Reserved via Tripper. Then received an email from Mondi stating that the reservation could not go ahead and a request to pay an extra €10 per person! Tried for ages to get in touch by phone. No response to emails either. Too bad for words! So never book here because the service is rubbish. 1 star is still too much!!

I was used to the Mondi Vibe at the College Hotel in Amsterdam, but unfortunately, they haven't been there for a long time. This team and the food just aren't it, unfortunately..... Hopefully, Mondi returns to its former level.

I’ve been here a few times as I’m staying near by. Yes it’s a skybar as it’s on top of a building, however the local McDonalds sign is nearly as tall as the bar! Yes you can see for miles, but it’s the Netherlands, it’s as flat as the proverbial pancake! The service is terrible, there always seems to be a lot of staff but there appears to be a lack of leadership. The staff are constantly running about and achieving very little. They ran out of lager at 7pm on Friday night.

I see the one star reviews are accurate. I made the mistake of going after 2200. No where does it say kitchen is closed after 2200 only on the actual website and you have to scroll all the way down. I missed it. I asked if I could be seated on the terrace for drinks and he said bar. So I went to the bar. There were serving trays all over the bar and no one offered help. So I left. Disappointing service.

The best place to go if you want a Caribbean night. Music is amazing, dj takes requests and the singer has a great list set. The crunchy chicken was delicious.

Come for the planes, not the food. The food was terrible - the Baka ribs had some of goo coming out the side (kitchen claimed it was garlic sauce but frankly looked inedible). The churrasco steak was overcooked for what was requested. The jerk chicken was edible but was more like a sweet glaze - I’ve had plenty of jerk and this was not it. Really not good. We were there on the evening Curaçao played a football match. We paid an entrance fee just to watch a screen, mind you. But we weren't allowed to stand inside, there weren't any chairs anyway, and it was impossible to see around the screen. Then you had to go outside, where they hadn't even set up the television yet. When it was ready, you couldn't see the screen because of the light. It was cold, people were smoking, and the wind blew your coat off. Ordering drinks was almost impossible, with huge waiting times. Things were out of stock or were forgotten. The staff had no idea what they were doing, were unfriendly, and even grumpy, bordering on arrogant.

No joke, had to wait 45 minutes for our drinks. Asked 4 times where they were but nothing was done about it. Asked for the bill 5 times, and when they finally arrived, the bill was completely wrong. This is the last time we'll be here! A shame, because the food was actually tasty.

The food was okay, Salmon portion size was small but the Salmon was good. The truffle fries lacked truffle. We waited almost an hour for our food. The server did inform us that they were short staffed. I will try again.

We called in advance to say we would like to have lunch at 1:30 PM. When we arrived on time, we waited half an hour before being spoken to or helped, only to be kicked out again at 3:00 PM because there was a private party afterwards; truly scandalous and also way too expensive for what you get. The location is beautiful, though.

After an evening at Mondi Aletta Jacobsstraat, we finished the night with some drinks in the Skybar. Great view, good vibe. The staff were running on empty towards the end of the evening, but that didn't spoil the fun. Nice to visit!

I booked a reservation for Valentine's Day last year. 3-course menu, etc. Food was included except for drinks. I had a reservation for October 10th and asked via email if the food was included, mainly because of the low price. I was told it was, and then I received the bill for what needed to be paid. The food was delicious and the show was perfect. But the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We won't be coming back.

We were planning to have a nice early dinner with 4 people. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. A very bad experience with the staff and a very arrogant Floor Manager. Uninterested, they didn't come by to ask what we wanted to drink, even though there were very few customers. Eventually, we signaled after well over fifteen minutes if we could order something. We ordered drinks. Then, no more staff to be seen. We spoke to the Floor Manager about where the drinks were. He had no idea. We also asked why the music was so loud. We could barely hear each other. According to the Floor Manager, that was the owners' wish. What nonsense. After waiting for half an hour, we finally left and had a delicious meal at Restaurant Buenos Aires in Amstelveen. Highly recommended! We are very disappointed in Mondi Skybar. It is a real shame because the place itself has potential. No wonder Corendon is having so much trouble with a second relaunch! Hospitality is nowhere to be found...

