McDonald's McDrive in Wijk 06 Het Koegras

McDrive this morning. Two McEgg BLT menus. The McEgg had a hair and an eggshell in it. Two croissants with one butter, one cutlery, and one jam; I think there should have been two of each. I ordered two smoothies for the kids, but they simply forgot them, so my husband had to go inside. There was one car in front of us, a few people inside, and we had to wait a very long time. What a bummer. Exactly why we never go to McDonald's. Thanks for confirming.

Went there for the first time and the staff were super friendly and the food was nice and hot, not like where I live in Spijkenisse, but this was really tasty.

Very friendly staff. We even got a discount for those over 65.

A lot of money for little quality. The fries weren't warm, the "drink" was more ice than liquid, impossible to drink with a cardboard straw. The floor was littered with empty packaging, fries, napkins, etc., etc. The trash bins inside were overflowing—ugh, filthy business.

I ate there yesterday with a friend, the burger was cold, the chicken nuggets were just disgusting, I got sick from it, had to throw up several times, I'm still suffering from it, just a shame

Great food, what you'd expect from a McDonald's. Nothing special, but nice and quick and easy.

Ordered 2 burgers, and still something went wrong, luckily it was resolved very well 👌

Ordering via screen remains impersonal, and cash is still accepted. Fewer children hurt my ears.

Lekker nice breakfast.. MCbeagle with bacon 🥓 and eggs.. Poffertjes..of was it pancakes 🥞 with siroop..

The Big Mac menu was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and courteous. Ample parking.

The food was good and tasted fine, but the condition of the restaurant was unfortunately very disappointing. The tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned, even though they were clearly dirty. The trash cans at the tray return station were completely overflowing. A staff member briefly checked them, saw they were full, but didn't return for 20 minutes to do anything. This meant you could only put your tray down somewhere, which made it even more messy. What really annoyed us: there were no napkins provided—you had to ask for them, which felt rather annoying for something that should be a given. It's a shame, because the food was really good, but the hygiene and service unfortunately left much to be desired.

Very professional and friendly staff. The restrooms were clean, and the restaurant itself, despite some signs of wear, was also very clean. The food is what it is.

Usually the first stop after a stay on Texel on the way "home" (at least when we were there), so it was very busy. Good and relatively fast service.

I forgot to pack something again. You almost have to check at every McDonald's to make sure everything you ordered is in the bag. It's actually not that difficult.

Drive-through opens later. There was no coffee early in the morning because the machine was set to clean at 7:10... they announced this! Nothing more: no coffee, no apology, no time for when coffee would be available again. Would it be a good idea to clean the machine at the end of the day?

It said this McDonald's ist open until 2:00am, but it already closed at 12. Very bad experience

The "Flu Pistache" doesn't contain a single pistachio: it's some kind of green smoothie sauce with sweetened and toasted oat flakes, and the soft serve is more sauce than ice cream. For €4.20, it's outrageous. The only consolation: friendly and good service, and clean tables.

McDonald's in the Netherlands is really delicious. The McKroket is delicious 😋

What a terrible McDonald's this was! The fries and chicken nuggets were cold and tough. I had a deal on a Big Mac menu. Before paying, I asked if it was €8.35. The guy behind the counter said yes. When I got the receipt, I saw it was actually €9.95. Instead of resolving the issue politely, this young man said, "You should have mentioned that earlier." "Yeah, right, I did." "No, I didn't," he said. Eventually, the manager was called, and he was friendly and immediately refunded me the difference. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm to cold, but I didn't feel like complaining anymore. Apparently, they don't take McDonald's' standards for serving time very seriously... And that's at 6:30 PM, which is actually dinner time...

Poor service and unfriendly staff. They gave my order to someone else, which meant we had to wait an extra 20 minutes for our order. They didn't even offer an apology. Totally unfriendly to customers.

Nice mac and cheese, but always very frugal with the fries. You pay for a medium, but you get the same amount as a small fries.

Just stood in line for 6 minutes for a hot chocolate and 2 cookies, cookies were just raw and not tasty hot chocolate in lou and not that tasty

I missed a small item twice when ordering, but it was delivered without any problems. This McDonald's is much better than the one in the city center.

McDonald's is always delicious on the go, but unfortunately, the wait at the drive-thru is getting longer and longer! The advantage is that your food is warm.

I didn't like the lettuce as much... it could have used more other lettuce vegetables.

We had a clean indoor seat, the burgers and fries were brought to our table piping hot (!), the shop was pleasantly quiet and unfussy, and the staff was friendly. I would visit again. One minor drawback: we ordered directly at the cashier, and the surcharge for the mayonnaise and milkshake on the menu wasn't mentioned.

