Large restaurant, so the acoustics weren't ideal. Dishes arrived quickly after taking the order and were tasty. The staff was also friendly. But just like other restaurants on the estate, the tables were dirty (sticky…)

Dining here on the terrace is wonderful, if only for the view. Where else can you dine in the company of giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife? Unfortunately, the food doesn't live up to the experience. The portions are very small, and the quality doesn't even come close to what one would expect given the high prices. It's baffling that the same restaurant offers excellent pizza, but it can only be ordered for takeaway or at tables that don't require reservations. So, as a guest with a reservation, you're out of luck – what a shame! Overall, the restaurant experience was disappointing, though the view made up for it.

We arrived at 7 pm, were politely turned away because it was “full,” although half the tables were empty. Just order pizza in the hallway. Ordered pizza using the QR code at the table. The pizza was just as tasty as a pizza from Albert Heijn.

Best view of the animals, very expensive and the service isn't very efficient.

Update: revisited in 2026, new menu. The service is similar but the menu is boring and the dishes small and quite tasteless, standard wholesale, a shame. The prices have also become shockingly high, €19 for a carpaccio with 3 slices of meat and double the weight in dried tomato. >€30 for a very mediocre steak. Price-quality is completely lost, not good. Original 2024: Really very good food for a holiday park. Good portions with good quality, fine beer list. Service was quick and good, food was fresh and consistent. Would definitely eat here again on a visit to BB.

​The dining experience was very disappointing although the staff was friendly. We had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive. ​Something as simple as the french fries are cooked well in advance and kept under a heat lamp, which leaves them completely dried out instead of fresh and crispy. To make matters worse, the €35 steak was completely tasteless, and the red wine reduction sauce had absolutely no flavor either. ​When we complained, their excuse was that they were understaffed. While I understand that can be challenging, they certainly didn’t cut the prices in half to match the drop in quality or the terrible wait times. Total disappointment and definitely not worth the money. In the end they removed from the bill (without us asking) the water, french fries and kids pasta.

The food was meh, the staff were like zombies, you just get served dirty napkins… the tableware looks like it has been used for 20 years and hasn't been polished once in those 20 years…

We had to wait more than an hour for anything appeared. When we asked, the only thing that was said was that they were busy. All about them, not about us. Here we were with two small kids needing to go to bed. Made a reservation in time. Nobody did do anything. The food, when it finally did come, was mediocre at its best. Portions were small. We had to rush. Whilst on e expect a restaurant with a certain amount of tables, used to families with small children, toi be able to cater any table within half an hour, or at least show up and have a better excuse as well as an apology. As it happens we were told that teh food couldn't be changed since it was all pre prepared. The prices certainly didn't reflect that, the taste did. We prefer the Italian restaurant.

We took our children to eat at Moto. The price-performance ratio is certainly debatable. Compared to other parks, it's just as "expensive." However, you do get to enjoy the view of the animals, so for us, it's justified. The food we had was of decent quality. The staff was very friendly, but they could have taken the empty glasses/bottles with them when bringing the new drinks. Otherwise, it's very nicely designed, with an indoor area and a playground outside.

It took 40 minutes before we received our first drinks (from the moment we ordered), after which things went a bit faster. When we asked where they were after half an hour, the wait staff said: "it will come when it comes". Additionally, the bill at the end was incorrect; it listed a drink we hadn't ordered. After they "corrected" that, it listed two desserts (even though we didn't even have desserts). Receipts were quickly snatched away, corrected, and the card terminal shoved under our noses. The food was fine, but the service was very poor!

We actually didn't get the dessert until after 50 minutes. We asked multiple times but had to keep waiting. There was also no monetary compensation or, for example, a free drink.

After an amazing stay at Berkse Bergan resort we wanted to top it off with a birthday celebration meal and chose Moto resteraunt in the resort. From the description of 'food cooked in front of you' and with a view of the safari ....it sounded ideal...it turned out to be simply an open kitchen, no atmosphere and all the animals in the safari had been put to bed....it was very busy as it was the local bank holiday but it took an hour for food to arrive, no one asked if we needed more drinks and the food was ok but nothing to write home about. Beef brisket was fatty and covered in BBQ sauce so drowned out the taste. The fish casserole was fried fish with a light cheese sauce served with salad and chips. The y did make an effort for the birthday and brought out sparklers and the waitress was very nice ...but overall a disappointment considering the steep price and the amazing holiday we had so far.

Not vegan friendly, many vegetarian items, no vegan items. I asked for the veggie burger without the animal products (sandwich and sauce), they brought me a plain burger without anything, no lettuce, tomato or avocado. Very disappointing

Received good assistance from service staff.

