As always at De Beren, it's fun and cozy, and the food is a mix of very good and not so good. The starters were great, but the combined main course was reasonably good spareribs, but satay was way too dry. The apple crumble dessert was great, but there wasn't enough chocolate sauce for the churros and the dame blanche. All in all, a convenient restaurant in a great location, with "average" food.

I also had the Social Deal offer and I thought it was pretty good! I was there around 6:00 PM on Saturday. The food was delicious; the portions might have been a bit small for some, but overall, it was filling. What do you expect for €25.95? My experience with De Beren (at other locations) is the same: good and consistent food. It has a beautiful location overlooking the water, and I absolutely loved the food. Friendly staff and good food.

Unfortunately, we were seated in a corner next to the utility room and the meter cupboard, where the ice cooler was apparently leaking, presumably causing a strong odor. Otherwise, it was okay, a bit noisy, and the staff were young but friendly.

I had vouchers through Social Deal. The staff was helpful, but I feel like they weren't staffed enough... empty tables weren't cleared. We sat for a full two and a half hours (!!) for a two-course lunch, it took so incredibly long. We had to ask where our food was; I feel like we'd been forgotten. I didn't think my ciabatta with brie, onions, and fried bacon was prepared well. It seemed like it had been piled on the bread roll too quickly. Such a shame, no more Beren for us. It wasn't worth the money; I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

I've rarely had such a bad experience. I have no idea where to begin... We ate here tonight with four adults and one child. First, we received our appetizer (tomato soup) in a tiny coffee cup, which was very disappointing; it tasted like canned soup. Then we had to wait over 30-45 minutes for our appetizer. The carpaccio tasted very smoky, and the gyozas were semi-soft and tasteless. Then came the main course, which again took a very long time. We had two spicy chicken dishes, which had hard chunks and were anything but crispy. The chicken satay was tough and very sparse. The fries that came with it were limp, tasteless, and cold... We also had two aioli breads. The aioli was forgotten, and even after asking, they still forgot a container. The aioli tasted like soap and was therefore inedible. I mentioned all of this to the staff, who reacted very disinterestedly and said they would pass it on to the kitchen. Nothing was done about it, so more than half the food was sent back. Unfortunately, we also had to wait a very long time for drinks and had to ask for them several times. (It was quiet in the restaurant.) Then came the dessert: two crème brûlées, the sugar layer wasn't crispy and the taste was mediocre. One apple crumble was half-burned and rock-hard. One dame blanche was melted when it arrived, and the whipped cream, which tasted very spoiled, had hard bits in it. Aside from all this, it was very cold inside the restaurant, and there were rats running around outside the window. Unfortunately, due to the poor service from the staff and the very disappointing food, we had a very bad experience here. If you want to waste your money, go here! (0 stars) Tip: There's a good KFC and Burger King across the street.

Really, really awful. The wait for food and drinks was terribly long, and even one person in our group never got their drink. The chicken satay for five people was cold. I ate it cold because I was starving, and the service was nowhere to be found. And don't let the manager respond with his copy-paste line that you should have reported it directly to the restaurant, like in many reviews here, because he doesn't read properly! I just read that people report it and get a lame solution. Just like us. I just want to warn people not to eat here. I'd rather pay a bit more at a good restaurant. I'll never come back.

Despite previous bad experiences, we decided to give De Beren another try because the movie was at 7:30 PM, so it was really convenient! When we made our reservation, we indicated we needed to leave on time. The staff knew this and genuinely tried their best to get everything out in time, so dessert was at 6:45, but it still wasn't ready at 7:40, so unfortunately, we had to skip it otherwise we would have been late for the movie! After several attempts to get this compensated, we finally agreed, under time pressure, to waive one water for €3.50... We won't even mention the quality of the food!