Tasteless food. Redirected to the third window. Waited 15 minutes there. When I got home, the fries were cold, the rest lukewarm.

Just what you expect from Mac :)

Ordered 3 burgers where the sauce and extras were forgotten everywhere. McChicken without sauce and lettuce, other burger with only sauce and everything else forgotten. Cold, limp and disgusting fries. Macdonalds is of course not a real restaurant and it remains fast food, but at least make sure that everything is good. Unfortunately, even that is not possible at this Macdonalds. By far the worst Macdonalds there is. Better to demolish it for a new housing estate.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! We only ordered a drink because we were thirsty, we had to wait at least 10 minutes for a coke and a milkshake and it wasn't even busy. When I asked at the counter if the drinks were coming, the employee said that they were messing around and that I should just wait quietly. It's because I was with a client from work who was mildly ill, otherwise I would have pulled him over the counter.

Yes, that's also what we arrive, we see the rubbish bins overflowing and a lot of MAC rubbish next to them, we sit inside and there is a slogan on the wall for the people who come there, HELP TO KEEP THIS RESTAURANT AND THE AREA CLEAN AND PUT YOUR WASTE IN THE WASTE BIN, yes McDonald's then you also have to EMPTY the waste bins yourself every now and then. Start with yourself, I would say the bins are full and nothing more can be added!!!!:#@@.

Very clean Maces, good service, orders are processed quickly, plenty of parking right in front of the restaurant.

Went yesterday. When we finished our cups, we noticed that there was mold in them. The employee blamed the company that cleans the cups. I think that as an employee, you should also see that there are mold spots in those cups before you fill them with drinks? No compensation, nothing.. It also smelled like wet dog in there. No more McDonald's for us for the time being.

Still a McDonald's, but feels okay to stop for burger and coffee

We ordered 2 small burgers to have a little snack. Although there was very little going on, it was not possible to get the order in for on-site consumption within 20 minutes. After we complained, the food was prepared straight away but only to be taken away. As compensation there was a free drink. Rarely seen such a bad organization. Not recommended. Ambiance McDonalds specific. Food fresh

Not too big a mac, but certainly friendly staff. My compliments, very nice and cheerful to us, the children and other customers. Not too much parking, but for the moment there was room. Definitely a mac I would visit next time.

We come to this Mac every two weeks on Sunday with my girlfriend and the staff and the female manager are always very friendly to us, but I think they deserve a 9.

Ordered something via McDrive (without anything due to allergies) and still received this product. Afterwards I walked in to report that it was finished, the young lady was really super friendly to help right away, but the order went wrong again, the product was finished again. Only arrived behind the boat, so no dinner.

Is it so difficult to read a receipt and see if you actually packed it? And then they forget the happy meal of all things. You are still able to pull them over the counter. Oh yes, just throw away cold burgers, we don't pay for them

Mac Donald's. Clean toilets good coffee. Well suited for short stops.

The whole point of the Mac is that it's fast. You wait fifteen minutes with 10 people in the kitchen, of whom you occasionally see one working. Then you have an order for some chicken nuggets and a burger...

Nice place to dine whilst being on the road, close to the main road. Quick and easy ordering with two "poles". Got our food nice and fast, just as you expect.

I came from Texel and would like to have something to eat. I live near Arnhem so I still had a few hours to go. The service is good, the food arrives quickly, it is hot and well stocked. Otherwise just a basic McDonalds

Just a real Mac. Too expensive, few options and hungry again after an hour

Every time I ever come here there is something wrong with the order: no sauce. chocolate over the ice cream packaging. No straws with the drinks, no napkins... such poor service makes it way too expensive. In addition, everyone knows that MC Donalds is just unhealthy junk. Dirty parking lot. Hanging youth. It's not worth it!

Nice service, I have no objection 🤍 young, smiling and friendly people, the manager in the corner is watching everyone and the customer is not feeling comfortable. The only concerns are about the coffee, which is impossible to drink, and the restrictions on cucumbers in the burger. Really one slice for the entire burger?

This is really one of the better McDonalds. Always clean tables and floors, they are fast, never forget anything about your order. We really prefer coming here to the center.

Had a nice breakfast here. Fast and friendly service, good food. The place and the toilets are very clean. Good fast charger available too.

All portions have become smaller over the years. There is no children's toilet. Not all staff are cheerful. Happy Meal does not contain a toy, but an unclear reading book that appears not based on children.
