I had dinner here with my boyfriend. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for the quality, but I was very surprised! Within a minute of placing our order, the food was on the table and it was also very tasty. I also really appreciated that we were allowed to sit separately in a corner upon request. Normally restaurants try to place guests as close to each other as possible to make it easier to serve, but here they were incredibly flexible and cooperative. Really top service!! Hopefully see you again soon :)

Dinner for 2 with the all-in formula. Very neat, beautiful case. Friendly staff. Sanitary facilities were also clean. The only downside we personally found was that the majority of the desserts were charged extra. We paid with a voucher worth 110.00 euros. Our bill was just under 104 euros, but we did not get any change, which I found a bit bizarre and it is also the first time that I have experienced this in a restaurant.

Always been great! Only it wasn't good food cold they couldn't handle it. The excuse was it's iftar and everyone wants to eat at the same time! But I don't think you take on more tables than you can handle? To guarantee quality... Not so bad cold food dish not had. Sitting for 1 hour waiting for the first rounds. No, we will look for another restaurant next time.

Because you sometimes have to wait a long time, a 2-hour package is actually too short. Every time we were eating we already ordered the next round as they advise on the website. It took a very long time for round 3 to arrive, so I ordered round 4 in advance. This all only happened when the 2 hours were over so we had dessert and hot dishes mixed up and we didn't get everything we ordered. I understand that in times of staff shortages you have to wait longer, but then wait 2.5 hours. People really don't eat anymore, but you are a bit more relaxed and it is also nicer for the staff. The food was very tasty, as I am used to.

The quality of the food has deteriorated compared to a year ago. We had to wait at least half an hour for our food for each round. Many dishes were tasteless, such as the vegetables and the shrimp curry. We also didn't get all the food we ordered. The waitresses only speak English which is not a problem in itself, but customer friendliness is hard to find. The plates of food are just barely thrown on the table. Very unfortunate, we have always had a good meal here and the customer service used to be excellent but is now really substandard!

My girlfriend and I had dinner at Mojo for Valentine's Day, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. We understand the crowds, but after 60 minutes we still had no food. Several rounds went by and after we had not yet had all the food, the time had expired and we could no longer order dessert and we were told that the next customers were already waiting. The food also waited a long time on the trays, which meant our food was cold. We were not asked about the experience at checkout, otherwise we would have shared it immediately.

Mijn vriendin en ik hebben met Valentijn gegeten bij Mojo maar helaas viel dit zwaar tegen. We hebben begrip voor de drukte maar na 60 minuten hadden wij nog geen eten. Meerdere rondes gingen door klaar en nadat we nog niet al het eten hadden gehad was de tijd afgelopen en konden we geen toetje meer bestellen en werd ons verteld dat de volgende klanten al aan het wachten waren. Tevens stond het eten lang op de dienbladen te wachten waardoor ons eten koud was. Bij het afrekenen werd ons niet gevraagd naar de ervaring anders hadden wij deze meteen gedeeld.

I rarely leave reviews, but in this case, I have to. Very long waiting time, some dishes that should have been served hot were cold, and after two hours, many ordered position still hadn’t arrived. Some dishes that were ordered in the beginning were served only after two hours. We spoke with neighboring tables and they experienced the same situation. Out of all the restaurants with a similar system, this one performed the worst.

Saturday evening with 3 people at mojo. When you come in, you are given a table outside, but due to a problem it is not possible for us to go to the table. Is resolved neatly by freeing up a seat so that we can still sit downstairs. Then ordered food. After waiting half an hour we ordered round 2 and after waiting another 20 minutes we received rounds 1 and 2 alternately. People walk around very slowly and don't take questions. Call three times, look but don't come. Very bad service!!. Paid for 2 hours but ended up eating for 30 minutes!!! A shame as the quality of the food itself was excellent! One last time for us.

