Meet Point Coffee Bar in Wijk 04 Almere Poort

I had lunch here a while back. Unfortunately, quite a few options were unavailable, which limited my choices. I tried again today, but apparently they're on vacation earlier than their Instagram indicated. Strange.

I had a cappuccino and a slice of bread with some pesto, 20g of ham and 20g of cheese and some arugula and paid 18 euros for it, much too expensive, that was not a fair price

We just had a smoothie which was good. Great to sit in the sun! Inside was also cozy. Toilets clean.

The pumpkin spiced latte was nicely flavored, and the avocado hummus feta toast was a great vegetarian option—light, fresh, and tasty. A good spot with a solid menu for vegetarians.

The oliebollen from Dubai were disgusting, I had never eaten anything like that...almost no filling and no pistachio flavor...I ordered 5, everything went in the trash...

Today I had a disappointing experience at this cafe. I ordered an iced coffee with hazelnut syrup, but got it in a normal cup instead of an iced coffee cup and there was no straw either. This wasn't the biggest problem. What was really shocking was the price: €5.60 for not even a large iced coffee. The decaf coffee came from a can and was mixed with long-life milk, which resulted in a bad taste. As an Amsterdammer, I have never paid so much for such a disappointing coffee. Definitely not recommended. You simply cannot offer low quality coffee for that price.

Nice place to zone out and work a couple of hours. Plus they have halal food as well. Small kids corner available as well and friendly staff.

Vriendelijk personeel en snelle service. Lekkere broodjes (halal opties). Ik kom hier zeker terug.

Mijn 40e verjaardag hier gevierd. Wat een super fijne locatie om dat te hebben mogen doen. Zulke lieve mensen daar en een hele goede service waardoor ik me alleen nog druk hoefde te maken over mijn leeftijd en dat is met 40 al erg genoeg. Wat mij betreft een dikke aanrader dus. 👍

Wegens omstandigheden waren ze een ochtend gesloten maar ik mocht toch met mijn dochtertje een uurtje naar binnen voor koffie en spelen in de speelhoek. Super aardig, 6 sterren van de 5!

Serieus, de beste zelfgemaakte chai latte in Almere! En ik ben een kenner en dus kieskeurig. Verder is de sfeer goed en het personeel vriendelijk en altijd in voor een leuk gesprek!
