more than 2 hours for your order. Staff are like a chatbot that reads out a standard sentence when you ask how long it will take, you might as well not call

Placed an order. They said they'd deliver within 40-50 minutes. However, they arrived within 20 minutes. Luckily, we were home. The pizzas weren't baked through. I contacted them, and they've been promising to contact me for two weeks. Promises, yes... NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!! Even one star is too much.

Quality pizzas and friendly staff. New owner and immediate difference. And our favorite pizza the 5 cheese is back baby, it was great!

Order was ultimately canceled by the restaurant as they could not deliver within 90 minutes, they called 2 minutes after placing the order... I asked to cancel my order, but now they indicate that it has been delivered. This is not the case and I am still waiting for my gel back.

We contacted them by telephone to ask if they could deliver 15 minutes earlier, but that did not suit us. As a result, they arrived 45 minutes later than we indicated, even though they had promised to deliver at the correct time. Employees were also quite rude on the phone. They won't see us again.

Are not able to deliver your order within 2 hours. Tried it 3 times now, each time way too late and cold pizzas too!

2nd and last time I ordered here. Waiting 2 hours for an order makes no sense. After 1.5 hours I called to ask where the pizzas were, answer: the delivery person is on his way. I live 5 minutes by bike, so another half hour wait. The first time I ordered here, I had to wait more than 1.5 hours.. 1x okay can happen once, but not 2x. It is not a meal from a Michelin star chef that has to be prepared, but a simple pizza. Gas on!!

Ordered 1st time, buy 2, pay 1 due to promotion. Picked it up myself, 3 out of 5 pizzas were wrong. Ordered extra thin bases, all were not good. Pineapple on a pizza, which didn't belong on it. Complaint filed, heard nothing back. No more second time for us, we would really prefer Domino's.

What a ball tent. It has now happened twice in a row that they call a few minutes after placing an order (online) to inform them that they will not deliver it because they are too busy. Well, then you shouldn't accept the order. If I order and pay and the app gives me a delivery period, then there is an agreement. If you cannot meet these requirements, you should not let your customers place the order, it's that simple. I have fulfilled and paid my obligation. NYP has confirmed this online and provided an estimated delivery time. Then it is up to this location to make and deliver the pizzas. That's the deal. And there is no legal basis for NYP to unilaterally decide not to meet their obligations. A few weeks ago I finally had to do a chargeback on my credit card to get the money back, because they cannot credit. Today we gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. We joked: they'll call again soon. And yes, the branch called again after a few minutes to announce that they were too busy. I have indicated that I do not accept this and that I still expect the pizza to be delivered in the specified time slot. We'll see. But I fear the worst. Edit: pizza did arrive this time, even within the delivery time slot. Apparently getting angry and saying you don't accept it worked. But this is of course not possible. I have now also written to the franchise organization. But until NYP gets this in order and placing an order is no longer Russian roulette, it will just be Domino's.

Pizza tasty but BJ's ice cream was full of crystals. Called and was told I was sorry and asked if I could email the head office because there was nothing they could do. Polished off with an ok goodbye.

Every time I order they call to see if it can be done differently. Already ordered 6 times and made 12 phone calls. When I order for after work, they always call to see if it can be done earlier... even canceled once because they called that it would take more than 1.5 hours, canceled the order but had no payment back, too bad...

Picked up pizzas and they were great! Still nice and warm too :) I decided to pick it up based on the reviews below. Two top girls working there. With a pizza, the base of one can was quite thick, but hey, the dough is tasty too!

Wednesday 7pm. She was on time and pizzas were hot and delicious.

We order pizzas here often because they are always very tasty. Last week we ordered a chocolate mousse that was not delivered. After a short phone call it was arranged immediately. Less than half an hour later, the delivery person was back at the door with not only 1x the chocolate mousse, but even another one and a cookie as compensation. Extremely good service, we were pleasantly surprised! When we pick up we are always greeted friendly and, as mentioned, the pizza is delicious. Lava cake is definitely recommended ;)

The delivery was 40 minutes late, the pizza is really soft and has little taste... I ordered a snack box and the chicken was just overcooked and super fatty. Just don't do it. If you order pizza, don't do it here.

Pizzas are always delicious. The side dishes are also tasty. Fast delivery, always neat.

Snel geholpen. Pizza's bevallen prima. Mijn dochtertje (3) had aardappel wedges besteld maar die vond ze niet zo lekker.

regelmatig besteld hier, vergeten de saus wel vaker, kan een keer gebeuren natuurlijk... geen probleem. maar na 5 keer vergeten te zijn toch maar eens gaan bellen. zouden ze na komen bezorgen. 20 minuten (!) gewacht, vervolgens is natuurlijk mijn eten koud. Dus uiteraard bel ik terug om dit te melden. Krijg de leidinggevende aan de lijn die even komt melden ''ja ik heb 30 andere klanten kan niks voor je doen, en gooit de hoorn er op''. waardeloze service, laatste keer dat ik hier wat besteld heb.

Te laat bezorgd en toch dik tevreden. Netjes gebeld dat het wat later zou komen en uitleg over de (begrijpelijke) reden waarom. Ook nog wat extra’s erbij gekregen omdat het wat langer duurde. Pizza’s als altijd top.

Bestelling was er gloeiend heet binnen 20 minuten. Heel fijn!

Leuke bediening lekkere pizza,'s

Besteld en gaan ophalen... pizza's op tijd klaar en echt smakelijk. Voorheen altijd op de rompert gaan halen in den bosch. Je proeft echt verschil 😲! Kan me persoonlijk dus niet vinden in de negatieve reacties.

Om 18.20 zou bestelling klaar zijn, ik bel nog van tevoren, 18.10 zou het klaar staan. 5 van 6 waren klaar, 6e duurt nog 6 minuten. Na 11 minuten was de 6e pizza er.

Echt lekkere pizza gegeten! Kids kregen bekertje ranja, hoewel ze dat niet echt verkopen. Plasje was ook geen probleem! Gewoon top tent en personeel dus!
