Very unprofessional staff waited 10 mins in the Que of Drive thru to hear they couldn’t take orders due to system broken at the rnd get out of car go get in line again and get you order stupid.

Cold sandwiches and cold fries, all for a very high price. 20 Chicken Nuggets cost 10.50 euros, among other things. The food used to be tasty, but I get hungry again quickly afterwards. I really think everything has become very expensive. And the special offers don't add up anywhere, because I see that there is only a 20-cent discount on your coupons. Well, people don't come to eat for that. You used to have better offers, for example, 2 menus for the price of 1. Burger King sticks to better promotions. Six months ago, the tables were cleaned often. Now we have to ask for it. Unfortunately, they say there is too little staff. But fortunately, someone does come to clean. Advice: put family discounts on the app. So that families are welcome too.

We didn't get a straw, no napkins, and there is yellow mustard on the burger.

Picking up takes a very long time; having to wait more than 20 minutes means you can't be a fast food restaurant.

Terrible food, Terrible chicken, Terrible meat, Terrible packaging, and even the fries are not salted well and tastless. I don't recommend eating there at all.

Recently placed an order via the drive-thru instead of eating in the restaurant itself. To my great disappointment, a number of things were not right. The Happy Meal contained a hamburger instead of the chicken nuggets we ordered. Additionally, we had ordered a double cheeseburger without pickles; upon receipt, there was a sticker on the packaging stating that it did not contain any pickles. When eating the cheeseburger, we noticed that it did contain pickles, despite the label.

Stand waiting 20 minutes for a McFlurry even though it wasn't busy. I don't think the manager is suitable for his position. Most people were just leaning against the bar furniture.

Wrong cup, just cold coffee instead of cappuccino.

Friendly service, a hangout spot in the evening. It is clean inside and out, you don't have to wait long, and your food is nice and hot.

McDonald's is McDonald's! If you're getting takeout, always check if you've received everything you paid for. As with all fast food..., it tastes best when it's just been made!!!

The ice cream was half melted when it arrived after a very long wait.

The staff only have time to chat with each other and not to speak to a customer while helping them at the checkout, which I find very strange. When you go into the restroom, you are overwhelmed by the radio playing at full disco volume, and finally, the food is of course cold, but that is standard.

What bizarrely bad service, really, goddamn it! I have never experienced anything like this before. I was standing waiting at a kiosk to order and the lady said, "Just a moment please," which of course is no problem, but in the meantime, 3 or 4 other people were being served at a second kiosk, all of whom came after me. If you try to say something about it, you get a big mouth, and when ordering, a woman who is as ill-mannered as the plague and can't speak standard Dutch. First time at this McDonald's and obviously also the last time. McDonald's is going downhill fast; you'd be better off closing down and saving face than employing such trash as staff. Scandalously bad, unworthy of even 1 star.

Placed an order at 20:06 for 1 Ice Frappe Chino, but it wasn't served until 20:21 (should have been a quick pit stop on the bike). It wasn't very busy, but I still had to wait so long for my frappe. Unfortunately, I used points, otherwise I would have asked for a refund and driven on.

Went here for lunch after playing at the indoor playground next door. A McDonald's with clean tables, clean restrooms, really hot food, and enthusiastic and cheerful staff to boot. Great, keep it up!

We went through the drive-through, ordered a McFlurry and the limited-time McFizz - Sakura x Sprite. The lady taking our order had to double-check if they still had the frappe available. Then we said we wanted the McFizz, but she understood McFish; so she noted down a Fish O Filet. While we asked for the McFizz “Sakura Sprite,” she still didn't understand us, so she had to get someone over (spoiler: that didn't help), so she asked a few more times what we meant by McFizz. Eventually, she understood, so we drove on to the first window; we stood there for another few minutes. Eventually, the employee at the window asked what we had ordered because we weren't on the list, and finally, we paid. After payment, we naturally drove on to the second window, where we were told again that our order wasn't on the list; we had to repeat ourselves one more time. After that, we had to drive on to the reserved parking spot at the third window. We sat there waiting for another 10 minutes, and by the time we finally got our order (2 drinks: McFlurry & McFizz), the entire drive-thru was already empty. Thanks, McDonald's Beverwijk!

The food is what you expect from McDonald's, but the staff here is very inefficient. Is it really necessary to have three teenage girls to gather a few packets of sauce and hand them to a fourth person who puts them in the bag? Go clean dirty tables or something, or clean up that trash in the parking lot. Sorry, I'm having a bad day and then these kinds of things really stand out.

I ordered a Chicken 9 with BBQ sauce, but they completely ignored it. I asked about it at the front, and they said it wasn't possible anymore. Not nice.

I can understand that it happens once, but when it occurs multiple times in a row, I find that really bad. I have been here several times now and the quality is the same every time. The fries are soggy and don't seem fresh, the chicken nuggets are no longer crispy, and the burgers taste like they have been sitting around for a while. With the McKroket, the filling had even gone hard. That is not what you expect when you come to eat here. It is a shame, because an occasional mistake can happen, but this seems to be the norm. Hopefully, something will be done about this.