I went there with my family for my birthday, which was a gift from my wife to me (five adults and two young children). I knew De Beren from previous visits in another city, so we went in with hope. The welcome was friendly. We received the menu and ordered some drinks, which arrived fairly quickly. We decided to try the three-course option so everyone could choose their own. We asked if there was a children's menu, and they did. We placed our order, including the children's menu, and requested that the children's food be served with the adults' appetizers. This was arranged. Things went wrong immediately: the appetizers arrived, but the children's menus only arrived after the adults had already finished their appetizers. The quality of the appetizers left something to be desired, and the presentation was rather poor. The next course took a while. Finally, we received what we ordered: medium pork tenderloin and two burgers for three people. All three had well-done (dry) pork tenderloin, one of which was even burnt. A meager piece of lukewarm vegetable, a sour pepper sauce, and a mushroom sauce with truffle that had lost the truffle along the way, completely lacking flavor! The burnt pork tenderloin was returned, and a new one took about 20 minutes. The others had already finished when their new pork tenderloin arrived, but it was so good that they were jealous they hadn't returned theirs either. Then came the desserts, which were a special experience. We ordered two apple crumbles, three crème brûlées, and a bear ice cream for one of the children. The ice cream arrived fairly quickly, but the dessert was a bit of a letdown. The server came to tell us that when we took our order about 1 1/2 hours earlier, we found out the crème brûlée was no longer available. So, we ordered something else: apple crumble. After about 10 minutes, the waiter arrived to tell us the apple crumble wasn't available either. We were then asked to choose the all-inclusive 3-course menu from the other desserts (solution). After making our selection, we ordered one deluxe coffee, two Kit Kat bombes, and two lemon cheesecakes. After about 25 minutes and two new dessert choices, we received our desserts, but were told it was strange we were still there! Our answer was unequivocal: we had asked the waiter where our dessert was. We finally received our order and were able to finish. Meanwhile, 2.5 hours and a considerable amount of frustration had passed. My final verdict is that the service and quality left a lot to be desired. This was a one-off, but definitely not one we'll be repeating.

It was quite busy, but they really went out of their way to help everyone as quickly as possible. Super sweet ladies, and despite the crowd, they remained friendly. Hats off for that, because I wouldn't always be able to do that. I'm sometimes amazed at how people can be so unruly and impatient. Drinks arrived within 10 minutes, and food took 25 minutes. In this busy environment, that's certainly acceptable; even fast food takes longer. All in all, thank you for the service and friendliness, and see you soon! Recommended!

We went here because our daughter really wanted the "decorated pancake" for dessert. Despite having had bad experiences with both the food and the service before, we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, it was another huge disappointment. My husband ordered a three-course meal, I didn't, and our daughter wanted a burger first. He got his starter fairly quickly, but we ended up waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. When we inquired, we were told the food was ready and "would be here shortly." We ended up waiting another fifteen minutes, and then it turned out they still needed to fry some things. The staff was disinterested; they made absolutely no effort to accommodate us or offer an apology. It felt like they simply didn't care. This was the last straw for us: we said we wouldn't be returning. In short: extremely poor service and long wait times, combined with an indifferent attitude from the staff. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. If you're going to be disappointed with both the food and the service, this is the place to go. Otherwise, go somewhere else – zero stars.

Terrible. This is a shoddy snack bar disguised as a restaurant. It's just terribly organized. Every employee who comes upstairs with a tray full of drinks has no idea which table they're actually serving. We had to wait almost half an hour for a few drinks, which then didn't arrive at the same time. After asking the (far too young) staff, they rudely told us we'd "only" waited 15 minutes for drinks and it was busy at the bar. It was also sweltering inside and the cooling was turned off. This was a second chance after previous bad experiences, but never again!

Absolutely shocking!! My worst experience (first time in Almere)! First we told to pay before food arrives as people walkout without paying (WONDER WHY....). Then our pancakes and croissant takes 40 minutes to arrive! We sat upstairs and it was way too hot!! We then complained to waitress and asked to speak to manager she said the manager is too busy then we asked what's the managers name and the waitress said she can not tell us. We then went downstairs to find manager who proceeded to tell us that food time was acceptable and had an attitude saying if you wanna go to social media do it. A few weeks ago, we sat on the terrace for the first time in a long time. I can be brief about it. After half an hour, we left because the staff hadn't shown up. Last Friday afternoon, we tried again at the invitation of a group, okay? We ordered three simple sandwiches for lunch, two of which were the same: spicy chicken. After 50 minutes, we received them. One order was completely incorrect and sent back to the kitchen (because even the staff admitted they were wrong), and after 10 minutes, the plate returned with the same chicken slices as the previous plate, only in the wrong sauce. We were able to compare this to the same order from our group. It was too vulgar to describe; we pointed this out immediately, but they denied it. The staff were dishonest, unprofessional, poorly trained, and seemingly had no idea what they were doing. We, of course, sent the plate back and left. Two of the three people were able to eat, and they should be grateful they even paid for what was delivered in a mediocre way. Even the dogs wouldn't eat that. Tip: Good training for the service and kitchen staff would be beneficial. It's better to close this down.

