van Kempen Bakery in Wijk 16 Kraayenstein en Vroondaal

I have been coming to Van Kempen Forellendaal for years and the woman who has worked there for years always has a friendly word and is helpful. Delicious bread and pastries, a top shop.

Top bakery with very friendly staff, always a chat when ordering is always a good idea

Everything I tried off of this bakery was a disappointment. Curious how they became so successful to be a chain. It should say something when the baguette at Hoogvliet next door is much better than the one at the bakery. Also tried a few tarts/cakes and they were very disappointing. The service was also a bit standoff-ish when I spoke English. Too bad because the neighborhood could use good eatery/bakery options.

The champagne balls and fresh gingerbread nuts were quite tasty, as were the Berliner beignets

The rolls weren't fresh, the croissants were really old. I expect fresh products from a bakery.

It's unbelievable that this bakery has a right to exist. It's not fresh and it's not tasty. It's also bizarre that this bakery doesn't know how to make a (delicious) baguette.

The food is so bad that even the dogs don't want to eat and throw up everything

Een hele mooie winkel ,het brood is altijd vers ook heerlijk gebak vriendelijk personeel al met al een goede winkel.

Vriendelijke verkoopsters , hebben nadat ik mijn betaalpas had laten liggen, moeite gedaan om mij te vinden via sociale media. Top dat is nog eens service dames van het forellendaal