The food was generally tasty, the soy beans tasted as if there were a few that were no longer good. One sushi contained wasabi mayonnaise, which was not indicated in the photo, so I sent it back. There is only information about allergens but no further description. Maybe a tip? In this situation, 2 pieces of sushi should not have been wasted. Furthermore, my crème brulée was a bit burnt. The rest of the food was very tasty. The service was really lightning fast (maybe never had such a fast service before) and also friendly. I will definitely come back here!

Very tasty meal on a Thursday evening. Reserved by telephone, about half an hour before the start. There was still plenty of room. You order the sushi using a tablet, this is easy and quick, you see the small images of the dishes. We were served well and quickly, the sushi arrived in no time. Why then 3 out of 5 stars for the service? The welcome could have been a bit friendlier, also the same for serving the drinks, always in a new glass.

I regularly eat at Mojo and the quality is deteriorating gradually. On a Wednesday evening with low occupancy, it doesn't seem necessary to prepare so much that I get my sushi after 5 seconds and even some of the ordered dishes were already pre-fried. I'd rather wait longer for my food. Compared to Eindhoven, for example, I think Tilburg performs worse, while 5 years ago I really preferred to eat in Tilburg. Level really needs to be raised again! Price is good and service too.

As an avid visitor of Mojo Helmond, I was excited to try Mojo Tilburg, expecting the same high standards and great experience. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. The visit was nothing compared to Helmond. While the service wasn’t bad, the staff didn’t seem knowledgeable about the dishes. Nobody could name what they were serving, and some items were difficult to identify because they didn’t match the pictures at all. The quality of the meat was shockingly low, and it seemed like teriyaki sauce was just thrown on everything with meat, masking any distinct flavors. The only saving grace of the meal was the noodles and the ice cream. Everything else fell far below expectations. I’m not someone who usually complains, but this was particularly disappointing because we brought friends along, hoping to share a good experience. Instead, it left us feeling let down. I truly hope Mojo Tilburg takes steps to improve because this experience didn’t come close to what we’ve come to love in Helmond.

Not really recommended. Food was delivered irregularly, half of it was not even warm when it was supposed to be warm. Some things were quite tough, waitresses didn't take plates back and you had to ask for empty glasses when they came to serve drinks. Which seems strange to us to ask if you know you're going to serve drinks.

We came here 6 months ago to eat and we came back again yesterday, the quality of the food has definitely decreased, and also there is less options to choose from in the all you can eat, since some of them you need to pay extra for, and the ones that are free are quite limited. Drinks are not included in the all you can eat. At the middle of the lunch, a waitress came to tell us it was mandatory that we each consumed two drinks (so two drinks per person) which is something that was not asked for the first time we came (we did not ask for drinks). I consider this unnecessary, the customer should be able to choose if he wants drinks or not, specially while I'm paying 40 euros already for an "all you can eat". It seems like they only want to profit from you by charging you additional costs with drinks (which were also highly overpriced).

Interesting designed restaurant. Quite big, quite popular, quite busy and crowded. I liked: - subtle lighting, dark ceiling, intimate atmosphere - polite staff - all the food was delicious - all you can eat style of ordering was default but also normal standard ordering was possible I disliked: - crowded & loud - tables very close to each other - running stuff had narrow space to walk with the food so sometimes I was stressed if they don't hit my chair or table by accident Something extra: Toilets in the basement looks like are made out of old bank treasury. There are this really thick door and a fence behind. Cool thing ^^

Later edit based on restaurant response: Once we announced the staff about the mouse, WE asked for our table to be changed to the other side of the restaurant. This did not happen until we asked 2 times. Also, the manager was not announced or if it was announced at that particular time, the manager did not come to us to at least say sorry. No one apologized (nether the waiter, nor the manager). I doubt they would have covered for the bill or give any discount. 😆😅 Judging by the attitude the lady manager had when approached about the topic on our way out, and her quoting response “it is normal, the doors are open and it could have come from the streets, what exactly do you want?”, when prompted with our desire to not pay for this because of their lack of hygienic measures, we were asked to pay anyway. Based on your reply on Facebook, your policy does not allow for reimbursements or deductions, so how exactly would you have covered for our bill if we would have decided to leave immediately? 🤭☝️😅 copy pasting your AI generated answer below: “Dear Mădălina, We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our restaurant. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take all feedback seriously. … Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse the cost of your meal. Went for dinner at this place with an all-you-can-eat concept. At round 2 we were already told that we are not allowed to order more of the rib-eye. This was quite disappointing, haven’t had this experience at any AYCE restaurant except for this one. The food was also very salty and dry. Also didnt think the service was very friendly. I usually go to the restaurant a few times and I notice that since the first time I went, they have lost quality in both the menu and the staff and the price of course hasn't gone down, just goes up! Despite this, I like to go because of the easy location, gastronomy that pleases me (Japanese food), they have a good space and as the first impression is what counts a lot, I still remember my first time at the restaurant (2years ago) And entry should be easier or more possible for wheelchair users and strollers.