We had a delicious meal, everything was at the right temperature.

Staff was rude, We ordered our food and it took only 10 minutes! The atmosphere wasn’t great though however the service made up for the atmosphere! Definitely worth your time!

Arguments and staff were unkind, idiotic behavior

The iced coffee machine has been broken for weeks. A malfunction with the card machine can happen once, but a broken machine for weeks on end is really not normal, plus grumpy employees.

Everything was neat and clean. Only the toilet seats are loose..

Usually when I eat at McDonald's I'm hungry again after half an hour, but now I only had a stomach ache.

Very disappointed in this McDonald’s. There are rats running around the outside of the restaurant, which is totally unacceptable at a place where food is served. This needs to be addressed urgently. I thought I’d just grab a quick hamburger, but I certainly won’t be going there again.

Today at 7:31 PM, I was in the mood for a delicious cheeseburger, so I decided to order one at one of the working self-service kiosks. Big mistake, because an hour later I am still waiting for two cheeseburgers, while I see people who arrived later with larger orders actually getting their food. So I decided to just ask if they still had that order open; I’ve worked in the hospitality industry myself, so I understand that. Then I am told that my order is open and that it’s just the way it is... Hello??? I’ve been sitting here waiting for 2 burgers for an hour already?!? I see the staff shuffling around as if there’s no rush either.

I ordered a McFlurry from the drive thru and I live realy close by and when they gave me the ice cream it was already starting to melt and when I got home it was completely melted Cant they make it fresh?

Very bad service and long waiting list

There was a long wait for my order in an empty restaurant; the pancakes were tasteless.

We thought we'd drive another five minutes from the McDonald's in Santpoort Noord, since they don't even offer half a McFlurry there. But in Beverwijk, they're taking it up a notch, and you only get a quarter or so.

Food is often cold when picked up. They don't respond to complaints via email.

Nothing wrong with it per se. But the prices are outrageous for such a low price. So I go back once a year. I went again with a small child, but the prices are terrible. I paid 31 euros for a tooth extraction. So little.

Be careful when you drive into the parking lot; the route isn't very clear... Once inside, everything is fine. I hadn't been here in over four years. I was almost embarrassed by the friendly woman behind the counter. Fortunately, there's also a McDonald's here with a great price for a 65+ coffee!! Thanks for that. Recommended for AutoResetters!

We, an older couple, regularly drive from Haarlem to the Marlo shopping center in Beverwijk. Then we take a detour to get a coffee at the McDonald's on the parallel road for... 1 euro per cup. Cappuccino or regular coffee doesn't matter; it costs us a euro, and we even get a nougat square with it. We usually order a cheeseburger as well. For another 6 euros, we're all set. The place is clean, and the staff is always friendly. They even serve at your table. The place is often full of young people. I read a lot of negative reviews about this McDonald's... but I wonder, if everything is always so negative, why is it so busy at the McDonald's on the parallel road in Beverwijk?

Very slow staff, we waited 25 minutes for 3 sandwiches even though there was NOBODY there!

Lackluster atmosphere. The food was what you'd expect from a McDonald's, the service was terrible. Uncertain staff who wouldn't look at you.

After waiting an hour for my order, I was told I hadn't ordered it. I had to go through the hustle and bustle of the bazaar to get my phone to prove I'd paid. I was treated like a scammer. 😡 Then, when we got home, I received my order, which they'd accidentally delivered to someone else. We didn't even get a credit note or a free drink as compensation. Not even an apology from the lady manager in black! This was our last visit to McDonald's Beverwijk. 🥵

Every Mac is the same... this junk food you get is limp/cold/too salty/too greasy. A Dutch snack bar is much better than this chip/hamburger place. There's a lot going on at McDonald's in the coming weeks in terms of food preparation/management/etc...!

The restaurant and McDrive should be open until 1am, but the restaurant was already closed at 11.30pm and when I said I needed to use the toilet, an employee gestured that I should go to the McDrive???

Bad staff can't even give money back and you've been waiting for more than 10 minutes to pay for your order.

Just for a quick late bite, I got home late so I quickly had a quick bite, well that's easy to do again at the McDonald's hahahah great guys and girls who do their best to make everything run smoothly

Went here for dinner today with my wife and child. Luckily, it wasn't busy, and the food itself was excellent. Since I refuse to order from a faulty payphone, I always order at the counter. Well, I learned my lesson: the employee who tried to help us couldn't get the system working. He tortured us for 10 minutes instead of asking for help. Eventually, the manager came, but unfortunately, there was a malfunction, so... sigh, I ordered from that payphone anyway. The receipt wouldn't print, so I had no idea if the order had gone through correctly. Meanwhile, more and more customers were complaining about cold food, incorrect orders, and the lack of order numbers at the payphones. I think they definitely have a lot to learn at this McDonald's.

