I always order from this one, even though there is another NYPizza closer. The finger food and pizzas here are top-notch. Delivery is super fast.

TERRIBLE! Ordered pistachio bread, got a dry pizza base with no topping. Instead of Mozzarella Calzone bites, I got chicken nuggets. Called twice, didn't answer. Filed a complaint directly with NY Pizza, who supposedly forwarded my complaint to the manager. It's 3 weeks later and I haven't heard anything from anyone. Never again.

The pizza was delicious, and the guys helped me very well with promotions etc.! However, the LONG hair loose on one of the staff members was really, really unacceptable… while topping the pizza, I just saw the hairs constantly moving up and down on top of the pizza (the hairs didn't touch the pizza, but it only takes one tiny hair to fall out and end up on the pizza…). Otherwise, everything was perfectly fine!

Ordered 2 pizzas in a promotion. Got food poisoning and lay sick in bed for days, vomiting and having diarrhea! Do you want a decent and safe pizza or something similar without catching anything? Just order from the pizzeria on the corner. It's also simply tastier and safer for your health! This was the first time, but also the very last time, that I ate at New York Pizza in Landgraaf. I have never had such bad food!

Always a great experience at New York Pizza Landgraaf. The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and always freshly made. You never have to wait long, and everything is neat and hot. The staff is friendly, helpful, and creates a cozy atmosphere. You can tell they go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I'd love to come back and highly recommend this location!

This is truly a disaster. I waited 2 hours and 55 minutes for four already cold pizzas. I called at least five times (every half hour), and each time they said: "The delivery driver will be here soon," and after two and a half hours, I was told the pizzas had just been made. If you offer such poor service, admit it and don't lie to your customers! Never again with NYPizza Landgraaf.

I order here regularly, but it seems like it's getting worse and worse. I don't know if there's a new owner or if someone is cutting corners. I got two pizzas yesterday that could have been made by the local döner vendor. Judge for yourself. Pizzas aren't exactly cheap, so you expect some quality, right? This is such a shame!

We had something to celebrate, so we ordered a pizza because we could also order a bottle of wine. When the pizza was ready, they called us because they didn't have or sell alcohol. They didn't offer it, so canceling wasn't an option. The pizza was also swimming in grease, so not recommended.

Once again, the pizza was wrong or barely topped... On top of that, there were also pieces of mushroom on it, perfect for allergies! Let's see if they keep their promise this time and bring a new pizza. Okay, the second pizza had some flaws, like the extras you pay for... and you pay over 60 euros for those.

You can be happy if you get hot pizzas delivered or that they are well topped with the right products. If they have done that well, they simply deliver 15 minutes earlier than you ask, because of course you give a time for the dog's balls. Real autists there.

Food is good. Lots of young people around the building, this can feel uncomfortable for some.

Today I received a pizza that didn't have what I'd requested. It was a standard pizza with one ingredient I'd removed; the two additional ingredients in the order were nowhere to be found. The side dish wasn't what I'd ordered either. Unfortunately, I was hungry, so I ate it anyway. The delivery driver didn't bother to take off his helmet. The order was delivered by a "moon man." And the robot that then asks how my order was is only interested in stars because he can't give any other answers. I don't think I'll order from here again. /I thought this was really bad today, and not tasty.

I received the wrong pizza. I called three times. An hour and a half later, I still hadn't received the correct pizza. When I asked if the correct pizza was on its way after an hour and a half, they said it would leave in 5-18 minutes. They asked if I wanted to return the delivered pizza... so I'd have to wait two hours for the correct pizza. Very unfriendly and not recommended.

Ordered 2x. 1st time got chicken pops instead of nuggets which I ordered. 2nd time got wrong sauces. They don't pay attention here at all.

New York Pizza could not deliver pizzas, so the order was cancelled. Contacted 5 times and fobbed off. They also do not respond to the complaint form. We can whistle for our money, so dear people think before you order something from New York Pizza.

I've already had ingredients missing from the pizza twice. And black truffle pizza without truffle is slightly less tasty.

Pizzas are always hot, delivered on time, and well-topped. The only downside is that they always forget the garlic on the rim. I think that makes the pizza so much better. We order from their website because of the deals, but I've never received chocolate mousse with the previous deal. It's always forgotten and never delivered. Don't offer it if you can't meet the order. It's also annoying that you can't add comments like you can on Thuisbezorgd. I could add, for example, "Please don't forget the garlic on the rim."

Receive cooled pizzas regularly. The last time was the pinnacle. I received a notification on the app at 5:30 PM that the pizzas would have been delivered. Waited a few minutes and called the branch. They were supposed to contact the delivery person, but were unable to reach him. An hour later after I received notification that the pizzas would be delivered, I again received cooled pizzas delivered by a delivery man who arrived comfortably on his bicycle. I asked him why it took so long, despite the notification? He immediately had a big mouth! I know there are staffing issues, but this is deeply sad!

Bad service, tenders were limp and not crispy, delivery takes a long time.

Vaste klant pizzas komen altijd goed en optijd geleverd vriendelijk personeel zeker n aanrader!!

Vandaag besteld binnen 20 minuten geleverd, 2 uur later werd ik gebeld door de leidinggevende of ik tevreden was over de bestelling. Dit noem ik nou super service, ga zo door!

Zeer snelle bezorging. We kregen eerst een bestelling die erg veel op onze bestelling leek (zoveel dat wij het nog niet eens door hadden). Na een half uur kregen we opeens ter onze verbazing de juiste bestelling bovenop de 1e bestelling. Zeer tevreden over de service dus.

Lekkere pizza’s vaker bestellen!!

Voor een leuke prijs, met de Social Deal bon, twee pizza's gehaald. Heel erg lekker, niet duur en fijne bediening. Top!

Goede aanbieding €4,99 per pizza. Pizza’s waren mooi op tijd klaar. Alle 4 waren ze rijkelijk belegd en erg lekker. Wat mij opviel was het vriendelijke en klant gerichte personeel dat er werkte (Hier lees je ook hele andere situaties). Ik was vergeten op een extra topping toe te voegen en die hebben ze na telefonisch contact er alsnog op gedaan.

Deeg veel te dik, tomaten saus veel te dik en te zoet, wel genoeg toppings maar weinig of geen smaak. Extra knoflook bij gevraagd maar heb het niet geproefd, een veel te dure pizza. Als een prijs kwaliteit verhouding goed is dan is het te doen maar dit was ver over de top qua prijs ten opzichte van smaak en kwaliteit. Conclusie: nooit meer!

Heel eerlijk, niet mijn ding! Personeel heeft weinig tot geen oog voor de klant, staan met hun oortjes in te auwhoeren met elkaar. Een van de personeelsleden hoeste over de pizza heen. Bij thuiskomst vond ik een wimper op mn pizzarand gebakken ( kan natuurlijk gebeuren). Pizza's vind ik persoonlijk smaakloos en droog. Het aanbod is kwa soorten pizza's goed te noemen. Verkopen ook enkele andere gerechten zoals chickenwings, deze heb ik ook genomen om te testen. Deze waren lauw en slap. Kortom ik vind het geen aanrader.

Werd tijd....eindelijk een nyp in Landgraaf, heerlijke pizza's....
