These people arrive with a bag of cold food. It costs enough; I want something hot. Subsequently, I am clearly the scapegoat (now they are, because they get to clear the table. After this, I really won't contribute a cent to that). Unworthy of a large company. Shame on you. A bunch of losers.

Slowest McDonald's ever. Everything is already melted or cold before you even get it. Even when it's quiet and you're the only one inside waiting for your order, it takes at least 20 minutes. The staff are standing around doing nothing with way too many people. This has happened to me 3 times already at different times. It takes a very long time in the drive-thru as well.

It was busy, I admit. But seriously, what a battlefield it was in the restaurant. Absolutely everything was too filthy to touch... the tables, the chairs, the floor (sticky or extremely slippery). And come on, be honest: who would want anything from this display case when it looks *like* this?? (see photo)

How is it possible that my entire family gets diarrhea as soon as we've eaten here? We don't have this problem at other McDonald's, but after we've been here, we're all sick for two days! This has happened a few times already, so it's no coincidence. You won't see us here again.

After a long day at school, I was greeted by a friendly employee, and the manager was very friendly when my receipt got stuck in the machine. Very clean and good staff. Keep it up!

Just what you expect from McDonald's, nothing special.

Pros: plenty of parking, a small children's area, clean. Cons: the fries are always terrible. The only thing I like is the ice cream.

I ordered takeout, and when I got home and opened the bag, I realized I didn't get everything I ordered. It's too far from my home to drive and ask for a refund for food I didn't receive, so I didn't go back. But next time I go there, I'll check everything with the staff before leaving the pick-up location.

Systematically failing to deliver the same products you pay for, and explicitly stating time and again that they should include them because they simply never do with orders, is another way of saying stealing if you ask me. I was also harassed there recently by a group; the employees just stand there staring at you gaping and doing nothing. I was at the dump just recently; the service there is better. My recommendation is to drive to Johnny's Burgers, order from them in Zwijndrecht, or drive on to Burger King.

Planned to go to McDonald's with the family for a fancy meal, but the food arrived way too late and we even had to ask because something wasn't coming. The staff were very grumpy and annoying, and before we had even finished, we were asked to throw out the trash and leave. Terrible, never again for us!

After a day of work and a bit of sightseeing in Dordrecht, I still wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before heading home... On my way to visit a ruin located nearby, I had already driven past McDonald's. I arrived just before the rush; after placing my order, I was able to drive straight to the first window to pay... and soon I was able to pick up my order at the next window. I had a Filet O' Fish, a cheeseburger, and a small Coke. Taking my order lacked a bit of experience, but the young man was still very youthful... because I am almost certain that during McDonald's training, after my Filet O' Fish sandwich, the staff taking orders are taught to ask: "Um... was that it? No, I would also like to order a cheeseburger..." to which the young man in question asked again: "Was that it?" No, because I really wanted to get something to drink too....🤣🤣 But again, that has to do with age and work experience... so it could still go either way... including the right way... As I said, taking the order went pretty fast, including the quick serving of a WARM... (hats off, that isn't always the case) version of my cheese and Filet-O-Fish Burger... That's really important to me, fresh and warm... The Coke nicely chilled and with a straw... made my moment complete So I will definitely come back here again when I'm in Dordrecht... and then I'm curious to see if that same young man has completed his training and learned to apply it. Overly expensive mediocre food.

Freezing cold if was inside because their air-conditioning broke down after they tried maintaining it, and what's up with the choise in their menu?? This mc donalds has the poorest menu availability I've ever seen in my entire life!! Only a handful of burgers to choose from and their double version is only what's available. Poor poor poor!!!!!

Wow, I ordered for over 50 euros, half was missing and it wasn't neatly packed, I called and she just hung up, what a crazy person.

I've never experienced not being allowed to order a soft drink without ice at McDonald's. Because I just don't like it when my drink gets watery. But apparently, that's not allowed here. Because, well, imagine seeing that you're not actually getting a full cup at all, but that half of it is ice.

It was very empty at McDonald's and you had to beg to order. I had to drive to the window to call someone and then back to the terminal to place my order. The service was not exactly friendly. I waited 15 minutes for the McSmart menu in a deserted McDonald's.

We didn't get any fries sauce with it, even though it was stated that we didn't get any straws or napkins, and no apple slices with the happy meal, even though it was stated that we didn't get any. Horrible place, I don't recommend it.

Best McDonald's in the area. Short wait times, hot food, friendly staff, and never any mistakes with the order. Very tasty: double Quarter Pounder, double Chili Chicken, double Cheeseburger. Dordrecht Noord is one of the better locations of this chain. And compared to the competition, McDonald's Dordrecht Noord has an unparalleled advantage.

