Even though it didn't go as quickly as the owner wants for his guests due to a staff shortage, I'm very satisfied. We hadn't anticipated the time limit for the last round, but as I said, I'm more than satisfied. The sushi and other dishes were delicious. I ordered one sushi roll, which definitely wasn't my thing, and it wasn't a problem that I didn't eat the other two cheese omelet sushi. What bothered me was that a group of guests decided to order a huge amount and simply left it. You can't like something, but this made absolutely no sense. What a waste of this very tasty sushi! I don't understand that and absolutely don't appreciate it. Disrespectful to the chef and the restaurant's owners. But that's beside the point. Once again, we had a delicious meal. Thank you for that, and we'll definitely be back.

Today we went there to order sushi, at first something like chicken and shrimp, it came cold and inedible, way too greasy and just didn't taste good, we had given up on that before, at that point we just got up and wanted to pay for the drinks and the 3/4 pieces of sushi that we had eaten, once the woman said no, that's not allowed, you have to pay for everything, we don't pay for something we're not going to eat, the lady started arguing, finally we spoke to the boss and made it clear to the lady that we were not going to pay for everything, finally we only paid for the drinks and continued to eat at Kitch where you definitely get your money's worth, we will never come here again (ps. they already make sushi rolls without anyone ordering them and they rot there for an hour or I don't know how long

If you're looking for a delicious, relaxed meal with friendly service, this is the place to be. They constantly deliver the wrong dishes, the sushi is incredibly dry or undercooked, and if you ask after 45 minutes if your dish is coming, you're told to reorder. We finally mentioned this when we paid, but at first, she didn't understand us. She then apologized and started talking to the manager, presumably in her own language. She didn't even know the word "customer-friendly," and I've earned it. For a great night out with good sushi, this isn't the place to be.

We were disappointed with the sushi, which was a real shame. We were with Grandma, her two grandchildren, and me. Grandma wanted to spoil the grandchildren and have a fancy dinner. Even the children said the fresh sushi from the takeaway, Albert Heijn, and the Plus in the neighborhood was better than the selection at Mojo. The lunch menu was very limited, and my son loves nigiri; the tuna and salmon were dry. Too bad! Next time, I'll just relax on the couch at Grandma's and get sushi elsewhere for a much cheaper price. The service was good, the people were friendly. But ultimately, you come for the food.

Unfortunately, not a good review. I normally never write them, but this was really bad. I hope the owner will listen to me through this channel. Last night, I went to the restaurant with my family for dinner. I'm vegetarian and had already looked at the menu online. Upon arrival, we were able to order via our phones, and the ordering app appeared. This app had icons under the dishes indicating which allergies were included. Very handy. I tried to filter by vegetarian, but unfortunately, this hadn't been implemented yet. Because I couldn't click on the product for specifications, I often had to ask the waitresses what was in a particular dish. I even compared the online menu to figure out what I could eat. Unfortunately, not all the online dishes were on the order card... Afterward, I mentioned this to the woman at the counter (presumably the owner). She replied, "But ma'am, if it says fish sushi, you can see from the picture that you shouldn't order that, can't you?" I tried to avoid making this clear for all the dishes, as it wasn't clearly stated what each item contained. Only "sesame balls or California roll" didn't tell me what was in it. But she brushed me off and clearly didn't care about my opinion. She was too busy, and I was practically in the way. In short, terrible service. On the other hand, I thought the waitresses were incredibly polite! Thanks to the ladies who worked last night for the lovely atmosphere at the table, and thanks to the chefs for the (after much searching and asking) very delicious food. But for this reason, my entire family and I will never eat here again.

What a terrible restaurant. I went here for the first time yesterday, and it's definitely the last. We were shown to a table by someone who didn't even speak Dutch. Then we were constantly given the wrong food, and some dishes we'd ordered three times earlier suddenly appeared in front of us. Almost no staff spoke Dutch, and they were rude and grumpy. The table was sticky, and we had to pay extra for dishes we hadn't ordered. Plus, many dishes cost extra, so it wasn't exactly all-you-can-eat. Not to mention the owners' screaming and running children and a fair number of cobwebs.

We came a little late, and it should have been past the order time, but the boss directly arranged VIP special treatment! He changed the system just to make us eat well. Respect! The service is really considerate, not the kind of service that goes through the motions, but the kind of vibe that really welcomes us to eat. Speaking of food, brother, the sushi is simply a work of art, so delicious that I can't stop eating. It's even more delicious than we thought, it's amazing! Nice assortment of sushi and with a maximum of 15(!) rounds you can't leave hungry. By the way, we made it to round 5. The sushi with mango is surprisingly tasty, partly due to the fresh mango. One of my favorite sushi, with sweet omelette, unfortunately comes with a sauce directly on it. Apart from the fact that I personally don't like the sauce, it would be better to give the sauce as an option. For the rest, it was freshly prepared and very tasty and delicious. The staff is attentive and quick in serving. For the atmosphere, 1 star less because I think it is decorated very darkly. That is also a personal opinion, but a little more color and light improves it considerably. The scoop of mango ice cream for dessert is definitely recommended. For just one euro, it is very tasty ice cream. You can order with your mobile phone and a QR code. It didn't work completely smoothly, but in the end we got everything we wanted. As far as we are concerned, it is definitely recommended. Perhaps a little more expensive than the competition, but the extensive choice and quality make the difference really marginal.

