We've been here six times now, and it's always fantastic. We recommend this place to everyone! For this price, you get both delicious food and excellent service. If you're looking for a truly great meal at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. The service and quality are top-notch, and you'll be served quickly. If you were to arrive an hour before closing, you'd still leave satisfied. An all-you-can-eat concept with the look and feel of fine dining.

We had a really delicious and enjoyable meal with the whole family at this restaurant. We tried several small, mainly Asian dishes. Every single one was delicious. The service was quick and very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Ordered nasi, and no ham???? Disappointing. Maybe indicate that the nasi is vegetarian and offer an option with ham? Otherwise, it's a great place.

My partner and I came from Belgium and made a reservation for a romantic evening. Upon arrival, we were only allowed to eat at the bar. We felt that wasn't fair for the price. So we waited, and after an hour, there was still no table available. The service was very friendly, but the owner was a bit arrogant (if you don't want to wait, just leave; you're the only ones who don't want to eat at the bar). Certainly not the most difficult people, but we won't be back. It's a shame.

The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly, young but incredibly driven. You get to choose from one dish each time. Portions are quite large. One drawback: when the restaurant is full, it gets quite cramped.

We were seated at two small round tables with a group of nine people. That wasn't ideal. The food was delicious and served quickly. We will definitely be back. The restaurant is expanding soon, and hopefully, larger tables will be available then.

What a surprise today! 😀 We had a delicious meal at Mr. Au's for a reasonable price. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive, which isn't always a given. The restrooms were clean and the interior was nice. The tables were quite close together, but that wasn't a problem. We had a great laugh with the ladies next to us. We'll definitely be back.

Food was cold, no meat in nasi and bami

We ordered an Indonesian and Chinese menu here through Social Deal. It was delicious, more than enough, and had excellent flavors. When we picked up the food, we also noticed that the restaurant looked very neat and inviting. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

Ordered babi panang for €17.50. It was a decent price, and I received my order within two minutes. That was the brand name, though. The meat was tough and very dry. It was very poor quality. I'm not sure I'll order again. Certainly not for the first few months.

I've been coming here for over 40 years and just picked up Gado Gado today. Consistently excellent flavor, large portions, fast service, and consistently good quality. Highly recommended. This is in contrast to the pizzas next door, which are awful and not recommended. Your money is definitely better spent at Mr. Au/Sun On.

A pleasant surprise! Went for dinner with family and had a wonderful evening. Friendly staff, delicious food, and a refreshingly different all-you-can-eat concept. No crowded tables, just beautifully presented dishes. I'll definitely be back!

Very poor service! The noodles are too thick. The babi pangang is too dry and thick. The mini spring rolls are too soft. In short, not fresh. The company does nothing to compensate for this. And all that for €60.

A popular restaurant in Eindhoven serving delicious food and excellent, fast service. Mr. Au is a tapas restaurant with an extensive menu of appetizers and hot dishes. You can order one dish at a time, and reordering soups is quick and easy. By far better than other tapas restaurants. The evening concludes with dessert. A very successful evening, highly recommended!

Good price and excellent quality. I hope that after the renovation, this cozy atmosphere will remain, along with the lovely details that make it so special, like the tableware, the soup pouring, etc. The air conditioning was cold, and I would also like the acoustics to be quieter.

I was surprised by how small the restaurant was; these kinds of concepts often have larger restaurants. The tables are therefore close together, which can be a drawback. But otherwise, the food was excellent, and the service was also good and very friendly. Plates are cleared quickly, and your order is also taken very quickly once you set out the menu. I'm not sure if this is always the case, but expect it to take anywhere from a few seconds to a maximum of three minutes. My only drawback was that the tables were a bit close together. Otherwise, it was all fine.

We had a delicious Asian meal with a variety of small appetizers and a tasty Pino Grigio. The service was excellent and professional. The owner should probably adjust his restaurant's appearance next time, so no shorts. It's not very chic.

We really enjoyed the concept of the unlimited eating restaurant, one meal at a time. Our only complaint would be that even though we had a reservation we didn't have a table when we arrived and were sat at the bar for a while. So I think some work has to be done there. But other then that, the staff was really nice, most of the dishes were delicious, nice desserts and the price is quite affordable.

