A nice, easy way to make money: accept orders through Uber Eats and never deliver anything. The phone number in Uber Eats is incorrect, and the number I searched for on Google isn't being answered. This is a scam. I hope they file for bankruptcy soon. It would make my year a little better.

Food didn't arrive. They don't answer the phone. I went there and the owner smelled and was just chatting away. One star. :(

I've ordered from here four times in the last two months, and each time my food hasn't arrived. I've tried contacting the restaurant, but nothing.

My son placed an order via Uber Eats for home delivery. After more than 2 hours, nothing had been delivered yet. I tried to get in touch by phone, but the line was constantly busy. My son eventually drove to Smokies Burgers (in Dordrecht), only to find they were closed!! How is it possible that an order is accepted via Uber Eats under those circumstances? A refund of the costs seems more than fair to me. I am extremely angry. Eventually, I drove to McDonald's. For privacy reasons, I will not mention any names. But this is absolutely not good publicity. Not for Smokies Burgers, nor for Uber Eats. I expect the amount to be refunded to my son.

The smash burgers are always delicious; I've ordered from here many times. The milkshake is also amazing. It just often takes a long time to be delivered, but otherwise, it's just fine.

Damn, the hot wings were warm on the outside, cold on the inside, red, the burger was the same size as a small donut, don't eat here, I walked back to give the hot wings, we threw them away, the gentleman didn't even give me a new warm good one, please don't eat it.

Scandalously bad, if less than 1 star could be given then I would. Food was delivered more than 2 hours later than stated. I called 3 times where it stays, 3 times the same person, first time (read 45 minutes late) 'it has just left, tracker is not working properly'. Half an hour later, nothing, I'm told yes, but we don't have your address (you knew that the first time), then 45 minutes later I have to call again and it would already be on its way. Then it finally arrives and it's not even warm!

My order was not fully delivered, after which I contacted Smokies by telephone and the operator informed me that he packed it himself and there was nothing wrong with my order. And insists. Even when it is quiet, it lasts a long time. Everyone hangs out in the kitchen while one of them works. They only hang the hot wings in the grease 10 minutes after ordering.

Delivered only after 20 minutes (it's less than 5 minutes by scooter). The delivery person also indicated that it had only just been made. We waited over 1.5 hours for our food!! And then don't be honest on the phone that it hasn't been made yet. Also very poor assistance by telephone with comments such as 'yes, it is taking a long time'. Very bad service.

Smokies Burgers and Shakes in Dordrecht was unfortunately very disappointing. The photos of the citizens looked promising, but turned out to be completely unrealistic. The food was simple and nothing special. There was no service, the restaurant was quite empty and the atmosphere was completely lacking. In addition, it took a surprisingly long time for the burgers and fries to be ready, and the taste was also disappointing. Our expectations were higher, but they were not met. Nice to have tried it once, but for us it remains just that one time. Shame!

The chicken wings and burgers were very tasty. DO NOT order loaded fries here, substandard portions. The smokey fries cost 7 euros, I think there were 14 fries in it. The loaded beef fries were just weak fries with a frozen burger mixed in, which you pay 10 euros for. Delivery was fast and very friendly.

The burger is super dry, little taste and there is little of the smokey idea. The bacon is not real bacon. Little sauce and few vegetables. Fries themselves not bad, just very bland. Price-quality ratio out of balance. Service otherwise normal.

Ordered food here, called after waiting 1.5 hours to ask if the order was successful. Received an unfriendly man on the phone who snapped that it was on its way. Indicated that it had been on the app for some time, the guy started texting me and using foreign words. Unprofessional if you ask me. Do not set home delivery to mean that your order will arrive within 30 minutes on average, and speak to people normally if you give a poor delivery time. The food was bland, lukewarm and tasteless. The delivery man is very chill, I hope he passed the message on to the guy who answered the phone.

The first time we were here, we got a really tasty fresh burger. This also applies to the second time we had food here. Unfortunately, the 3rd time was really disappointing. Ordered burgers without tomatoes, unfortunately we discovered that they had tomatoes on them. Also the milkshake that my friend ordered was not as it was. Very watery. Hamburger is zó vers, zelfde geld voor hun chickenbites. De milkshake Papua's Magic smaakte voor mij zelfs lekkerder dan een macflurry🤤😊 Super vriendelijke personeel trouwens.

Overheerlijke burgers en goede hotwings! Vriendelijk personeel en de diverse soorten patat zijn ook aanraders! Alle burgers worden met verse vlees bereid, dus geen diepvriesproducten! Je hebt genoeg keus. Binnenkort weer!

Heerlijk eten! Was snel aan huis bezorgd. Alles compleet en zag er uit als of het zo van de menukaart kwam lopen! Echt een aanrader! De “gekke” burger toppings zijn erg uniek hier in Dordrecht en heerlijke combinaties! En de milkshakes zijn ook heerlijk! Wij hadden de “are you nuts?” Daar zat kinder bueno en ferrero roche in, maar ze hebben nog veel meer smaken! 10/10 zou er zo weer bestellen!