Waited a very long time for our drinks. More than half an hour! Even though there were hardly any customers. The music was way, way too loud. I mentioned it. Couldn't be turned down. Arrogant waiter or floor manager, even walked away when we still wanted to talk to him. Low class! We left and went to restaurant Buenos Aires in Amstelveen. Great!!! We will never come back to Mondi. How bad!

We came to eat, having already been the day before for a very good cocktail. We were surprised by the deafening music as soon as we stepped out of the elevator. The volume was completely inappropriate for a bar/restaurant...we couldn't even hear ourselves speak. Given the prices and photos on Google, we expected dishes that would compensate for the inconvenience, so imagine my surprise when I received my beef tataki (€19) in a portion suitable for a 6-year-old. Seven or eight tiny 1mm slices with absolutely no sides—how can you sell that as a meal? My partner ordered a steak for €27 (!!!!!), again a child-sized portion, also with no sides! If you're coming for a meal, look elsewhere; however, it's a good cocktail bar.

We just had a terrible experience at this hotel restaurant. As Titanium Elite members of Bonvoy, we expected much better. We were just there for drinks and a snack, but had to practically serve ourselves. The one food item that we ordered, regular fries, came out as the fries with Parmesan and chives on the menu. The manager from Portugal brought out the corrected order and left them with us without any napkins. He walked away briskly before I could even ask him for some. The only reason we knew that he was from Portugal is because he flirted for three minutes with a table of two women behind us afterwards. Sadly, you are stuck at this place or the all-you-can-eat restaurant unless you want the Starbucks/Bar/Bistro of the lobby. Take an Uber locally if you have the time.

The staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. 👌🏾 The food was tasty and well-seasoned. And the cocktails were the best in Amsterdam so far. Unfortunately, a bit on the expensive side, but well-flavored and surprisingly strong.

Jan 2025: We also went to the Sky bar as pre- and after party for some drinks to celebrate the birthday, that has nice view of the airport and city and also has an open terrace but it was too cold to stay outside. They serve good cocktails, the virgin pina colada was very good, I recommend it. The staff there was kind as well and there was a DJ playing pleasant upbeat music. Dec 2025: The first time there, beginning of the year, we had an amazing time and honestly we had high expectations for the Caribbean Christmas dinner here. Not only because Skybar was fun the first time, but also because the Caribbean Christmas dinner edition of 2024 in Mondi Restaurant New-West was amazing, we really had a blast. So we expected this edition at Mondi SkyBar & Restaurant to be just as fun as in Mondi West. Unfortunately, the food was a bit disappointing, they mixed up orders as some had vegetarian, meat or fish. The portions were quite small, smaller than in West, and took long to get the food. Also their entertainment was only one singer, she was a good singer though. But if you compare it with last edition at Mondi West which had a variety of entertainers, this one disappointed us. They did have the same Polish lady, of the night before at their Corendon All You Can Eat Restaurant, taking pictures again and this time putting it in a Christmas decoration ball/ornament. They also did have a photobooth where you could take pictures with a Christmas theme which you could send to yourself and believe it or not it took like 2 months to get the pictures. Last year we received the pictures like already the next day. This time after waiting a week, I sent them an email, no reply. Then as time passes and already in the New Year, kept sending emails and even called them numerous of time, either they didn't pick up and when they did you were like for over 30 minutes on hold and one time the receptionist of the hotel said will put you through with the Skybar and the person then literally hung up. Then we were already in February, so I was like you know what, I go there in person. When there, believe it or not, it was Valentine's Day celebrations and coincidently I met the Food & Beverage manager Danny, which I didn't know he was until his coworker overheard us talking and pointed out that as a manager he always does what he says and that I can trust what he says. And he did, he personally sent the photos, although these were not all the pictures we took, but hey we appreciate his efforts and thankful that we finally had those pictures. He also explained that there were some telephone connection problem until January. Though, to say that we'll go again to SkyBar Caribbean Christmas dinner, for now it's a no until there's improvement.