I have to give a star to even be able to post this! I ate there yesterday with my friend. We repeatedly requested NO pork to be added to our menu, as neither of us eat pork for religious reasons (and this was CLEARLY repeated several times). After our first course (in which we had already been served carpaccio), we were served carpaccio AGAIN for the second course (only this time with a few lettuce leaves on top). Luckily, we noticed there was fried bacon on the plate, so we politely asked them to take it back to the kitchen and provide us with a plate WITHOUT pork and something other than carpaccio (because we had already had it in the first course). The staff took the plate back, after which it took over 30 minutes for our second course to arrive. We then received our third course immediately (which was very meager, and we ordered fries). We also got spare ribs and ATE them, only to find out later that they were actually PORK SPARE RIBS, while the staff had promised us they were "beef ribs"... a big no-no (and no, we didn't use a social deal coupon; we chose the sharing menu in the restaurant itself). I just find it rude and actually disgusting that, despite clearly stating several times that you don't want to eat pork, you STILL get it under false promises from the staff. Damn it! DO NOT GO!!

I applied for a waitressing position at De Beren through Indeed. The interview was arranged over the phone, and I had to arrive in the middle of the day, which meant I had to reschedule my entire day. During the interview, the man suggested I'd be better off working in the dishwashing area instead of the kitchen. I politely and modestly explained my experience (over four years in the hospitality industry), but he immediately questioned it and arrogantly said that if I didn't work seriously, I'd be dismissed immediately. We then walked to the kitchen, where the woman told me the dishwashing area was already full. I found that very strange and a waste of my time, especially since the job posting says no experience is necessary, while I actually have a lot of experience. When I saw how slowly the kitchen was working, I thought: at my previous job, they would have been fired long ago at that pace. What I also don't understand is how a manager can tell me I have to work seriously when he himself was acting like he was playing with his finger up his nose. As a manager, don't you even know what your company is looking for? Or was this just a random person who happened to be there? All in all, I didn't feel taken seriously at all and found this a very unprofessional experience. With employees like this, I understand why they have such bad reviews on Google.

A truly terrible restaurant. Every time we go, there's no option to sit upstairs, where the children's play area is poorly designed, so you're not allowed to use it. Then, with two small children, we had to wait almost an hour and a half for their food, and we had to wait for ours until they cried. We then asked if we could take the last course with us, which we absolutely couldn't. What a terrible place. After waiting more than two hours, we still hadn't had everything, even though we arrived extra early to eat, and now we're sitting with a sad, tired child.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't that great here. We had to wait an hour for our food (it wasn't busy at all) because they'd forgotten to ask for it. It was kind of one of the waitresses to offer us a drink on the house, but that didn't help much since we had to wait so long and really didn't feel like staying any longer. (Plus, we had a very hungry little child.) Also, one of our dishes wasn't complete, and this wasn't communicated. I've worked in the hospitality industry for a long time and I'm very understanding, but perhaps better management would be helpful. Especially considering the prices there.

I went there for dinner on Monday evening. Upon entering the terrace, it took a while before I could order a drink and get the menu. I had garlic shrimp as an appetizer. The shrimp were very hard and crunchy. It seemed like they were already cooked shrimp that had been put in a bowl with hot garlic oil. I had spicy spareribs as a main course. It seemed like they were taking it easy because the spiciness was only in the sauce, but that wasn't applied during cooking, but afterward from a squirt bottle. I didn't order dessert because I asked for wet wipes twice and didn't get any. I won't be going back.

We had to wait a very long time for our food, and twice, after a long wait, the dish we ordered turned out to be out of stock. The main course, spare rib, was burnt on one side. We didn't object to avoid having to wait any longer. When we paid, the staff wasn't aware of the social deal, but it was ultimately resolved to our satisfaction. All in all, a bad impression. I had previously had good experiences with De Beren in Almere.