The food was perfect, but the atmosphere and staff were a bit disorganized. PLEASE NOTE: NOT everyone has First Aid training or knows what an AED is; in a medical emergency, they panic, which is also noticeable in the staff. That was very unfortunate.

We were greeted warmly and seated. Then we were given the menu, which was quite poor. We opted for the chicken burger, which was 25 euros each. You expect a lot from it. If I can use one word: appalling!! A 140-gram burger, if it even makes it. Two whole slices of pickle, two slices of tomato, one lettuce leaf, and a bun. Then a disgusting bowl of coleslaw and a tiny container of fries. Because that's the price. This whole meal was worth no more than 15 euros. And then we had to pay!! No one had time to pay. We had to go to the bar. Well, there was one guy who had to make the drinks, serve the drinks, pay for the pizzas, and do all the other things. It took ages. Respect to the guy.

The starter, the Tuna Pizza - Tokyo Crisp, was truly delicious and flavorful. The combination of ingredients was surprising and well-balanced; definitely recommended. Unfortunately, the steak was of lower quality than expected, which made the main course somewhat disappointing. We also had to wait about 50 minutes for our main course. That was quite long, although we understood that the staff were working hard and doing their best. All in all, a mixed experience: a very strong starter, but the main course and the wait time were somewhat disappointing. Hopefully, this will be better next time, as the service was otherwise friendly.

The manager is passionate about his work and attentive. Unfortunately, we didn't get this man to our table until the very end. We found the service from the other staff to be subpar. They weren't attentive or helpful. The chicken burger tasted good, but the beef burger was unfortunately nothing special (good). You get a maximum of half a container of fries, and when the waiter asked if everything was to your liking, we immediately mentioned it. All we got was a response that it always is, and for 25 euros. When we paid, we spoke to the manager, who was realistic and solution-oriented. (It makes sense that they're fighting food waste.) We had finished eating, so we didn't need any more fries. And yet, this man came up with a solution. Very nice. The atmosphere with the fireplace is great, as are the seats by the window. You can watch the animals from there. Another plus is that independent children can go from the restaurant to the play area on their own. There's plenty of climbing and clambering to do. (There is also an outdoor terrace with a playground, more for older children. Next to the large animal enclosure)

Extremely expensive for the quantity and quality you get.

We had a fantastic meal and the service was friendly! It was just a bit noisy in the restaurant. I definitely recommend the chicken burger and the curry.

Had lunch at Moto. It's a spacious, atmospheric restaurant. Some tables offer a beautiful view of the savannah. Unlike the dinner menu, the lunch menu has little to do with the African theme; nothing exciting, but there's plenty of choice. The portions are quite small. For example, the tasty tomato soup only came with half a slice of bread. The service isn't unfriendly, but it's not very attentive. A glass broke twice while clearing a table next door; fifteen minutes later, there were still shards of glass on the floor. When we reported this, because there are so many children running around, we received a rather unsympathetic response.

A friendly and smooth welcome. Delicious food and drinks at a reasonable price. The steak was served sparingly, though, with the otherwise delicious sauce. It's more or less a commercial kitchen, and it's a shame that, depending on where you sit, you're actually watching the kitchen being cleaned. It's not exactly a pleasant atmosphere, especially with the accompanying noise.

Great restaurant, we made a reservation (Saturday evening). Service was (very) prompt, and the food was delicious. The menu clearly explained the fish varieties. We certainly didn't notice a long wait (as described in previous reviews). Twelve poffertjes for 9 euros is a bit low, though.

Of the restaurants we visited in Beekse Bergen, this was the worst, and we wouldn't go back. The food was mediocre. The waiter was a disaster, a complete amateur, and not worth the price: the water bottle came without glasses, the kids' soup came without spoons, the wrong food was brought, assigning seats despite a reservation was a mammoth task, took forever, etc.

Two-course dinner. The food was delicious and well-made. A great restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere. The waitress was incredibly friendly and cheerful. She was proactive and helpful. A great evening can be made or broken by poor service. Kudos to this lady.

Absolutely dismal. The food was mediocre, and the service left much to be desired, to the point of being rude and terrible. It's truly outrageous that they dare to charge for some things and then simply ignore you for over an hour. I was treated reasonably well after reporting the incident, but in my opinion, the handling wasn't proper. I'm glad I only made one reservation here. The service at Amma's was at least ten times better.

Absolutely terrible! They have very little selection, and for dinner they only have pizza. On the plus side, the staff is friendly.

