McDonald's in Wijk 01 Nieuwenhagen

We waited 20 minutes for two coffees, they have more employees than in any large supermarket, they stand around talking more than they do, I don't like going there because there's always something to drink, and besides, the black coffee was weaker than the tea we drink at home.

The remodeling of the restaurant is great. Modern and clean. Very friendly staff, and fresh food.

I don't eat it myself anymore. But my little son loved it. Friendly staff.

If you order an iced frappe... Ice coffee... Do you have to pay a plastic surcharge... 25 cents just gets you everything in a dirty paper cup😳

They can't handle the crowds. What a disorganized mess; the staff are running around like headless chickens. There were two of us, both paying at the same time. We received the first order, but they had cut out the second one. After asking multiple times, they took the receipt and said they would prepare it, 25 minutes later. The other order was already cold, so we called the manager over. The manager refused to provide new (warm) food; we got our money back and were told to leave. I will never set foot in here again. We weren't the only ones, by the way; several customers had to wait a long time and were not satisfied. We went to another McDonald's and the food was ready within 5 minutes. Fortunately, they were very helpful and friendly there. We filed the complaint there immediately as well, and it was passed on to the restaurant owner.

Around 11:30 today, August 6th, I received incredibly pleasant service from a staff member. She was super friendly, enthusiastic, and witty. The food was excellent. I will definitely come back here and hope she is there again too.

Bringed food, a 5-minute drive, but everything just came home ice cold.. The Quarterpounder burger sticks together and the meat is as dry as a shoe sole 😖 The Big Tasty was cold too; my daughter ate a few bites and threw it away. Only ate the fries, which were cold as well. Too bad, I've always eaten well here, but the quality is hard to find these days..

Really bad service. They forget food in the order and than got mad at me when I asked for the forgotten burger. Worst MC Donalds ever. Also nobody speaks propoer Dutch or English so communication is impossible. How can you make a mistake and then blame the customer for it. Better go to another McDonald's

Worthless.. every time you order something here, products are missing again. Not just once, but really every single time. Chicken nuggets, sauce, or just a whole Big Mac. Check your order before you serve it and check your order before you go home!!

The food was fast, but the service was really slow.

It's a shame it took so long to get my food, and my fries were stale too, that's a downside, but otherwise a fine restaurant.

So I bought fries that weren't salted at all. I asked the staff if I could get salt, and the lady said no. Of course, I had to ask with a translator because she didn't speak any English. The garbage can was so full it was spilling out, the staff just walked by.

First received the wrong McFlurry, then the McFlurry as shown in the image. Cup not even half full and 5 Maltesers in it. Always something at McDonald's.

Tables are dirty despite almost no customers, ac not working. Ate my chicken nuggets and I am sweating bullets right now. They should service their ac before summer. WiFi is pretty slow and regularly goes down, probably connected to AC unit or something.

The management had locked all the toilets on the day after Pinkpop so that no one could use them - probably because they were tired of the business they got from Pinkpop festival goers. I just hope staff were able to use facilities in the back. Manager guy said they were all out of service - is it even legal to keep a restaurant open with no toilets / handwashing options for customers? Guess where we will not be stopping after next year’s festival?

You order a Quarter Pounder, you get a bun with wilted meat, no sauce, absolutely nothing else on it, and you pay 6.40 for that!!!! How hard can it be!!!! Explaining it 10 times is difficult, but understanding what you're saying is very hard. Never again!!!

The food is very bad; my girlfriend even got food poisoning from your place. I advise against eating there. The fries are soggy and useless. The burgers are inedible. The same goes for the chicken nuggets; this branch should close its doors. Ridiculous!

I've been here before, but what a mess today. All the trash cans are full and there is also trash in the parking lot.

I am placing 2 orders When the 2x points for the hamburger went wrong, a manager comes over who barely speaks Dutch and starts speaking English Instead of giving me the hamburger and resolving it with the cash register no no!!!! excuse me only allowed 1 order per car which I find very ridiculous and then act like she doesn't understand when you talk to her

I keep trying, once a year. We were here yesterday morning around 10:30 for breakfast. What we received was a lukewarm McMuffin, my coffee cup was only half full, and there was no butter for my croissant, which I was told off with a snarl: the staff had just had a fight with the manager, so the mood was tense. The restaurant has only been open for a few months, and we're already being greeted this way. I expected a bit better.

I have medical issues that prevent me from eating spicy food, so I ordered 20 chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. I received 10 regular and 10 spicy chicken nuggets with super hot sauce.

Takeout is a DISASTER! Orders are almost never complete or wrong. Everything is often very cold. Update after the renovation: It's a freezing temple; eat quickly, put on your coat, and get out of here. The gray area makes it very uninviting, which is a shame.

Up-to-date McDonald's. Drive-in for the real die-hards to grab a frappé or a quick bite in the evening.