I have eaten here a number of times since it opened and, as is true of most restaurants, the quality does not improve over time. The menu is getting smaller, the sushi is getting smaller, the quality of meat and fish is deteriorating, less time is spent on the layout and the desserts have to be paid more and more. I also think the hygiene is less: the soya sauce bottles are starting to look tatty and they are often covered in dirty, greasy fingers. The bottles are placed half empty on the table and where you used to get sesame oil and some herbs: now you have to make do with the soya and dried wasabi. The ginger, on the other hand, is fresh. Great sushi if you don't have too high expectations.

Disappointing! I immediately noticed when reading other reviews that Mojo immediately became defensive, now I understand why they have deteriorated. Down the street at Koi it is 10X better. Lots of roasted food and deserts are mediocre to pathetic. A mango roll costs €1.00 here, while elsewhere it is simply part of all Y can eat. The quality has deteriorated sharply. Dishes arrive at the table burnt and after a report a new one is promised. However, these will not be served again. While the bill remains the same. There is no real involvement from the staff other than just the lady with the headscarf wishing you very happy tasty food. The rest push their food into a corner of the table because the tables are too small. Troublemakers are not addressed and can really mess things up. This is probably all about earning and not quality! They charge the highest price but do not deliver quality. When you leave the restaurant, you indicate that things have slowed down, and a Chinese woman who quickly manages to collect the money looks at you in surprise and tells you that the same chef has been in the kitchen for years. They will never learn from getting worse and worse. Many who work there only speak English, so filing complaints for fellow people who do not speak English is difficult. Quite sad, but yes, a cat in a corner makes strange jumps and fills the cage with standing tables. You don't have to defend yourself with me, I won't fall for it. Maybe the naive one. Too bad it's only about making money quickly.

The food was very delicious! It's definitely in my top 5 of sushi restaurants when it comes to the food. However... the service here was really bad. The host didn't seem very friendly (maybe he had a bad day, idk, but there wasn't a single smile, and very little words came out) for a host, not a great choice. He placed us at a table, gave us a tablet, and walked away without any explanation. I had to ask the first server that walked past me to explain the concept. I know how it works in most restaurants, but everyone works a bit differently. The atmosphere was alright but very cramped. It looks like they tried to squeeze in as many tables as possible. We were sitting in the middle of the room with 2 small paths next to us in which the waiters constantly walk through. It was alright but not the most private or comfortable. If you have a table on the side somewhere or a low table, it might be a better experience. The food came very quickly. I'm talking about 2 minutes after placing the order. Of course, some dishes took longer than others, but I've never seen my food brought to the table this quickly. Because of it, you do have to remember to slow yourself down. Otherwise, you'll be full before you're even halfway through.

Everything was great, except we achieved the maximum number of cremeburlees. We were disappointed with this because we could always order unlimited cremeburlees. They only made a rule because of us with a limit for the number of cremeburlees. Everything else is absolutely great! Couldn't be better.

