Very overpriced and unfriendly service. They sell out very early in the day and you never know if you actually going get what you wanted even hours before closure. I’m tired of giving them another chance and ending up leaving the store 20€ lighter and still hungry. Honestly, there are better (French) options in literally the same street

The bread and croissants were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed them every day of our vacation.

Sí, la masa madre tiene agujeros, pero esta barra estaba prácticamente vacía. Pagó 6€ por un pan que era 70% aire. Cuando mi madre fue a señalar IT, básicamente no le creyeron y exigieron pruebas fotográficas. Pan caro y servicio arrogante - panaderías mucho mejores cerca que saben cómo hornear y cómo tratar a la gente.

Het stokbrood lijkt in niets op Frans stokbrood, het is alleen duurder. Niet aan te bevelen. Het is zwaar en klef. Het brood dat ik zondagochtend 2 maart in de winkel op de Breitnerlaan kocht was volgens mij diepgevroren en dan opgebakken. Dat kan ik zelf ook wel.

Boulangerie Michel heeft drie zaken, een in Delft, eentje op de 2e Schuijtstraat 121, en eentje op de Rusthoekstraat 56. Mijn bezoek was aan die op de Rusthoekstraat 56. Deze bakker is door-de-weeks tot 14:00 geopend. Ik kom er geregeld, voor lunch broodjes door-de-weeks of voor ontbijt op zaterdag. Over het algemeen zijn de broodjes gewoon goed. Mijn bijzonder negatieve ervaring vandaag is echter niet te wijten aan het product maar aan de medewerker. De medewerker (een wat gezette dame) ziet me aankomen, loopt naar de deur en draait, bijna op mijn neus het bordje "open" naar "gesloten". Binnen is het nog redelijk druk, mensen zitten hun koffie op te drinken aan de tafeltjes. De deur is niet op slot, dus ik denk "dit is wel heel extreem". Ik loop naar binnen en voor ik iets kan zeggen en terwijl ze naar de vloer kijkt zegt ze "we're closed, the cash register is disabled". Ik ben wel 10 keer door deze dame geholpen en ik kan me niet voorstellen waarom ze zo bijzonder onvriendelijk doet; ik vraag nog "not even one of those sandwiches?". Geen antwoord, kijkt me niet aan, ik zie dat andere klanten ook een beetje met verbazing dit verhaal aankijken. Ik draai me om en ga weer weg. Ik heb deze ervaring ook naar het bedrijf zelf gemaild, maar ik verwacht niet dat dit serieus genomen wordt. Ik heb er echt een rot-gevoel over. Ik kom nooit meer terug bij deze zaak.

Best baguettes in town. Delicious croissants, pains au chocolat, sandwiches, empanadas and eclairs too.

Un lugar encantador. La baguette era buena, el croissant era decente, pero el rollo de canela? Más bien un pastel que se olvidó de empacar cualquier humedad.

Lukewarm place with overdated interior. What an old junk! Prices? Sky high. And sometimes little available at 1 p.m. Freshen up that case!

Excellent bakery with fine croissants. Very nice place with a friendly service. Their baguettes and breads are also very high quality and delicious. Just don't forget to go early because they're sold out of the good stuff quite often.

Nice cozy place with a great atmosphere and a nice and friendly staff. The patisserie is exceptional with a wide selection. We had lunch what was great, and left with some bread and baguettes. I can only recommend this great bakery and we'll definitely return!

The bread and croissants were good. I can't say anything about the café. But I find it very arrogant that the staff don't even make the effort - when they work in this country - to learn the simplest greetings and numbers in Dutch.

I thought I would continue my French experience after the holidays, but the eclairs here were very expensive, mini and really mediocre in taste, the dough was also soggy. Really bad.

Tasty food, but expensive for what you get. Messy and dirty interior, and so are the employees... not taken care of. They are also incredibly slow. Furthermore, friendly.

Normally a gem but so incredibly inconsistent. Every two weeks new employees need to be trained, who are simply left free to make sandwiches. Unfriendly staff

Normaliter geweldige patisserie met broodjes, alleen zo ongelofelijk inconsistent. Bediending is oprecht belabberd, elke 2 weken nieuwe gezichten die ingewerkt moeten worden. Broodjes zijn sterk afhankelijk wie ze maken.

Great bread and pastries, coffee not so good. But a French patisserie is mainly about baking, and they can do it just as good as the origin

If you are craving for french baguette and croissants, do not miss this place. A bit expensive but is worth it.