What was supposed to be a pleasant end to our summer vacation turned into a long wait (over 3 hours) full of frustration. We had a 4-course dinner through social deals, and the kids were supposed to order from the menu! After waiting over an hour, our carpaccio appetizer arrived. It was watery, probably thawed from the freezer! We weren't asked when we wanted the kids' main course, which is usually requested when ordering. When I asked when it would be served, we were told it would be served with our main course! This would take another two rounds, and since the appetizer was already taking a long time, I asked if it could be served sooner. Other guests with the same deal arrived around us and were served all their rounds fairly quickly. We had to wait at least 45 minutes between rounds, and we sat for over 3 hours in total. We ordered churros for the kids, we received our dessert, and after over 10 minutes, the kids still didn't receive their dessert. When I asked the waiter who was passing by, he was accosted by the table next to us and walked away in the middle of our conversation. Very rude! After finishing my question, it turned out the kids' desserts hadn't been made yet, were still being planned, and were supposed to arrive! It's very disgraceful that not all desserts were served at the same time. When the desserts were served, it turned out they weren't churros, powdered sugar, and chocolate dip from the children's menu, but a whole party with ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. My youngest was upset because she doesn't like it, but my oldest isn't picky and thought, "I'll just eat it!" I went back to the waiter and told him that wasn't what was on the menu. All I got was, "I'd taken the dessert off the menu, but we did have a dessert included in the deal." I clearly mentioned churros for the kids when taking the order. She took them off the bill, but because my oldest had already eaten and didn't mind, it was still on the receipt! However, when I checked my receipt later, I saw that this dessert was €11 instead of the €5.50 it should have been. The mistake was the staff's, not ours! What a shame! No more De Beren for us!

I gave De Beren another chance because I'd been so disappointed the last few times. This visit was also my last. To keep it short, I'll focus on the dish I ordered: Loaded fried chicken with pulled chicken. The dish looked awful... there was barely any truffle sauce, and I had to ask for the bacon bits that came with it since the chef hadn't put any on. Everything was lukewarm, and the bacon bits were very hard. The icing on the cake is that halfway through, I discovered a hair in my food... When I pointed this out, I received a half-hearted solution: some extra fries. Out of frustration, we just left and left it as is. What's certain is that we'll never be back.

We dined through Social Deal. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. The service was friendly but seemed a bit hesitant. The speed was a bit sluggish. We arrived at 5:55 PM and didn't get our main course until after 7:30 PM. We had four courses in total. After each course, we were immediately asked if we wanted the next. Luckily, we always said yes, otherwise we would still be there. I don't think I'll go back again.

Ordered a chicken sandwich for lunch. The menu said stir-fried chicken, but I received old chicken satay cubes...cold and tasteless. I saw traces of satay skewers, and they weren't even stir-fried, but they had chili sauce stirred into them and served it. Not the quality I usually get. Too bad, but no more Bobby Beer for a while. I don't want to pay a premium for reheated satay skewers from the day before in my dish.

Today was the last time I had lunch here. Last time, I noticed the tuna salad had half the amount of tuna. Today I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It didn't contain stir-fried chicken as listed on the menu, and the chicken pieces also had holes all over them. It looked like it was leftover from a satay from the night before. And that's exactly how it tasted. I asked the staff if this was unusual, checked with the kitchen, but heard nothing back. It's gotten really bad compared to the past. Change of kitchen staff??? Wishing you all the best and many more customers. I'm done with it. Especially considering the price and what you get for it.

Other customers who arrived later had already received their food, but we weren't helped. We finally got our food, but it was tasteless and cold. It felt like we'd waited too long. When we went to check out, they said we had to pay extra because the employee claimed it was a €12.50 discount (x2) for what we had eaten, not the two-course menu. Apparently, the employee didn't know about this deal. After a lot of hassle, the issue was finally resolved, and we didn't have to pay extra. However, the service was definitely lacking. I'm quite disappointed and wouldn't recommend eating here.

