New location @ Zuiderdiep in Groningen Place 2 be 4 Metal!

Very nice place, went for an event night and I really loved it. The bartenders were very nice, and there was a clear drink menu available. Will definitely be going again!

If you like metal, this is for you. Small pub. Nice welcoming staff despite being a very uncool middle aged Dad embarrassing his daughter. Loved the ambience. Was quiet enough when we went but it’s small with limited seats so go early.

Was on our doorstep on August 28 for work-friendly guests.

Awesome atmosphere, great music selection, good service. if you like metal at all I really recommend dropping by if not for the great vibe maybe to discover some new bangers. didn't get any food but i bet its great

This café literally breathes metal in atmosphere, appearance and music. Very nice, and it is also possible to request a number.

From a rain-soaked Wacken we came especially to this metal cafe in Groningen. After entering and immediately upon ordering, the young staff member asked if we could pay immediately. There were four people in the café at the time.... Not really a nice introduction. The young staff member wasn't really interested in conversation. However, the music was metal through and through. Nothing wrong with that. Not to be repeated. Next time check if Michelle is in the house. This would have saved me one sip on a drink!

I think the only pub for metalheads in Groningen. Some nice beers and good music. It is good that there is a beer garden outside.

It is a metal bar and you get exactly what you expect: everything decorated in a metal style and very loud metal through the speakers. Staff is friendly and always open to music requests. There are various shots on the menu. Even if you are not that metal but can handle the noise, it is a nice pub

Hele relaxte sfeer, aardige mensen, niet dat opgefokte gedoe wat je in 'hippe kroegen' vaak tegenkomt met ongewenst gedrag van met name mannen richting vrouwen. Hier drink je samen iets en klets je wat met elkaar.

Gezellig, bier vd tap, mooie nieuwe zaak en vriendelijke ontvangst.

Sfeer was top. Erg leuk ontvangst en een ontzettend leuk en betrokken eigenaresse. Super toffe inrichting en keiharde metal. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en een dikke aanrader.

Heel veel plezier hier gehad met de vriendengroep. Helaas is het zo ver weg dat we niet de kans hebben gehad de nieuwe locatie te bekijken. De drankjes zijn super lekker en de eigernaar was echt gezellig.

The interior design is amazing and everyone is awesomely friendly and kind. I loved chilling here. The music is really good and the selection of drinks is pretty wide as well

Het mooiste metal café van Nederland!

Geweldige middag/avond gehad. Leuke mensen zowel de medewerkers als de gasten. Mooi terras buiten voor de mooi weer dagen. Komen zeker weer! Groetjes van Peter en Sissy.

Geweldige cocktails voor de beste prijs in Groningen, goede whisky en heerlijk bier. Een vriendelijke atmosfeer en lekkere muziek binnen als je van heavy metal houdt, maar zoniet dan kan je buiten van al het andere goede genieten. Mensen die volstaan in alles wat ons land mooi maakt gloreren hier. De mooiste plaats om te genieten van het leven in het noorden van Nederland.

Friendly staff, good selection of (craft) beers, great metal music and a fitting, self-aware atmosphere/decoration. If you're someone who would consider going to a "metalcafé" in the first place you'll love this place. Patrons tend to congregate at the bar instead of all finding their own table, making it feel like a counterintuitively 'cozy' place.