If I could give Mondi Skybar minus 5 stars for service, I would have done so without hesitation. Twenty full minutes at the table. Twenty. And not a single drink in sight. Not because it was busy. Not because they were short-staffed. No, the place was crawling with employees. We even sat there waving at them. Waving. Like shipwrecked passengers trying to flag down a passing boat. And still, nothing. Not a glance, not a nod, not even the courtesy of pretending to notice. We were completely invisible. Apparently a total inconvenience to a team that clearly had better things to do than, you know, serve the paying guests. For a so-called skybar, the only thing sky-high here is the level of indifference. Absolute disgrace. Never again.

Extremely disappointed with the experience at Mondi. Despite the beautiful renovation, vermin are literally running across the floor; we saw several mice happily scurrying around. The most appalling thing is the staff's reaction: the waiters and bartenders laughed it off as if it were the most normal thing in the world. Even after an official complaint, there is no response. A beautiful interior means nothing if hygiene and service fall so short.

Terrible food, ordered the bbq ribs and it felt like it came fresh out of the freezer. The waiters didn't ask if i wanted anything next to the food like veggies or fries so i just got a blob of meat which tasted terrible, it was cold in 3 minutes and just not good. Felt like gum chewing that thing. Waiters also took really long to even come here even though there were only 5 people in the restaurant and when I finished, didn't even ask if everything was good which it obviously wasn't. The view would have been nice if the windows were bigger and the best place was the terrace where you can not eat. Please don't go here expensive and a scam

Great atmosphere but short staffed. We had to flag different people down to place drink orders, then again when we wanted to order dinner. Appetizers were fine, but our dinner never came. After an hour I flagged down another waiter and he said the order had not been started yet. The restaurant was not busy, so we were surprised. We asked them not to make our dinner because it was almost 9pm and we were ready to go. Sad because it has a lot of potential.

Went for their Thursday all you can eat steak offer. I arrived a bit earlier than my partner, but wasn't offered a drink at the table while I waited. There's no sides with the steak offer and they came in at €7 each. One cocktail was included with the steak offer. We each got the 'Ladies Secret' and it was very nice. The second round of steak took a long time to arrive, and the rounds are quite small, so I asked to order the next round straight away. The waitress gave a funny look to me when I asked, as if it were a crazy idea. Even with doing this, the third round took a long time to arrive. I feel like most of the evening was spent waiting for steak to arrive. We had to check with the staff a couple of times that our orders had definitely gone though. Our last round wasn't put though until we asked again after waiting a long time. A nice concept, but the staff cannot keep up with people ordering multiple rounds of steak. Some of the steak that came out was very tough and inedible, and some very tender. We asked for medium but they mostly came out more medium-well. The resturant it's self is quite nice, with a great view of the airport runways. Maybe good for a drink if you're an aviation enthusiast, but I wouldn't recommend the food.

Walked in as hotel guests for a Friday night nightcap, but received little to no service. We were seated away from the view initially, then told we could move to a seat with a view and they would just wipe down the table as someone had just left the table a mess. No one came to wipe it down, we never saw our waitress again. The hostess came over after 15 minutes, took our order, and never saw him again either. After another 20 minutes of waiting for our drinks while watching tables seated prior to us get their orders, we decided to leave since we had been forgotten about multiple times. I understand Friday nights are a busy time, but being forgotten about more than once was an unpleasant experience. I’d recommend finding another location to set a cocktail in Amsterdam.

Utter dissapointing first time at the skybar, F&B Supervisor Nuno was rude, unfriendly & totally not suited for his job. Really a terrible experience.

The place is lovely, you have a nice view.. But the food was a big disappointment.. I ordered the eggplant steak, as I am vegetarian, I thought as written on the menu there would be a lot more veggies. But i just received a roasted eggplant with a lot of dressing and some fried oignons. What a pity for that price, I asked the lady if this was normal. She told me i had to order extra stuff to make it a meal. Which was not my point. I would like to receive what I choose from a menucard. So for me, I will never eat here again!