Very nice cute place, definitely worth a visit. The pastries are fresh and delicious, the bread is of amazing quality. The only downside is the coffee — it is often a little burned and thus lacks in taste. However, since its primary a patisserie, I still think it deserved 5 stars!

The pastries are amazing but it’s one the most unwelcoming spots of The Hague. The back section was closed, I suppose for a good reason. But when we asked if there was a spot available we got a very unpolite ‘I’m sorry’ without even looking at us. The food is great. Service could be better.

Nice coffee albeit a bit slow as the employees are also dealing with the bakery customers. On the upside, all the bakery's products are available to you straight from the counter so I had a almond croissant with my cappuccino. Delicious.

Gezellig koffie drinken op zaterdagmorgen? Hier kan het (misschien even wachten tot er een plaatsje vrij is). Iets lekkers erbij? Geen probleem, er is ruim voldoende keuze.

Het eten is heel goed. De enige nadelen zijn de prijzen en de openingstijden. Het is er prijzig. Het tentje sluit vrij vroeg; om twee uur 's middags al. De broodjes zijn er wel erg lekker. De cappuccino was ook prima. De inrichting is verder niet echt mijn stijl. Het ziet er vrij simpel uit. Niet per se erg gezellig of sfeervol. Gelukkig maken de aardige werknemers dat goed.

Light & elegant café with delicious options. I love the natural light coming through the big windows. They put only a few tables inside, which makes it feel spacious and peaceful. Good cappuccino, will be back for the food soon.

Das Kaffee erinnert mich an ein Schwimmbad ist groß und überhaupt nicht gemütlich. Es ist eher kalt drin. Das Essen ist okay, am heftigsten fand ich das bei dennen ein Buttercroissant teurer ist als in Frankreich selbst.

The place is perfect to stay there and enjoy the morning while working or just tasting their pastries. Such a nice staff with whom you can fell like home!! The artlatte made by the barista Saulè and the nice enviroment makes it even better!

Eine französische Bäckerei mitten in Den Haag. Neben frischem Sauerteig Brot & Baguette gibt es allerlei Patisserie. Seit 2008, gibt es heute insgesamt 7 Läden. Obwohl hier sicherlich alles hervorragend schmeckt, bleibe ich bei den Klassikern Baguette & Croissant. Das Baguette alleine schmeckt schon hervorragend, belegt noch besser. Die Croissants sind ein absoluter Traum. Nicht zu knusprig, nicht zu weich und schmecken lecker nach Butter. Einfach nur perfekt! Empfehlung: Baguette & Croissant

Sehr gut belegte Baguettes, die auch satt machen. Und man konnte sie sogar mitnehmen und am Strand genießen. Croissants waren natürlich auch überwältigend. Dann haben wir noch ein Brot mitgenommen. Das bestand mal nicht nur aus Luft und nach 2 Scheiben ist man satt. Preis/Leistung war gut Wenn wir wieder hier in dem Viertel eine Unterkunft bekommen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder . Es ist hier alles sehr zu empfehlen. Gruß Thomas

Leuk plekje met vriendelijk, Engelssprekend, personeel. Prijzen zijn prima en het eten heerlijk! Niks lekkerders dan op het terrasje een chocolade broodje eten met een goede kop cappuccino.

Absolutely delicious. Michel is an authentic French bakery where you can get yourself some amazing bread. They have many other sweet & savory options too. Prices are relatively higher but it's worth it.

Fui allí con mi hijo, después de una visita al médico. El lugar es grande con en la entrada una mesa con pan y la dulce pastelería francesa. Una camarera, de habla francesa (buen toque) se ocupaba de la venta y el servicio. 5 - 6 mesas ocupadas y pocos clientes que vienen a comprar. Bueno. El ambiente es pobre, una parte de la entrada, puedo esperar un poco más de ambiente francés. El capuchino y el croissant estaban a la altura y el dolor de la campaña y los dolores de chocolate que compramos para llevar a casa eran buenos. Definitivamente vale la pena venir aquí e intentarlo.

Op de hoek van de 2e Schuijtstraat zit dit onlangs geopende trendy ontbijt/lunchadres. Verse biologische producten worden hier gereserveerd van een beperkte ontbijt/lunchkaart. Het bedienend personeel is vriendelijk. Rolstoeltoegankelijk (geen rolstoeltoilet).