Avoided this sushi restaurant for a number of years, because the service was getting worse at the time (having made a reservation and then not having a place for you and then conjuring up a table from a corner somewhere and cramming it in) and the quality of the food was visibly deteriorating. Tried again a few weeks ago. It still looks the same, except I think that 1 part is completely closed up to the top, which divides the space a bit. It's not very beneficial for the space and the atmosphere if you ask me. The tables are still far too close together. That seems like they want to fit as many people as possible in as little space as possible. I would say: one less table somewhere and everything a little further apart, ensures better quality and ultimately the return of guests. In this setting it is impossible not to look at your unknown neighbor's plate or hear a conversation. Service was fast and fine. I think receiving a tablet with a crack is a bit clumsy.... The system on the tablet also looked a bit unprofessional. The food was fine, not super special but certainly not bad either. The toilet downstairs was all very dirty, the floor was covered with a layer of water.

Mojo Tilburg is really fantastic! The dishes have been put together with care and the flavors are just right. Tip: the 'sizzling pans' are so addictive that you will definitely want to come back for them. We also went to Mojo Amsterdam, which was also delicious, but doesn't compare to Tilburg. On Thursday April 4, my girlfriend and I decided to have dinner at Mojo Tilburg, a choice that unfortunately did not turn out as well as hoped. The next day we both woke up with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and headaches, symptoms strongly suggestive of food poisoning. Considering that we had not eaten anything else that day due to fasting, it seems unlikely that the cause lay elsewhere. After all, the complaints appeared the next morning. It was not the first time we ate there, but unfortunately it was the last time...

The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. I especially loved the sushi. They also offer an a la carte menu with different desserts. Most dishes are halal, which makes the meat taste even better. Since it is Ramadan the owner offered us a date to break our fast, very nice and thoughtful touch!

I will never come here again, we came here as a family for a day of company and nice food, it already started that my 2-year-old toddler was seen as a child without asking, had to be changed, I already felt burdened, then I neatly indicated that I accidentally selected a mango salmon roll instead of mango cream cheese. Immediately passed on, it couldn't just be changed, they took it with them, but had to do it again via the tablet, fine? But then the manager came or I don't know how to indicate that such mistakes are not acceptable and that if everyone makes mistakes, Madam will suffer a loss? Because of 1 sushi roll error, .. I thought that was quite rude, I certainly said something about it, then the lady just walked away. Then they simply forgot about the sushi, I didn't say anything else. They do not take the customer's ambiance into account. really a strange situation never experienced

On a busy Saturday evening we were fortunately able to be seated quickly with a reservation. Unfortunately, only 60% of the food ordered appeared on the table, which also took some time. It's a shame if you normally leave a sushi place packed full. I didn't report this to the restaurant, but it's a shame. The staff was very good though! Friendly and very helpful. All in all a pleasant evening, but if you still have to open a bag of chips after eating unlimited sushi, you know it could have been better.

Your restaurant is an all you can eat restaurant plus we have paid full amount and over it because your drinks are very very expensive more expensive than gasoline! I and my guests were treated in such a way that we would order TOO MUCH and the feeling was not only given to us 1 time 2 times but almost every time that had to be mentioned here after the 4th-5th time please simply treat your guests the way you would like to be treated! We always get the Poke Bowl salmon, it tastes delicious and always enough. This time I'm looking forward to the Poke Bowl again, which is my surprise: the containers where you normally get the Poke Bowl were almost half the size of normal and it was all a bit less and you pay just as much as before. I made a reservation on Saturday at 9:00 PM via the official website, which clearly states that you can dine all you can eat for 2.5 hours. Upon arrival I was immediately told that the kitchen closes at 10:15 PM. No warning about this when booking, and at that point I had no choice anymore because it was already late. From the start everything felt rushed. Before 10:00 PM someone came to tell me that the last round was coming. At 10:15 PM we couldn't order anything anymore and not long after that we actually just had to leave. So instead of eating quietly for 2.5 hours, we got just an hour - and then you just pay €133 with a bottle of wine. I called afterwards to discuss this. All they said was, “Didn't we tell you when you came in?” Yes, but then it's already too late! Why do you still offer a table on your website at 9:00 PM if you can only order until 10:15 PM? As a “compensation” they offered two drinks for a next visit – a joke, if you ask me. The food itself was fine, but the way customers are treated is downright bad. This feels like deception. Not recommended