I had a fantastic experience here! The place is cozy and atmospheric, the staff is super friendly and efficient, and the food is generally delicious. You order one dish per round and simply place your order verbally each time. Some dishes were surprisingly good, unique compared to other sushi restaurants. I was personally disappointed with some dishes, like the sashimi. Some dishes are small, while others are suddenly quite large (for example, the fried dishes), so I tried a little less than I would have liked. But I can do that next time. Overall, very satisfied!

A great family run restaurant. A set price to enjoy at least of 30 different tapas style asian dishes. Cold and warm treats. Great atmosphere, with friendly and swift service. Prices are very affordable compared to other similar establishments. Order as much as you manage to eat, one dish at the time. Been here many times. PS be sure to reserve a table, they are often fully booked.

Great tasty food, was there on Saturday because of my birthday the day before, and the kids and their partners really enjoyed it and will definitely be back, friendly and spontaneous service, even those who have been working there longer, a friendly owner and the atmosphere is also relaxed. All you can eat restaurant by ordering. Overall it’s good but some of the seasonings are a bit too salty. I recommend seafood, fish , sushi and avocado salad.

With a group of 8 people last minute reserved on a weekday. Location outside the center. Nice place. All you can eat concept was very good. All dishes were fresh and very tasty. Service was fast and pleasant and smooth. Definitely recommended!

Top restaurant for anyone who likes Asian food. The food was delicious! And the time you have for the all you can eat is more than enough. Beautiful local. The only minor thing that annoyed me is that the places themselves were a bit on the small side (many tables and chairs for the room itself).

It was an all you can eat, but what a positive surprise. Not a fr(eating) barn but a restaurant where you can order from the menu and where the food is of quality. We were really positively surprised. Still more "tried" than expected. I think it's a real advantage that you can sit comfortably, talk and possibly look at your phone. For us, we will definitely go for a repeat!!

Restaurant zat erg vol, maar wij hadden gereserveerd en al vooruit betaald via social deal. Anderen die na ons kamen kregen voor ons een tafeltje, en wij werden op 2 plekken aan een barretje gezet waar van de tafel achter ons 2 mensen al zo ongeveer tegen de barkrukken aan zaten. Daar konden wij dus niet zitten en deze plaatsen weigerden we natuurlijk en gingen we terug naar voor waar we wachtten op een tafeltje. De eigenaar, David Au, ging kijken en kwam na een minuut teerug met de mededeling dat hij geen tafeltje vrij had en ook niet kon garanderen dat er snel een tafeltje vrij zou komen; hij ging met ons in discussie over dat we niet altijd konden verwachten dat we aan een tafeltje zouden kunnen zitten en dat de plekken aan de bar (waar geen ruimte was om te zitten) gewoon prima zouden zijn!? Na een hele discussie waarbij Meneer Au ons meermaals woorden in de mond probeerde te leggen hebben wij besloten dat we dit etentje wilden annuleren; meneer Au gaf aan geen geld terug te geven en dat we dat dan maar via social deal moesten regelen, wat we gedaan hebben. De medewerker daar was ook nog zo vriendelijk om ons naar een dochter website (spontaan.nl) te sturen waar we konden zien waar er op dat moment nog wel plaats was om te dineren.

We had dinner with my mother last week when we received the menu and saw that there were no prices for the dishes. Which I think is just misleading, we each ordered salmon. When we got the food we were surprised to see that the salmon was very small with rice. We ordered a water and a Coke... When we got the bill we had to pay 86 euros.. Which I think is outrageously expensive for what we got and the food was nothing...I will never go there again...

Echt enorm lekker gegeten! Service was top! Iets te snel soms maar dat deed weinig tot niets af aan de ervaring. Het enige wat ik en mijn vrienden wel echt jammer vonden was dat de wasabi en Sojasaus in plastic zakjes op tafel werd gelegd in plaats van een flesje of potje of zo. A little new gem so close to home. It is a small restaurant (with takeaway options) a bit 'hidden' in a residential area. The atmosphere inside was nice with good service and delicious dishes. An extensive menu with allergens per dish was also available for people with allergies.