I had dinner here with my boyfriend. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for the quality, but I was very surprised! Within a minute of placing our order, the food was on the table and it was also very tasty. I also really appreciated that we were allowed to sit separately in a corner upon request. Normally restaurants try to place guests as close to each other as possible to make it easier to serve, but here they were incredibly flexible and cooperative. Really top service!! The only downside we personally found was that the majority of the desserts were charged extra. We paid with a voucher worth 110.00 euros. Because you sometimes have to wait a long time, a 2-hour package is actually too short. Every time we were eating we already ordered the next round as they advise on the website. It took a very long time for round 3 to arrive, so I ordered round 4 in advance. This all only happened when the 2 hours were over so we had dessert and hot dishes mixed up and we didn't get everything we ordered. I understand that in times of staff shortages you have to wait longer, but then wait 2.5 hours. People really don't eat anymore, but you are a bit more relaxed and it is also nicer for the staff. The food was very tasty, as I am used to.

The quality of the food has deteriorated compared to a year ago. We had to wait at least half an hour for our food for each round. Many dishes were tasteless, such as the vegetables and the shrimp curry. We also didn't get all the food we ordered. The waitresses only speak English which is not a problem in itself, but customer friendliness is hard to find. The plates of food are just barely thrown on the table. Very unfortunate, we have always had a good meal here and the customer service used to be excellent but is now really substandard!

My girlfriend and I had dinner at Mojo for Valentine's Day, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. We understand the crowds, but after 60 minutes we still had no food. Several rounds went by and after we had not yet had all the food, the time had expired and we could no longer order dessert and we were told that the next customers were already waiting. Meerdere rondes gingen door klaar en nadat we nog niet al het eten hadden gehad was de tijd afgelopen en konden we geen toetje meer bestellen en werd ons verteld dat de volgende klanten al aan het wachten waren. Saturday evening with 3 people at mojo. When you come in, you are given a table outside, but due to a problem it is not possible for us to go to the table. Is resolved neatly by freeing up a seat so that we can still sit downstairs. Then ordered food. After waiting half an hour we ordered round 2 and after waiting another 20 minutes we received rounds 1 and 2 alternately. People walk around very slowly and don't take questions. Call three times, look but don't come. Very bad service!!. Paid for 2 hours but ended up eating for 30 minutes!!! A shame as the quality of the food itself was excellent! One last time for us.

The food was generally tasty, the soy beans tasted as if there were a few that were no longer good. One sushi contained wasabi mayonnaise, which was not indicated in the photo, so I sent it back. There is only information about allergens but no further description. Maybe a tip? In this situation, 2 pieces of sushi should not have been wasted. Furthermore, my crème brulée was a bit burnt. The rest of the food was very tasty. The service was really lightning fast (maybe never had such a fast service before) and also friendly. I will definitely come back here!

Very tasty meal on a Thursday evening. Reserved by telephone, about half an hour before the start. There was still plenty of room. You order the sushi using a tablet, this is easy and quick, you see the small images of the dishes. We were served well and quickly, the sushi arrived in no time. I regularly eat at Mojo and the quality is deteriorating gradually. On a Wednesday evening with low occupancy, it doesn't seem necessary to prepare so much that I get my sushi after 5 seconds and even some of the ordered dishes were already pre-fried. I'd rather wait longer for my food. Compared to Eindhoven, for example, I think Tilburg performs worse, while 5 years ago I really preferred to eat in Tilburg. Level really needs to be raised again! Price is good and service too.

As an avid visitor of Mojo Helmond, I was excited to try Mojo Tilburg, expecting the same high standards and great experience. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. The visit was nothing compared to Helmond. While the service wasn’t bad, the staff didn’t seem knowledgeable about the dishes. Nobody could name what they were serving, and some items were difficult to identify because they didn’t match the pictures at all. The quality of the meat was shockingly low, and it seemed like teriyaki sauce was just thrown on everything with meat, masking any distinct flavors. The only saving grace of the meal was the noodles and the ice cream. Everything else fell far below expectations. I’m not someone who usually complains, but this was particularly disappointing because we brought friends along, hoping to share a good experience. Instead, it left us feeling let down. I truly hope Mojo Tilburg takes steps to improve because this experience didn’t come close to what we’ve come to love in Helmond.