This was my second time visiting Mondi at the Corendon Hotel, and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. When we arrived, we had just called to make a reservation, but the gentleman who received us (a bearded man, possibly Italian) insisted there was no reservation and even said the phone number we called was not the hotel’s number. Later, he admitted it was, but said he didn’t know who answered. Instead of offering a solution, his attitude made us feel as if we were lying. We were seated at a table near the restroom, even though other seats were available. When a better table became free shortly after, he didn’t inform us or offer to move us. Another waiter wearing glasses kindly helped us when we asked — he was very professional and friendly. Also, the ceviche on the menu stated it included sweet potato, but none was served. Overall, it wasn’t outright rudeness, but the attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. As long as this staff member continues working there, I don’t think I will return.

We had made a reservation for 6:00 PM at Mondi restaurant tonight, mentioning Restaurant Week. Upon arrival, our reservation was already hard to find. Once at our table, no one asked if we wanted drinks, and it took 15 minutes! Even though there were only three other tables there when we arrived. It wasn't exactly busy. Tables that arrived later than us were served first, but anyway, we told them what we wanted to drink and also wanted to choose our menu. The staff knew nothing about Restaurant Week. We had to personally show them what we were there for and what was on the menu. They had to check with the kitchen?! After more than half an hour, there were still no drinks on the table, so we left. What should have been a pleasant evening ended in disgrace.

Great for dining with friends. The volume of the live music could be a bit lower, but that's a personal preference.

We'll never go back there. How awful! It started in the parking lot. A whole bunch of taxis load their cars there and casually block the entrance. Once upstairs, we were assigned a host who did his best, but he didn't know anything. I asked about the beers, and after I made my choice, something completely different arrived. The starter was fine, but the main course was what they call "shared," meaning the two of us share three pieces of chopped lamb. How so? Furthermore, we weren't asked if we wanted anything to drink, and we got coffee at McDonald's afterward. On our way home, it turned out they hadn't credited the €100 deposit. Try calling them. No luck. We went back to the taxis and tried to get upstairs. All in all, the quality was mediocre to reasonable, but the desserts were different from what was listed on the menu. The explanation was that this was a typo. They all came in different bowls. One person had a lot, the other almost nothing. They should be ashamed of themselves for that money. Never again.

The elevator ride was actually great. The lady greeted us and wanted to seat us at the high tables. However, since I had trouble walking, she seated us at a low table instead. Our order was taken quickly, but everyone ahead of us was served. The whiskey we ordered was suddenly unavailable, and the rum we ordered next was served on ice. Then, very cold rum was served. Later, we found out why the low tables were being kept clear. With the music turned up loud, chairs and tables were dragged past us. No one seemed to care that we were there. Poor service despite moderate customer traffic. Exorbitant prices. Not recommended.

Very poor service for a bar that charges about 15€ per Drink. Had to wait for ages despite the bar being almost empty. Cocktail was more ICE than anything else, and a Whiskey that should come withput any ice at all came with Lots of it. After my complaint the waitress just took the ice out and brought it back - oce cold. That was just the start of a very unpleasant journey

I’ve visited this place several times because the view is super! The food quality is good. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. Staff attention is minimal, as they seem more focused on their phones and conversations with each other than on customers. Even when there are more staff members standing around the bar than there are customers in the restaurant, you still need to walk up to them yourself to request anything.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Also expect sudden private parties on the days it says it’s open.

Mondi Skybar was a disaster from start to finish. Their Caribbean night was basically loud music with a few dancers popping in and out, nothing special. You need to wait around two hours just to get food, and when it finally comes out it’s poorly made with a very limited menu. The whole thing felt overrated and rushed, like they put more effort into the theme than actually serving guests who are sitting there starving. The manager tried to help, but the experience was still tragic. I would never recommend this place. Worst time ever.

Beautiful view! Enjoyed a delicious cocktail and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.