I had a crappy experience today, I thought I'd try something different so I got the mozzarella sticks, but they were so disgusting they were really not good to eat.

There are only flies and everything is very dirty.

Hopeless. You're standing in the McDrive for a couple of McFlurries. It's all sold out, sir. How about a milkshake? That's all sold out too. The cashier apparently thought it was funny. Then you can't get out of that line either. And the 3 cars in front of me? It took 15 minutes before they got their food.

There were crumbs or more on every table. Stains on the walls. The order was delivered quickly, but incomplete and without napkins. The food was good.

McDonald's used to be good, now it's completely tasteless. Soggy fries, dry bread... Yuck.

The person who ordered Onam stopped halfway through and handed it over to someone else without consulting them. Expensive food for a cold meal that should have been hot. And then you have to pay extra for special offers.

I am not a frequent guest of McD. Last time I’ve had a quarter pounder was I think 2 years ago. Now I ordered it again and had to say it got significantly smaller. Also had chicken tenderloin for the first time. Breading on them hard and whole thing with no taste. McD apparently you’re going worse.

Disappointing – Almost Only Ice Instead of a Drink I went to McDonald's today and ordered a soda. Unfortunately, the cup was almost completely filled with ice cubes, so there was hardly any drink left. After a few sips, it was all gone – just ice! Even when I asked them to refill the cup, the staff refused.

What a complete disgrace! This McDonald's is truly the filthiest I've ever seen. As soon as you walk in, you see broken, corroded benches and tables sticky with filth. But the ceiling was overwhelming: hundreds of flies sitting there quietly as if they belonged there. My hunger was instantly gone. How can this place even be open? This isn't a restaurant, this is a dump with a logo on it. Unbelievable that this is tolerated. After a long day at work, you expect decent food in a clean place, not this filthy scene. Disgraceful!

We ordered at the kiosk at 10:58, but because the receipt didn't arrive until 11:01, they refused to serve us muffins. We suspected this because a woman shouted "BREAKFAST IS CLOSED" from the kitchen in an extremely loud and unfriendly voice. We felt especially sorry for the sweet guy who walked out and had to fix it.

It's a McDonald's, that sums it up.

For a quick bite to eat or to eat, it's fine. The cozy atmosphere of McDonald's is gone. No playground equipment for kids, no ball pit. McDonald's used to be a real treat. It's also become incredibly expensive.

I was supposed to get 10 nuggets and again got too few.

Great McDonald's, the only downside is that when I was there, there were hardly any customers, yet almost all the tables, chairs, and handles were absolutely filthy. Not to mention the floor, from the kitchen to the restaurant and even the restrooms, which was one big, slippery mess, perhaps even dangerous for older customers.

For the umpteenth time order not complete. Apparently it is very complicated. Phone is answered without answer but with a lot of laughter. When you ask who you are talking to they say "you are calling me". Come and get a new one. Sure I will drive again. Children's company.

Ordered food yesterday at 3:00 PM, waited more than 25 minutes for a simple order for 2 people. Fries, limp and not warm. Tables dirty, trash cans full. Due to the long wait, sat for over an hour, not seen 1 cleaning cloth pass by. Staff barely speaks Dutch.

Multilingual staff, there are Poles, Romanians and Germans working there. I also speak German, which helped with ordering. It took me a while to make it clear what I wanted, but the food was good!

Never leave without checking your order. It's almost never accurate. Forgotten items, wrong items, ignored special orders. Last straw this time. How hard is it to match the burger with the customer?! I only checked the top burger which was plain as requested. And left. I just bit into ketchup . What if I was allergic?! Do better.

Food good, often something is missing or prepared incorrectly. For example no tomato on the burger and still tomato, order a large menu and get a small menu, but especially if you do drive in there are things not there at home and then to drive back, then the rest is cold.

What struck me (Saturday afternoon) is that it looked very neat both inside and outside. Empty trash cans, clean tables, weeds almost nowhere to be found on the terraces and parking lot. Really a calling card given by that. Compliments!

Bought a mcflurrie pistachio for 3.75 and only got a half filled container? Asked at the counter but they said it was normal! Really looks like a pile of shit.... very sad this!

Unfortunately my order did not come through correctly. When I went to the counter to ask how long my order would take, I was helped quickly and friendly. Mistakes can happen. Food was tasty and service good!

You order 3 of the same hamburgers, but you get 3 incomplete burgers, which makes you regret that you decided to eat at McDonald's, and half of the staff does not speak or understand Dutch or German.

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. What a bad McDonalds.. Every time we go to get something here, the order is wrong. Something is always forgotten or made wrong. I always have to go back in or drive back for this. Staff who don't speak Dutch and look at you stupidly or react bluntly because they don't understand you. Quality sucks too. Weak, cold fries again today. Worthless!

I generally cannot recommend McDonald's. You produce a lot of waste and the nutritional value is not high. You spend 12 euros on a meal and are hungry again after two hours. Not for me.