Well, what do you expect from a review? It's a McDonald's... everything is consistently average. You don't go to a McDonald's for the quality of the food or the fantastic atmosphere. The service was excellent, and I got what I ordered, so the service was good.

I was extremely disappointed. The fries were lukewarm, and the burger wasn't right. The sticker said "no sauce," but the sauce dripped out. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

Review for McDonald’s Dordrecht Noord Kerkeplaat 2, 3313 LC Dordrecht Good evening, although for me it is not a good one. I am writing this at night because I am very upset and disappointed. Tonight I tried to make an order at the McDrive while being on a fatbike. I understand that this might be against the rules, but unfortunately I do not have a car. I had promised my little sister to bring her a Happy Meal with a toy, and she was really waiting for it. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, the staff member immediately started shouting that I could not order because I was not in a car. It was done in a very rude way. After that, I even heard laughter, which felt very disrespectful. Another staff member came later and again said that I could not order, but only after I asked why, I finally received a normal explanation. Because of this situation, my little sister started crying, as I had promised her the toy after work. At first, I thought I would come back in the morning to buy it, but after this experience, I honestly feel that I do not want to return because of such an attitude. I am very disappointed with the way this situation was handled.

McDonald's is absolutely filthy. We arrived around 10:30, so that's later than expected, but I still expect it to be clean. All the trash cans were overflowing, the toilets were full of feces and toilet paper everywhere, and the floor was covered in straws and paper. The food was fine, but the burger was covered in black gunk from the grill. I won't be coming back.

Experienced fast and friendly service at this McDonald's 👍🏼 Unfortunately there is currently no indoor play area for children, which is a shame.

Extremely poor service, manager Sharon/Sharron very unfriendly. Paid for a burger and fries sauce, didn't receive it, and there was no negotiation to give it back. I even showed them the receipt. A truly awful place. I really don't recommend it.

As far as Maccie goes, this is one of the badsest experiences we (continuously) had. I live nearby, so we often stop in for a quick snack or refill, and the staff, 8 times out of 10, always manages to forget something. Then its the sauces, then its the fries, then the nuggets, etc. When complaining we do get compensation (not easily though!) but its always a number when you get home, and your order is not complete. Nowadays, we check the order when handed, so we can resolve it at the spot of needed

A nice, not-too-crowded McDonald's. As you'd expect from a McDonald's. Easily accessible and ample parking. Prices are steep these days. But the kids love it.

If the delicious Big Macs, cheeseburgers, etc., were available in Germany, along with the gluten-free food that's so common there, even more people here would go to McDonald's more often. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the food was delicious. We'll be back next year.

We ordered takeout and saw that the two milkshakes and the McFlurry had already been heating up for 20 minutes before the food was ready. I pointed out that I disagreed with the way things were going, since the McFlurry had already become a milkshake, and the milkshakes themselves were cold, flavored milk. Reluctantly, and receiving some strange looks because they apparently found it odd that I mentioned it, they made new ones. When we got home, we received half a McFlurry and half a milkshake. What a pathetic experience, especially for the price you pay.

I was served a McFlurry that was half full... Really, very little. After walking to the counter, I was told that was the "normal" amount. Truly the stingiest ice cream ever, and absolutely zero service. This isn't what I'm used to from McDonald's...

Just went to McDonald's around 8 o'clock for three very small, simple things. I waited 25 minutes. I live 3-4 minutes away, so I started right away. My bacon burger is literally ice cold... and my ice cream frappe has melted so much and there's so little in it that it's only half full.

Sometimes it takes a long time, but it's often good and pleasant. The parking lot is very busy, though.

Well, it's a McDonald's. You know what to expect in terms of food; the only real point they can score points on is service. And that's a top priority at McDonald's in Dordrecht. The staff is fast, polite, and very friendly, and the table service was superb; they even cleared the table for us while we were enjoying dessert.

Ordered €30 worth of food today through McDrive. I asked for and paid for extra sauce, but they didn't give it. No sauce on the burgers.

The North branch is located near a working-class neighborhood, and it's common knowledge that young people live there who sometimes need some guidance because they haven't received intensive parenting. McDonald's would do well to employ more staff with authority at this location in the evenings, or even a security guard if necessary. For now, I won't be coming here late at night. Not out of fear, but out of annoyance.

Easy to reach, ample parking and quick service!

I regularly visit Dordrecht, often outside of opening hours, and sometimes I find myself waiting for a parking space with your McDonald's Dordrecht in plain sight. It's striking how much packaging is scattered on the ground, even though there are trash bins. This also attracts unwanted, disruptive, flying, and walking visitors. I do occasionally place a selective order at a McDonald's. Personally, I'm quite satisfied.