Het was veel te warm in het restaurant waar we voor de lunch waren. Bediening onervaren en traag (wel aardig overigens). Club sandwich en pittige kip op brood. De club was oké, maar weinig moeite in gestoken, het ei was gekocht op een bijzondere manier en volstrekt smaakloos. De pittige kop waren gewoon 2 boterhammen en met schep drap met wat overgekookte groente en kip. Dus was gewoon eigenlijk niet te eten. Dus het was gewoon slecht. On Wednesday, February 2nd, our daughter and son-in-law got married, and afterward, we dined upstairs with 17 adults and 3 children. As agreed: beautifully decorated, tables set. We were all satisfied with the service and the food! The play area upstairs is highly recommended if you're planning to dine with children. They had a wonderful time. Never again! We've often had lunch there on Saturdays in the past. This past Saturday, July 26th, we were there again. At 12:30 pm, we thought we'd have a lovely lunch between shopping trips. We sat outside on the terrace, which was quite busy. There were about 6 or 7 employees milling around outside. After about a 30-minute wait (it was already 1:00 pm), our drinks were taken, and we were told we'd get the menu. Our drinks and menus arrived relatively quickly. But then it arrived. We saw several people leave their tables, apparently because they'd been waiting a very long time. After about another 30 minutes (around 1:40 pm), the menus were suddenly taken away. It's a good thing we angrily indicated that we'd like to order too, otherwise the employee in question would have left right away. After our order was taken, we saw half the terrace empty, were given the wrong order three times, and after asking twice where our food was, we finally received our chicken satay with fries, fried eggs, and a spicy chicken sandwich after a 45-minute wait (2:20 PM). We still had to wait for the coloring page and crayons for the little girl, so you can imagine, we went and got those ourselves. All in all, if you know it can be busy on Saturdays, make sure you have well-trained staff. Make sure several people can take orders, not just one. And make sure the staff clearly know which table number belongs to which. This was just one big charade! We arrived at 12:30 PM and didn't leave until around 3:15 PM. And all that for a simple lunch and one drink!

Upon arrival, they immediately made a fuss about our wanting to sit outside. We were eventually seated inside, ordered four drinks, and some food. The cocktail was 65% ice cubes and had a small splash of alcohol in it. There were drinks on the menu that they didn't have, and the beer was also warm. We asked for cold beer, but were then told their beer is only served at room temperature. Two of us then received our food without cutlery. We didn't receive cutlery until 10 minutes later, but it was covered in fingerprints. After 55 minutes, the other two still hadn't received their food after asking if they could expedite it. We finally decided to leave, and the server scolded us for being impatient and for the other people. (There were four other people there when we ordered.) We were then charged €56 for four drinks drowned in water and a plate of shrimp. We won't be returning; I wouldn't recommend it.

Where do I begin… I've been to De Beren several times in the past. It was never exceptional, but I was always satisfied. Until my last visit, which was a complete flop. I ordered a simple mushroom omelet. After waiting over 25 minutes, I received a farmer's omelet with all sorts of toppings. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she let out an audible sigh and reluctantly gave me a new order. I had to wait another 25 minutes for that. And again, it had something I hadn't requested: cheese. Even though I had clearly stated that I only wanted a mushroom omelet. The plate was unceremoniously snatched from the table, and within three minutes a new omelet was on the table, which, to my surprise, was almost literally thrown down. It seemed as if they had simply quickly removed the cheese and given me the same plate again. What made the experience even worse: we sat at the table for almost two hours, and were only asked once what we wanted to drink. After that, no one came by. No attention, no service. The waitress kept looking at us sideways, clearly irritated that I'd sent my order back. I found that really rude and completely unprofessional. Finally, something I normally never do, I spoke to the manager. Fortunately, he listened and offered to take our drinks off the bill. But that's all it was. And we weren't the only ones: on the patio, I saw several plates being sent back. It seemed like only inexperienced, young women were working there, visibly struggling to keep track of everything. All in all: a complete flop. Because of this experience, I won't be returning.

I've never experienced this in the Netherlands...where is this going? I know one thing, and that's that they're not human. Never again. Plus, we got dirty spoons with our coffee. Absolutely terrible! Andere pareltjes: - 30 minuten wachten op je drankje. - personeel dat er bijloopt alsof het hun eerste werkdag is. Daarnaast totaal niet geïnteresseerd of voortvarend. - het eten werd geserveerd met verlepte rucola en het bord leek door een klein kind te zijn opgemaakt. - een simpele bestelling (drinken) wordt alsnog verkeerd uitgevoerd. Waarna je weer 20 minuten kunt wachten op het juiste drankje. Dat ze nog bestaan is mij een raadsel.

