Delicious food, beautifully decorated and nice atmosphere.

Definitely worth a visit to eat all you can eat sushi in Tilburg. Based on previous reviews and impression photos decided to take a chance. The service is excellent. Compliments for the customer friendliness and open attitude of the staff. The food was good, lots of choice but I expected the fish to be fresher and the rice was a bit too sticky. Price-quality ratio was ok. Atmosphere is ok, could be better. Definitely worth repeating!

We had another fantastic evening at Shinzo. The quality of the varied range of delicacies was already beyond doubt. The personal attention and nice attention for the birthday boy made the evening complete. Even a photo session at the Piushaven was suggested and executed. We will definitely be back soon!

Service: 7.2 Friendly staff with a nice chat. However, we often had to make contact ourselves; Checking the tables a little more often would be nice. Food: 6.9 Lots of choice, but the sushi looked more attractive on the menu than in real life. Taste was fine, but there is certainly room for improvement. Location: Nice, atmospheric place. The building is a bit noisy, but pleasantly furnished. Very satisfied

Friendly welcome even without a reservation, the food was tasty and plentiful. Lots of choice, we lasted 4 rounds😅 The service was smooth and attentive, a young person with a lot of potential! At times he seemed a bit overloaded with work so I recommend reinforcement.

Super tasty food, fast service and very friendly people! Our 4-year-old daughter was also warmly welcomed and received a small gift and a coloring page. The only area for improvement is the noise/acoustics, which made it very noisy. But that is also difficult with such an open space. We will definitely come back!

Wow, really wow! What an experience! Never before have we been received so kindly and warmly as here. The staff are incredibly attentive and pleasant, and the food is of absolute top quality. Not only was the sushi unsurpassable, but the side dishes – both cold and hot – were also delicious. The choice and variety were enormous, the service was lightning fast, and everything was perfect. In addition, the top floor is super cozy to sit. As we say in Belgium: chapeau! Keep it up! We will come back here without a doubt!

Plus that they offer various non-alcoholic wines! We came in and there was no one at the entrance, not welcoming. The atmosphere upstairs was quite cozy, nice light. We were often served the wrong dishes that were for the table behind us. When we pointed this out to the waitress for the umpteenth time, she came back with the dish "are you sure?" Uh.. yes?!. Special. Some sushi looked very different from the menu and we did not receive a number of dishes we ordered. Having to ask this every time is also irritating and disrupts your dinner/conversation enormously. At the end we ordered another round of drinks which we again had to ask for twice and which were served after 30 minutes. We won't be back.

Had a delicious meal with the family for our son's birthday, who was also put in the spotlight for this. Friendly and cooperative staff, which is very helpful if you have allergies. The menu also offers plenty of options for people with allergies. Our son, who has a gluten allergy, was able to eat a varied diet and was able to order a sushi roll tailored to his allergies and eat gyoza, among other things. A successful evening for us and we will definitely come back.

Always delicious fresh sushi and other freshly prepared dishes. Plenty of choice. Very thoughtful that the birthday boy or girl receives a hand-drawn, personal card. Staff are friendly. There are some very young boys around who occasionally forget something (waiting a long time for drinks and bills, for example), but that is part of the learning process, of course. The decoration of the restaurant is somewhat sterile. Tip: ask to sit upstairs, where the atmosphere feels a bit warmer.

Very friendly service who thinks along with you about options for pregnant women. The vegan sushi is a good addition to the menu. This way you can eat more than just the standard vegetarian options during pregnancy.

We regularly go out to eat and if we want to eat sushi we go to Shinzo. Tried several others but keep coming back here because we think this is the best. Had dinner here yesterday with a business associate. This was equally exciting because he indicated that he would not go above and beyond his trusted restaurant, he has now added a number 1 sushi restaurant. We had a delicious meal and I am a satisfied customer.

Nice meal! Super sweet service and chefs. I had indicated in advance that I had allergies. They crossed out any options that contained an allergy or indicated which item had the allergy. Very cooperative and even received a complementary sushi roll (because unfortunately there were not many options left)! Lots of choice and delicious food, the only thing is that they do not provide tap water and that other options are quite pricey (and for a good cause). But if you drink something else, that is of course no problem! Definitely come back :)

We had a really nice Christmas Eve at SHINZO! Just because of the staff. A super warm welcome! Very friendly and committed to ensuring that you have a nice evening and that everything is to your liking. Food was also super tasty. It was our first time but we will definitely come back again. We were so well received and served that we really had a wonderful evening. Real service is a big 10 plus! Many restaurants can learn from this. Thank you Shinzo for the great evening!

We went for the all you can eat concept. First of all, we reserved a table hours before - which we had to wait 15 minutes to sit at after we got there. Service: 1/10 when we got there, they still have an old concept of making notes on the paper - the waiters don’t often see it right away so you wait longer for them to notice the paper. Food: 1/10 the food was really not “wow” and the quantity wasn’t as much as other places we’ve been to. And it absolutely does not justify for the price you pay. Jesus. We choose this place based on the ratings here. But it is NOT what we expected at all. Do not recommend.

We come here quite often. Only now it was terrible. I'll never come back here again. The service was very poor, all the empties were left standing for a long time. We had a delicious meal. Portion size was good. Delicious sushi, we thought it was a shame that the other dishes such as the pork tenderloin and tenderloin were in an extremely strong "sauce". In our opinion, this could be much purer or the sauce on the side. The young man serving really took care of us and was incredibly friendly. The downside was that it was very cold downstairs. We were the only ones downstairs, because unfortunately I can't climb stairs. It was busier upstairs. But the fact that the service did its best makes up for a lot.

We had a wonderful experience at Shinzo Sushi for my mother's birthday. Not only were we served delicious food, but the staff really made our evening special. They brought a fireworks fountain to celebrate her birthday, everyone sang along enthusiastically and surprised us with a balloon with her name on it, beautifully decorated with a beautiful drawing.