No one was allowed to pick up food at the mcDrive, whether they were on a motorcycle, bicycle, or walking. Even though the restaurant had long since closed, one after another showed up for nothing.

McDonald's right next to the prison. Centrally located. The food is good, fast, and hot. The location itself looks a bit rundown in terms of parking and doesn't exude any charm. The location is excellent in terms of accessibility.

Maccie opening hours are until 1 but that is the drive through, Mac itself is until 11 and we could not go through the drive through with a bike. Already had a bad review for this Mac but I can go ahead and put it in the ground. A new review and even worse than before. Sent away because of staff shortage at 10:50. I came to this McDonald’s in Dordrecht with my six-year-old daughter. We went in, ordered our food, and then I noticed that all the toilets were closed. No one was allowed to use them. Understandable if there is a technical reason, but when you are in a restaurant with a child, you want to be able to wash her hands before she eats. When I politely asked the branch manager if there was a way to wash my daughter’s hands, she became visibly irritated and said curtly that the toilets were closed and that she could not do anything. When I insisted, she got angry and shouted: “Sir! I can’t do anything for you,” right in front of my daughter. In the end, we had to eat with dirty hands, because they could not even offer a little hand gel. Fortunately, another employee was much friendlier and calmly explained what was going on. I understood that, but I also indicated that there should at least be an alternative available — this is a restaurant after all. This employee showed empathy and professionalism. She should actually be the manager, because it was clear that the current manager does not know how to deal with customers, especially in situations with young children.

Stupid franchise owner does not allow motorcycles in the McDrive, it is not indicated anywhere. At other McDonalds this is not a problem so it is remarkable what an incompetent manager and owner can make a problem out of.

Real improvement in atmosphere, decor and food.

Happy meal was ready and they left it on the counter because they were waiting for ice cream when we said the food was getting cold they said the order was not yet complete and you were unlucky cold food and we had to accept it. It was more convenient to bring the ice cream so that we would not be served cold food.

Can't even get through the drive on the engine

I don't know what it is here, but they seem to find it very difficult to build an egg muffin properly. It is always the case that only half of the cheese is on the sandwich, and the rest is stuck to the paper, everything is thrown on it in a jagged way, or it is not even really wrapped in the paper, everything is crooked, or the egg is not cooked at all. Last time I got breakfast from my night shift for me and my friend, they managed to top his beef/egg muffin with only beef. There wasn't even egg on it. Food is always good. Men's toilets are filthy. The same splash marks on the walls and window frames have been there for a year. The hand dryer has been defective for half a year. No toilet seat cleaner available. *update 2025, the situation of the toilets has only worsened, the only clean toilet is the disabled toilet.... Emailed the location several times, received a response once with promises. After that I never heard anything again and didn't respond anymore.

Assessing service is difficult as everything is done via screens, last order 1x Banana Milkshake, 9 Chicken Nuggets and 1x McFlurry went well. Food was hot and tasted good and the McFlurry and Banana Milkshake as it should be.

Nice that they have the Minecraft themed food, but the packaging is just normal and not in the Minecraft atmosphere, and they also don't have the new Mac Flurry from Minecraft. Shame

Just got 2 egg muffins, one was lukewarm, cheese not melted, bacon barely cooked, the other only had egg white and was broom salt. If you want to go to a Mac, I wouldn't get this one. I often go to Meerkerk, where they know how to make burgers.

It used to be quite nice, but nowadays no order goes well anymore. Not just 1 thing goes wrong per order, but at least half of them can be repaired several times. When requesting repairs, I have observed irritated comments and rolling eyes. Maybe time for more training and supervision? Coincidentally, there was the same manager every time.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Forgot an entire burger from my order and the other burger, McCrispy Old Amsterdam, is missing the slice of Old Amsterdam. And the staff is also not familiar with customer friendliness.

Good service for a fast food restaurant. You can place your order via a touchscreen and indicate whether you want to take your order home or eat it in the restaurant. If you eat in the restaurant, you can request to have your order delivered to your table. We stayed longer and our tray with our waste was taken away by an employee, great. Nowadays you can scan a QR code at the table (haven't tried it myself yet).

It's strange that a crispy chicken burger is more expensive at checkout than stated on the plate. 6.50 or 7.45 👎

I come here regularly. It's a good McDonalds restaurant; easily accessible with plenty of parking space. It also looks neat inside and you can read the newspaper while waiting for the order. It's just a pity that the device for drying hands in the toilet is still broken.

I always liked to work in my corner with a cappuccino with soy milk. Unfortunately, soy milk has been replaced by oat milk for a number of weeks.

Not customer friendly at all. We asked for an empty (ice) container to take sauce with us. This was not possible, because then the stock count would no longer be correct.... napkins were also missing.
