Mes's Burger Factory in Centrum

Never again I ordered a double-mess burger but only got one meat patty, and they forgot my coke. The service was terrible; it felt like a small child was calling. I wouldn't recommend it.

Joint in my burger I ordered a burger, thinking it would be delicious. I took a bite and tasted something very bitter. I looked inside my burger and saw a joint. I immediately threw it away. The fries were cold and very dry. Never again.

What happened to this place? When it first opened, the portions were generous and everything arrived as ordered and hot. I stopped ordering from this place a few months ago because I noticed the quality and portion sizes were getting worse. I considered taking a chance tonight, hoping it would be better, but I was severely disappointed. First, the drink I ordered didn't arrive. They offered me a soft drink of my choice, which was fine, even though it cost less than the original drink I ordered. When I opened the bag of goodies, the portion of fries was tiny. Furthermore, the double smash burger I ordered was only one patty and thinner than a 5 euro note. I really can't recommend this place; the portions are tiny, the food always arrives wrong or missing items—avoid it.

I've come to expect better from this place, so it's a shame it's gone downhill so badly. We waited an hour and a half for our food, even though we live practically around the corner. I called, and all they answered was a "Hello," and an apology wasn't even an option. When the food finally arrived, the fries were cold and a mix of stale stuff that had been in the fryer too long. Even though the burgers were completely broken and cold after delivery, they didn't taste bad at all. Maybe it's better to just go in person from now on instead of ordering in. Too bad, guys.

Very poor. Hamburgers soggy and fries cold and limp. It can't be because it was busy, as it was on time. I really should get my money back.

This was my favorite burger when they first opened, but now it's just mediocre. It seems like there's a new owner or team, and it's definitely noticeable. The worst part is the customer service: they tell me over the phone that an order can't be canceled if the ingredients are missing. Yesterday I ordered a veggie burger, but after 15 minutes I got a call saying they didn't have any veggie burgers. When I asked to cancel the order, they said it wasn't possible. It's a real disaster and incredibly frustrating. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant and I will definitely never return.

What a disappointment. With the first bite, I felt something strange between my teeth—yep, a hair. Yuck! That's absolutely the last thing you want to find in your food. My appetite was instantly gone. I understand that things can go wrong, but a hair in your food is simply unacceptable. Hygiene seems to be a non-issue here. Never again—I'd rather eat a frozen burger at home than ever come back here. (On the other hand, the dog thought it was quite tasty! 🫠)

It's a shame this burger restaurant has gotten so bad. This restaurant doesn't deserve a star. I got fries with leftover greasy bits and cold burgers that tasted like nothing.

The delivery driver wanted me to come downstairs to pick up the order. (I live in an apartment.) I couldn't go downstairs because I have a small child. It was very strange that the delivery driver asked me to do this. He wasn't very customer-friendly either. The food was fine, though.

My order went straight in the bin. What's been going on lately is poor management and a lack of empathy for the food and the customers. My order arrived 40 minutes early, which is unusual for Mess Burger. When I unpacked my hamburger, I understood. The burger was soggy, the meat had shrunk and was tough. The cheese had completely spilled over and burned, everything was lukewarm. My sweet potato fries were old and had been reheated in the deep fryer. I live two minutes away. It's a shame Mess Burger has been getting so many bad reviews lately, and there's no response.

This is my second time ordering here, this time 40 minutes before closing time. The order was accepted after ordering. Two minutes after closing time, the order was canceled. You're welcome at 11 p.m. This is the last time I'll ever order from here. P.S. The previous owners were better with better and bigger burgers, better quality, and a good price. Good luck with that. You've lost a loyal customer.

Ordered quickly online for pickup. Everything was perfect, on time, and hot. Prices were perfectly reasonable. Portions were perfect.

Always wait over an hour for food. Now it turns out they're often not even open yet, even though they're available on Thuiszorgd. They've forgotten the sauce several times, and the order arrives lukewarm.

