Confidently ordered a large box of sushi and side dishes. We're new to the neighborhood, so support your locals. We ordered online around 7 p.m. and, yes, waited almost two hours, so we called twice in between. The phone was answered with "Hello" and a slight nudge. What arrived was a completely wet, leaky, soggy bag/box. (Where all that moisture came from is still a mystery.) But the tuna was vomit-inducing. It was a brown/beige, soaked-in bit. And the large box of edamame contained mostly shells without beans. So this was a complete disappointment. Our last call to report this, to spare them further suffering given the spoiled fish, was ignored. The large amount of sushi was okay, but there wasn't much variety, only two kinds of the same. It wasn't cheap either. The trash bin was especially full.

I've tried calling this company several times, but I haven't heard anything. I live on the street relatively close by, and I've been bothered by the scooter delivery drivers from Mister Sushi for 5-7 weeks now. They yell and curse in the street every night from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. I hear insults all night long, which doesn't help the atmosphere. Mr. Sushi is ruining the neighborhood this way. And this is the only way to reach them. I hope something is done about it! Also, someone rang the doorbell on August 11th at 10:30 PM to discuss this review while I was sleeping. Absolutely crazy.

Extremely slow, when it finally got delivered I wasn’t hungry anymore. Adjust your time on thuisbezorgd to state accurate delivery times, ordered at 19:40, received it at 21:40, not the max 45 minutes you claim on thuisbezorgd

Waaaattt!! Super affordable price for delicious mega sushis. Unfortunately I didn't have a tip with me, which is a shame because otherwise I would have definitely given it to the delivery person who got here very quickly and walked up 6 flights of stairs like a warrior. I thought the sushi was much smaller, but they tasted delicious and well seasoned/crispy. I have never eaten such delicious sushi anywhere else except in New York, I have never been to Amsterdam, but when I am there again I will definitely get sushi from you again. My compliments!!

Visiting Amsterdam and wanted sushi. Mr. sushi delivered wonderful dishes. There were no other customers at the time that I came in so service was quick and I enjoyed my meal. I recommend the seared salmon, it was soo very good.

It is nice that the pokebowl is usually tasty and often ready in 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend it for sushi, there are simply very good alternatives nearby. The fish is not of high standard and not always fresh.

On the site it said that I could still order, I ordered, they called me and said they were canceling it 3 times and I have already paid. Why can I always take and pay for an order, but it is cancelled? I already had a feeling that they won't feel like making another order. Lazy people unbelievable when they didn't have any customers before, they were still humble and they had all the time for you, now they're making a little money and changing people. Now I have to wait days until I get my money back, what a piece of junk

I think it depends on the day and time you go to the restaurant as to how fresh the food is. Some days, I’ve had quite fresh tuna, while other days the tuna is starting to look brown and tastes like it has been sitting in the restaurant for some time now. Additionally, I ordered a hand roll and I could tell it wasn’t fresh as the seaweed was quite chewy. The only product that has been consistently fresh is the poke bowl, which is quite rich in flavor as well. Overall, I am unsure as to how I feel about this place due to their lack of consistency with their product freshness.

Good experience. The delivery time took longer than expected, but it is not the restaurant's fault. The food was delicious. The crispy prawns and gyozas were great with the spicy sauce. Edamames are always a success. Sushi box B was ok, with a lot of quantity. The rolls were 10. In short, good experience.

I never give reviews but unfortunately i thought this one was necessary. I ordered Mr sushi before in another city and everything was really good there. Unfortunately not the case here. Don’t order warm snacks here everything arrives cold. I waited for almost 2 hours for my food. I know they cannot do anything about it since they need to wait for the drivers but don’t put the warm food in a bag yet then. The tuna sashimi tasted like it came out of the freezer.

We placed a large order of sushi (171 euros) and the delivery went quite smoothly. Unfortunately, there were only 2 small bottles of soya sauce included. Unfortunately the tuna was super bad, just spoiled black. We have tried to call several times but the phone is not answered and not answered. We are very dissatisfied.

First time trying Mr.Sushi as I saw it was recommended by someone on TikTok and I can honestly say it didn’t disappoint! The service from Nino was amazing. He was super helpful in helping us navigate the menu as well as suggesting which we’d like as salmon lovers. We opted for the Salmon Lovers Box and it was fresh and tasty! Overall as sushi lovers we enjoyed the box and the extra sides. Nino also let us know they can deliver to our hotel so we ordered it again before our Amsterdam trip was over! 10/10 would recommend.

Wij bestellen al een geruime tijd bij MR.Sushi. Het is altijd vers gemaakt en ontzettend heerlijk! Wij bestellen vaak de luxe box en genieten hier enorm van. Al enige tijd konden wij niet via thuisbezorgd en de website bestellen. Vandaag naar het filiaal gebeld en kreeg ik Nino aan de telefoon! Een ontzettend vriendelijke en service gerichte jonge man. Hij legde uit dat het filiaal waar wij normaal bestelde permenten gesloten was, maar we wel via uber konden bestellen en dat het vanuit zijn filiaal zou komen! Dit natuurlijk ook gedaan, want we love MR. SUSHI ❤️. Nino heeft er voor ons nog wat extra's bijgedaan! Onze dank hiervoor. Ohja en hij heeft netjes gebeld om te vragen of de bestelling bezorgt was. Fijne avond en nogmaals bedankt!!

Ik heb een aantal keren via uber eats de chicken roll besteld. De eerste keer was deze vers, daarna helaas niet meer. Eerste keer dat ik een oude harde chickenroll ontving heb in gebeld en kreeg ik een nieuwe. Vandaag helaas weer een oude roll ontvangen die al een hele tijd stond. Ik heb de moeite niet meer genomen om ze te bellen want voor het er is duurt het ook weer even en daar had ik geen tijd voor. Voor 15eu voor een roll verwacht ik een verse rol. Helaas, niet meer bestellen bij mr sushi.

The poke bowl is absolutely delicious! Good portion of fish and the ingredients tasted really fresh. Lot of options to choose from, veggie options too. Probably the best poke bowl I’ve had yet in Amsterdam! The customer service was actually nice too, they were very friendly and quick too, even for a busy Saturday night. Will order again for sure!

Do Not! Ordered with Uber Eats as "Sushi Only the Pijp" is closed and almost started to cry when it arrived, everything was totally SOAKED in mayonnaise, the rice was SO saggy /falling apart and even the edamame tasted like it was at least 2 days old. We ended up throwing the "food" in the bin and will NEVER order from this place again, almost 50Euros wasted and feeling utterly scammed.

I've went back to this restaurant for take home. 10% discount and a additional roll for free when you order above €30. That's just quantity, but sushi is about quality. It's was a perfect sushi experience. Excellent quality. The order was finished in just 5 minutes. Awesome. I can recommend this restaurant for home order and take away. Don't get mistaken by previous reviews, owners have changed and it has improved significantly. Enjoy!!!!

Ik kom bijna wekelijks daar eten kopen. En geef geregeld fooi. Maar als ik om een zakje extra sambal vraag kan dat niet. We hebben het over z’n heel klein plastic zakje wat je bij je eten krijgt. Ik vroeg om 1 zakje meer maar dat was met geen mogelijkheid mogelijk. Ik ben werkelijk met stomheid geslagen.
