McDonald's Almelo Woonboulevard in Wijk 19 Windmolenbroek

I just spent 15 minutes at the McDonald's Drive-Thru, only to discover when I got home that my fries were missing. The food that was delivered was also cold. Very disappointing, especially considering the wait time. This isn't what I'm used to from McDonald's.

This McDonald's is clean and tidy. The Almelo East branch could learn a thing or two from that. The food tastes just like any other McDonald's, and that's fine.

The fries were cold, I ordered a burger WITHOUT tomatoes... I'm done with it. The cashier was friendly, but the kitchen staff just kept shouting... What a mess 🙁 I wouldn't recommend it anymore.

Food was on the table within 10 minutes, mind you. Washing your hands? Forget it: dirty doors, trash on the floor, no soap, and no way to properly clean your hands. It's a shame for this recently renovated McDonald's, where the basics are unfortunately still lacking. Next time, I'd rather drive a bit further to a location with a good team.

On Saturday November 1st, how bad, how bad, how bad, how you order food, first they forget to include the mini apple pie so my friend walks back to report that it's not included, my friend had to wait a long time then his fries were completely cold then I wanted to eat my big artichoke, I had ordered without pickle and without onion and got it with onion and pickle so I went back to the counter they said they would make a new one, I waited 20 minutes, I walk back again they forgot to make it so wait even longer then finally they brought a new one and I eat in the new big artich sandwich, it has onion on it again, I was really done with it, so bad, I also filed a complaint but haven't heard anything back. Ridiculous that they treat their customers like this. We will not be going back to this McDonald's and you also pay quite a lot for your food, so you can expect the food to be good and to make a mistake is human, but so many mistakes on one order I find very bad.

Very poor service, forgot something three times on one order. Then asked for a free cup of coffee, and the answer was no, unfortunately that's not possible.

I've been back three times, and the food was lukewarm or cold every time. The manager can't manage the staff. Three guys and two girls literally did nothing, even though it was busy. You get your ice cream first. Whoever came up with that idea doesn't understand the order of food. And when I was in my car at the drive-through, two rats ran by. This place needs to be shut down, thoroughly overhauled, staff replaced entirely, and maybe then it will turn into something. McDonald's and its staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Sweat chili sauce needs to be removed from McDonald's

Strange place. We ordered, but there were no apples left, nor the drink we wanted. This can happen, of course, but instead of politely explaining it, they simply deliver the order without these items. When you then ask them, they stare at you as if you're saying something completely strange. Strange.

You guys really need to learn how much sauce to put on a burger, because people don't eat burgers, they eat a mouthful of sauce all the time. Milkshakes are just ice cream, so they're not very tasty.

Antisocial staff with big mouth.. It was about a wrongly ordered burger, I reported it right away but they couldn't change it... because it was already ready while they already have everything in stock...

After an unpleasant hospital visit with your kids, quickly go to the big M! 2x happy meal and 2x a menu that seems very simple, but nothing could be further from the truth! It was quiet, no rush, so how could this go wrong? What should have been a 'pampering' moment for the kids turned into a frustrated meal! Your food is already cold before you have everything there! Shame on you with such service!

After years of being a regular customer, I'll be getting the Mac at Preston Palace next time. Cleaning is not in the dictionary. With 20 orders a year, half of them forget something. The food was fine though. Be smart and drive 10 minutes further to the Macdonald's at Preston Place.

If my kids feel like going to Mc, we go to Almelo instead of Oldenzaal or Enschede, because there are cheerful employees, no lines and a clean table. Other McDonald branches will follow suit. And what's important: burgers are just like the pictures, chicken nuggets are fresh and you don't have a stomach ache afterwards.

Never here again... sometimes you get delivered with hair in your sandwich, other times you order and only get half of the order. So done with McDonalds Almelo! No mac again for us. Burgerme is highly recommended for this. You get your entire order, for less money and much tastier! This is why the burgers here taste like plastic with just that waste meat, otherwise we would have driven back to Almelo.

On November 26, Big Macs were 1 Euro in Twente. We as a family thought what a nice moment to take advantage of this, our favorite hamburger on offer felt like a win-win situation. When we arrive at the McDrive we all hear 2 hamburgers per customer!! How? Children 6 and 9 are both sad. Put the car in reverse and drove out of the McDrive, I am not going to pay 40 to 50 € suddenly. What a super stupid action if you have to announce around dinner time that the burgers are almost sold out. You know that this is going to explode and that you have to take that into account. Nice McDonald, thank you on behalf of our children.

very very expensive in this region. big macs for 6 euros? absolute nightmare. the interior has become so incredibly depressed. everything is tight and incredibly minimalist; the "decorations" are paintings with three colors on them, the wall decorations are absent, the outside of the building looks like a garage with windows, it's all so empty.

Bah bahh!! For some time now a boy has been working with extremely long unkempt nails that have a lot of black gunk underneath them. And this boy then makes your food and hands it to you at the window. So not representative! And terribly unsanitary. How can McDonald's not take hygiene measures?! Where have the gloves gone? And the rules that staff must comply with hand hygiene? The first time I met this boy I ordered a sandwich. The gentleman made this with his long black nails without gloves, so unfortunately I was not able to eat this sandwich because it is extremely unhygienic. A while later I thought, let me try again and unfortunately the same boy. No more food for me at McDonalds, bah bah!!!
