McDonald's Beverwijk in de Pijp en Wijkerbroek

The restaurant and McDrive should be open until 1am, but the restaurant was already closed at 11.30pm and when I said I needed to use the toilet, an employee gestured that I should go to the McDrive???

Bad staff can't even give money back and you've been waiting for more than 10 minutes to pay for your order.

Just for a quick late bite, I got home late so I quickly had a quick bite, well that's easy to do again at the McDonald's hahahah great guys and girls who do their best to make everything run smoothly

Went here for dinner today with my wife and child. Luckily, it wasn't busy, and the food itself was excellent. Since I refuse to order from a faulty payphone, I always order at the counter. Well, I learned my lesson: the employee who tried to help us couldn't get the system working. He tortured us for 10 minutes instead of asking for help. Eventually, the manager came, but unfortunately, there was a malfunction, so... sigh, I ordered from that payphone anyway. The receipt wouldn't print, so I had no idea if the order had gone through correctly. Meanwhile, more and more customers were complaining about cold food, incorrect orders, and the lack of order numbers at the payphones. I think they definitely have a lot to learn at this McDonald's.

This is the last time we'll order anything from the McDonald's drive-thru for a while. Every time we get home, the order is incomplete. Either a burger is missing, or a portion of fries is missing. It's always something!

They didn't give me napkins, they didn't give me a straw for my milkshake, the salad in my chili chicken was crap, the floor was sticky, and the WiFi wouldn't let me pay for my order. It's a so-so McDonald's.

Worst experience ever. I was eating with my family and a group of antisocial NPCs kept staring and bothering everyone. Even on the way to the restroom, it felt unsafe. The staff did nothing. The whole vibe was ruined. I'll never come back.

A good McDonald's, better than the one in Haarlem. Relatively fast service, good food for a McDonald's, warm, and sometimes no seating available during peak hours.

I hardly ever go to the McDonald's drive-through in Beverwijk, primarily because the food is always delivered cold or they always forget something (half the Happy Meal, and once the milkshake). After always going back to the old, familiar McDonald's in Santpoort Noord, I thought I'd give this one in Beverwijk another try. I live five minutes from Beverwijk, but I'd rather drive there than ever go there again. I stood at the order kiosk for 15 minutes; nothing happened, and I couldn't even press the "contact" button. At the other kiosk, one after another drove off after ordering their food, so I thought, maybe the kiosk was broken. After 15 minutes, when all the cars behind me started honking impatiently, I was forced to go to the first kiosk. When I arrived at the first kiosk (I'll explain this same story), I asked if I could order from this one. But the disinterested, uninterested employee named Jeroen replied, "No, then you'll just have to wait longer. You can't order here. You'll have to go back into the drive-thru. It's busy." Meanwhile, at the other checkpoint, four cars, if not more, were being helped. I think it's truly awful. I gave this McDonald's another chance, but I will NEVER go there again. Hopefully, you'll do something about this completely disinterested behavior of your staff. It's a real disgrace for such a large company. All in all: I drove on to the always good McDonald's in Santpoort. Linda

My experience at McDonald's Beverwijk was unfortunately very negative. There was little respect on the work floor: breaks were limited, and sitting down after physically demanding work wasn't permitted. The atmosphere was dominated by gossip, bullying, and a manager who was often very blunt. The pay wasn't commensurate with the effort required. I eventually resigned and now work for an employer where I'm treated with more calm and respect. McDonald's Beverwijk will never be my next employee 👎—I felt exploited rather than valued there.

Generally easy to reach and a good McDonald's, but I've had several instances where the portions simply weren't what they should be. I contacted the head office several times and they were proven right.

McDonald's isn't what it used to be. Half-empty containers of fries, small portions for a lot of money, and the quality of the burgers is deteriorating. You can easily spend over €10 per person for a piece of crap.

They never get the order right at the drive through, they always forget to put something from it…

The restrooms were quite dirty. The sanitary napkin container was overflowing and so large that you were sitting on the toilet, you were touching it. The service wasn't particularly fast. We had to wait over fifteen minutes for four hamburgers, even though it wasn't that busy.

The service was normal, thank you.

I would like to share my concern regarding the service I recently experienced. My order (2 cheeseburgers, 1 portion of fries, and 2 coffees) took almost 20 minutes to be prepared, which seems unreasonably long for such a small order. In addition, the dining area was not clean and did not feel well-maintained. I kindly ask you to look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service.

Concept of fast food has never reached this place. I’ve waited almost 20 min for some petty order of few sandwiches and fries while half of the crew was chilling outside. Edit: mouthbreathers forgot to give me on of the sandwiches. Seems like there is maybe one adult per shift.

Only had two milkshakes, but they were just standing there instead of being brought to the table. There were plenty of staff, but the restaurant was a complete mess, so maybe they should focus more on the restaurant itself.

Stingy employees, the amount of ice cream you get these days is so small. From now on, just get it from Burger King.

I've been here many times and I think it's fantastic. The food is delicious, the service is just as it should be, and the atmosphere could be better, but I just have to remember that it's just a fast-food restaurant.