2025: A truly fantastic restaurant, with beautiful tableware and skilled waiters! The portions are slightly smaller than previous years, but that is logical. The only downside is that (the young owner?) went to get a glass of wine and did not ask which wine. As a result, I received the wrong one, but that was resolved immediately. 😊 2023/2024: Very nice and knowledgeable staff, especially Lars. All dishes taste fantastic and are beautifully prepared. We will definitely come back here again! 🤗🥂

I had a voucher for a tapas box for 2 people. won. Delicious and some with a little bit of spice, but really tasty and can be eaten by 3 people. It really was so many different dishes. Come and eat in the restaurant itself soon. Then I can also taste/interpret the atmosphere.

Delicious food. Service was friendly and fast. But what a bully that restaurant boss is. A boy in the Ministry always had to pay the price. This was really unpleasant to hear. This was belittling in a crowded tent. Really can't!!!! If he makes mistakes, take him back and tell him what he is doing wrong. But in my opinion it is really not possible to belittle him like that in a crowded tent. Table next to us was also watching the scene. They didn't think it was possible either.

What a great concept. Delicious unlimited food. Rehabilitation arrived at a rapid pace. The only thing I didn't like was the beef which was way too soft.

Tot 2x toe een verkeerde wok gekregen wij bestelde 1x nasi en 1x bami en kregen 2x bami en dat dus 2x terwijl ik gebeld had zeiden ze breng het maar terug. Gisteren 1e kerstdag voor ons gezin besteld en het was echt slecht nasi was zuur babi panggang keihard gebakken en de foe yong hai was ontzettend zoet. En daging roedjak was ook niet kortom zeer teleurgesteld voor 80 euro. Ik weet zeker dat het de laatste keer is dat ik daar kom.

Mr. Au also applies an all-you-can-eat principle. Unlimited time, unlimited number of courses, but 1 dish (with a side dish) per order. That doesn't seem like much, but the portions per dish are decent and every subsequent order is taken quickly and served quickly. In addition, the atmosphere is informal, cozy, but quiet. And then the food: excellent! We have not been able to mark anything as 'less'. In short: back soon 😀.

Het was enorm slecht, eten was koud. Garnalen waren slap. Probeerde de man te bellen maar gaf mij de schuld en vond het een “meningsverschil”, echt een schande. 40 euro betaald voor lauwe borrelhapjes. De kwaliteit was daarbij ook nog eens enorm slecht.

What should have been a nice meal out turned out to be a bit disappointing. Food was delicious.... Service was very good.... Only, I had the feeling that they were too fully booked. Our group was pushed into a corner. If we wanted to go to the toilet, the entire table had to be rebuilt to get out. Such a shame Mr Au, don't do this anymore......

Expectations were not high but to my great surprise the food was outstanding, service was also outstanding. Haven't eaten this good at an affordable price in a long time. I personally thought beef with black pepper tasted very good. Even my very critical friends praised the good food and service. Will definitely come back here.

Had dinner with an old colleague. It's a small place and it was packed! I think there are a few inferior tables where you sit very close together, but when we asked we were given a table on the corner and that was fine. The food is very tasty and you can order everything from sushi to rendang. What is particularly striking is the service, super fast and alert, where do you still see that in the catering industry nowadays. All in all a very good experience, definitely recommended!

Snel eten op tafel het eten was lekker maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Ossenhaas was taai niet makkelijk te eten, warme garnalen waren biet warm maar 1 koud 2 lauw. Alle sushi waren met surimi ook met kip. Ruimte erg krap. De keuze tussen het concept wereldkeuken en mr au...... dan kies ik voor wereldkeuken omdat je daar meer smaak hebt aan gerechten en meer keus en betere prijsverhouding.

Had dinner here tonight. Upon arrival we were greeted with a big smile, including a coat, by a very friendly lady. All the staff are very neat and work/run hard, many restaurants can follow this example! The food was very tasty, served super quickly and some of the dishes on the menu were excellent. Sushi was ok, nothing special really, but not bad either. The downside is that you are only allowed 1 dessert per person & the drinks are quite pricey. Furthermore, a very nicely decorated restaurant, although quite noisy. All in all 4/5