This is the last time we'll order anything from the McDonald's drive-thru for a while. Every time we get home, the order is incomplete. Either a burger is missing, or a portion of fries is missing. It's always something!

They didn't give me napkins, they didn't give me a straw for my milkshake, the salad in my chili chicken was crap, the floor was sticky, and the WiFi wouldn't let me pay for my order. It's a so-so McDonald's.

Worst experience ever. I was eating with my family and a group of antisocial NPCs kept staring and bothering everyone. Even on the way to the restroom, it felt unsafe. The staff did nothing. The whole vibe was ruined. I'll never come back.

A good McDonald's, better than the one in Haarlem. Relatively fast service, good food for a McDonald's, warm, and sometimes no seating available during peak hours.

I hardly ever go to the McDonald's drive-through in Beverwijk, primarily because the food is always delivered cold or they always forget something (half the Happy Meal, and once the milkshake). After always going back to the old, familiar McDonald's in Santpoort Noord, I thought I'd give this one in Beverwijk another try. I live five minutes from Beverwijk, but I'd rather drive there than ever go there again. I stood at the order kiosk for 15 minutes; nothing happened, and I couldn't even press the "contact" button. At the other kiosk, one after another drove off after ordering their food, so I thought, maybe the kiosk was broken. After 15 minutes, when all the cars behind me started honking impatiently, I was forced to go to the first kiosk. When I arrived at the first kiosk (I'll explain this same story), I asked if I could order from this one. But the disinterested, uninterested employee named Jeroen replied, "No, then you'll just have to wait longer. You can't order here. You'll have to go back into the drive-thru. It's busy." Meanwhile, at the other checkpoint, four cars, if not more, were being helped. I think it's truly awful. I gave this McDonald's another chance, but I will NEVER go there again. Hopefully, you'll do something about this completely disinterested behavior of your staff. It's a real disgrace for such a large company. All in all: I drove on to the always good McDonald's in Santpoort. Linda

My experience at McDonald's Beverwijk was unfortunately very negative. There was little respect on the work floor: breaks were limited, and sitting down after physically demanding work wasn't permitted. The atmosphere was dominated by gossip, bullying, and a manager who was often very blunt. The pay wasn't commensurate with the effort required. I eventually resigned and now work for an employer where I'm treated with more calm and respect. McDonald's Beverwijk will never be my next employee 👎—I felt exploited rather than valued there.

Generally easy to reach and a good McDonald's, but I've had several instances where the portions simply weren't what they should be. I contacted the head office several times and they were proven right.

McDonald's isn't what it used to be. Half-empty containers of fries, small portions for a lot of money, and the quality of the burgers is deteriorating. You can easily spend over €10 per person for a piece of crap.

They never get the order right at the drive through, they always forget to put something from it…

The restrooms were quite dirty. The sanitary napkin container was overflowing and so large that you were sitting on the toilet, you were touching it. The service wasn't particularly fast. We had to wait over fifteen minutes for four hamburgers, even though it wasn't that busy.

I would like to share my concern regarding the service I recently experienced. My order (2 cheeseburgers, 1 portion of fries, and 2 coffees) took almost 20 minutes to be prepared, which seems unreasonably long for such a small order. In addition, the dining area was not clean and did not feel well-maintained. I kindly ask you to look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service.

Concept of fast food has never reached this place. I’ve waited almost 20 min for some petty order of few sandwiches and fries while half of the crew was chilling outside. Edit: mouthbreathers forgot to give me on of the sandwiches. Seems like there is maybe one adult per shift.

Only had two milkshakes, but they were just standing there instead of being brought to the table. There were plenty of staff, but the restaurant was a complete mess, so maybe they should focus more on the restaurant itself.

Stingy employees, the amount of ice cream you get these days is so small. From now on, just get it from Burger King.

I've been here many times and I think it's fantastic. The food is delicious, the service is just as it should be, and the atmosphere could be better, but I just have to remember that it's just a fast-food restaurant.

It might be helpful to hang a poster or sign above the pickup window. I drove too far because there are multiple windows.

It doesn't matter what you order, spicy nuggets, burgers or whatever. You either don't get it or not the version you ordered. Waste of money to go here.

What should you rate at McDonald's? The food bears almost no resemblance to the pictures. And there's no accounting for taste. Great emergency food

In the evening I got a nice McFlurry. Unfortunately, the ice cream was half full upon arrival. I asked the manager if it was true that the ice creams were half full and not almost full. Then she said that I was lucky last time. €8 for two half McFlurries is a real scam.

As usual I went to McDonald’s to eat my favorite McFish and ordered two. Unfortunately it was a disappointment again. The taste of the burger was delicious, nothing to complain about. But just like in many other McDonald’s branches, here too little care is paid to the way the sandwiches are prepared. They are put together messily and sloppily, as if they don’t care how it looks. I see this problem recurring in several branches, but it never really seems to be addressed. I really hope that this feedback is taken seriously by the management and that the staff is addressed about it. Because this kind of presentation is not pleasant to see and does not fit a brand like McDonald’s.