The food was really mediocre and very expensive, unfortunately (I heard the south branch has better food, though). The atmosphere was pleasant thanks to the nice people. The waitresses were vulgar, wearing vulgar clothes and open backs—sorry, but it really doesn't look good! One woman was wearing a blazer, and that was classy.

Had a fantastic evening with my girlfriends. We danced, sang, and ate wonderfully. A party on Friday night with vocals and piano by Junie Juliet.

The food was fabulous, but the service was extremely disappointing. We felt lucky to be one of the few tables that actually got served, while we watched several others leave without being helped at all. We would have loved more drinks — even just water — but it was impossible to get anyone’s attention. While the food itself was decent, the painfully slow and inattentive service means we wouldn’t return.

We ate here while staying at the Corendon Hotel. We went on a Friday and there was live music! We paid an extra 15 euros per person for the event. The music was great, and the singer really made it a night out. The food was also really good! The ribs and tuna tacos are highly recommended. Unfortunately, they forgot us after the main course. They could have made more money on drinks if they came by more often. They also forgot the glasses with the bottle of water we received and the cutlery with the main course. Otherwise, the food was fantastic, but the service staff could be better organized. We would definitely go back for another meal.

Nice looking place, great exterior seating/patio on the hotels roof, that was mostly unused except for smokers. I managed to get a few local craft beer here which is what I really wanted. I didn't get around to ordering food although I did see several plates come out of the kitchen that looked interesting. There was some sort of service problem (staffing?), as even ordering a beer was laborious. I had to almost call out to get attention. The bartender didn't really speak to anyone at the bar and spent her time looking down or off into space. One of the black garbed "waiters"? spent most of his time talking to one person at a table in the middle of the room while guests waited outside the elevator for someone to come and get them and seat them. Several gave up and went back down the elevator. Maybe a bad day or a staff shortage, but I would have a hard time wanting to go back.

The lady served was very friendly and correct, but later, I was served by gentlemen who, however, had no idea how to serve or pour food. I had to help myself to my main course and ask for cutlery after the appetizer, and I also had to hold my glass while pouring. Now, about the food: The starter, Fresh Tuna, was delicious. The main course, Glazed Beef Short Ribs, was a lump of meat on a greased plate with some sauces, without any garnish. The meat wasn't cooked through properly, with large chunks of fat that must have melted during cooking. The side dish, Funchi Hasa, was terribly limp, cut too thickly and not crispy. All in all, not recommended. That night, I had a bad feeling in my stomach, but I could have done with that. Perhaps two stars is too many.

Our experience didn't start off well. After arriving, we had to wait a long time for our drinks. The menu was already small, but several dishes were still unavailable. When my girlfriend arrived, it took almost 30 minutes for the waiter to ask her what she wanted to drink. The main course (our steaks, which we ordered medium rare) arrived cold and overcooked. Fortunately, the waiters resolved this quickly and courteously. Others at the table thought the food was okay, but not what we expected.

Had a great evening at Skybar Mondi’s Schiphol thanks to Tamia and Aqueena! Tamia was friendly, energetic, and radiating warmth and kindness. She immediately picked up on our vibe, made us feel truly welcome, and gave great menu tips. Honestly, the kind of person you’d hope your son brings home — just lovely energy. She was also super proactive and helpful. Aqueena told us take it easy; we love to have you enjoy your evening here with us and handled the invoice smoothly. Together, they made a fun night into a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!

Mondi Skybar in Badhoevedorp. We went here for a Caribbean high tea. What a wonderful experience and day it was. The staff was very friendly and professional, especially Nuno and Tania. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was nice with live music in the background, and the location has a beautiful view.

What a fantastic place to enjoy delicious food with a beautiful view of Schiphol Airport! We started the evening with cocktails on the terrace; we had something to celebrate, and that was a party in itself. Afterward, we sat down in the restaurant for a lavish dinner with appetizers, main courses, and dessert. Everything not only looked beautiful but tasted absolutely fantastic too. The waitresses were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the manager was also super friendly and professional. Around seven o'clock, the DJ started playing, which created an extra cozy atmosphere. The icing on the cake was that after dessert, we were offered a drink with fireworks, especially for our graduation party—so thoughtful! The price was very reasonable for what we got, and we truly had a fantastic evening. We will definitely be back soon!