Outrageous, you have made a reservation and are standing in a mega line! Very poorly organized! Hotel room 1055. Maybe an idea to hire someone who understands the catering industry (food and warehousing manager?). Only saw school going students who were running back and forth like crazy. When paying: everything to your liking? Concerns expressed, answer; is your opinion! , and was someone who had some kind of management. What a bad shop!

I had a steak Medium and I got it and it was raw I say it is raw the waiter takes it and takes it to the kitchen then I got it back still raw and without fries/chips

Very cozy restaurant! It was very busy and the staff remained very friendly despite the crowd and worked very hard. The food was very tasty, the boboti is really recommended! It fills up quickly so reservations are definitely a must in the weekends and during the holiday period.

At 17:00 a table for 10 people, including 2 young children (<4 years). We reserved on time and wanted to eat, because the little ones don't stay that late. We were the first in the restaurant and quickly had our drinks and could quickly place our order (within fifteen minutes of arrival). Great! After an hour our food still wasn't there (only ordered main course) and something turned out to have gone wrong in the kitchen. Although we were clear that we had been waiting far too long with young, hungry children, our table was not treated earlier than the current order. Finally our food arrived at the table around 18:20... The food was tasty, but because of the tiredness of the youngest we couldn't really enjoy the food. It is very noisy in the restaurant, partly due to the acoustics but also because of the adjacent bowling alley, and it is extremely warm. After a conversation with the floor manager, part of our bill was waived, which was a pleasant service, but also no more than justified.

Abominable cuisine! The dishes are disgusting. Made from frozen vegetables, nothing is really cooked. We ordered a so-called African specialty, boboti: a simple gratin made from minced steak and egg and frozen beans. Advertised as an African meat dish... it's shameful. A vegetable curry served in a “sourdough” bread.. with fries! But who serves curry with fries? A real curry simmers for a long time with seasonal vegetables which are tender and is served with rice. Huge joke. As for “sourdough” bread, it is an industrial bread that has just been reheated, frozen brunoise vegetables. Infamous. Even our son's pasta is not good. How can you cook so badly? Go your way

Had lunch and dinner here. Tastes more than fine, good portions and where Amma delivers poor quality, it is simply good here. If you don't feel like eating off site, this is highly recommended.

Went here with the family 4 times while we were on holiday, the staff is very friendly and the children are also taken into consideration. The menu is not very large, but what is on it are tasty dishes.

Young inexperienced service, everyone has to discover what catering is all about at some point. But please guide these young people. People didn't even know what an iced coffee was. The explanation: It's my first day here. Don't know.

No recommendation! The service is just bad! Our starter plates were not cleared, the food came cold and no one asked if more drinks were wanted. No one was able to respond to complaints or questions in a customer-oriented manner. There are simply untrained staff working here! The price-performance ratio is therefore absolutely wrong.

Nice restaurant in the Beekse Bergen in Karibou house, friendly service, but like everywhere in the Netherlands, minimal lunch menu with rarely a hot meal. Beautiful surroundings, located on the Savannah.

Turned up half hour before closing time with no reservation and the staff were very relaxed and friendly in finding a table. The waiter we had was very knowledgeable about the menu and drink options, and his suggestions were spot on. Adult food was excellent, brisket and steak, kids was good but the chicken nuggets weren't quite what we expected. They had the soup with meatballs starter which was very nice. The area around the restaurant was very busy and noisy but not so much that it spoiled our meal. Much of the noise was from the kids play area which our 2 used and enjoyed, so can't complain about that 😁

Poor menu at far too high a price

Delicious food! Some reviews here were bad, but we were positively surprised and really used to it. Reservations are necessary and unfortunately only a very small part of the Moto Rest terrace is for drinks only, so you will probably sit inside. The restaurant is attractive, air-conditioned and cozy + dishes are all tip top and neatly prepared.

Price quality very poor. €14 for lettuce and half an avocado. I got bread to make up for it? What this was not on the menu. If you want to be full, you have to order this 4 times. I think it's about 150 calories, if not less... A nice restaurant

Unfortunately the service was more bad than good. Both the table in front of the restaurant where we waited and the table in the restaurant stuck disgustingly. Despite ordering in fluent Dutch, the order was not taken correctly or processed correctly in the kitchen. When ordering it was said that mayonnaise was included with every burger, but had to be reordered. The missing BBQ sauce on the burger was then delivered in a bowl. Nevertheless, the service staff were very friendly and accommodating. It appeared that a lack of staff was the reason for the problems. The taste was good, even if the fries could have used a little more time in the deep fryer 😀

Leuke en gezellige sfeer, een bezorg robot die de drankjes naar de bowlingbaan brengt, personeel dat zijn best doet, het is allemaal goed. Eten vonden we iets aan de kostbare kant, maar wel goed!