Not really recommended. Food was delivered irregularly, half of it was not even warm when it was supposed to be warm. Some things were quite tough, waitresses didn't take plates back and you had to ask for empty glasses when they came to serve drinks. Which seems strange to us to ask if you know you're going to serve drinks.

We came here 6 months ago to eat and we came back again yesterday, the quality of the food has definitely decreased, and also there is less options to choose from in the all you can eat, since some of them you need to pay extra for, and the ones that are free are quite limited. Drinks are not included in the all you can eat. At the middle of the lunch, a waitress came to tell us it was mandatory that we each consumed two drinks (so two drinks per person) which is something that was not asked for the first time we came (we did not ask for drinks). I consider this unnecessary, the customer should be able to choose if he wants drinks or not, specially while I'm paying 40 euros already for an "all you can eat". It seems like they only want to profit from you by charging you additional costs with drinks (which were also highly overpriced).

Interesting designed restaurant. Quite big, quite popular, quite busy and crowded. I liked: - subtle lighting, dark ceiling, intimate atmosphere - polite staff - all the food was delicious - all you can eat style of ordering was default but also normal standard ordering was possible I disliked: - crowded & loud - tables very close to each other - running stuff had narrow space to walk with the food so sometimes I was stressed if they don't hit my chair or table by accident Something extra: Toilets in the basement looks like are made out of old bank treasury. There are this really thick door and a fence behind. Cool thing ^^

Delicious food, our favorite sushi place in the city. Good atmosphere and the service is very good. We were allowed to sit a little longer than the time limit and didn't make a fuss at all! We had dinner here on Friday, all good and delicious, we come from Belgium and were here with relatives from Tilburg, including a small baby, we sat in a corner but ok, we had not made a reservation, we had asked for a glass and only received it an hour later after we had asked someone else for a glass but this is not the reason for the 1 star I am not joking when I say that I have not had FOOD POISONING since Sunday it's just me everyone including the baby this is scandalous I couldn't go to school I've already thrown up 8 times this is ridiculous we pay a lot of money for this and then something like this happens PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT

Later edit based on restaurant response: Once we announced the staff about the mouse, WE asked for our table to be changed to the other side of the restaurant. This did not happen until we asked 2 times. Also, the manager was not announced or if it was announced at that particular time, the manager did not come to us to at least say sorry. No one apologized (nether the waiter, nor the manager). I doubt they would have covered for the bill or give any discount. 😆😅 Judging by the attitude the lady manager had when approached about the topic on our way out, and her quoting response “it is normal, the doors are open and it could have come from the streets, what exactly do you want?”, when prompted with our desire to not pay for this because of their lack of hygienic measures, we were asked to pay anyway. Based on your reply on Facebook, your policy does not allow for reimbursements or deductions, so how exactly would you have covered for our bill if we would have decided to leave immediately? 🤭☝️😅 copy pasting your AI generated answer below: “Dear Mădălina, We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our restaurant. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take all feedback seriously. … Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse the cost of your meal. While we understand your request, our policy does not allow for refunds in such circumstances. We hope you will understand. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sincerely, Mo-Jo Tilburg” Mice in the restaurant during dinner time, watch out! Do not go there, no sanitary measures taken. When we spoke to the manager about the situation, she was also very rude and did not care about the clients that were eating there, only about the money. For 40€ per person excluding drinks, they should at least put some traps in.

Went for dinner at this place with an all-you-can-eat concept. At round 2 we were already told that we are not allowed to order more of the rib-eye. This was quite disappointing, haven’t had this experience at any AYCE restaurant except for this one. The food was also very salty and dry. Also didnt think the service was very friendly. Would not recommend.

RIDICULOUS!!!! Had dinner here yesterday with a staff outing. We came here specifically to have a nice meal where you as a customer can enjoy the entire menu without restrictions. However, after the second round we were told that we were not allowed to order anymore because apparently there is a maximum per dish, which is already strange at an AYCE restaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant!!! This is very disappointing

Good food. The sushi sharing was really good. We always crave for it and go every now and then to Gourmet to eat them. A bit difficult to bite through the sushi because they are so large. So, never order on your first date.lol

We always get the Poke Bowl salmon, it tastes delicious and always enough. This time I'm looking forward to the Poke Bowl again, which is my surprise: the containers where you normally get the Poke Bowl were almost half the size of normal and it was all a bit less and you pay just as much as before. Food is ordered in rounds, but it often doesn't arrive at the same time. This means others have already finished their food while you're still waiting 5-10 minutes. The point is to enjoy a meal together. I found this very disappointing. We ordered à la carte and received the wrong order twice, or none at all. We then had to follow up again. It was corrected properly, but still sloppy. The next day, my wife and I had a mild stomach bug. For me, this was an indication that the food wasn't hygienic or fresh. We eat sushi regularly and are used to eating raw fish. As a sushi lover, you'd be better off looking for a different restaurant. This was a typical all-you-can-eat restaurant with mediocre quality. We certainly won't be returning.
