The drive-in caramel frappé was delicious. However, I've noticed that the ice cubes are less than perfect at several locations.

Every time I order something it is wrong again now also 2x big mac with fries and fries sauce and what do I get 2x big mac fries sauce but without fries

I once had an experience where it happened once because of my allergy to pickles, among other things. But a second time has finally convinced me to leave a review because I'm genuinely fed up with it. I placed an order at McDonald's, which included a cheeseburger, specifically requesting no pickles. So I got home and ate, and the first bite I took, yes indeed. Another trip to the doctor's office later. And thanks!! I'm going to file an official complaint with McDonald's itself.

Waited fifteen minutes for a cold burger, the wrong burger, lukewarm fries, and a poorly mixed milkshake. Hard to find and expensive location with rude staff. Not recommended.

The East Restaurant was clean, but the staff were completely clueless. The shift manager was arrogant toward both staff and customers. The kitchen was full of people who made five out of seven orders wrong. The food was cold.

Very bad fries, just like rubber, ordered 2 hamburgers, turns out there was only 1 hamburger in the paper bag at home

We waited in line for a long time at McDrive, especially those 10 minutes at the ordering station where no one even acknowledged they were coming to us. The employee was very unfriendly, and when we got home, half of our order (one burger) was missing... We waited 25 minutes.

The menus have deteriorated a lot. The hamburgers are still very thin things, it is all just "thrown" on, no taste, lukewarm and no longer tasty. For the time being no more McDonald's for me, I can spend my money better.

Very busy, so had to wait a long time for the food. (About 20 minutes) We ordered inside for take away. Once we got home to dinner, we discovered that we had a croquette on my Chilichicken, instead of chicken.😂 (no success, I can tell) The containers with fries were only partially filled. And the sauce from the burgers was not on but partly next to the bun. So no success this time.

The action of the employee was terrible against to us. Don’t go there to not get annoyed because of the workers

Update: Has become terribly expensive and the burgers are much smaller than before, you can go to a real restaurant where they serve fresh burgers. Original review: The location itself is clean and the service is good and fast, however the food at this McDonald's location is just not good. When ordering a Maestro burger, the order was not correct (wrong sauce and fries), and the burger did not taste at all, I felt sick afterwards. Too bad this location has deteriorated so much. Update: location has improved! Breakfast is delicious.

Really very disgusting, it was super dry and when drinking you get more ice cubes than drink while I'm just thirsty and don't feel like ice cubes but I can't order without it and with the ice cream you get half melted ice cream that is only a quarter filled with a very small amount of topping

Ordered 3 cheeseburgers without pickles because I am allergic. When I get my order at the drive thru I find that the bun is cold and there are pickles on it. I call the store for a new bun. Very unfriendly.

Best McDonalds I have ever experienced

After waiting super long in the mc drive we finally stood at the order pole. After waiting for a while another car drove next to us to the pole on the right this one ordered. Then the next and another to the 4th car. After which we drove through to be referred to the first window the second to take it up with the manager. The unprofessional way of dealing with it was really a mockery for mcdonalds. 3/4ths in line to be treated like this. Great such a new manager. We were not seen there anymore, treated completely disrespectfully and offered no way at all to find a solution.

Since when is a Quarter Pounder bigger than a BIG Tasty?? Seriously. And why does it suddenly come on a McChicken bun? What makes it “BIG” anyway? The sauce is still good, yes, but that’s all that’s left of what was once a legendary burger. I don’t have the receipt anymore, but I’m sure I just paid the old BIG price for this identity crisis. It’s literally a McChicken with a hamburger on it that’s too big for the bun. A kind of Frankenstein burger with the wrong sauce. And then I just hope I don’t accidentally like it, just because I was too hungry to be critical. The first time I thought: the Tasty buns must be gone. But no. I asked: this is really how it should be now. A decision from above, of course. It’s 2025. Cashiers have been replaced by screens. Prices keep going up. But somehow McDonald’s manages to simultaneously cut back on everything that once made a visit worthwhile. The Big Tasty wasn’t killed by inflation. It was sacrificed on the altar of profit. What remains is a name on the menu that no longer means anything. Twister Fries back on the menu – thanks. But without a burger to go with it? That’s like a movie theater without a movie. A charging cable without a phone. A date without food. A tasty every now and then was the only reason to visit you guys, so this is my last visit. BK it is.

