DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Tried to Uber eats some dinner, no updates, won’t answer the phone, probably a scam

I got scammed on uber eats by this place. It doesn’t exist.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Never arrived. Then after three hours when they were about to close, they changed the delivery to ‘received’. If they were too busy to make or deliver my order and they cancelled it, I would have never left a review. But I tried calling them like ten times, they don’t pick up. And then they just pretend like they delivered it anyway? I feel pretty scammed. I’ve eaten from here before and while I did have some missing items the last time, the food is fine. If they had just politely let me know that the food was not going to come, I would have probably ordered from there again sometime. Everybody makes mistakes. But letting you wait three hours, not picking up and then clicking on ‘Delivered’? It’s probably fine if you ever decide to eat there in person. But I wouldn’t advise anyone to ever order from here.

Ordered online and they never delivered the food, I was calling and nobody answered. It’s the first time that I had this terrible experience with a store. Save your time and go to professionals.

The sushi was delicious! It was also delivered perfectly on time and the taste was great and fresh! If I want to eat sushi again I really recommend ordering sushi here. They also have many different choices. And different sauces with it😀really delicious! Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

Instead of delivery in 30 minutes, my order was delivered for 3 hours. In the process I tried to cancel the order, but to no avail. No one simply did not pick up the phone, just ignored.

I ordered 2 poke bowls (chicken and teryiaki sauce), one portion of sushi and one Ben and Jerry’s. They called me to check the payment method, and also to confirm the items. He asked if I want to pay exact amount (50e) and I said yes. After a while, order came, and the gentleman that brought us the food didn’t mention that Ben Jerrys is missing (it was also not on the bill (42e in total is now). When we asked why, he said: we don’t have. He offered next time something on the house. It was definitely not his fault, but what was the point of the call? Gentlemen also didn’t have change, even though we said we will pay with the 50e bill. Also, I ordered 2 terriyaki sauces, and we just got 1 for 2 poke bowls. It was the driest poke bowl I ever had. One star is not because I want to seem mad, it is due to bad costumer service, and at least informing that I will not receive the item that I wanted to have.

Perfect service! The food was delivered super fast. There was a small error with Uber Eats, but they resolved it immediately and without any hassle. They even came back to deliver it and even included a drink! I felt really bad that I didn't have cash for a tip, because they absolutely deserved it. Truly excellent service and very nice guys who go above and beyond. Definitely recommended!

Ordered via uber eats, order never arrived, their delivery courier didn’t follow instructions and waited outside after calling me even though i asked to ring. He came again after making another delivery, asked me to go downstairs because he had already waited too long (as if he’s doing me a favor) I told him that wasn’t the instructions, then he threatened to leave so i told him i would go downstairs and he hung up on me. I got gaslighted by a delivery driver. Restaurant said they were sorry but they could not deliver the order. I got sushiless on valentine’s day and betrayed. I hope you close.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a sushi platter along with two ice creams, but they never arrived. When I called to ask about it, they insulted me and hung up. Awful customer service and a total lack of respect. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Order didnt come at promised time, called to check in. They said we had to wait for more than an hour after that still. Consensus; cancelled order - hung me up the phone. Would hope it was a bad moment and they treat other customers better. Will not order there myself anymore.

Order through Uber Eats. Took 1,5 hours, no updates and their phone was out of order. I decided to pick it up myself since they were about to close. They told me I would have to wait for 20 minutes and then my order would be ready. Offered me nothing for their pour service or anything. Above it all, not once did they apologise. Insane bad take out restaurant!!!!!

Dissatisfied😒 sushi arrived burnt then I tried to contact them by phone, indicated number was not in use

i would honestly give them a ZERO STAR if i could for this EXTREMELY horrible and disappointed service from this restaurant. I was told my order would arrive in 35 minutes, but after waiting for over an hour, I had to call to check on the status. When I finally got through, I was informed that the delivery would take another 30 minutes. In total, I have now waited for more than TWO HOURS, and the food still hasn’t arrived! To make matters worse, I called the restaurant ALOT OF TIMES (more than EIGHT times), and no one picked up. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you can’t deliver on time, at the very least, communicate honestly and answer your phone with BASIC MANNERS AND COMMON SENSE. This experience has completely ruined my evening, and I won’t be ordering from here EVER AGAIN!

They didn't deliver my food YESTERDAY and, after not picking up the phone twice, they picked up only to blame it on a non-present colleague, kept me in the line for 10minutes supposedly trying to reach that colleague, then after 10 minutes I called from my landline while still connected through my mobile in the waiting line, only to be told to call after 18h today. So, still no food, or money. I ordered and paid by card in advance yesterday evening.

Delicious sushi with my friend! Highly recommended. The guys were working hard, order was ready a few minutes later but the wait was no problem. (little tip: some (background) music adds a little more atmosphere)

The most terrible annoying experience of my life on a simple Tuesday night, having to wait for food for almost 2 hours!!! You think that’s normal and acceptable. Thank you guys for giving me this nightmare!!!

Absolutely the best sushi in Amsterdam! Without a doubt. I have already convinced several friends after having them taste it. Delicious!

Little choice of sushi. Ramen was terrible. Duck was good but it's not Japanese food. Sushi rice was not seasoned correctly. Shrimp dumplings were extremely fishy taste. Probably the worse "Japanese restaurant " I had.

Delivery today was disgusting. The dragon roll did not have avocado, instead of asparagus there was cucumber. And for some reason they put sour mayonnaise on top of the eel. Disappointment... Why should I get someone else's improvisation and not the dish I ordered?

Ik heb hier vandaag voor de eerste keer gegeten en het was super lekker. Het was snel bezorgd en ik heb oprecht nog nooit zo’n lekker sushi gegeten (En ik heb al veel geprobeerd in Amsterdam. Super lieve bezorger en de sausjes waren super lekker.

Uitstekende service! Fijne en duidelijke communicatie. Dit is zeker een aanrader! Heerlijke sushi. Ook geschikt voor grote bestelling, prachtig gedecoreerd, zeer vriendelijke en geduldige personeel.

Eten besteld, de sushi was lekker! De rollen zijn dik en vullend. De ingrediënten smaken ook redelijk vers. De geflambeerde zalm, was nog een beetje rauw.. Bezorging had ook iets sneller gekund.

Duurde mega lang voordat mijn bestelling bezorgd werd. Restaurant is slecht bereikbaar. Wel aardige bezorger waarvan ik 2 gratis drankjes kreeg! Sushi niet speciaal

Loved the quality of their sushi!! I don't give more stars only because they completely jammed my order... I got different sushi than the one ordered... Very sad! And it took way too long compared to other sushi places (1h)... Hire more people, maybe?

Letterlijk lekkerste sushi!!!! Me dochter van 5 is gek op sushi en zelfs zij vond deze het lekkerst. En daarnaast super vriendelijke personeel.. in ieder geval Ons vast plekje geworden om sushi te halen. DIKKE WELVERDIENDE 10 ..

The food was pretty good with the exception of the unagi temaki, it was rubbery. My main issue is the length of time it took to deliver. I had to call multiple times before receiving an answer. They were almost an hour late. By the time the guy arrived I was HANGRY!

De sushi is prima. Niet bijzonder lekker. Echter wel zeer prijzig, vandaar de drie sterren. De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is wat ons betreft matig.

Like most people I only leave reviews if I had an exceptionally great or bad experience. Zuma belongs to the great ones. These young guys are incredibly friendly. Their new restaurant is super nice and I watched them making all the sushi freshly. I just ordered again. Highly recommended! Go Zuma!
