A truly ridiculous franchise! Weird that they don't address the reviews. Indeed, super late delivery, and they're impossible to reach. Money's already been collected. Better to go with a smaller chain.

We used to order from here regularly. There was something wrong with our order, and they were very difficult to reach by phone afterward. It was eventually resolved, but then instead of edamame beans, our poke bowl ended up with bitter fava beans, which I hadn't specified beforehand. After this, I never heard anything back or received a call back. I will never order from here again.

The sushi is delicious. But the delivery isn't as it should be. The order ended up being 45 minutes late. The delivery driver didn't care; there was a collision or something. Whatever, but we'll provide a phone number and perhaps a tip for next time: check your navigation first!

The Crispy sushi wasn't as good from this location. In Weesp, they use fresh tuna and fresh salmon. Here, they use canned food. It tastes absolutely awful. I ordered from here for the first time and will never order again. I threw everything in the trash. What a shame.

Sushi here is generally fine, ordered a few times, the service is unfortunately very bad. The separate tuna sashimi (first time I ordered this) was very stringy and not fresh, while in the same order the tuna sashimi in the box was very tasty/fresh. Emailed about this via the contact form on the website, no response after 3 weeks. Called the Almere branch, was spoken to very rudely. Then emailed the Almere branch, no response. Will never order here again with such service, plenty of other good sushi options in Almere.

Tried to call after waiting 2 hours for my order. First I couldn't get anyone on the phone for half an hour and then I got a young lady on the phone who was very unfriendly and not customer friendly. Maybe according to her I had to wait after 2 hours, while it had already been stated in my home delivery account for 45 minutes that the delivery person could call at any time and cancel my order. I finally went to pick up my food and had to understand the fact that they only had 1 cook and 2 delivery people. I could have had that understanding if there had been normal communication. In the end I found the food far from tasty, so NEVER again mr sushi for me

I should have already known not to order when I got the girl on the phone when I called. She was incredibly grumpy and not tidy at all. I didn't know exactly what I wanted and had doubts. First she puts me on hold without saying anything, then she hangs up in my ear. I called back with what I wanted. I could adjust it (plus point). When the food arrived I opened the box and what I had in my head was not what I saw. Lots of sauce on the sushi, really nasty, it looked like I had called the chip shop for fries with mayo with extra sauce. How dirty!! Couldn't eat it all off the sushi because it just wasn't tasty. I was really disappointed with the food I was really looking forward to! No more MR sushi for me. Plenty of other nice places

Ordered from Mr.Sushi, received a call that the delivery person was unable to deliver and whether we could pick it up ourselves. Very annoying for the delivery person of course and I hope everything goes well with him. I therefore picked up the order and upon receipt I asked for a small compensation in the form of a drink because of course we order for a reason and have also paid for it. Unfortunately, no compensation was offered, which I think is a shame about the matter. Sushi was delicious as usual, nothing to complain about.

Delivery order placed given predicted time 30/60 minutes after payment this became 90 minutes. After telephone contact, we decided to pick up the food. Asked for a refund of the delivery costs, but that was not possible, because then the order had to be canceled. I indicated this was no problem to Vincent, but then again it is not possible and the gentleman hides behind home delivery and yes, sorry, I am a franchise so it is not possible. Lost a potential customer for €1.50... very short-sighted and not at all concerned with a solution. The food is okay, but not great

I ordered two poke bowls, spicy tuna & spicy salmon. Really delicious, looks small but great portion and containers of mayonnaise and a spicy mayonnaise. Best of all, ordered at 6:48 PM and the delivery scooter was at the door at 7:08 PM! Good price for what you get too. Highly recommended.

I ordered at 5:45 PM and the next order time was at 6:30 PM. We chose that one. It is now 7:00 PM and I thought I would call. They are told that the food is already ready, but luckily it won't arrive until 7:15 PM. This means that they receive the food 45 minutes late and the food is no longer fresh and is old. I've always had delicious sushi here, but the people who answer the phone are still young and not polite and this service is really unacceptable. A wait of at least 45 minutes late and food that has been waiting for 45 minutes. So not nice. It is now half past eight and he is only now at the door

Wist niet dat er een Mr Sushi was geopend in Almere. Helaas kon niet bezorgd worden in Almere Buiten tijdje terug blij dat dit nu wel mogelijk is. Sushi was netjes ingepakt, mooi om te zien en vers. We gaan vaker bestellen. Persoonlijke kaartje is zeker ook gewaardeerd. Top service! Update Tweede keer besteld had even niet door dat het al 21:00 was sorry daarvoor , maar mijn pokebowl en sushi was alsnog op tijd bezorgd. Pokebowl was perfect goed van smaak en genoeg saus. Ik heb dit keer wel een opmerking over de soft shell rolls deze moeten echt wat kleiner ze zijn te groot gemaakt is moeilijk te eten. Voor de rest is alles prima en goed van smaak. *Goed dat de soft shell rolls nu kleiner zijn. Zit wel veel uitjes op alles en daardoor smaakt alles hetzelfde mag wel minder enthousiast met de uitjes. Sushi was nog warm.

Slechte ervaring. Ik krijg de verkeerde sushi box geleverd, de poke bowl heeft geen saus, geen dressing, niets. Op de website heel mooi duurzaam aangegeven de optie dat ik geen stokjes wil en geen soyasaus. Gember en wasabi wilde ik wel, dat wordt bij elke andere sushitent die ik ken standaard meegeleverd. Wat uiteindelijk ik wel kreeg was een tas vol stokjes en soyasaus (dat wilde ik nou juist voorkomen), maar géén wasabi of gember, want wat blijkt na telefonisch contact, dat moet je er extra bij bestellen anders krijg je het helemaal niet. Waarom dan de optie om het weg te laten uit je bestelling? Uiteindelijk werd de goede box een uur later geleverd, kans om het nog een beetje goed te maken door er dan in ieder geval gember of wasabi bij te doen is onbenut gebleven. Kwaliteit van de sushi, wakame en edamame die wel geleverd werd was de drie sterren waard.

Please never order from here again! What terrible staff! I've been giving them ages, and then I call after waiting over two hours to ask if there's anything wrong with my order, which I placed through their own website. Well, the guy on the line, where did I get the nerve to call? Because the delivery driver had already been to my address and I wanted free food. It wasn't his fault that the order hadn't gone through, and he was going to call the police. I went to the restaurant to show them my email address so I'd actually ordered, not under the name they'd told me. Then, suddenly, everything was correct, and the order had arrived. After a lot of back and forth, the guy was too busy for me, and I asked for a refund, which was literally thrown in my hand. No, this is absolutely unacceptable! They don't know how to say "the customer is king" here! -5 stars!!

I've always had a good experience, good service, and good value for money. But today I saw that they've raised the prices even further and reduced the portions (the fries were too small compared to the previous portions). This is the best way to lose customers.
