Completely gluten-free and vegan. We were surprised that the food was so filling and still tasted great 👍 A dream for celiacs like me; I tolerated everything perfectly. We'd happily return ☺️

So delicious! And completely worry-free because everything is vegan and gluten-free, without compromising on flavor. Every dish is a feast!

A great and delicious restaurant in Gouda where healthy and nutritious food is central. The food from the new menu tastes incredibly good. The desserts are also always delicious and it is a pleasure every time. The staff and the owner are always incredibly sweet and friendly. We like to come there.

Interesting vegan dishes with good flavors and creative preparation. Food quality was good, but service was quite slow - took about 45 minutes to receive our meals. Worth trying if you're not in a hurry.

A nice surprise in Gouda! The combination of vegan, gluten-free and Caribbean is unique, so we were very curious about the dishes. I've never eaten like this before, what a creative menu. The drinks were also very tasty. Don't forget to take a look at the products they sell such as soap bars. The restaurant looks attractive and has a relaxing atmosphere.

Finally after a year of visiting Gouda as a vegan, me and my girlfriend found time to visit Miss Nice Banana. It surely satisfied the enthousiasm we built up for a year. The amosphere in the restaurant is cosy and relaxing, the carribean music made the rainy weather outside a little more bearable. The place is lovely decorated and we found a comfortable spot on the couch. The cheesy kapsalon that we shared was really good. It was a huge portion filled with fresh ingredients, well spiced jackfruit and tasty sweet potato fries. I would have loved it even more if instead of a cheesy sauce and cold grated cheese, the cheese was warm and melted! It was good nevertheless. The raw spring rolls that we took were a nice snack, fresh! The peanut dressing was a great complementation. I loved the things that the menu offered and cannot wait to try out other things next time. The overall experience was a good one. The staff was hiding a little bit too much behind the bar, but except for missing a little more frequent attentiveness, the service was good and welcoming :) Happy to have a nice vegan restaurant like this in Gouda, also for just a coffee with something sweet. Very much recommended.

Waited half an hour for a main course for €13 (burger between two pieces of banana) that was gone in 3 bites.

Traveled here especially because I was curious. Unfortunately it took very long to be served and the portions were extremely small, especially for what you pay. I would have loved to try more, but I’m afraid I won’t visit again. The place was very clean though. And it’s always nice to find fully vegan places.

Delicious breakfast with blueberry pancakes. We had to wait a while, but it was worth it! We will definitely come back here.

Finding somewhere that is totally Gluten Free is such a blessing. Loads of Vegan + GF choices. I’m not vegan, but the food was so delicious! I had a Meat Free burger in a plantain bun (I think it was actually a plantain squashed flat and grilled. Weird, but tasted great! My wife had a veggie Caribbean curry. It was hidden under a layer of lettuce. Maybe not the best presentation, but again… the taste was amazing. If you’re in Gouda and in need of some amazing vegetable-based, gluten free food. This is a must.

My girlfriend and I are in Gouda with our boat. We were enthusiastic about this case, based on the reviews and curiosity. To be honest, the welcome wasn't exactly welcoming and we didn't really feel welcome. But even so, you still sit at the table. After we waited for more than half an hour (it wasn't even full of customers), I was just about to leave and go to another restaurant with my girlfriend, ... when she just arrived with our food. The food (cheese kapsalon) was good, but we didn't like having to wait more than half an hour for some fries and lettuce. Also no atmosphere or conviviality at all, or that the service comes to check/ask whether everything is to your liking. Maybe another drink after half an hour, but that wasn't possible. No, the worst part was when the server came to tell us that they were closing soon and that we could continue eating. Naah, I was really done with it, because we have never experienced anything like that before and I said, "so I can forget dessert", to which she said, "yes, unfortunately"...! And even worse, ...then we were also asked for a tip at checkout. We are not happy with this and it was our first and last time here.