As a true burger lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the double cheeseburger from Mes’s Burger. The meat was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the unique Mess Sauce really gave it a delicious twist. The fries were also crispy and well seasoned, just the way you want them. Definitely recommended for every burger fan! I will definitely come back here.😍

I don’t know where to start, but this was a big NO. The bread? Apparently it comes from the Turkish bakery around the corner, and believe me — it tasted like it had been there for a few days. Dry, tough and totally out of place for a burger joint that takes itself seriously. And the meat… well, if you can even call it meat. Tasteless, soggy, not a shred of seasoning or quality. I really felt like I was chewing on something that came off the conveyor belt at a fast food factory. Absolutely worthless. For a place that calls itself “Messburger,” this was one big mess. You might as well throw a cheap hamburger in the microwave yourself — it probably tastes even better. Definitely not recommended. A waste of your money, your appetite and your time.

Friday June 20th we decided to order burgers from Mess Burgers. The order went super smooth, burgers were delivered quickly and tasted really delicious. We will definitely order again soon. Thanks Mess burgers for this delicious treat.

Since the renovation/takeover, the quality has dropped significantly. What used to be the best burger joint for me has now really been written off. Cheap bread, bad & little meat. I want the old mes' burger back, with the Turkish texts on the walls :,)

This was almost 5 stars for me last year I don't know what happened but I assume new owner? The atmosphere is gone to a cold white with metal look the bread of the burgers is no longer edible. The wrap that I heard several people rave about and also liked myself is gone... I called this one of the best burger places when I talked about it with family and friends now it is equal to McDonald's/burger king

I found out through home delivery that the business has a new owner, previously always delicious food and top service, but now I'm just crying, ordered something here last Sunday and I had to wait 3 hours for the food, I called 10 times and my friend didn't answer 20 times! Once the food arrived, it was super cold, soggy buns (they exchanged the buns for cheap buns from the supermarket) and the meat was rock hard. In short, never again for us, if you want to see more bad reviews, take a look at home delivery, there are plenty of complaints 🙂

The new concept is great. Unprecedented for Beverwijk, the smash burgers are here to stay! Good meat, top sandwich and really friendly service. You notice in everything that there is love and quality in this. I can absolutely recommend getting a burger here every now and then.

Fries tasty with skin, nice and warm and with "medium" still a large portion. We were not very fond of the burgers, there was little sauce and the meat tasted a lot like mutton, which we did not like. Fat burgers. Delivery person super friendly. Just not to our taste, too bad.

I have eaten many burgers from places in the top ten, but the burgers and fries from Mes burger factory stand head and shoulders above the rest. Definitely worth driving from Rotterdam to Amsterdam or Beverwijk for delicious burgers and fries!!

What a great cheeseburger this was! Delicious grilled meat, good temperature and cooking method, tasty sauce, crispy bun. Additions of jalapeno and bacon delicious. Fries well cooked and still crispy. Very friendly and helpful on the phone. In short, great!

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were very nice, they even gave us extra napkins and wet wipes. The toilet was clean and the place is cozy. We had some leftovers so they offered to put it in a bag. Very nice definitely a recommendation!

Daarnaast, heb je voldoende mogelijkheden om jou burger met diverse toppings aan te passen naar jouw wensen! De Mes’s Burger is een aanrader met de speciale Mes saus en heerlijke toppings! Daarnaast, is de verse friet lekker krokant en onmisbaar bij je burger! Ik zou zeggen probeer het uit en je zult zoals ons een vaste klant worden! Tot slot, is het personeel ook super aardig en behulpzaam!

We hebben vandaag samen met onze dochter van 3 heerlijk gegeten bij Mesut. We bestellen hier regelmatig via thuisbezorgd; altijd lekker.. maar op locatie is het toch anders; we werden uitstekend geholpen aan door Mesut zelf; een goede gastheer.. aanrader!

Eten besteld via thuisbezorgd. Bestel al langer bij mes en de burgers zijn top. Per ongeluk was er iets fout gegaan bij de bestelling wat natuurlijk wel eens kan gebeuren. Nadat ik gebeld had, werd er binnen 20 minuten de juiste burgers geleverd plus de frietjes. We maken allemaal wel eens een foutje, maar super opgelost en super vriendelijke service. 😁😁

Heerlijk gegeten van de zoete aardappelfriet en burger. We waren erg laat voor het theater dus het werd in een handig bak gedaan om mee te nemen, super service!

