Please never order from here again! What terrible staff! I've been giving them ages, and then I call after waiting over two hours to ask if there's anything wrong with my order, which I placed through their own website. Well, the guy on the line, where did I get the nerve to call? Because the delivery driver had already been to my address and I wanted free food. It wasn't his fault that the order hadn't gone through, and he was going to call the police. I went to the restaurant to show them my email address so I'd actually ordered, not under the name they'd told me. Then, suddenly, everything was correct, and the order had arrived. After a lot of back and forth, the guy was too busy for me, and I asked for a refund, which was literally thrown in my hand. No, this is absolutely unacceptable! They don't know how to say "the customer is king" here! -5 stars!!

We were served very quickly. The staff was friendly. The food was excellent! For a quick meal after a while, it was great!

I always like to order the schotel mix grill sphinx. Different kinds of meat and they taste delicious! Friendly and nice delivery service.

I don't like it, I asked for Spaghetti and got Penne, it would be ready at 8pm, it all took a very long time.

Review: Disappointing experience Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. We had to wait a total of 45 minutes for our food, even though we were initially told it would be ready "in a minute." When we asked, after the long wait, if we could perhaps have a portion of garlic sauce as compensation, we were refused, explaining that it was simply busy. We found this disappointing, but what bothered us most was the unfriendly attitude of the staff. We also noticed that there is only one pizza oven, and the pizza peel is always placed on top of the oven. This doesn't seem very hygienic to us, as a lot of dust and dirt can accumulate there. The interior also looked messy and not very clean. We saw staff members without gloves touching all sorts of things—from ingredients to phones and cash—which raises concerns about hygiene. All in all, it was an unpleasant experience. We understand that it can be busy, but that shouldn't be an excuse for poor service and poor hygiene. Given our experience, we unfortunately concur with the previous negative reviews. For us it will remain a one time experience.

I have always to pay in cash cause the machine never works the staff is rude and impolite

Every time you order a pizza, you're told you have to wait 10 minutes, when you should be waiting 30. Extremely poor service. The manager yells at the staff in front of customers while you're standing at the bar. No one responds. It's difficult to order anything.

What stupid people work here. I often order fries with the description that I would like potato slices, because they do not offer this option on the website. The owner himself told me that I should do it this way. Now I call myself to ask something, he says you have to pay two euros extra for potato slices because that is more potato. If I had never called, he would not have communicated this himself. In the past, I had an argument about a slice of cheese. These people are really from another world 😂

I ordered a dürüm döner, specifically asking for the one in a wrap. The staff confirmed it and said they would make it. What I received instead was a weird kebab in a bun – dry, just meat, no salad, no sauce, no taste. Honestly, it felt like a completely different order. Very disappointing. If you’re going to offer dürüm, serve dürüm – not some sad excuse for a kebab thrown into bread. I won’t be coming back.

We are amazed at how delicious the milkshake is

Ordered food for delivery. They charged extra sauce from themselves. We did not order extra sauce and no extra sauce was given. I called to explain and was told they are busy and they hung up in my ear in a rude manner. I don't care about 1 euro, but do that for every customer per evening. If we are short, you will not receive your order. Pay close attention to what you pay! We have also experienced having to pay 2.50 extra for a bowl of sauce while we had eaten there. Service is bad.

We've been coming here for years. Ordered shawarma from the hair salon last week, GREAT. Today another chicken fillet sandwich Maf, so with cheese and a bag of potato slices. Sooooo delicious, all perfect! That I thought I should write a review! Really delicious food.

Very bad experience, I always ordered here. Had dinner here for a change, in a word, scandalous. Just trying to scam you out of some money, putting food and drinks on the receipt I just ordered. And automatically assume that when I order a sandwich I want it large. I'll never come here again. ATM is also defective, this is not mentioned upon arrival, this will only be announced at checkout.

Definitely recommended if you like fresh food! Grill restaurant Sphinx is a household name in Almere Haven, and I must say the Kapsalon is certainly a big hit. Pizzas and Pastas are also of good quality. Thank you for the good quality that has been a guarantee for years ♥️❗️

Very bad thing, I ordered food via Thuisbezorgd. Nl for €50 euros, after 20 minutes I received a call from SPHINX with the message that they had canceled my order, the reason was whether I wanted to order again via their own site because they have to pay 17% costs via Thuisbezorgd, so rude to order first cancel, then call, then I can wait three days until I get my money back and then expect that I will order again. After 5 minutes they called again that they had not yet seen my order on their own site and whether I was still going to do that, I ask you, are you wise, how dare you, {really}, too crazy for words, what are they thinking, they cancel my order, at that moment I lose my money, no food, and then as a good customer I have to spend €50 again for food, for which I have to wait at least half an hour, who had already expected half an hour ago. HELL BAD THING. Firstly, this is not how you treat customers. Secondly, you have to remove yourself from Thuisbezorgd.nl, but you must remove the customers from it. Thirdly, perhaps they should keep better bookkeeping and not do everything in cash by always setting pin for defect, then more money will come in legally and they can write off costs such as the 17% in a good way as a cost item, but that will they apparently don't understand. For only €7 euros what they save, now they have simply lost a good customer, and will never order or get anything again, very bad business.

Didn't like it much. Not bad, but not really tasty either. The garlic sauce is weak and shawarma includes a good garlic sauce. You can't buy that here. Also today the well-known "pin fault". All in all very mediocre.

Had dinner today with my girlfriend. They were super fast with the menu and asking what you would like to drink. Then ordered and waited almost 40 minutes for the food. In the meantime, sandwiches are reserved with herb butter. I had not ordered this myself, but thought from the point of hospitality (because of the long wait) sandwiches from the store. Once we had eaten, the fries were inedible (overcooked). There was no sauce with the fries and we kindly ask for mayonnaise. Answer "coming soon". 5 minutes later still no mayonnaise. My girlfriend asks for mayonnaise again and gets a gruff answer that it is coming again. And yes, 4 minutes later mayonnaise. Didn't want to complain then. But now it comes. I want to pay and I see that she is charging for the sandwiches (€3.50). I then said I didn't order this. The answer I get is "you ate it anyway". Ridiculous. Nothing to do with customer friendliness. Now when I want to pay/debit card, I am told that the PIN machine is not working. Or I can just go to the debit card and leave my girlfriend here. No customer service at all!!!! Definitely won't come here again and would advise anyone not to go here. Unless you want to get ripped off and get a big mouthful from the boss.

Goeie Shoarma schotels, lekkere frites en de shoarma kipfilet schotel is echt superlekker. Aanrader! Maar de bezorgtijden zijn echt dramatisch… anderhalf uur wachten is blijkbaar heel normaal…

Makkelijk online besteld, snel bezorgd en lekker gegeten. Volgende keer bestel ik een extra bakje uiensaus mee, dat was net te weinig voor een grote shoarmaschotel.

Eten echt niets op aan te merken. Bediening kan beter. Ik had niet echt hé gevoel dat we welkom waren. Maar voor voor bestellen of afhalen prima

Heerlijke pizza's. Het was druk dus hey duurde wel even tot de pizza's klaar waren, maar het was het wachten waard. Ze mogen wel wat guller zijn met servetten, één servet om te delen is wel zielig.

Goede shoarma. Gezellig restaurant. Vlotte bediening. Een aanrader voor een ieder die van goede shoarma houdt.

De lamsshoarma was erg goed en flinke porties. Jammer dat een pitabroodje niet goed opengesneden was en gescheurd was zodat het lastig te vullen was met vlees

Voor midden (tot 2 uur open) in de nacht prima eten.