This place serves healthy, vegan food and has indoor seating and outdoor seating in a nice courtyard. The tacos were very well made. The Black bean burger was so delicious, containing black-bean patty, lettuce, guacamole, melted cheese and crunchy tortilla chips.

The restaurant is beautiful with a nice garden but the food is just okay.

Friendly people, nicely decorated. Food tastes fresh and has a Caribbean twist. Recommended.

What a wonderfully quiet place in the center of Gouda! Really enjoyed the friendliness of the lovely people who work there, the fantastic dishes and the sunny garden at the back of the restaurant. The Funky Monkey smoothie is also highly recommended 🥜 We will definitely eat here again on our next visit to Gouda!

Delicious meal in the restaurant. Particularly enjoyed the Mexican hair salon. You can sit on the terrace and the staff is friendly. A menu at the door would make it a little more accessible and a menu in Dutch would also be nice.

Nice little place for a light lunch, coffee, and cake.

It is a beautiful restaurant located not in the exact city center with all the tourist attractions but in a more quiet part of the town (5 minute walk from the De Goudse Waag). This gives it a very local vibe. We ordered a falafel & feta salad and a Caribbean curry. They were both fantastic - the salad had lots of fresh ingredients, and the curry was rich in flavor. The portions were big and we left very satisfied. The waitress was very kind, she showed us the way to the garden which is lovely on a warmer day. It’s a fantastic place to eat a balanced, flavorful, plant-based meal that makes you forget about meat or dairy. 11/10 - I’d come back to Gouda just to eat at Miss Nice Banana again.

How nice to be able to eat gluten-free somewhere, and to have so many options on a menu. Very nice and nice place to sit. We have to drive a bit to get there, but we will definitely come back. Went to the old location a few years ago, now to the new one, how nice it has turned out! It's wonderful to be able to choose everything gluten-free. Super sweet, cooperative service/owner and made half a dessert because we were actually too full 😁

Onwijs heerlijke vega en glutenvrij soulfood. Dus het gevoel van fastfood/ comfortfood maar dan met een gezonde nasmaak!! Helemaal fan!! De brushetta en de Mexicaanse kapsalon zo'n echt TODIE4... behalve dat dat zonde is van t eten.

A wonderful place to eat vegan, the atmosphere is cool and the lady is lovely. I had a soup, a bowl and a lovely smoothie, I wasn't hungry any more but I couldn't pass up the almond and cherry dessert, it was to die for, I highly recommend it. Dank u well

Het lekkerste vegan eten van Gouda en ver daarbuiten. Ik kan hier niet vaak genoeg komen. De pompoen pannekoekjes zijn mijn favoriet.

Aanrader!! Ik at voor het eerst een vega patatje Kapsalon. Het werd bezorgd op locatie. Geheel zonder dierlijk producten bereid, met zoete aardappel als basis. Het was een openbaring. Heerlijk. Het dessert, taartje op basis van chocolade en noot vond ik persoonlijk iets minder maar de hoofdmoot is zeker aan te bevelen.

We waren met vier en iedereen heeft heerlijk gegeten. Dit is het eerste vegetarische restaurantje waar ik als flexitariër met liefde terug zou willen komen (3 geprobeerd in Amsterdam). De gerechten waren wel een beetje uit verhouding qua hoeveelheid. Een salade was eigenlijk te veel en een ander gerecht kon wel friet erbij gebruiken. Dat was niet erg en weegt niet op tegen de heerlijke smaak :)

Gouda is known for the Gouda cheese, but did you know that it's also a very atmospheric environment? All the old and authentic buildings takes you back to the middle ages. Beautiful buildings, not so crowded streets makes it worthwhile to visit this city. On my trip there I got hungry and decided to enter this cute little vegan restaurant. It’s situated at the beginning of the Lange Tiendeweg at nr. 67. Great for a delicious vegan meal. I recommend their sweet potato fries and the vegan nacho cheese with tortilla.. There are also many other different choices on the menu to choose from: breakfast till dinner. The vibe of the establishment is quite cosy. It has a Caribbean feel to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