Een niet al te grote en gezellige hamburger factory van Mes. Er zijn iets van 6 tafels binnen. Super aardige bediening, klantvriendelijk. Heel erg lekker gegeten. Je kunt zien waar eten wordt voorbereid. Over deze zaak is goed over nagedacht. Er zitten twee grote borden waar bezoekers een tekst hebben achtergelaten. Je kunt de passie van de eigenaar Mesut voor deze zaak duidelijk voelen. Eten smaakt echt voortreffelijk. Er is een zelf bedachte saus op de hamburgers dat heet Mes saus. Maar ook andere hamburger sauzen zijn ook aanwezig. Gebakken aardappels zijn met kundigheid gebakken met vol smaak. Ze leveren ook thuis via thuisbezorgd. Voor een hamburger speciaal zaak zeker niet duur ook. Place to go. Nergens anders zulke lekkere hamburgers gegeten.

Na dat ik de eigenaar te hebben gesproken is mijn teleurstelling van de dag ervoor helemaal weggenomen. De burger was wreed lekker en is zeker een aanrader. Als ik mijn burgers elke keer minimaal zo krijg of nog lekkerder dat zal ik zeker regelmatig bestellen. Mes's burgers hou jou standaarden hoog zodat veel mensen van jou burgers kunnen genieten. Zoete aardappel was veel beter dan de eerste keer. Bedankt voor het heerlijke eten!!

They have the most tastiest burgers in town (or maybe even in Holland) with the most tastiest bun and fries! We order here every week. My personal favorite is the Mes's burger. They deserve so much more credit. Highly recommended!

Personeel was uitermate vriendelijk! Gave tent van binnen, er wordt naar je geluisterd.. zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Lekkere burger, niks mis mee, met het bijzondere 'zwarte bolletje'. En ook lekkere frites van zoete aardappel. En vriendelijk personeel. Ik had bij het reserveren iets meer de uitstraling van een restaurant verwacht in plaats van die van een cafetaria, vandaar de 'oké' in plaats van de 'leuk'. Het ontbreken van koffie (machine kapot) hielp ook niet in de afweging tussen drie of vier sterren.

De friet is buitengewoon lekker.

Wat een lekkere zelfgemaakte burger wauw. Ik ben uit groningen erheen gereden en het was 100 proc de moeite waard. Wat een lekkere burger ik kom terug voor de kip wrap te proberen die schijnt ook geweldig te zjjn. Leuke zaak lief personeel en ze zijn zo lekker en je bent ook vol na het eten en de patat is ook lekker met een apart sausje die het nkg lekkerder maakt. Geweldige zaak daarom 5 sterren.

Vandaag 2 burgers gehad die niet warm zijn afgegeven. De black buns waren niet zacht meer. Heel jammer, want mes burger is zeker de beste burger tent in Beverwijk en omstreken. Ik woon op 5 minuten afstand maar deze burgers waren minimaal al 15 minuten van de grill voordat het bezorgd werd. Ik snap dat het druk kan zijn maar zorg er dan wel voor dat de klant gewoon warm eten krijgt. Notabene € 21 voor 2 burgers mag dat iig wel de verwachting zijn. Warm zijn ze die € 21 zeker waard. Zeer smakelijke zelfgemaakte hamburgers met idem dito frites. Een korte menu kaart, maar dat is alleen maar goed. De burgers worden stijlvol geserveerd in een kleine, maar leuk ingerichte omgeving. Aardig personeel. Alleen de drankjes komen in een blikje; daarom een ster minder. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Aanradertje.

Das Restaurant (eher Imbiss) liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Wir hatten Burger und Pommes. Es gibt auch nicht viel mehr Auswahl. Nach 45 min.!!!!! hatten wir dann endlich nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen unser Essen. Für ein Imbiss mit einem weiteren Gast eine unverschämt lange Wartezeit. Das Fleisch war gar nicht gut und eher trocken. Schmecken bei manch großen Fastfood-Ketten besser. Die Pommes sind wahrscheinlich die schlechtesten Pommes die ich gegessen habe. Innen teilweise noch roh und haben nach gar nichts geschmeckt. Ist nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir wollten heute mal schnell essen, da sind wir auf Mes Burger Faktory gestoßen. Mein Mann wollte einen Trippel Burger, doch die nette Service Kraft sagte ihm das dieser wirklich sehr groß sei,also entschied er sich für ein Doppel Burger und Großen Pommes. Ich hatte einen normalen Burger und normale Pommes. Die Burger waren echt super und die Pommes richtig frisch, jederzeit würden wir wieder kommen, wenn es mal ,,schnell''gehen muss. Ein echter Geheimtipp.