I'm glad I had dinner here. The steak was cooked to perfection, fries had shredded parmesan on it. Had a sprite as well as a cocktail. Great views up top, excellent service, great dining experience overall.

Well, what can you say about this… Potentially an okay place. Great view. Food okay to good. But yes, order 4 courses, (set menu) Get 2 within 2.5 hours… No sorry nothing, a manager who doesn't know what to say… Drinking something is fine,* I would advise against eating (unless you have to sleep there and therefore have plenty of time for mistakes ;-) * wine is extremely expensive, but good Because of Okhuysen

It has become a tradition to celebrate my birthday at Mondi! We were nicely served by Ozan! He made it a party for us!

Caribbean High Tea at Mondi Skybar, unfortunately mainly an empty promise We were really looking forward to the Caribbean High Tea at Mondi Skybar. The menu looked promising but unfortunately it remained promises. More than half of the items mentioned were not on the tiered stand. No sponge cake with coconut cream, no brownie with mango gel, no profiteroles with ganache, no flatbread with hummus, no strawberry coulis, no tostones with guacamole, no salmon wrap, and also no club sandwich with jerk chicken and turkey bacon. When we asked about this, we were told rather dryly that these items were out of stock. That is quite something when you consider that these are exactly the things for which you book a Caribbean High Tea. After some insistence we spoke to the manager, who did his “best”: we were offered some extra bitterballen and a cocktail. Nice gesture, but it felt like a plaster on a much too big wound. What bothered us most: when making a reservation we had to leave a telephone number. How hard would it have been to call us in advance and tell us that the Caribbean High Tea in this form was not possible? Then we could have chosen: lunch, postpone or cancel. Now we were sitting there with high expectations and a half-empty tiered table. In summary: nice view, friendly person, but poor communication and a disappointing experience. For something that is presented as a “Caribbean High Tea” you get a very poor execution. Too bad!

I would not come back here for a high tea. Upon entering, there was a menu on the table with all the goodies we would get. To our surprise (only afterwards when we read the menu again) that quite a few dishes were different. In addition, it is advertised as a Caribbean High Tea, but there was nothing Caribbean about it except the Tostones. A real shame because I really saw potential in this. The staff was very friendly and attentive. But you really only pay for the view here.

First and last time at Mondi Skybar. After waiting for over 2 hours we still had nothing to drink or eat. Service was indifferent and slow. In the end we went downstairs to the hotel to eat something there, because our evening was already ruined. Absolutely not recommended.

Took 30min to get our first drink. Singer stopped for a break after 15min... never came back. Because of the extreme slow service, we were hesitating to order a dinner, so we skipped it. We ordered some bitter-balls instead but it did not had any mustard dipsause. After leaving we could not get out of the parking lot as the ticket machine was broken. Also the atmosphere on the parking lot was not good. There is a Tesla charging service were all of Amsterdam electric taxi's are charging. Some drivers were honking there horns to fight for the last parking-space to get some electricity. Some were frustrated and drove away like idiots. All in all a disaster place.

There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of the service. We have been waiting for 35 minutes, and no one asked us if we need a drink, so we need to remind them. The staff seemed to be occupied with work but not deliver effectively.

Had a Caribbean high tea. Everything was super delicious. Even the cucumber gazpacho that I thought I wouldn't like was surprisingly delicious. And of course the view was supurb ….. 😍 Will definitely come back here again.

Then 45 minutes after ordering we still hadn't received our 2 cocktails so we decided to leave thirsty.. in other words: an hour of our time wasted in this place.

Amazing atmosphere and terrific views of Schiphol! The service from Ozzy and Gencar was fantastic! Will be back for sure!

Celebrated a very happy Mother's Day at Mondi Skybar. We had a delicious meal and we received great service. It is highly recommended.