It might be helpful to hang a poster or sign above the pickup window. I drove too far because there are multiple windows.

It doesn't matter what you order, spicy nuggets, burgers or whatever. You either don't get it or not the version you ordered. Waste of money to go here.

What should you rate at McDonald's? The food bears almost no resemblance to the pictures. And there's no accounting for taste. Great emergency food

In the evening I got a nice McFlurry. Unfortunately, the ice cream was half full upon arrival. I asked the manager if it was true that the ice creams were half full and not almost full. Then she said that I was lucky last time. €8 for two half McFlurries is a real scam.

Friendly staff. Fries were well cooked. I didn't get any napkins from the McDrive, but they forgive you :)

Tasty quick bite next to the coolest market in the Netherlands. Tasty desserts and coffee but remains fast food. I like MC D but never go there to get something when it's too busy.

As usual I went to McDonald’s to eat my favorite McFish and ordered two. Unfortunately it was a disappointment again. The taste of the burger was delicious, nothing to complain about. But just like in many other McDonald’s branches, here too little care is paid to the way the sandwiches are prepared. They are put together messily and sloppily, as if they don’t care how it looks. I see this problem recurring in several branches, but it never really seems to be addressed. I really hope that this feedback is taken seriously by the management and that the staff is addressed about it. Because this kind of presentation is not pleasant to see and does not fit a brand like McDonald’s.

Just McDonald's. Sometimes a bit on the slow side, I always think it's a shame about a fast-food chain. Would give 5 stars but McDonalds in general just isn't worth it. It is one of the best places to serve fast food. You will not wait more than 5 minutes for your order to be ready and the taste is very delicious. I recommend visiting it.

Just like other McDonalds but with a modern look. Service was fast and everything was neat and clean. You could place your order via your table with the help of a QR code. Very fast and convenient. Unfortunately, I found the entrance where we parked very dangerous because the McD Drive In is located there, but paying close attention might be useful if you are walking with a child.

These McDonald's employees are thieves! They don't give you your full order if you go through the drive-thru, This happened to me. Half of the item I ordered was not in the package when I got home. Check your order in the package and make sure you have everything. McDonalds I want my money back!

The food is okay, you eat at a Mac. We had some complaints. Instead of looking for a compromise, I was immediately referred to 'McDonalds'. Not very customer friendly management. Shame

As I have become accustomed to in Beverwijk, half of it was cold, you are barely looked at or greeted at the counter and the toilets were filthy.

Due to work we went to Mac Beverwijk and ate it in the car, which was again as expected: nice and lukewarm....

Get used to normal Max Donald. You'll be hungry again after an hour. What do they make? What do they make the sandwiches from? And burgers are so thin. Deteriorating a lot.

They forgot my fries and said they would bring them. 15 minutes later I walked to the counter and asked for my fries. Employee apologized and gave me fresh fries. As compensation I was given a free ice cream. Well organised.

Really, I'm never going to come here again, I had done a deal at the screen and then I wanted to pay at the counter But then they told the gentleman you can no longer pay in cash so I said Isg and now I can no longer get that deal back but when I ordered something else the cash register suddenly opened

I cycled here after school but when I arrived it was quite busy. That doesn't really matter to me. But there were 10 ordering posts and only 1 was in use, the service was just busy because there were very long lines (because there was only 1 post) so you could actually wait a very long time for nothing. After waiting 1 hour and not even being able to order, I was done.

Great Macdonalds, just eaten as usual, only when I finished drinking from a reusable cup, I suddenly see all kinds of brown stains from a previous drink in it. So don't drink from the reusable cups!!! Really super dirty, I took it back and luckily got a new one in a disposable cup.

You would think that every McDonald's should be the same. For years, whenever I get a burger here, it is so much fresher, tastier and more beautifully put together than any other I've been to. This McDonalds should be an example for others in the Netherlands.

I'm coming Every day at the MC in Beverwijk with my Fiat 500😀😀 signs when it is my turn, the other one that arrives later is done first. Not recommended. I come to this MC for dinner every day (4/5 times a week) in the evening/morning. I notice that when I stand there for 5 minutes, there are signs that the other person who arrives later than me is often said first. Nothing is said until today. and another customer comes and he is helped immediately (almost too late for breakfast) you understand where it is going, I said... and left, not recommended... I had to wait 45 minutes for my food after I ordered it, the employees were very aso and not friendly. except for 2 guys who saw that I was waiting quite a long time. and they gave my order priority. I also saw really dirty fries everywhere in the kitchen. Fortunately I did enjoy my food, which was positive. but do something about this!

Never go here on Sundays, of course I expect that I won't be there alone. Only 38 minutes waiting for an order for simply 2 people. The staff looks at you as if they see water burning and asks if the food is still being made today. No response whatsoever... Even if 4 walls collapse, they will never be seen again... In addition, your food is also cold!

We waited almost an hour for our order. When we spoke to an employee, she took our receipt but then put it away to do something else. They do not call out ready orders, which makes it very chaotic.