Moto is geheel in Afrikaanse stijl. Zorgt voor een echt vakantiegevoel, sinds dit onderdeel van Safari resort Beekse Bergen is. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en het eten goed.

We hebben er lekker gegeten maar we vonden de kwaliteit en hoeveelheid en prijs wat uit balans. Verder wel een mooi restaurant.

Zeer fijne service netjes lekker eten.

Alleen doorheen gelopen naar de schaatsbaan buiten. Alles ziet er picobello uit, alsof het net is opgeleverd.

Heerlijk eten , gezellige sfeer en vriendelijk personeel. Voor herhaling vatbaar! De kinderen kunnen zich prima vermaken in de nabijgelegen speelgelegenheid.

Leuke plek om met de kids te eten. Bediening hield rekening met snelle bediening wegens de kleintjes die erbij waren.

Leckeres Essen...allerdings nicht ganz preiswert.

Food was nice, staff friendly but very busy. Food arrived extremely quick. The place is quite noisy when it's full. Dark, but cosy too, but I prefer that in a dinner setting.

Dit keer vreemd gegaan (betreft keuze van eten) en voor vegetarisch gegaan. Dit was echt verrukkelijk en een aanrader (foto is overigens kindergerecht formaat - zebrapasta)

Heb daar buiten op het terras gegeten. Was wel leuk zo vlak bij de dieren. Het eten vond ik niet in overeenstemming met de prijs. De vis met kerrie te zurig en de soep te vlak van smaak. De frites wat melig. Het vlees was wel lekker. Dus te duur voor de geleverde kwaliteit. Ben de dag erna bij het buffetrestaurant gaan eten dat was veel beter.

Prachtige locatie (vooral buiten), fijn zitten en prima en lekker eten. Wij zaten heerlijk buiten, Maar de serveerster was liever lui dan moe, gaf al het drinken in de hand aan en toen ze bij een glazen flesje ice tea geen glas meegenomen had en ook geen rietje zei ze toen we er om vroegen die kun je wel even halen aan de bar. Beetje jammer wel!

Zeer toffe en snelle vriendelijke bediening, zeer lekker gegeten. Vooral de glimlach op het ticketje was een leuke detail. Top!

Super. Gezellige setting en lekker eten. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en kindvriendelijk. Ons zoontje is gevallen tijdens het eten op het speelpleintje en werd meteen geholpen door Celine van de EHBO. Ook de ober Tom was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Komen zeker terug.

Wij zijn hier op een donderdag middag wezen lunchen. Het was super rustig, dus we kregen ons eten al snel en ook de bediening was vlot en beleefd. Heerlijk gegeten en ook een redelijke prijs! We hebben later ook een pizza afgehaald. Deze waren lekker warm en waren goed gebakken, maar de smaak was gewoon iets minder. Al met al 4 sterren voor de heerlijke lunch en goede en snelle service!

Eten is heel goed en de bediening extreem vriendelijk, wat een toppers! Jullie hebben de fooi dik verdiend!!!

eten niet heel erg lekker niet heel slecht ook niet heel goed middelmaat als je meelwormen wilt is dit wellicht een aanrader ik raad aan buiten het park te kijken naar echt lekkere restaurants voor minder geld zelfs

Zebra Nudeln, Curry Fisch gut. Schokolade Törtchen dauerte sehr lange.Fruitage Bier probiert, war sehr gut.

Wij bestellen aperitieven ,olijven en ook de hoofdmaaltijd Na 5 min is de hoofdmaaltijd er, geen spoor van de aperitieven en de olijven. Alles wordt 5 min later gebracht. De apero hebben we uitgedronken, de olijven hebben we geweigerd. Zij zijn ook niet in rekening gebracht.

We zijn hier speciaal gaan eten omdat we er volgens de site een salade met kip konden bestellen, dat kon dus niet. Op het bord bij de ingang stond dat er een maaltijdsalade was, ook dat was niet terug te vinden op de menukaart binnen en kon ook niet gemaakt worden. De oplossing was om ons drinken op te drinken en betalen en een ander restaurant te bezoeken.Dus we hebben iets gegeten wat we eigenlijk helemaal niet wilde. Ook zou er bij elk hoofdgerecht frite geserveerd worden, ook dat gebeurde niet en moeste we naar vragen.

Voor een parkrestaurant aardig, maar je mist toch de finishing touch. Voor de prijs mag er toch wat extra's worden gedaan.