Unfortunately, a lot went wrong during our visit. The waitstaff brought the wrong order to our table, and not all dishes were served at the same time. Furthermore, they seemed to have little knowledge of allergies; we were immediately referred to the allergy menu without any explanation or assistance. The bread was very dry and rock-hard, as if it had been old for days. The kitchen's speed was also disappointing – it took a long time for everyone to receive their dish. From my experience as a chef, I know that it's possible to get all dishes on the table neatly and simultaneously within eight minutes, regardless of the size of the group. Unfortunately, that efficiency was completely lacking here.

It's about the principle and the service, not the money. This is incredibly odd, I've never heard of this before. Yesterday we ate at De Beren in Almere Stad, unfortunately a bad experience. We had a reservation for 7:00 PM, were able to choose a table, and then had to wait over half an hour before anyone came to our table to ask if we wanted something to drink/eat, so we asked for the menu. After that, it took at least fifteen minutes for our drinks to arrive. The food took at least another half hour. It was a four-course menu, so after the first course, it took at least another 20 minutes for the table to be cleared. Then we had to wait for the second course, again a long wait, glasses empty, and we were simply overlooked/ignored. There were plenty of staff who were just standing around, shuffling around. Finally, the second course arrived. We asked for another drink, and the same thing happened again: a long wait before the plates from the second course were cleared. Then another very long wait for the main course. Finally, I asked the staff if something was wrong that everything was taking so long. She didn't know but said she would check with the kitchen. A little later, she said they were busy with us at that moment. Ten minutes later, the main course was on the table. The food was delicious, but even then, it took at least half an hour for the plates to be cleared, and we had to wait for dessert. Finally, at 10:00 PM, we decided to leave without dessert, as it wasn't coming at all. Finally, we had to pay €7.50 in parking fees at the parking garage because we'd been there so long. De Beren has a serious motivation problem among its staff, especially the young man who was serving the outdoor terrace. It wasn't worth eating there. Other people thought the same; some even walked out in anger after their main course was served. De Beren Almere... Not recommended! Such a shame.

We went to dinner with company yesterday. We wanted to sit outside because it was hot and stuffy inside. The staff said that wasn't possible, even though the patio was only half full. The food was extremely disappointing, and the service wasn't great either. When we left the restaurant, the empty spots on the patio were still not filled, so we could have easily gotten a spot outside, even though it was so hot inside. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here!

We had four social deal vouchers. We started ordering drinks. Ordered, but it arrived half an hour later. We ordered three pork tenderloin satays. But they were tough, overcooked, dry, and with the sinew. The peanut sauce wasn't supposed to be hot; it was more like peanut paste, so thick. The Dame Blanche looked more like a milkshake; it had been sitting out for far too long. It probably belonged to previous guests who left because it was all taking far too long. Coffee was forgotten with dessert, even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Unfortunately, this was the last time at De Beren. It's a shame for this restaurant. Another strange thing was the checkout. I had printed the bill. The payment machine showed "payment successful." But they wanted me to check my bank account because the payment wasn't processed. But it was completely successful. Not a pleasant side effect.

What a disgrace. Three of us walked in to get something to eat. We were asked if we had a reservation, to which I replied, "Unfortunately not." They looked around as if the place was completely full. The young man returned and said, "I have a table over there, you guys take a seat and I'll come clean it right away." There were only four tables occupied: three tables for two and one for four. After 10 minutes, we left because no one came to clean our table or even looked in our direction. Yuck!!! This is absolutely not hospitality and certainly doesn't deserve a prize.

Please never order from here again! What terrible staff! I've been giving them ages, and then I call after waiting over two hours to ask if there's anything wrong with my order, which I placed through their own website. Well, the guy on the line, where did I get the nerve to call? Because the delivery driver had already been to my address and I wanted free food. It wasn't his fault that the order hadn't gone through, and he was going to call the police. I went to the restaurant to show them my email address so I'd actually ordered, not under the name they'd told me. Then, suddenly, everything was correct, and the order had arrived. After a lot of back and forth, the guy was too busy for me, and I asked for a refund, which was literally thrown in my hand. No, this is absolutely unacceptable! They don't know how to say "the customer is king" here! -5 stars!!
