Just a filthy branch. Tables were sticky, the floor was dirty, and there were napkins and such lying on the floor. Not a single person took the trouble to clean it up. And there you sit, eating. If it is already so disgusting where customers go, what is it like there where customers aren't allowed?

It wasn't clean, the staff was uninterested, and the toilet was really filthy.

They don't want to help or think along with you. And they just hang up the phone. Super customer-friendly.

We had to wait fifteen minutes for the food while it was quiet. Then the ice cream was mostly melted and the Big Mac was no longer excessively hot.

I almost never go to McDonald's, and now I know why again. Clean tables are hard to find. The floor looks like it gets mopped once a month. The average age of the staff seems to be 16, nothing wrong with that, but they seem to lack direction. I had to walk past 3 trash cans inside before I found one that wasn't overflowing. When I reported this, I was only told that I could just put it there. Later, a not-so-cheerful-looking boy of about 14 came over and went around all the trash cans with a trash tamper, stomping on the contents instead of taking the bags out. And for the price of €27 for 2 hamburgers, 2 fries, and 1 large cup of cola, I'll look elsewhere next time...

It is deplorable how dirty this place is. I had to search for a table that was even remotely clean. The toilets were so dirty and stinky, like sitting in a urinal. McDonald’s charges top dollar for the food, which is nothing special. A double cheeseburger is a normal-sized hamburger but cut in half. Fortunately, I don't visit McDonald’s very often, but this confirms for me that I will never go there again.

Takes the fast out of the food; after waiting for half an hour and seeing several people who came in later being served, I just asked for my money back and left. The order got lost, no effort to keep a customer, just a "it's busy" and a somewhat insincere apology.

Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. Stood in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes on Sunday morning, only to not even receive the entire order and then be told that it was busy. The part of the order we did receive was old, hard, and tasteless. Bad service and bad food.

The food at McDonald’s is just McDonald’s food. There is actually little to say about that. What you *can* judge, however, is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Or rather: the lack thereof. The tables, chairs, and floor look as if they have only ever seen a cloth on King’s Day.

The idea behind McDonald's is precisely to make children happy. Unfortunately, that was completely ruined today by two employees who acted like "managers" but, in my opinion, showed little customer focus or professionalism. Even after I offered to pay extra, they refused in a rude manner to add just a slice of pickle. I find this particularly disappointing and absolutely inconsistent with the service and customer friendliness (note: at 7:45 PM it was very quiet).

I visited the drive-thru on August 16th and have rarely seen staff at a branch who were so quick and motivated. The burgers were almost piping hot and delicious, just as they should be. The milkshake was also great.

Not so nice, my latte was missing the coffee and only had warm milk, and the toilets have definitely seen better days.

The food was good. Keyon is a super good Trust employee. But why is he always losing his keys?

Music way too loud. Only young people. Tables dirty, floor filthy. Toilets were too filthy too. Took food to eat in the car. Realized how dirty it was too late. None of the order was right. No fries, no sauces. The chicken in the salad was cut and didn't look like it had been eaten. Did get a new one, but I was given strange looks for it.

The kiosks got my order perfect. The food came in a timely manner. McDonald's is McDonald's. We had a nice lunch and we're quickly back on the road.

This is the filthyst McDonald's I have seen so far. Mess everywhere, all tables dirty, filthy. Loud teenagers playing rap music behind the counter. This is really unacceptable. The food was terrible too.. Do something about this, manager!!!!!

The filthiest McDonald's location I have ever seen. As soon as you walk towards the McDonald's, you are already walking through trash. Once inside, food scraps are still lying on tables and the floor. I had ordered food for our family to eat on-site, but it was unceremoniously put in a bag because it was busy and therefore no trays were available. I found the employee in question downright rude. I wonder what it looks like in the kitchen and what goes on there. Apparently, loud music in the kitchen and just hanging around is more important than hygiene, quality, and the customers. Not worthy of a single star!!!

It was very dirty around and inside the toilet. In the men's toilet, one urinal was broken and taped shut, and the other was filled with urine and wasn't draining properly.

The fries were tough. I ordered a cheeseburger without onion, without mustard, and without pickles; it had all on it, and there was mold on the bun.

The coffee wasn't that hot, and only half a cup full.

I come here regularly with my family and am actually always satisfied. That is why this experience was particularly disappointing. This time, I received a sandwich that was very dry. I went to the counter to show that there was hardly any sauce on it. The manager looked at it but said they couldn't provide extra sauce. I showed her that there really was almost nothing on it, but she kept looking at me and repeating: “Sorry, but we don't do that.” To be honest, I have never experienced anything like that before. In a situation like that, you expect some extra sauce to be added or for a new sandwich to be offered. In my view, that is simply good service. Because of this, I got the impression that there was little experience and customer focus. That is a shame, especially when you hold a leadership position and have to manage the team.

I went to this McDonald's. There were 8 staff members, mostly young people. All the tables were dirty and you could literally eat off the floor because there was so much dirt. The staff had nothing to do, so why not just clean the tables and the floor? It is not hygienic. A FILTHY MESS. By the way, there were at most 8 customers.

If you are already waiting, someone else can be helped before you. Incredibly bad service.

