Meesterbakker Roodenrijs in Wijk 40 Wateringse Veld

A small bakery near the supermarket where you can sit, relax after shopping, and enjoy a cup of coffee with a delicious pastry. The staff are very friendly. They only have two tables, so sometimes there’s no free place to sit!

It is unbelievable that the girl in the bakery grabs the bread roll with her bare hands, especially when she has long fake nails to boot. I am not going back there. It is very unprofessional that they are not wearing gloves.

I've been a regular customer for 12 years and have always been satisfied. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, which I've always appreciated. Last Wednesday, however, I had a less than pleasant experience. A staff member spoke in an unfriendly tone, started yelling, and refused to take my order. Ultimately, I was asked to leave the store. I found this very unprofessional and incomprehensible, especially since I've been a loyal customer for years. Other customers watched, which made the situation awkward. Just because someone called me was rather rude. I hope this is taken seriously, because it's not in keeping with the service I've experienced here all these years.

On my birthday, I went to pick up my cake. Once there, they showed me the cake. My name was spelled wrong. I'd made a note on a piece of paper the day before. It turned out Vandala was written there instead of Vandana. I was furious. A cake is supposed to brighten your day. The lady suggested calling the office, but it would take a whole day to change it. She could have done it herself. But it ended up making it worse... I couldn't take a nice picture with my family for the cake moment. I only got €2.50 back for my cake. Disgraceful! Never do that again!

Taste the difference, but not the way you want, selling expired gingerbread nuts, are you completely drunk, putting a sticker over a sticker, doing that to rip off your customers?

I am curious to taste the corn bread you kindly will keep for me till afternoon. I was there yesterday to get an idea that you offer a good variety of healthy breads. Spelt bread?

A lovely bakery with friendly staff and a tidy shop. Besides the familiar rolls and breads, they offer a wide selection of pastries, such as cakes, tarts, and slices. They also have large and small cookies. Chocolates include bonbons, chocolates, truffles, and seasonal chocolates. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry here.

Top Cheese and Chocolate Croissants 🤤🤤🤤 and fair price 🤑

Unfortunately, the oliebollen I just bought looked stale and not fresh at all. Too bad, I'll try another one next year.

The service we received today was so bad that the staff didn't even know the difference between a cup of coffee and a cappuccino (we asked for and paid for a cappuccino, but only received a cup of coffee). I also ordered a cheese croissant, which was still cold; the previous times, it was warmed up, and we had to eat it at the table. The staff rotation doesn't reflect the service we've come to expect from them.

Great bakery, just like the other branches

Delicious fresh bread and friendly and helpful staff

Branch: Hoge Veld, The Hague Artisanal bakery with fresh products and friendly service.

A very nice shop and very friendly staff

Good quality, tasty bread, friendly service

I've been coming here for my bread for years. Always friendly staff. Tasty sandwiches and pastries.

Been coming here in Wateringen for years, top staff who stand for the work. Super