Finally a clean McDonald's!!!!! Even the toilets

The order is not taken properly at the post, then your order is pushed into your hands and you look at it in the parking lot. Once you get it right, you go back to the window, you are also treated rudely and then you call the guest a moron when they get angry, worst of all, it also turns out to be a manager. just went through the drive through, and veggie chicken nuggets were missing, not a problem, so we went again, ordered the veggie chicken nuggets and an extra vanilla milkshake and guess what, these are not vegetarian, I ate these myself but my girlfriend had nothing yet, went again, ordered veggie chicken nuggets again and a vanilla milkshake, again not vegetarian, and on top of that a banana milkshake... ended up having to walk inside to get the nuggets cannot be exchanged for veggie. what is this circus.

Went here last night because I didn't feel like making anything myself, got a cheeseburger at MC Drive. When I got home with the product, I live 300 meters away, it turned out to be almost cold, something I have experienced here before, but oh well. After consuming it, I suddenly got severe stomach pain that lasted all evening and night. I have serious doubts about the hygienic treatment of the products served here. I think they think that consumers swallow everything they put in that paper bag and that they do not come back with a cold product once you get home with it. For me, this was the last time I ordered something here at MC Drive. If you eat on site, you can at least give it back directly to the counter. Food poisoning can be very dangerous, but apparently they don't turn a blind eye to that.

This always happy friendly guy taking my order makes ordering chow a pleasure.

Something goes wrong every time I come here to pick up food. Things are forgotten or given incorrectly. This time I tried again. Still hungry in the evening after a long journey, I never knew that the McDonalds in Kerkrade was an AZC. When you get home, half your order worth €20 is missing. Give a monkey a job at Mac, and you'll miss half when you leave! Fries ice cold, no drinks included and the burger piled up on top of each other in a lousy way. Monkey culture, Europe perishes.

No drinks with 1 order, other order only half complete. And then it is difficult to arrange the orders. The manager arrives, doesn't even speak Dutch very well and takes the voucher with him and then comes back and asks us for the voucher?! Meanwhile, after we got our drinks, all the food was cold. Not even any compensation like in every other mac. Better drive 20km further for another one THIS IS NOT MCDONALD'S BUT A CIRCUS!!

Just went to MC Drive and had to place an order twice because it had already not gone well. The receipt was also correct afterwards, but after arriving home it was no longer correct at all. I ordered a separate cheeseburger and 1 mc chicken menu and 1 x chicken nuggets 9 menu. This is what I got: 4 hamburgers, big Mac, chicken nuggets 9 and 6 Well just chicken nuggets 9 and the drinks are right. The rest pfffffft

Been 3 times. 3 x order incomplete/wrong. Mayo what is forgotten. Cheese on the burger even though I clearly indicated no cheese! Last time MC chicken was not included in the order.

Disappointing and sloppy! Placed an order at McDonald's today and specifically stated that I did not want a pickle. What do I get? That's right, a burger with pickles! The place wasn't busy at all, so it's incomprehensible how such a simple instruction could be ignored. The highlight is that sticker on the packaging: “Made especially for you”. You arrive for a frappucino at a quarter to 9. You are told that the machine is broken. Milkshakes are all crossed out, but frappe and ice cream are not. It's ridiculous that every time you arrive between 20 and 22 or later it's always broken. Ridiculous. Don't come back here again

Fancy something cool on a hot Sunday. So to McDonalds. Because this branch has recently been renovated, I quickly checked whether it is already open. Open, but a lot of bad reviews recently. Especially communication. It can't be that bad, you think. But yes. Unfortunately it is that bad. Unfortunately, the employee at the emergency telephone was barely audible. And I don't judge anyone on their accent or poor Dutch. But in a place where communication is important, wouldn't you put someone who can be understood? It was quite a task to order 1 MacFlurry, 1 Milkshake and 1 Red Fruit drink. After payment we drove to the delivery hatch where we were the first in line. Waited patiently, 1 minute, 5 minutes. It can't be that hard to make 2 drinks and 1 ice cream?!? Apparently yes. We saw the 4 employees behind the hatch clearly struggling and there seemed to be a lot of misunderstanding and frustration. The milkshake and MacFlurry had been ready for a while. But the red fruit lemonade seemed to be the culprit. Finally, almost 10 minutes later, the manager came with the redeeming word: "the machine is being difficult". And instructed us to park a little further away and wait 5 minutes. I indicated that I would also like to have another drink. But that proposal was firmly rejected. I had to park my car there and wait 5 minutes. I didn't feel like arguing further and followed his instructions. Fortunately, the manager arrived with my drink after 1 minute. And the ice cream and the Milkshake? The employee ran back and brought those 2 refreshments as well. The MacFlurry was already half melted and my red fruit lemonade tasted sour like lemon. Moreover, my cup was completely full of ice and there was very little lemonade in the cup. So unfortunately a bad review from me too.