Very disappointing experience. The soap dispenser in the ladies' restroom was broken and the soap dispensers in the other restrooms were empty. Despite reporting this to the staff and the manager four times, the problem was not resolved. Eventually, we had to open the dispenser in the ladies' restroom ourselves with a key to wash our hands and our toddler's before we could eat. Most disappointing was the staff's attitude: we felt mostly like a burden rather than having our legitimate hygiene complaint taken seriously. Additionally, the restrooms and the restaurant were already very dirty at 9:00 a.m.

Fries and hamburgers not warm. No atmosphere and small children for serving. One-time visit.

It looked like a tuning meeting there with screaming engines and cars, so quietly eating your food in the parking lot was out of the question.

The staff here do very little. Just standing at the counter or being silly on the phone. I felt the urge to start serving myself. Next time I’ll help out. I work at the busiest McDonald’s in Amsterdam myself, and there we have 3 people working in the kitchen and at all stations. What I saw here really surprised me. I’m shocked by it myself. Things could definitely be better here.

Lately, almost every order goes wrong. Especially via the drive-thru, my order is incomplete for the umpteenth time, which costs me extra time every time because I have to drive back or go inside. Additionally, the food is often lukewarm by the time I receive it. For a chain like McDonald’s, you expect this to simply be in order. Very disappointing.

It doesn't matter what time you go there, at this McDonald's they don't know what cleaning is; this one is truly the dirtiest of them all!

The staff is generally friendly and tries to keep things running smoothly, even when it is very busy. Menu items such as the Mc Kroket, McFlurry, fries, ice cream, and Chili Chicken are popular here and are served quickly 🍟🍦 The restroom is available and convenient for a quick stop while shopping or on the go. It is a shame for some that you cannot get beer here 🍺, but that naturally fits the concept of the Mac. The location is ideally situated near large stores such as IKEA and MediaMarkt, making it often part of a larger shopping stop. A busy but efficient fast food spot where convenience, speed, and familiar flavors take center stage 👍

Very bad... a simple order yesterday. 2 hamburgers without pickles and a large milkshake... there were literally more employees busy. Than there were visitors at that moment? Waited 20 minutes for a quick, simple order and what did I get? Hamburgers without cheese but with pickles. With a milkshake cap that didn't fit. I eat while cycling. You can guess what went wrong then. And this costs 8 euros? A soggy hamburger without cheese with pickles for 20 minutes? Very annoying and certainly nothing to say about this!

You will notice that when it is busy, it sometimes happens that you don't have everything with your order immediately. Therefore, always check your order in the drive-thru before you leave. And make sure your food is at the right temperature. But if this is the case, it will be handled properly.

I am writing this review for the new manager at this branch, who was working on April 19, 2026, around 9:00 PM. This woman claims that honey does not belong with a latte or coffee, that it is absolutely forbidden, and that it should only be served with mint tea. She says that she knows all the rules well and that her other colleagues, who have been doing this for me for six years, simply add honey without any discussion. The woman told me that I was just lucky and that I wouldn't get it next time, and then she slammed the window shut in my face. That does not seem like the service that should be provided. Furthermore, she really needs to educate herself better.

It didn't look clean. Tables dirty, toilets dirty. There was even someone changing her baby on the couch at a table and threw her dirty diaper in one of the trash cans, even though you can change a baby perfectly well in the toilet. Do people have no decency at all anymore?

Just quickly grabbed a croquette sandwich to go. After 3 bites, I realized it tasted like mold, so I threw it away when I got home. I didn't see any mold, but I could taste it. Filed a complaint. Because I have no proof, nothing is being done about it. So I guess I won't be going here anymore! 3 stars is too many. I'm telling you, people, never eat at McDonald's in Hengelo again. Go to Holten. I ordered two menus and wanted to be served by a human, so not at the McDonald's Drive-Thru. I waited 15 minutes and no one came, so I went to the McDonald's Drive-Thru and had to wait 5 minutes. So, I'll never go there again. The food was very cold, and I received one menu, which was too small.

We all know that advertisements are rarely accurate, but the burgers they serve here look like they've been run over by a truck. Then there's the temperature... It's an exaggeration to say that polar bears would be perfectly happy here, but it's icy cold. You heard that from everyone inside. This wasn't just the day I was there, by the way, but it's been like this for a while. Friends and colleagues have been complaining for a long time about the cold. The employee who brought the food was, to put it mildly, unmotivated. McDonald's has been passé for a while now. High prices, low quality!

It's not the same anymore... it used to be more respectable; today it's just a place to pop in for a coffee and a quick bathroom break on the way. And the prices are outrageous, of course. Great cappuccino. The location is nice and central, a good drive. Enjoy a delicious meal in the parking lot with a view of the A1 highway. A bit of shopping before or afterward, and you'll have a fantastic day.

The tray was practically thrown on the table. No problem, anyone can have a bad day! The cup the ice cream was in was warm, and the ice cream had already melted halfway. The ice cream was generously filled with chocolate, and the flavor was excellent. The atmosphere was good because we ran into some familiar faces.

Had dinner with family tonight after a trip to Scandinavia. The food quality was fine, as were all the other locations. I rated the service as insufficient due, in my opinion, to the non-customer-focused behavior of the manager on duty at this branch. My five-year-old son really wanted a Happy Meal, especially for the toy. He has celiac disease, and we could only order a gluten-free hamburger from the hamburger options, which can't be linked to a specific menu like a Happy Meal. When we asked for a toy, we had to pay for it separately, even though we had a total voucher for €64. We did pay for it, but it's strange that such a toy wasn't included.