Top location, The staff was super sweet and caring. Tania and Nuno get a big ten from us!! We couldn't have wished for a better high tea, delicious replacement dishes that we requested and a great atmosphere. We were able to celebrate a great birthday thanks to all the good service, we will definitely come back here!!!

Mondi is very nice, especially with nice weather, the view on Schiphol is great. The Easter brunch was nice. The food and sweets were nice and tasteful. The staf was very friendly however not well informed by management about the specials, for example free bubbles. We had to ask for it and then the staff was surprised and had to verify, upon asking us for prove. Serving at the table was slow. We had to wait quite long with every order we placed. Also we learned that the staff was also not informed about the food that was served. Management can do a better job with communication with their staff. Live music was well appreciated.

Visited Skybar Mondi for the first time and had a very nice evening. We were helped by Aqueena and she made our evening completely. Nice, fun girl! We will definitely come back

Terrific, food was very good and the atmosphere was great. The company of both Aqueena & Eve made for a memorable evening.

Unfortunately, service was very bad and there were long waiting times even though there were enough waiters and waitresses. Food was good but small portions. Unfortunately too expensive for that.

Firstly, I object to being refused a glass of water and being forced to buy bottled water. The bill for 2 of us without the water was €84 so it's not as if we weren't spending much. Because of this we had one drink each and then went elsewhere for more drinks afterwards. My cocktail was forgotten- but that’s no big deal. The 'sharing' starter of 3 bits of fried plantain were no bigger than a slice of lemon. Terrible value at 13€ and just about enough for 1 person. Next, I asked for fries without Parmesan because I'm vegetarian. They came with Parmesan and the portion without Parmesan arrived only after I had to ask. I asked for rice without egg. It couldn't be done because it's already cooked. Fair enough, but I wasn't told until after I asked where the rice was. My eggplant main course was disgusting. My husband's corn cob was cremated. Lastly, I glanced into the kitchen to see the chef tasting something and putting the spoon back into it. Horrible. The fries were nice though and so were the servers, they were let down by poor organisation and a ridiculous rule regarding water.

It was a very pleasant evening. I made a mistake when ordering and ordered a vegetarian dish. Ozan then let me choose a new dish free of charge. Great service

With huge thanks to the wonderful Nuno & Elvis who looked after us so well! Great food recommendations - the Tostades Karni was an expensive starter but oh my goodness, one of the most delicious things I have eaten!! Amazing surroundings with panoramic 360° views of the sunset 🌅 The quality of the food and drinks were excellent, the staff extremely friendly and attentive - we would definitely recommend having flown in from the UK. The hotel is really lovely with a lot of staff keen to look after you

Incredibly disorganized. Each person's food was brought out one at a time, so we couldn't eat together. They were out of many of their main courses. Food was fine, once it finally came to the table.

Amazing food and ambience and service, well done chef IVO!

We got steak that was completely done. Reported to the waitress that steak is actually tastier if it is not well done and it now almost tastes like liver. Her answer was but liver is less tender than steak! And I could do it with that. Although she did admit that it was no longer red / rosé. We had dinner here with 6 people, of which my steak and that of a friend were dry and well done, two of them were very slightly red, and two of them were barely able to handle it. It's a shame because the atmosphere was great, but this is a reason for us never to eat here again.

On Friday evening we had dinner at Mondi Skybar (Badhoevedorp), during the Jeremy Garcia show. He did a great job and provided a lot of interaction with the guests. A real mood setter. In addition, we received good help from Ozan. In the end we were able to dance with DJ Ritmo until 1am. In short, a very nice evening with delicious food.

Fantastic experience, this bar exceeded our expectations. The service from Dalya was exceptionally attentive and felt personal. She went over and above to accommodate our needs. The food was excellent - our highlight was the beef tacos. Would come back.

Wow, what an incredible meal! even after 3 weeks since I have been there i still have this in my mind, what a wonderful experience, The Churrasco was absolutely amazing! One bite and it instantly gave me that comforting, homey feeling from Brasil. I was so curious to try it, and it completely exceeded my expectations! I just had to compliment Chef Ivo because it was truly something special. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! It was lovely meeting you.
