We had to wait 30 minutes for the order. Once we finally received the order, 4 burgers were wrong and a cookie was missing. Then we had to wait another fifteen minutes. Bad business.

There was not a clean table to be found and the floor was covered in trash. When I asked if the table could be wiped down, the teenager looked at me as if I were a burden. The food was dry and salty and took well over 20 minutes to eat. I can handle quite a lot, but I just felt dirty after this visit.

This branch is steadily declining. You have to go back with every order because it is almost never correct and is frequently incomplete, especially at the drive-through.

Just came here to get a soft serve ice cream for the kids. One of my kids doesn't like the cone, so I always get a cup for her with it at the normal soft serve price of €0.95 or something like that. Now suddenly the rules have supposedly changed and you pay almost 4 euros because you have to get a Sunday ice cream. A bit of a shame, so paying more for less ice cream. Just a rip-off. So folks, you're better off going to the cafeteria or to Van der Poel, then you at least get value for your money.

I waited 10 minutes for my food, and when I looked, I saw six employees walking away with ice creams while they are supposed to be working, and I also received the wrong order. Great job here in Almelo.

I am very dissatisfied with my visit to this McDonald's restaurant. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order, supposedly because of the fries (even though the cooking time for them is only about 3 to 4 minutes). My order also included ice cream, which was handed to me half-melted. Although there were hardly any guests in the establishment, the seating area was dirty; I could not find a single clean table. There was no soap in the men's restroom, or the soap dispenser was broken, and the self-service kiosk did not print receipts. The staff's attitude was very discouraging and uninterested. It seems that they have completely forgotten the standards for customer service as well as general McDonald's standards at this restaurant.

Avoid this Macdonald if you want warm and fresh food. Our burgers were cold and with old bread. The fries were cold too and old. After a few bites we threw our food out. Absolutely so disappointing for a Macdonald. They should be all offering the same service and quality of meals, this one doesn’t.

Way too many rowdy youths and children hanging around here. A way too young girl behind the cash register who didn't know how to handle my complaint. I actually got home and she had forgotten half of it. She was also standing around talking a lot with other customers (rowdy youths).

Some takes too long to get the food, for a Mc Donald’s of course. But the food is good, almost always you can sit, sometimes is crowed with a lot of children running and screaming.

Returning from vacation via Germany, we arrived around 1 o'clock in the early morning or night. The internet said it was open until 3, but that turned out to be just the drive-thru. The staff were so friendly that they let us eat our burger with another couple who had just arrived. Everything was freshly prepared and it was delicious. Compliments to this McDonald's.

This is without a doubt the worst organized McDonald's I have ever seen. Everything was chaotic, the wait times were extremely long, and orders were handed out incorrectly or much too late. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.

The food at McDonald's is actually always quite consistent. However, I found it very messy and dirty inside this particular McDonald's. There was trash on the floor and many tables were dirty.

Well-presented menu. Nice and hot and well-fried fries. Not too salty: great! The Quarterpounder was also tasty. Not an excessive amount of sauce (which would otherwise just drip out anyway).

What a farce. After ordering via the self-service kiosk, I had to wait well over fifteen minutes for my food. In the meantime, I asked where it was, receiving the standard answer that it was 'in the making'. Well, forget it: everything was cold when I finally got it. The fries were absolutely not fresh and even limper than a strand of boiled spaghetti. Furthermore, the order was completely wrong; the medium fries were missing entirely, and instead of the strawberry smoothie I ordered, I received a simple apple juice. There is plenty of staff walking around, but they are mostly busy bickering amongst themselves rather than with the customers. People who ordered long after me got their food sooner. Scandalously poorly organized.

Went there yesterday, March 8th. It was a turbulent atmosphere, lots of police, and the food was cold. Too bad...

We thought we'd quickly grab some ice cream from the Mac drive-through. We had to wait a long time before we could order from the terminal. In Yereijk, there was only one car ahead of us. At the first payment window, we had to wait a long time again before an employee showed up. Then, at the second window, we got our ice cream cone, which was already melting because we had to wait a long time there too, but apparently, they'd already made the ice cream. When you say something about that, you get a look like, "What are you complaining about?" Not very customer-friendly, young staff who have absolutely no idea what they're doing. We won't be going back!

I'm going there for a cappuccino this afternoon, and what I don't often encounter is an enthusiastic employee. At window 1 this afternoon, around 3:30 PM, an enthusiastic woman gave me a super nice compliment about my car. Indeed, one you don't see around anymore these days. It's great that people everywhere you go appreciate this, and the compliment is more than appreciated. I think this employee deserves a shout-out too. Super enthusiastic 👌🏻

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated dramatically. Every time our food is cold, we feel like we're getting old food. We pay a lot, but it's really bad. This was the last time.

They throw ice in your drink when you clearly indicate that you don't want ice.

I just spent 15 minutes at the McDonald's Drive-Thru, only to discover when I got home that my fries were missing. The food that was delivered was also cold. Very disappointing, especially considering the wait time. This isn't what I'm used to from McDonald's.

I ordered a quarter pounter and received a sandwich with a piece of meat, which was also cold. It was a waste of €11, so you can easily do your job properly.

The food was just very cold, not normal, and the people behind us got their food before us.

The staff is either extremely arrogant or has no clue what they're doing. I've rarely seen such poor service. It's truly remarkable.

I wouldn't recommend coming back here. There was trash everywhere on the floor, and the trash cans were overflowing, causing it to pile up on top. Neither the restaurant nor the food seems to have been given any attention. The sandwiches looked messy and unappealing, and the fries were lukewarm. Food was on the table within 10 minutes, mind you. Washing your hands? Forget it: dirty doors, trash on the floor, no soap, and no way to properly clean your hands. It's a shame for this recently renovated McDonald's, where the basics are unfortunately still lacking. Next time, I'd rather drive a bit further to a location with a good team.

On Saturday November 1st, how bad, how bad, how bad, how you order food, first they forget to include the mini apple pie so my friend walks back to report that it's not included, my friend had to wait a long time then his fries were completely cold then I wanted to eat my big artichoke, I had ordered without pickle and without onion and got it with onion and pickle so I went back to the counter they said they would make a new one, I waited 20 minutes, I walk back again they forgot to make it so wait even longer then finally they brought a new one and I eat in the new big artich sandwich, it has onion on it again, I was really done with it, so bad, I also filed a complaint but haven't heard anything back. Ridiculous that they treat their customers like this. We will not be going back to this McDonald's and you also pay quite a lot for your food, so you can expect the food to be good and to make a mistake is human, but so many mistakes on one order I find very bad.

Fun car meet-ups around McDonald's, but when we get through the drive-thru, a grumpy girl delivers our food. That's unbelievable. I've never encountered such a customer-unfriendly employee. Fire them! 🙏 And they don't have any frankfurters.

Dirty restaurant, all the rubbish on the floor and the bins are overflowing, tables dirty and not cleared and no staff to be seen.

I've been back three times, and the food was lukewarm or cold every time. The manager can't manage the staff. Three guys and two girls literally did nothing, even though it was busy. You get your ice cream first. Whoever came up with that idea doesn't understand the order of food. And when I was in my car at the drive-through, two rats ran by. This place needs to be shut down, thoroughly overhauled, staff replaced entirely, and maybe then it will turn into something. McDonald's and its staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Sweat chili sauce needs to be removed from McDonald's

Clean, friendly staff, and everything nice and fresh and hot. It doesn't disappoint!

Strange place. We ordered, but there were no apples left, nor the drink we wanted. This can happen, of course, but instead of politely explaining it, they simply deliver the order without these items. When you then ask them, they stare at you as if you're saying something completely strange. Strange.

Tables are always dirty there, they are not looked at.

If you clearly order two double cheeseburgers without sauce and pickles at the drive-through, and you confirm this again at the counter, you'll still get two cheeseburgers with everything on them at the pickup window! This is a worthless company/establishment.

It's gotten really disgusting there, every burger I've ordered in the past month had a pile of sauce on it, really super disgusting, this has been going on for a while, from Big Mac to hamburger, maybe not just let 16 year olds work there, really a generation hopeless this, let adults work there, this is not doable, the burgers are really disgusting with such a pile of sauce on them

It was very messy and noisy, Many tables were dirty, on some tables there were still trays, which had not been cleared away. The trash cans were full, causing a lot to fall on the floor. It was very noisy because of teenagers, mostly boys, but also girls, who also did not throw anything away, but left everything on the table when they had finished and left. Antisocial staff with big mouth.. It was about a wrongly ordered burger, I reported it right away but they couldn't change it... because it was already ready while they already have everything in stock...

After an unpleasant hospital visit with your kids, quickly go to the big M! 2x happy meal and 2x a menu that seems very simple, but nothing could be further from the truth! Happy meals without apples and drinks. 2x menu without drinks. When you report this, they bring you 1x apples and 1x drink.. you have to 'nag' again because it is not complete. Then you expect them to bring the rest, but nothing could be further from the truth! I have to report to the counter again to indicate that it is NOT complete YET. It was quiet, no rush, so how could this go wrong? What should have been a 'pampering' moment for the kids turned into a frustrated meal! Your food is already cold before you have everything there! Shame on you with such service!

After years of being a regular customer, I'll be getting the Mac at Preston Palace next time. Cleaning is not in the dictionary. With 20 orders a year, half of them forget something. The food was fine though. Be smart and drive 10 minutes further to the Macdonald's at Preston Place.

The people who work here are not happy. You get your food with a grumpy face, and the place itself looks bad. Tables are dirty and are not cleaned. Trash cans are full and nothing is done with them. Staff looks at it and just walks on. They should be ashamed of how this mac looks.

Simple order made on the machine. Double Big Tasty with good flavor and a very careful presentation. Much better than many restaurants in the chain. Nothing special to add.

What a ball tent this has become! Since someone else has taken over, orders are not correct, they don't have the mess in order and orders simply don't get through! You have to give at least 1 star, but unfortunately they are not even worth that anymore! Never order here again!
